1 month since the establishment of Neo Terra

"▂▂▃▃▄▄▅▅!" "▂▂▃▃▄▄▅▅!" "▂▂▃▃▄▄▅▅!"

I look upon my newly created army of void spawn as they roar out their birth cry, my hand still pulsing with the incomprehensible power of unreality. Unlike spiral power, I have made quite a lot of progress in mastering the power of the void.

I tore open a rift into the warp and commanded them to get in. They will join others of their kind in the immaterium with the order to shred any demon that comes too close to the planet warp space, serving as one of Neo Terra's main defense systems from demonic influence.

With the death of the genestealer cult, I know it would only be a matter of time before the effect that the brood mind has on local warp space would completely fade away and the planet would be at risk of demonic invasion or corruption.

So I have been making some preparations during the window of time still available to me.

The first is the thought conversion network which captures the psychic emanation that would normally feed into the warp and convert them into mana, the network basically blackout the entire planet in warp space disguising it as a lifeless barren rock like many others in the galaxy.

It also acts as the power generator for the planet's power grid, killing two birds with one stone.

The second is the mystical shield which covers the entire planet. I rework the sanctum system from the MCU using my now vast amount of magical knowledge and install them all across the world generating a protective barrier around it to keep it safe.

The third and final security measure is the army of void spawn that I created to constantly patrol the immaterium around the planet. Void spawns are my counter to the demon.

Their ability to erase things from existence even living concepts of immense power such as the celestial aspect allows them to easily permanently kill demons by erasing their very essence from the warp itself couple that with their ability to adapt and evolve in response to whatever the enemy throws their way make them the perfect demon-killing machine.

I have tested their capability by traveling outside of the warp space and capturing a horde of chaos furies and as many unaligned warp entities/demons as I could find and unleash my void spawns upon them with the command to kill. While I simply stay there to make sure no warp entities would escape.

At first, the void spawn struggle even though they outnumber the demons 100 to 1, their enemy still has the home ground advantage. Demons are at their strongest in the warp; they are apex predators who thrive in these depthless oceans compared to the void spawn who are land dwellers that have only begun to swim.

Both sides tore into one another and the demon was dominating. For every demon that the void spawn sent to oblivion a hundred of their own was destroyed by the demon in turn, but as the battle wages on the void spawn begin to adapt becoming stronger, faster, tougher and the gap between the two sides begin to close. From trading a hundred for one they begin to trade 90 for 1, then 80, then 70 so on and so forth.

When the battle ended several hours later and all demons were slain, only a third of the void spawn survived. Their form has changed drastically compared to the start of the battle; they have devoured and absorbed the essence of their foes and become stronger from it. For such is the power of the void.

From the template of the survivor, I then crafted new void spawns and the cycle would start one again. I would go out to capture demons and unleash the void spawn upon them, after each battle they would have evolved and I would have created new ones using the new template.

I would always adjust the number of demons so that they would always have a challenge. When they began to match 1 on 1 I started giving the number advantage to the demon side and sure enough, they would evolve to be stronger than the demon and overcome the numerical difference.

Over the course of three weeks, the void spawn had completed their metamorphosis. Much like the killer whale whose ancestor was originally a land-dwelling mammal, the void spawn has adapted to the sea of soul and thrives within its depth.

Right now a single void spawn can take on multiple demons before going down. I don't know how well they fare against chaos demons since it is too risky to go and capture servants of that reality tumor but I feel confident that they can deal with lesser demons just fine. Greater demon on the other hand is completely out of the question.

Right now I'm stronger than the average greater demon. But when compared to the upper rank of greater demon and demon princes like Be'lakor, Skarbrand, Kairos, or any of the demon primarch, I don't know for sure if I can beat them or not.

But I do have an advantage over them. My power is not limited only to the warp and I can use my full power anywhere so if they choose to fight me outside of the warp I can easily banish them.

This will be my last batch of void spawns since I got enough to cover the entire planet and can reproduce on their own so I have enough for now. When I colonize or conquer new planets I will make more.

Now back to the material side of the planet we finally start recruiting new members into our rank and training them to become officials. Thanks to the knowledge imprinter we can instantly give a recruit the necessary knowledge in a flash and can start working right away with varying degrees of effectiveness. We are still seriously understaffed.

The currency system is now implemented and we have created a variety of jobs to kick start the economy and the new constitution is implemented as well. Critical infrastructures were, for the most part, built and operating greatly improving the general quality of life for the people compared to what they have before.

Some manufactorum has completed their revamping process to ensure a safe working environment, less demanding labor and higher production yield while the construction and terraforming industry is on the rise thank to our new world initiative which seeks to transform the planet into a brilliant jewel fitting to become the heart of my new stellar empire.

Public opinion toward Regulus is improving but seeing zealot of the imperial cult preaching on the street about overthrowing the heretic and reclaiming the planet is still a daily occurrence. If they do not act upon their word then we are just fine with leaving them alone after all freedom of speech is a constitutional right and we will uphold it.

But if they do decide to stage a coup then we will give them a warning. Most would-be revolutionists who are still on the fence about the whole situation tend to get the message when a group of super-soldier teleported straight into the meeting room that they are planning the coup, slam the entire room with fear aura and killing intent, and tell them to quit it.

Still, some people chose to ignore the warning and went ahead with their revolution and crusade anyway. They will be either jailed or executed depending on the amount of harm they cause and more often than not it tends to be the latter since zealots aren't the most reasonable of people they usually commit much more heinous acts to get what they want.

I will be implementing a mandatory one time course for all citizens imprinting them with knowledge of philosophy, history, and culture of old earth and giving them access to the internet for free with all content relating to Warhammer deleted or alter to be historical documentary and text rather than fictional lore maybe that would expand their view and understanding and sway them from their blind zealotry and ignorance.

A mountain is hard to move but a habit is even harder to change. I don't know if any amount of effort can change the mind of a person if they don't want to change but I will try my best anyway. Because without the willing support of the people I'm destined to fail in my quest to save the galaxy no matter how strong I am.
