A/N: I can't begin to express how happy it makes my little author's heart that you are all enjoying this story lol in gratitude, here is another chapter (all Emma and Regina) for your enjoyment. ;) Happy reading!

Regina looked around her bedroom, crawling beside her bed and looking underneath it for any sign of the blonde woman that slept in her bathtub. She knew she wasn't crazy. There was no way she could have imagined someone sleeping inside her bathtub. There was no way!

She quickly opened her closet door, searching through all her clothes, finding nothing. That only worried her and momentarily made her wonder what could have possibly been inside those drinks she had last night. Or maybe… She was still drunk?

No! No. No way.

Regina headed downstairs, but not before giving her bedroom one last search. Her stairs creaked with each careful step she took, her eyes crazy and searching around the living room.

"Are you here?" She asked, glancing in every direction. "Hello?" She headed into her kitchen, finding it completely empty. No sign of anyone, but she decided to call out again, just to make sure. "Hello?"

After calling out once more, Regina sighed with relief as she plopped down onto one of her bar stools. Okay… You obviously had too much to drink last night. Just relax. There was no one inside your bathtub. No one. Absolutely-

"You know, we really have to talk about who you sleep with." Regina's head snapped up at the sound of Emma's voice, her eyes wide as she was sitting across from her, chewing down on a slice of bacon. "I mean, whatever happened to commitment? Here I thought I was your only someone."

Regina quickly stood, knocking over her bar stool and reaching for the first thing in sight, which was the glass of orange juice and tossed it right at her.

"Hey!" Emma was quick enough to duck before the glass could struck her, her eyes wide as she stood up and away from the kitchen island. "Regina- whoa!" She duck again as this time an entire plate of breakfast was tossed right at her, food flying around various parts of the kitchen.

"Who are you?! What the hell are you doing in my apartment?" Regina moved around the island, following every one of Emma's steps.

"Come on, Gina, you know who I am." Said Emma, moving along the island.

"Don't call me Gina!" She tossed a wooden spoon she had reached for.

"Okay, okay- maybe we need to just calm down- hey- whoa!" Emma duck, avoiding being struck by a knife that came flying right at her. She turned her head at the knife clanking against the kitchen floor before staring back at the shocked brunette. "Wow, if this is how you treat all your girlfriends, I can see why you're alone."

"Ugh!" Regina grunted, tossing another knife, followed by another, followed by a fork, then a spoon.

"What are you doing now?" Emma watched the crazed brunette as she reached for her phone and began to dial. "Regina? Put that phone down."

"Yes, hello?!" Regina breathed out, trying to catch a breath. "Please, come quickly. I have an intruder in my home-"

"Oh, for the love of-" Emma rolled her eyes. "Hang up the phone," she tried reaching for it but Regina only walked away.

"Yes! I have her here, she's about five foot seven, she's wearing," her eyes scanned Emma quickly. "Black jeans, a white shirt and a red leather jacket."

Emma rushed over to the brunette, fighting her over the phone. "Yeah, you gave me this jacket, remember?! You drew me years ago when you were just a kid! You were heartbroken when I had to go away!"

"Give me the damn phone!" Regina struggled to get the phone away from Emma's strong grip.

"Hang up the call!" Emma shouted, "Tell them it's a false alarm and hang up the damn call or you will have the police showing up here, looking for a damn ghost!"

"Give me that phone!" Regina grunted.

"Regina, look at me!" Emma's eyes locked on furious brown ones, holding tightly onto the phone with no intention of letting it go. "Look at me! I'm Emma! The same Emma that used to read you bedtime stories, that used to make them up. The same Emma that used to sing to you sleep or you wouldn't be able to sleep a wink. The same Emma that you had a crush on and said you would someday marry. It's me!"

"Give me the-" The phone flew out of both their grips and smashed against the floor, leaving both women in shock and gawking at the pieces on the floor.

"Ma'am? Open it, it's N.Y.P.D!" A voice, followed by pounding outside the front door made both Emma and Regina stare at the door.

Regina glared right at Emma, while Emma motioned toward the door.

"You see what you did? Have fun explaining this one." She crossed her arms over her chest, while Regina raced to the pound at the door.

"I'm coming! Yes, I'm coming." Regina looked over her shoulder, seeing Emma still standing in her kitchen, just for verification. She blinked a few times before answering the door and composed herself.

"Ma'am, we had a call about a break in. Is everything alright?" The officer's brow knitted, eyeing the brunette suspiciously.

"Yes- yes, of course." Regina put on her best smile, not removing herself from the parted door. "I am so sorry. I should have been watching her better."

"Her?" The two officer's exchanged quick looks.

Regina nodded, "Yes, uh…" Her mind worked on overdrive. "My, my, my sister! My sister, she… She's come to New York from out of town and I'm afraid she, she forgot her medication." She rolled her eyes for effect. "Poor thing. I was just on my way to the pharmacy to pick up her order when I found her trying to cook breakfast." Once she calmed down a bit, she continued, "You see, she is not allowed near fire and when I was fighting with her she took my phone from me and dialed the police, making up a story about an intruder."

God, did that sound crazy. Regina could do nothing but hope for the best. Her heart was pounding inside her chest.

"You are welcome to come in, if you'd like," She stepped away from the door, holding it open. "She locked herself in her room, I'm afraid and refuses to come out. She made quite a mess, so I do apologize."

The cops exchanged questioning looks.

"But, she's… alright?" One officer asked her.

"Oh, she's fine," Regina smiled, nodding. "Come in-"

"No, uh…" One of the cops looked over at his partner again. "Look, just, keep a closer watch on your sister?"

"Absolutely. And again, I apologize."

"Well… You have yourself a good day, ma'am."

"You too. Thank you, officers." Regina's smile was gone as soon as she shut her door. She sighed, "Oh, my God."

"So…" Emma appeared beside the brunette, causing her to jump. "I'm your sister now?"

Regina glared at her, removing herself from her door and heading into her messy kitchen.

Emma followed close behind. "Hey, nicely done handling those cops with that made up story about your mentally sick sister. I guess that's why they didn't want to come in," she chuckled. "Glad to know your imagination is still intact."

Regina turned on the balls of her feet, glaring up at Emma. "You…" She pointed a finger, bumping it right into her chest. "What do you think you're doing here? Huh?"

Emma backed up a few steps, "Hey, Gina, I-"

"Don't!" Regina hissed, her jaw clenching. "Call me… That. Ever. You lost that right."

"Okay." Emma's eyes were wide once again. She always knew little Regina had a temper when she wanted to have it, but she wasn't prepared for a death glare.

After the brunette turned back to continue her journey into the kitchen, Emma followed her, choosing her next words carefully.

"Listen… Regina." She watched the woman carefully as she began to clean up the broken plate from the floor. "I realize you must be pretty surprised as to why I'm here, especially after all these years-"

"Gee, you don't say," Regina's tone was sarcastic.

"I'm as surprised as you, okay? The night I left-"

Pieces of broken glass crashed back onto the floor, while Regina quickly stood up to her feet, facing the blonde again. "The night you left was the best night of my life! It showed me that you can't trust people. Let alone someone who promises to stick around forever."

"Hey, you have every right to be angry, but it's not like I wanted to leave, okay? I was-"

"You were what?" Regina walked up a couple of steps making Emma's hips pin against the kitchen counter. "What can you possibly say that can justify what you had to do? I mean," she chuckled, pacing away from the blonde before turning to her again. "I had to go to therapy because of you! Because of you I spent years trying to convince myself that you had been real, but little by little it all started fading."

"You seem to remember me now," Emma grinned, holding out her arms to shield her face from the sudden smacks she began to receive from a towel rag Regina held in her hands. "Hey! Gina!"

"You stupid, stupid idiot!" Regina hissed, giving the blonde another smack right on her arm. "Why did you have to come back? What are you doing here?"

"Hey," Emma moved away from being cornered, her eyes trained on the angry brunette. "Don't blame me, okay? Blame that kid of yours, he's the one who made the wish!"

"What wish?" Regina breathed.

"The birthday wish. He wished for you to have happiness, to have me back in your life." Emma sighed, rubbing her arm as she could still feel the sting from the rag.

Regina sighed, her eyes closing as her fingers worked on her temples. She needed an aspirin and fast. Searching through one of her cabinets in the kitchen, the brunette reached for a bottle of Advil, her hands shook as she was somehow struggling to pop open the cap.

Emma watched, slowly reaching out for the rattling bottle of pills. "Do you need help-?"

"I can do it!" Regina barked, turning her back to the blonde, who raised her hands up in front of her. After successfully opening the lid, she popped two pills into her mouth, drinking them down with the other served glass of orange juice that was resting against the counter.

The brunette's eyes closed, her head leaning back against the refrigerator.

"Regina…?" Emma quietly called out.

"This is a dream," the brunette murmured. "This is all just a dream. I am obviously still passed out in my bed upstairs, you aren't here. You're not real."

Emma crossed her arms over her chest, waiting patiently for the brunette to open her eyes.

Slowly, brown eyes parted open, disappointed once they stared right back at a waiting blonde.

"Still here," She smiled.

"Oh… God…" Regina rolled her eyes, moving away from her kitchen, "I'm in hell." She headed straight up the stairs.

Emma's brow furrowed as she glanced down at her red leather jacket. "Is it the jacket?" She shrugged, following right behind the brunette. "Regina," she called out, knocking at her bedroom door. "Re-"

"Go away." Regina's head popped out from an opened door before popping right back in and shutting it in place.

"Regina, come on." Emma rattled the doorknob, knocking once again. "Come on, you can't possibly stay mad at me forever."

"Yes, I can!" She heard from inside the bedroom.

The blonde sighed, her forehead pressed against the door. "Regina…" She called out, before realizing one thing. She could appear anywhere she wanted. "What am I doing?" She chuckled.

Regina zipped up her black pencil skirt, fishing her closet for a white sleeveless dress shirt. Reaching for it and ripping it off the hanger, she placed one arm in before the other, buttoning up. She didn't have time to deal with her imaginary friend. Because that's all Emma was. She was in her head and nowhere else. She had work and a life to get to.

She looked at herself in the mirror, gasping and whipping around as soon as she spotted Emma standing right behind her through the mirror. "Jesus!" Her hands clutched her blouse closed.

"Nice legs," Emma grinned.

"What the hell are you doing in here?!" Regina hissed, her eyes throwing a death glare into playful green ones.

"I'm a part of you, don't you remember? Wherever you go, I go." Her eyes quickly scanned the brunette's attire. "Say, you have a nice-"

"Get out!" Regina pushed Emma out of her closet before finishing up getting ready for work.

Emma plopped onto the brunette's bed, noticing it was still unmade and remembering the other blonde that walked out of here this morning. She quickly stood up from sitting on the sex-capade bed.

"So…" Regina closed her eyes as soon as she heard Emma's voice. "Who was the blonde who walked out of here this morning? Is she uh… A girlfriend?"

"No." Regina took a while to reply. 'The more you fueled this imaginary friend, the more you attached her to you.' She remembered her new therapist telling her those exact words.

"Oh, I see… So you are lonely?"

The brunette stormed out of her closet, rushing past the blonde and reaching for her comb to tend to her hair.

"I'll take that as a yes." Said Emma.

Regina turned on the balls of her feet, staring right at the obnoxious blonde. "If you say one more word," she raised her comb.

Emma's brow raised. "What are you gonna do, comb my hair?"

"Ugh!" After slamming her comb against her dresser, she stormed out of the bedroom. "You are impossible! I don't ever remember you being this annoying."

"So you do remember me!" Emma smiled happily, following right behind the annoyed brunette.

"Go away, Emma." Regina reached for her purse, reaching for her broken phone on the floor.

"Okay, okay. I'm sorry if I'm acting so…"

"Annoying?" Regina glared.

"Well, I was going to say happy." She smiled. "Because let's face it, the last time I saw you, you were," she stuck her hand out, hovering it over the air near her knees.

"Yeah, well I'm not a little girl anymore. I'm fully grown." The brunette frowned.

Emma chuckled, "You can say that again," her eyes traveled down south, so far that her head cocked to the side.

"Stop looking at my ass!" Regina hissed, causing Emma to snap up to attention. "Look," she sighed. "Isn't there any place else you can go off to?"

"Go where?" Emma asked.

"I don't know, Emma. Find a nice mansion, get some chains and haunt it for all I care. Just leave. Me. Alone." Regina nodded, heading out of her kitchen and out of her door.

Emma's head followed the brunette, her eyes trained on the woman's ass before rushing out of Regina's apartment.
