We were in Cleveland Ohio the Hunters went to the movies I didn't want to so I explored the area I saw several monster that didn't see me till I put my sword through them as I walked around Ares appeared I said hello Ares he said hello Percy I am feeling all high and mighty I smiled and said do you want me to fix that he said yes we went to a locale park Ares cleared it out I said no powers he said sure. He drew is two handed sword I drew Riptide and got ready. Ares attacked first I dodged to the left and kicked him in the knee he stumbled we started to trade blows till we locked blades I stomped on his foot he howled in pain and broke the off he said really, I smiled and said we are fighting we are in a duel not a trial of combat. I attacked again we locked swords and I slipped it down and hit his hilt and sent the sword flying I put my sword to throat he said thank you I checked the time and said I must go as I ran. I showed back up at the theater I waited then the Hunt walked Artemis saw I was sweating Artemis said what happen my Wolf I said Ares challenged me for the 23rd time and won for the 23rd time how was the movie My Lady of the Moon she said you were right it was a horror movie I smiled and said back to camp she said yes we started to walk back when Artemis slipped her arm in mine. We had started to date 4 years ago
Flashback
I was having a low day I was sitting in my tent I had Riptide out in sword form the nightmares were getting worst and worst I just wanted to plunge it into my heart and be forgotten I was about to when Artemis walked in and saw what I was about to I tell her she said why I said I have out lived my time. She said why I said all of Olympus threat have fallen then she said there is still one problem what about the person who fell in love with you I said the only person who I know to have fallen in love with caused me the most pain she carved her name into me burned me. She said I am not talking about that witch I was talking about myself when you saved me from Atlas all those years ago I started to love you I said I felt the same when Annabeth showed her true nature but I couldn't act on them I made an oath and I have only broken one oath and to this day I feel horrible even after the one I made the oath to. She said what if I told you that oath was annulled. I smiled and said thank you she said lets go and talk with our fathers.
We were back at our campsite the girls were sitting around the campfire pit I got everything ready then I just snapped my fingers and he fire was going a young hunter named Jenny said can we have a story Percy I said ok I told them about my third quest down playing what I did and up played what Zoe and Bianca did. I stopped before we got to where Bianca died and the Hunters went to sleep I sat there by the fire just thinking about that quest when Artemis came and sat next to me said think about that quest I said yes how thing could have been different if I wasn't taken in by her Artemis said it was the Fates who decided these things. She said laying her head on my shoulder and said don't beat yourself you are a good man. I said I need to get on guard duty and you need your sleep she smiled and said I having one of the other hunter watch over them come with me I changed my clothes so did Artemis we laid down she cuddled up with me as she rested her head on my chest then she said we have to go to camp I said I figured we haven't been for 5 years so it is time. She said we will have to careful it will be the full moon while we are there so I will have to use the collar and chain so you don't accidently attack some of the campers I said I know. She said dream of a better time as we both fell asleep.
Next day
I cooked breakfast for the Hunt when they all got their fill Artemis said I have bad news we have to go to camp Zeus orders. I said girls pack up your gear in your tents it will take them down. Artemis knew what I was really doing it would help center me for one of my hardest challenges.
2 hours later
I collapsed and stowed the last tent and placed it in the pile I had the younger girls hand me their pack I would carry it for them we started on our journey we took off toward the camp.
3 days later
We were at Half-Blood hill we were walking up the hill when we were stopped by Blake Rivers, he said hello pretty ladies would any of you like to moan my name especially you talking to Artemis I was two seconds from tearing him in two. Artemis said go away you little demigod we walked away as he yelled I don't want whores like you as he grabbed Jenny and said you will be mine I turned around and grabbed his wrist and squeezed hearing the bones start popping he cried and let go I made sure she got to the rest of the Hunt then I let go and said if you every disrespect these noble hunters like that I will tear you limb for limb and feed you to the wolves. He couldn't see my face because I had my hood up I turned around then Thalia said Soap watch out as I turned back around just in time for a sword to be stabbed into my gut I grabbed him by the throat and lifted him off the ground my eyes were burning with rage Artemis placed her hand and said why don't we let my older hunters sharpen their skills while my younger hunters learn how deal with men like him I said as you wish I pulled out my bottle of water and used it to clean and heal the wound. Then I said may I go see my mothers for a bit she said yes but first drop off the bags at the cabin ok I grabbed all the bags and ran and put them in cabin then I flash to Olympus.
I went to see Athena she said hello my son what do I owe the pleasure just came to see you for a moment she said how are you and Artemis doing I said good we just got to camp and had to deal with him he is still in the loving hands of the Hunt she said good then she saw the blood and said what happen I said I got stabbed but healed myself. Then Hera came in and said the Hunt is at camp Percy should be here he said he would then she saw me I said hello she hugged me I told her what have been doing. Then I said where can I find Zeus Hera said in the Throne Room, I said thank you and Hera said are you doing what I think you are I said yes she said good. I found Zeus sitting on his throne I said Lord Zeus I wish to ask your permission to marry your daughter he looked down and said finally he said you have my blessing you have made my daughter happier then I have seen in decades I said thank you he said go find Hephaestus he will help you forge an engagement ring I said yes sir as I walked out went to his palace and knocked on the door Hephaestus opened the door and said it is about time he. I said you knew he said we all knew Aphrodite wouldn't shut up about it I talk to him about what I wanted he said good I will have it ready in the morning I said thank you. I went back to camp it was almost night fall I ran to the cabin as fast I could then a camper stopped me and said who are you and why are you running aren't you the one that hurt Blake I said no I am the Guardian of the Hunt then the moon rose I said run it is not safe get Artemis he ran off I began to change Artemis appeared begin lead by the young demigod she saw and said child run stay in your cabin till morning. My body was looking for someone to tear into pieces till Artemis came over and said come. I followed she led me to her cabin every time a demigod got near Artemis said get away, we got in her cabin and lead me to her room and put the collar on me and chained me to her bed. I curled up and closed my eyes wishing for a better future.
