When Ambassador Burns walked with his entourage, he said we wish to speak with Cesare. I saw you won't make it out of the building as I hit the panic button nothing happens then he snapped his fingers and my entire personal security force walk in they were dead all of them then some more people appear they were still alive. I was shocked then Nico said you are sentenced to death and shot me as I laid dying, he said when you surrendered you came under our laws many of your friends will be joining you then I passed on.
