#The Hidden Leaf Village, 4 years later#
In the streets of Konoha, we see a kid being thrown out of an orphanage. The kid had spikey blonde hair, blue eyes and three whiskers in each of his cheeks. The kid was of 4years of age and wore an off-white T-shirt with a red circle and a spiral on its chest.
"You Deserve to be on the streets, you demon Brat!" said the warden of the orphan to the kid.
The Kid, was Uzumaki Naruto. He stood up and started walking whitout knowing where he would go. He didn't know why the villagers used to glare at him, why parents used to stop their children from befriending him, why people used to bully him and why people used to call him a 'daemon'. He was alone.

Inside a dark hall, a few masked men were kneeling before a pedestal. On the pedestal, stood a throne on which a man was sitting.
The man's face was covered in shadow. "Bring the Kyuubi brat to the outside base in the evening. I have plans for him." Ordered the man on the pedestal to the masked men who nodded on the command and blurred away.
#later that day, in the streets of Konoha#
Naruto was walking while people glared at him in disgust and threw trash at him. He went to an empty ground and sat on a swing and started crying. What did I do to them? Why did my parents abandon me? Why do they call me a monster? -Thought Naruto.

Behind the swing, was a forest in which we see five figures jumping from tree to tree. They all wore different masks on their face which represented different animals. They all took position behind Naruto, and the one with the boar mask nodded to his teammates, before jumping down and covering the said kid with a sack which contained chloroform. Naruto unknowingly smelled the said substance and fell unconscious in the sack.
Few minutes later, Naruto started gaining consciousness, only to find himself unable to move much. He started regaining his senses and found out that he was inside a sack and was being kidnapped.
"Don't you think, it is too much to kidnap a child?" He heard a voice from outside of the sack.
"The brat deserves it. After all, he was the reason, many of our friends died." Replied another voice.
"What do you think he is going to do with this brat?" said a third voice.
"Whatever it may be, I hope that he intends to kill him." Said the second voice.
After hearing those words, Naruto was afraid and had started panicking. Suddenly, a red translucent chakra started covering him and it took the shape of a fox with one tail.
"Ya, he deserves it. He was the reason, that the Fourth died. I think he might have killed his parents too." Said another voice.
This enraged the kid and the chakra cloak started becoming opaque and two more tails appeared behind him simultaneously while losing his vision. "Calm Down Naruto." Said a voice, and he found himself in a place that looked like an old sewer. He walked towards the source of the voice only to find a blond man with deep blue eyes wearing a white cloak with kanji for '4' written on its back standing near a huge deal cage with some type of a seal on its lock.
"L.. (sob)...Lord F... (sob)… Fourth?!" Asked Naruto sobbing.
Standing in front of him, was the fourth Hokage himself. "Don't cry son. Don't let the fox take over you" Replied Minato pointing towards the cage.
"Did you call me son?"- Naruto.
"Yes. Well, I am sorry for you having to suffer this much, for me being not there for you, and for sealing the Kyuubi inside you, Naruto." Replied Minato, "I think, it's time I tell you what actully happend the night you were born, the night the kyuubi attacked our village..."
#Flashback#
It was the night of October 10th, while the village of Konoha were doing their daily activities, the Third Hokage and the newly appointed Fourth Hokage and their wives were somewhere outside the village. This was, because, the Fourth was expecting a baby soon and since his wife, Kushina Uzumaki, was the Nine-Tail's Jinchuriki, they knew the seal that held the Kyuubi inside would be weak at this time period. they were inside a cave which was guarded by a few ANBU members and was sealed and marked with the Fourth's trademark Hiraishin Kunai, for if anything were to go wrong.
But just in a few minutes after the baby was born, an Orange masked man with spiky black hair wearing a black cloak with red cloud-like patterns on it, entered the cave and snatched the newborn from the hands of Third's wife. He threw the child in air knowing that the Fourth would rush to catch him. Minato caught his newborn son and flashed back to his apartment (which was also marked with his hiraishin kunai). He quickly placed a letter on a desk near the child and flashed back to the cave, only to find that the masked man had released the Kyuubi from the seal and set it to attack Konoha.
Seeing the masked man, he threw a kunai at him, which was easily dodged by the man. With a smirk on his face, Minato flashed near the man and went for a punch only for it to phase through his face. Minato was shocked, coz he was sure that the person was not a simple Bunshin (Clone). His analysis was verified when the masked man kicked his chest which connected and sent him stumbling back a few inches.
The two men charged forward and engaged in a hot battle of taijutsu (hand-to-hand combat). Each attack from the masked man was easily dodged by Minato while every attack from him phased through the man. Analyzing the combat, Minato understood that, the masked man was using some sort of jutsu which helped him to materialize and dematerialize himself at it his will and that, he would materialize just before attacking him.
To test his theory, Minato pulled out a kunai from his pouch and threw it at the man's face at a blinding speed. The man charged forward a punch while the kunai simply phased through his forehead. As the man's fist was about to connect, Minato flashed behind the man, catching his kunai with one hand and smashing a sphere of chakra (mixture of spiritual and physical energies) on the man's back, cracking his spine and the ground beneath him.
Finding himself severely injured, the masked man wrapped himself away. Minato, without losing any time, flashed near the BIJUUDAMA, which was targeted towards the Hokage Monument and flashed it and the Kyuubi away from the village.
He found himself accompanied by Kushina, who was weak due to the child birth and extraction of Kyuubi from her stomach. "I am going to seal him inside our son, Kushina." Siad Minato. "But he is our Son!" Protested Kushina knowing the way Jinchuriki are treated in the village as she herself was one. " But we have to stop it, or it will destroy the whole village." Explained Minato.
"I am going to perform the Reaper Death seal to syphon it's chakra and seal it inside of him with 8-Tetragrams Seal." Said Minato.
"But that would kill you!" Protested Kushina but nodded in agreement knowing that it was the only way.
"Guess we aren't lucky enough to see him grow" said Minato to Kushina.
"I am sorry Naruto, for what I am going to do." Minato said with tears forming in his eyes.
He did the necessary hand seals for the reaper death seal and summoned Shinigami to syphon the Kyuubi's chakra. Seeing this, the Kyuubi raised its claws to stab the infant's heart, but was blocked by Minato and Kushina, by letting the claws stab through them.
Knowing that she was going to die, she said, "Naruto...
Don't be picky... Eat lots and grow strong...
Make sure that you bathe every day and stay warm...
Also... Don't stay up late... You need lots of sleep...
And make friends... You don't need a lot of friends...
Just a few... Ones you can really, really trust...
I wasn't very good at it, but keep up with your studies and practice your ninjutsu hard..
Remember that everyone has strengths and weaknesses..
So don't get too depressed if you can't do something well..
Respect your teachers and upperclassmen at the Academy..
Oh, and this is important.. It's about the Three Prohibitions for a shinobi..
Be extra careful about lending and borrowing money..
Put your mission wages into your savings account..
No alcohol until you're twenty.. Too much can ruin your health, so drink in moderation..
Another Prohibition is women..
I'm a woman, so I don't know too much about this but..
All you need to remember is that this world is made up of men and women..
So it's only natural to take an interest in girls..
But just don't get hooked on bad women.. Find someone just like me..
Speaking of the Three Prohibitions, be wary of Jiraiya Sensei, you know..
Naruto, from now on, you're going to face lots of pain and hardship..
Be true to yourself.. Have a dream and have the confidence to make that dream come true..
There's so much.. Oh, so much more that I want to pass on to you.. I wish I could stay with you longer..

"I'll seal the remaining of our chakra in the seal, which would be released at specefic situations." Said Minato finishing, the sealing process.
Near the place, the Third Hokage saw what Minato was going to do and rushed forward to stop him, but was too late. "His name is Naruto, please take care of him and reveal him as the hero who saved the village, Lord third." were the last words that Hiruzen heard from the Fourth Hokage, as he fell down dead.
#End of Flashback#
Hearing the story, Naruto ran towards Minato for a hug and cried in the arms of his father. "Don't cry my child." was the only thing that Minato could say. Suddenly a grunting sound could be heard from the cage like structure.
"Grrrrrr..."
Two giant orange eyes with vertical slits could be seen inside the dark cage, glaring at the fourth hokage.
"Minato!... Release me from this prison... I'll tear you apart into pieces for sealing me... "
"Don't listen to him, Naruto..." Said Minato placing his right hand's fingers on the seal. Suddenly, a weird pattern circled around the seal and a few wooden structures in the shape of Greek alphabet 'pie' fell on the Kyuubi, suppressing it and making it wince under pain.
Seeing the beast suffer reminded Naruto of the way he was being treated in the village and felt sympathy for the creature. He moved towards the beast inside the cage and ruffled its orange fur. "Father please don't hurt him" asked Naruto to his dad. Hearing this, Minato raised an eyebrow.
" Fool, don't you know that I am the reason for your sufferings? Naïve child, I can tear you into pieces." Said the beast.
" Why would you do such thing? I just want to be friends with you, since you are inside me." Said Naruto. Kyuubi was shocked to hear this, because, throughout the history, he was sealed into many hosts, but none of them had ever been friendly towards him. They would usually be afraid of him or be ride and ruthless to him.
"And why do you think I would do that?" Asked the beast in a harsh voice.
"Coz I know, you have been lonely, as we both are treated the same way." Replied Naruto. Minato was shocked to see that his 4-year-old son could understand someone's feelings so well.
"He somewhat reminds me of father" Thought Kyuubi. "Fine. I see something in you that I've not felt in many years." Said Kyuubi to Naruto. "Don't worry Minato, I won't harm your son. But don't open the seal yet, his body is not strong enough to handle my chakra. I'll help him train so that he can harness my power well though I don't believe that he'll ever have to" said Kyuubi turning to Minato.
"I didn't believe that you have a heart Kyuubi." Said Minato mockingly.
"Well, now you know. And I have a name and it's 'Kurama' so don't call me 'Kyuubi'" said Kurama.
"Well Naruto, my time is reaching an end. But before I leave, I give you the key to the seal and ask Lord Hiruzen to give you access to the Namikaze apartment, there you'll find my notes and your mother's writings. Ask him to let you stay there if possible" said Minato "I think it's goodbye" Naruto hugged Minato tightly while crying. Minato disappeared into shining particles inside of Naruto's hug.
When Naruto came back to his senses, he found himself in the arms of dog-faced masked man with white hair. He looked towards Naruto and said, "Don't worry, you are safe now. We have taken care of your kidnappers and we are heading towards Hokage's office."
"It should have been a dream" Thought Naruto.
"I assure you it was not a dream kid." Said Kurama from his head.
"So, are we friends?" Asked Naruto through his thoughts.
"Yes" Kurama Replied.
"Cool!" thought Naruto in excitement.
#few minutes later at the Hokage's office#
The masked shinobi entered inside of the Hokage's office with Naruto on his side. The masked shinobi reported what had happened to an old man wearing a white cloak with the kanji of 3rd written on it and a similar hat on his head with a kanji of fire on it.
The Hokage dismissed the ANBU member and said, "So Naruto, you'll need a new house, since the orphanage has abandoned you."
"If I may Hokage old man," Naruto asked to which the Hokage nodded (Hokage saw Naruto as a grandson so Naruto used to call him old man) "I would like to live in the Namikaze apparent." Naruto asked to which the Hokage raised an eyebrow.
"So, you know... But how?" Asked the old Hokage. To which, Naruto answered by telling him what had transcribed leaving the part in which Kurama had befriended him.
"I see..." Replied the Hokage, "So there is nothing to be kept as a secret from you. Be careful, Naruto. I didn't tell you this earlier to keep you safe from the hands of your father's enemies."
"Don't worry old man, I can understand why you did what you did." Replied Naruto hoping to comfort the old Hokage.
"I'll do the required paperwork in half an hour. Then you can safely use the apartment near the Namikaze compound. But I can't let you live inside the compound as the council may suspect something. But I'll grant you the full access to the compound. Ok?" Asked the Hokage to which Naruto nodded.
Half an hour later, Naruto entered his new home and then he went inside the Namikaze compound to check what his father had informed him about.
"I think you should rest today and from tomorrow I'll begin training you." Said Kurama to which Naruto agreed...
