I flashed to the Hunt Thalia meet me at my tent I said we are getting a Guardian she said we don't need someone to protect us I said in some situations yes we do. But you and this Hero have history he needs a home more than anything she said we can't babysit some weak hero I said he is anything but weak. Then she said name one of his accomplishments I said he fought Kronos in the Olympian throne room she said there is only two hero that have done that so which one is it I said Percy Annabeth she betrayed him badly. Thalia said where is he I said he is getting healed he has been tortured. Then there was a flash and Percy was there at the edge of the camp he turned into his wolf form and walked in Thalia ran and said are you ok he changed backed and said not yet he will need time to figure out his emotion then Athena appeared and said hello Percy he smiled and said hello mother I said mother she smiled and said I have something for you she brought out twin katanas she said these are made out of Olympian silver and Adamantium they will never break he said thank you and hugged her. I handed Percy a tent and he went and set it up I saw a look of love on Athena face one only a mother would have seeing her child happy for the first time in a long time. I said why did you adopt him she said when I first saw him I saw a child who would fight for us even if it meant the end of the world then I saw him grow into the warrior he is and the only thing I regret is he had to suffer so much so we could survive now he has nothing and his mind was at war with itself when I first found him now it is in a more stable spot. Then I heard Milady we have a male in the camp Percy was standing there surrounded by my hunters they had their bows out with arrows notched pointing at Percy he had his new swords out just waiting for my hunters to make the first move. I said stand down Percy sheathed his swords the hunters lowered their bows I said this is our Guardian I chose him myself. I said lower your hood Percy he did Phoebe said why aren't you with that girl Percy just walked away. Phoebe said come back here boy I said Phoebe let him go she said why I said there is a reason he is with us and not with her she said what is it Athena said he was tortured both physically and mentally for years I said he was only gone for 8 months she said he was in Tartarus time runs differently there he was there for 350 years I looked in the direction that Percy went Thalia said I am going to keep an eye on him Athena said that is a good idea as she walked away then Thalia called for help I ran up and saw Percy was coughing up his own blood I called for Apollo he appeared and said what is it I said Percy said what happen he saw and ran over and saw him cough up blood Apollo did a scan. Athena said what is wrong Apollo said the air is reacting with his body he is use to poisons air of Tartarus his body is reacting badly to all of the clean air as he shot beams into Percy, he started to breath normally. I said when will he be better Apollo said to fix this will take several sessions but I have easy his breathing he will not cough up any more blood but will still cough. Then Apollo said Artemis when is the next full moon I said in two weeks he said send your hunters away they don't need to know right now I told them to head back to camp. They did I said what is wrong Apollo said he has a version of Lycanthrope but it is very different he will only change during a full moon and he will have very little control over his action but he can't be killed by anything short of his head being cut off or his heart being cut out or old age and disease. I said I need to get some chains to restrain him during the change. Athena said can he control it Apollo said eventually but he will need to work with it Percy was still coughing Apollo had place a barrier around Percy so he wouldn't hear what was being said he stood up and place his tent down and activated it and went in. I said what can we do to help him Apollo said keep him busy so he has purpose and just try and be there for him those scars that are left are the worst he almost has a full list whose who in the way of bad guys on his back. Apollo took the barrier down and went to meet up with the rest of the Hunt Thalia said how is Percy I smiled and said he need some training but most of all he need to have work. We were walking when I felt something like one of my hunter's attacking a very powerful monster I sensed where all of my hunters were, I found Phoebe was nearing Percy tent along with two more of my hunters they waited they threw a stone at his tent flap it hit they got in firing position and waited. Then I saw Percy sneak around them in his wolf form he walked up next to me and sat on his haunches I smiled and said good thinking Phoebe and the other were waiting till I walked up and said you know the problem hunting demigods some know that they are prey and how to escape their hunters like a son of Hera who snuck past three hunters waiting to put arrows in his body Phoebe said how did he know I smiled and said he knew he would face people wanting to harm him then I heard a roar I looked to were Percy was and he was gone we Thalia said we are under attack 3 drakons I said is Percy there she said yes he holding them back but he was wounded a drakon spray a hunter with venom he took part of the blast he redirected at one of the other drakons he will need help I said what of the other hunters Thalia said can't get a clear shot I ran up and saw Percy ending one of the drakons I saw only one left Percy was backing it into a corner. Then it roared and Percy sent a column of flames down its throat burning it from the inside out he fell to one knee Thalia ran up and said are you ok Percy said yes give me a moment his arm glowed orange for a moment. I walked up and said why didn't you use water he had a look of fear I said what happen to you Percy almost nothing scares you he said I honestly don't know when I am in water it scares me like I am facing down Gaea by myself surrounded by enemies I said what happen down there he said I was tortured but beyond that I don't know like my mind doesn't want to remember as were talking the Hunt was listening then Phoebe asked what did they want he said they wanted me to betray the Gods and fight for them but I said no even when she played with me. I said girls lets have dinner and a camp fire then to bed. Percy said may I cook I said yes he asked the girls what they want he started to summon the food he went to the corner and sat down I said why don't you eat something Percy he said not hunger I have survived without food for so long the pit kept me alive I said you are no longer in their care or in Tartarus you need to eat to survive he said as you command and summoned some soup and ate it in the corner. He cleaned everything up as he was cleaning up I started the camp fire I said how is he fitting in so far Phoebe said he is treating us better then we are to him Percy walked up and sat down and one of my younger hunter said can we have a story Thalia said I know the perfect person to tell a story I said is it our newest member she said yes he been on a lot of adventures even for a demigod he told the story of his first quest but stopped at the halfway point leaving us on the edge of our seat and said why don't we get some sleep I have the younger hunters stay in one tent usual with an older hunter outside. Thalia said who is going to watch the young ones I said I have the perfect person Percy was already sitting outside the tent in his wolf form waiting I said I thought you would want some sleep he turned back and said no he doesn't want to dream he might go back there and, in the cage, I saw a hero who greatest threat was his own mind he was not originally a child of Athena I said see you in the mourning he just nodded his head I went to my tent on the way I found Thalia and asked her to in 4 hours relieve Percy she said ok I entered my tent and laid down and closed my eyes and drifted to sleep.

Pov Percy
It was almost nightfall Artemis said she wanted me in the training tent I walked she said you don't know this but tonight you begin special training it will begin when the moon comes out I said why she said you have an affliction were during the full moon you will change you will have some control I want to make it so you have full control I said yes ma'am. Then the moon rose and I felt different it was like changing into my wolf form but different I was bigger I saw Artemis and I wanted to attack but I stopped and was fighting every instinct to tear her limb for limb then a hunter came Artemis said no get out I saw her and ran at her next thing I saw was Artemis standing in front of me with her bow out and an arrow notched pointed right at me I stopped and ran to the corner and started banging my head against the wall. Artemis came over and put a collar on my neck and said rest you did very well for the first time. She dragged the hunter out I curled up and just laid there.
