Hello everyone! I'm new in Arc-V and I decided to make an remake of Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V story. In this story, Yuya will be 16 years old instead 14 years old, has golden eyes and has a little sister. Yuya also gotten stronger as Duelist and smarter as a person. Also, Ruri and Shun are resident of Standard Dimension. There are a Duelist who take over Shun's role as Yuto's partner. About Yuya sister Deck, She will use Shaddoll Invoked.

Notes: Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc - V belongs to Konami.

Chapter 1: The Swing of Pendulum

You Show Duel School

Gongenzaka standing on the Action Field with Superheavy Samurai Waka-O2 and Superheavy Samurai Sword-999 on his side.

Gongenzaka: 2600 x4

"Now I tribute Superheavy Samurai Waka-O2 and Superheavy Samurai Sword-999 to Advance Summon Superheavy Samurai Big Ben-K!" Gongenzaka ace appeared on the field in defense position.

Superheavy Samurai Big Ben-K ( ATK 1000/ DEF 3500/Machine/Earth/LV 8 )

"Now come at me Yuya! Duel the man, Gongenzaka in one on one!" Gongenzaka really want to have a real Duel with Yuya since most of their Duel was just trying to make the crowd enjoyable instead of focus on winning.

As Gongenzaka was waiting for Yuya to make a move, Yuya appeared on the roof of the building as he jumping from the top and landing on the side of the roof.

"As you wish Gongenzaka, the fun starts now! I activate a Quick-Play Spell Cards Hippo Carnival! With this, I Summon three Hippo Tokens!" As the three Hippo Tokens appeared on the field and started dancing, Yuya was dancing too.

"Ahahah! These Hippos definitely know how to party!" Yuya exclaimed as he having fun with his Monsters. Gongenzaka, however, was irritated.

"Wha ?! Are you kidding me ?!" Once again, Gongenzaka was upset to Yuya for not taking their Duel seriously.

Meanwhile, in the another room, three people are watching the Duel. The first was a 16 years old girl that had pink eyes and long purple hair that extended towards her back. She wears a cream vest with an yellow underdress, worn out pants, brown boots and two brown belts. She was Ruri Kurosaki, Yuya's childhood friend. The second one was a 18 years old young man with dark green eyes and dark green hair along with lighter green bangs. He wears a purple jacket, tight black pants and brown shoes. He was Shun Kurosaki, Ruri's older brother. The last one is a 14 years old girl that had both green and red eyes (heterochromatic) and green and red hair similiar to Yuya but the red part is longer that extended towards her back. She wears a red sleeved shirt, a black skirt, dark stockings and black boots. She was Rina Sakaki, Yuya's younger sister.

"Seems he doesn't Duel seriously again." Shun commented.

"Well I'm not that surprised." Ruri said. She already know that most of Yuya's Duel was just for fun.

"Cmon big brother! Stop goofing around!" Rina yelled in anger as she ancidentally slammed the keyboard as the machine start to malfunctioning.

Just then, Ruri and Shun's father, Shuzo Kurosaki rushes to the room. "Rina, what happened ?!"

"I'm sorry Shuzo-san!" Rina said with guilty looks on her face.

Just as the solid vision was vanishing, a young blue haired boy named Tatsuya watching the Duel along with his mother. He was interested with Yuya's Dueling style. After vanishing, Yuya noticed that he was fell but with his quick thinking, he did a flip and landed on his feet.

You Show Duel School - Main Room

"My hot blooded Dueling!" Shuzo exclaimed as everyone sitting at the chair. "Without Solid vision, I can't do my hot blooded teaching, then the student will leave and then the school will be over!" He said in panicked.

"Aw man, if Rina didn't broke out the machine, I could made that boy enjoy the Duel even more." Yuya sighed in dissapointed.

"Well I wouldn't gotten angry if you Duel more seriously big brother!" Rina said in irritation as she tried to smack her brother with her fist, but Yuya dodge it and ancidentaly bumped into Gongenzaka, who still look irritated.

"Oh sorry Gongenzaka, didn't see you there." Yuya apologized.

"That boy wasn't having fun." Gongenzaka sternly said as Yuya lifted his goggles and then gave him a playful smile. "Come on, he's laughing after all."

"There is a difference between someone laughing at you or someone laughing with you!" Gongenzaka yelled at him.

Shun then joined the conversation. "When your father, Sakaki Yusho was around, he was make everyone smile with his Dueling. Do you forget that Yusho make people smile from the heart ?"

Ruri was looking at them worryingly, she know that Yuya do that to forget the pain of his father leaving by joking around in his Duel but she missed the time when Yuya was serious at Dueling.

Yuya then gave a small smile. "I'm not forgotting what my father's believe in Dueling. But I'm not my father."

Ruri, Shun, Gongenzaka and Rina looked at him confused as he looked at his pendulum. "Bringing smiles with Dueling is his style not mine. For me, Dueling should be competitive and fun. People should enjoy themself while Dueling. No matter the fear of losing, as long as the crowd is having fun, I don't care if I lose and people laughing at me."

Ruri, Shun, Gongenzaka and Rina was surprise and amazed by what Yuya just said but then Yuya said. "Beside, my father always ended up getting laughed at the end anyway."

"Yuya!" Everyone yelled at him.

"Oh my, looks like there is a trouble here." A man wears a yellow and black suit with a red bowtie walked into the room. Everyone was confused who this man was.

"And who are you ?" Shuzo asked.

"Nico Smiley the name, the manager and promoter of the current Action Duel Champion, Strong Ishijima." The man named Nico Smiley introduce himself.

Yuya's eyes widen as he reminded a little bit about his past. "Ishijima.."

"Strong Ishijima is LDS's Spokesman, and I inviting Yuya to Duel him at his fan appreciation day." He explained.

Yuya was surprise at this. "You want me to Duel Ishijima ?" Yuya asked in nervous tone.

"That's right! This is your change to battle him! Your wish from five years ago will be come true!" Nico exclaimed.

Five years ago, Sakaki Yusho was scheduled to face Strong Ishijima, but Yusho was dissapeared as Ishijima calling Yusho for being a coward. Yuya was begging to take his father's place to defend his name but being held back by his mother, sister, Ruri and Shun.

"We already have everything prepared." Nico was showing the poster of Ishijima facing Yuya.

Yuya was little nervous to actually face Strong Ishijima but also felt confident that he was ready to face him, especially he and his partner created a new Summoning method called Pendulum. But before he could answer, Shuzo interupped Nico.

"No! I won't allow Yuya to participate." He said firmly.

"Huh ? But why ? Yusho fans will be happy if his son showed up." Nico said frantically.

"I won't let you use Yuya as Ishijima's show pony! Do you know how Yuya and Rina felt around these 5 years ?! Get lost!" Shuzo yelled. He was thinking that Nico just used Yuya to make Strong Ishijima looks good.

"Ah how unfortunate. If you would have agreed, we were going to give you Leo Corporation's newest Real Solid Vision System as thanks, for free." Nico said.

"For real ?" Shuzo asked excitedly, but Ruri slapped him with her hand.

"Don't you just said that you wouldn't let Yuya be a show pony ?" Ruri asked in annoyed tone.

"But the school is important!" Shuzo argued.

"What matters now is how Yuya and Rina feels." Shun added. But, to much everyone surprise, Yuya stood up and say. "I accept."

"WHAT ?!"

"It's my time to face the reality now. So I will win this Duel no matter what!" Yuya boldly said.

Nico then smile in happiness. "Great! We'll be waiting!" And with that, Nico left the room.

"You sure about this Yuya ?" Ruri asked worriedly.

"Yeah, it's the time to show em what I can do." Yuya said in confident tone as he and Rina ready to left the school to somewhere else.

Shun then approached Ruri and patted her shoulder. "Don't worry about him little sister, he can do this." Ruri just smile at her brother.

Maiami City Bridge

At the bridge, Yuya and Rina was sitting on the rails of the bridge as Yuya staring at the Pendulum he was holding. "Still thinking about him big brother ?" Rina asked.

Yuya nodded. "Yeah, I really miss him.." He said in a sad tone. "I wonder where is he now, I hope he's alright." He added.

"Dad is strong, I'm sure he's okay where ever he is now." Rina assured.

"Yeah.. but I don't know if I could beat Ishijima.." Yuya began but Rina cut him off.

"Come on big brother! I'm sure you can beat him, you're the one who teach me how to Duel after all. And beside.." Rina the looked at the stadium. "I'm sure with your 'new' cards, you can beat him easily."

"Thanks Rina." Yuya said as he patted his sister's head as the they leave the bridge and gets back to their house.

Next Day - Maiami Stadium

In the next day, Ruri, Shun, Gongenzaka, Rina and Shuzo arrive at the stadium, Nico starts to annouce the event.

"Yuya.." Ruri said in worried tone.

"This will be interesting." Shun commented.

"Yes! And that newest will be ours in no-" Shuzo said but quickly get slapped by Ruri.

"The Duel will be the Action Duel! Now the Action Field will be this: The King's Throne!" The field change to a big castle with a golden throne on it.

Nico was satisfied with the result. "Now please welcome our Duel King for the five years! Strong Ishijima!"

The crowds cheers as Ishijima yells out his battle cry.

"Now for the challengers, please welcome Sakaki Yuya!" Nico announced. You Show crew was cheers as Yuya was arrived with riding Odd-Eyes.

"So you're the Yusho's brat, Sakaki Yuya ?" Ishijima asked.

"I am." Yuya answered as he activated his Duel Disk. "Let's see how good you are." He said.

Yuya's statement makes Ishijima enraged as he activated his own Duel Disk. "You insolent brat! I'll give you some discipline with my skills!"

Yuya smiles at the statement.

"Now since both players are ready, let's start the Duel!" Nico yelled as he chanted. "Duelists locked in the battle!"

"Kicking the earth and dancing in the air with their monsters!" The crowds yelled.

"They storm through the field!"

"Behold! The newest and greatest evolution of Dueling!"

"Action.."

Duel!

Yuya LP: 4000

Ishijima LP: 4000

"I'll go first!" Yuya declared. "I Summon Performapal Skullcrobat Joker!" A joker wears a black clotches and black magician hat appeared on the field.

Performapal Skullcrobat Joker ( ATK 1800/DEF 100/Spellcaster/Dark/Pendulum/LV 4/PS 8 )

"When Skullcrobat Joker is Normal Summoned, I can add "Performapal", "Odd-Eyes" or "Magician" Monster from my Deck to my hand! I add Stargazer Magician!" Yuya said.

"Then I set 1 card facedown and end my turn." Yuya concluded.

"Ok brat. I'll show you the power of the champions! Draw!" Ishijima declared as he draw.

"Well someone is full of himself.." Yuya muttered.

"I activate the Spell Card Feast of the Wild LV 5! This card let me Special Summon two Level 5 Warrior-Type Monster from my hand but that Monster effect is negated! I Summon Lava Battleguard and Swamp Battleguard!" A two beastly warriors appeared on the field.

Lava Battleguard ( ATK 1550/DEF 1800/Warrior/Earth/LV 5 )

Swamp Battleguard ( ATK 1800/DEF 1500/Warrior/Earth/LV 5 )

"Then I tribute them to Advance Summon Battleguard King!" A warrior with red skin and two horns also wears a silver armor and holding a giant sword appeared on the field.

Battleguard King ( ATK 3000/DEF 1100/Warrior/Earth/LV 8 )

"There is it! Strong Ishijima's strongest Monster!" Nico exclaimed as the crowd cheers.

"Your father may escape this one, but you wont! Battle! Battleguard King attack that Joker!" Ishijima commanded as Battleguard King swung his big sword at Joker, ready to slice him.

"Trap card open! Defense Draw! Battle Damage I took reduced to 0 and then I draw one card!" Yuya countered as a invisible barrier protect Yuya from the shockwave as Skullcrobat Joker is destroyed.

"I set one card facedown and end my turn. Now show me your skill brat." Ishijima concluded.

"With pleasure. My turn! Draw!" Yuya declared as he draw.

Then Yuya spread his arms out as he addressed the audience. "Now everyone, the fun starts now! I will show you the newest style of Dueling!"

The crowd immeditely cheered for this as Ishijima raised an eyebrow in curiousity as You Show group seemed excited.

"Behold the new Summoning Method that I just created! With the scale 1 Stargazer Magician and scale 8 Timegazer Magician I set the Pendulum scale!" Yuya said as the magician with a white robe and holding his staff and the magician with black robe and holding his time staff being surrounded by pillars of light as they rise up as the world Pendulum spread throughout his Duel Disk in colorful letters. After that, a bigger version of Yuya's pendant appears between them.

Stargazer Magician ( ATK 1200/DEF 2400/Spellcaster/Dark/Pendulum/LV 5/PS 1 )

Timegazer Magician ( ATK 1200/DEF 600/Spellcaster/Dark/Pendulum/LV 3/PS 8 )

"What is this ?!" Ishijima exclaimed in completely shock and confused.

"Now I can Summon any Monsters with Level between 2 and 7 at the same time! Swing, Pendulum of my soul! Draw an arclight across the aether! Pendulum Summon! Come forth, my monsters!" Yuya chanted as a portal appears overhead and two lights burst out.

"Come to the field, Performapal Celestial Magician!" A magician in white and green clotches and has two big wings appeared on the field.

"The wondrous dragon with dichromatic eyes, Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon!" A red and white dragon with two white scales with red and green orbs on it and also has red and green eye appeared on the field.

LDS Control Room

In the LDS Control room, a monitors were shows an incredible energy levels.

"Sir, we detect a strong Summoning Method!" One of the staff said.

The young man who was sitting on his desk raised an eyebrow in curiousity. He had silver hair and red glasses along with amethyst eyes. He wore a blue long sleeved shirt with white pants along with red scarf over his neck. This was Akaba Reiji, Yuya's friend and partner.

"Can we identify it ?" The young man asked.

"Analyzing sir!" A worker said. "I-it's Pendulum sir!"

"Pendulum ?" He asked in confusion. "Who performed it ?"

"It's Sakaki Yuya, sir."

"Yuya ?" The man asked before formed a small smile on his face. "So you finally used our project cards huh ? How interesting."

Back at the Stadium

Everyone on the spectator side couldn't believe their eyes. Yuya has just Summon two Monsters at the same time. And the one with Level 7.

"What is this Summoning Method ?! Two Monsters at once ? And that Dragon is Level 7, how can he Summon it without tribute ?!" Ishijima asked in confusion.

"But the Summoning is legal, the Duel Disk didn't detect an error." Nico said, make the champions surprise.

"That new Summoning Method is awesome!" One of the crowd said.

"This is amazing!"

"Pendulum! Pendulum!" A person cheered before the crowds joined in.

However, the You Show crew, except Rina got shocked and confused at the same time. Rina was the first to break the silence. "Guys, I present you the Pendulum Summoning."

"You know that Summoning ?" Shuzo asked as Rina nodded in response.

"How long have you known ?" Ruri asked.

"Two years."

"That long ?!" Ruri yelled in disbelief.

"And he didn't tell us ?!" Ayu cried.

"Not fair!" Futoshi added.

"Didn't see that coming." Shun responded.

"Now the show is almost over! I activate a Spell Spiral Strike Burst! When I Control a "Odd-Eyes" Monster, I can destroy one card on the field! Say goodbye to your Battleguard King!" Yuya said as Odd-Eyes release his Spiral energy as Battleguard King is destroyed.

"No way.." Ishijima muttered in disbelief while Yuya just smile in respond.

"Battle! Performapal Celestial Magician and Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon attack Ishijima directly!" The magician and Odd-Eyes release their attack at Ishijima.

"I won't let you! I acti-" Ishijima tried to activated his set card but he can't, make him confused. "What ?! Why I can't activate my trap ?!"

"Stargazer and Timegazer Magician's Pendulum effect! During the battle phase when my Monster is attack, you can't activate Spell and Trap until the end of the damage step!" Yuya explained.

"What ?!" He yelled in disbelief. That means he can't use the action cards too.

The blast finally hit Ishijima while he was sent flying to the floor.

Yuya LP: 4000 ( WIN )

Ishijima LP: 0 ( LOSE )

As the hologram dissapeared, revealing Yuya's picture with a 'Winners' word at the top of Stadium while the crowds cheered loudly.

"Did Yuya just win ?" Ruri asked.

"Yeah, he did." Gongenzaka responded.

"Not only that, he even beat the Champions with just three turns." Shun added.

"The winner is decided! It's Sakaki Yuya!" Nico announced as the crowds cheered more loudly as Yuya give them his signature bow. The You Show crew jumped out of their seat and run to the arena before any reporters could get to Yuya.

"That was amazing Yuya! That Pendulum Summoning was amazing!" Ruri said with a sweet smile on her face.

"You were awesome Yuya!" Gongenzaka said happily.

"You did it Yuya!" Shuzo was crying tears of joy.

"Well done Yuya." Shun praised him.

"Amazing big brother!" Rina said happily while she hugged Yuya tightly.

Yuya only rubbed the back of his head sheepishly. "Hehe, thanks for the support guys."

Not long after that, Nico stuck the mics towards Yuya, who stepped back a bit. "What can you say about Pendulum Summoning ?! How long did you create it ?! How did you think of it when you create it ?"

Yuya could only sweatdrop at the question. 'Oh god, what have I gotten myself into ?'

LDS Control Room

Reiji, who saw the Duel at the Control Room, seemed satisfied with the result. "Finally you did it Yuya.."

Then Reiji turned to his assistent, Nakajima. "Tell Yuya to meet me now if that's possible."

"Yes, sir." He responded before he left the room.

Reiji look at the screen once again. "With this, we can save this Dimension.."
