Later, Sabrina and Chloe were racing to a lifeboat they'd found.
"Out of my way! This is my lifeboat!" Chloe snapped.
"No, yours'll be called a get-a-lifeboat!" Sabrina retorted to her ex-best friend.
"Hey!" Chloe shouted.
"Besides, I saw it first!" Sabrina added.
"The only reason I'm in this mess is because of you," replied Chloe. "The least you can do is let me live!"
While Sabrina and Chloe wrestled with the lifeboat, Maritza came up and ducked underneath it. "Thanks, girls!" she remarked.
Cherry sighed as she hugged her knees, staring out into the water. "I'm going to die here." she then groaned.
But at that point, a gust of wind blew away the raft.
"Well... That's right out the window." Lionel remarked as he faded back in.
"Lionel... Where'd you go?" Cherry asked, looking to him softly.
"I teleported between dimensions to blow off steam," replied Lionel. "But I knew I had to come back... Especially after I saw Thor run off like that."
"I don't think I've ever actually seen Thor cry before." Cherry said softly.
"Yeah... It's hurts seeing him so down in the dumps," Lionel replied. "...I'm gonna go look for him."
"O-Okay," Cherry said to him. "Good luck."
"Oh. I figured you'd come with me, but okay..." Lionel replied.
"I would, but I just feel stuck with that little spat that Maritza, Chloe, and I had with Sabrina." Cherry said.
"Maybe a walk will help?" Lionel offered, helping her up to her feet.
"Hmm... Maybe..." Cherry shrugged as she went to go with him then.
"Alright then, let's go for a walk and find Thor," replied Lionel. "Hopefully by the time we come back, they'll have cooled down."
"Yeah, I guess," Cherry sighed. "I just never thought I'd get in a fight with Sabrina."
"You've known her a long time, huh?" Lionel asked.
"Since middle school, yeah," Cherry said. "Atticus and I got lost on the way home in a rainstorm once and ended up in the Spellman house. Then we met Hilda, Zelda, and Salem. We spent the night since it was too dangerous to go home, then I woke up to get a drink of water, then I saw the craziest thing: around midnight, Sabrina levitated out of her bed in her sleep."
"That was when she found out she was a witch," replied Lionel. "And 1 thing led to another, I guess."
"Yeah, pretty much," Cherry said. "Not to mention ending up turning Gem into a pineapple, then we had to go to the Witch's Council to ask for permission to turn back time. They said no at first until Hilda convinced Drell to say yes."
"First time you guys saw him, huh?" Lionel guessed.
"Well... Officially..." Cherry said. "You know how Atticus and I had to live at the orphanage when we were babies for a while until we met Cinderella and had all of those other adventures? Well... My parents had a hard time giving me up after my grandmother left, so Drell did it for them."
"Okay, I remember you mentioned that," Lionel replied. "But good job mentioning it for those who aren't as well-informed."
They soon followed the sounds of crying. Cherry and Lionel soon found Thor as he laid on the ground, crying into his hands as he curled up into a ball.
"Thor? Izzat you?" asked Lionel. "Oh, you dunno how glad I am to see ya!"
Thor looked over, then flinched as he kept weeping a bit. "Don't look at me cry!" he then said. "Real guys don't cry!"
"I think it's nice when a guy cries," Cherry said. "It shows that he's human."
"But I'm not a human, I'm a warlock." Thor replied.
"Well... It shows that you have a heart under all that muscle," said Lionel. "Plus, it makes it clear that you're not some insensitive jerkface."
Thor sniffled as he wiped his arm, sitting up in front of them.
"Here, blow." Cherry said, standing on her tiptoes and putting her hand over his nose with a hanky.
Thor soon blew very heavily and noisily into the hanky.
"Ugh..." Cherry grimaced, removing the hanky as it was covered in snot now, waving her hand as she tried to get rid of it, but it was sticky.
"You guys are real pals," Thor said to them. "I don't know why you'd wanna hang around a big fat embarrassment like me though."
"Because we're your friends, ya big galoot," Lionel retorted. "And friends stick together... Embarrassment or not."
Thor pouted and turned away then.
"Aw, come on, Thor," Cherry said, still waving her hand a bit. "We care about ya. Sabrina's just having a bad day."
"Yeah, you know sometimes brides-to-be can get all angry if things don't go as planned and get pissed at people. If you wanna be mad at Sabrina, you have every right to, just please... Come back," said Lionel. "Abbott was nothin' without Costello, and I'm nuthin' without you."
Thor sniffled and wiped his nose with his sleeve again before giving a small smile back. "Okay, Lionel... I'll come back... For you." he then said.
"Thanks, big guy," Lionel grinned. "Means a lot to me."
Thor soon reached out which only meant one thing.
"Aw, alright, get in here." Lionel said.
Thor beamed before the two shared a hug with each other.
"Ugh! What is in your snot?!" Cherry complained. "Elmer's Glue?!"
Lionel snapped his fingers and blasted Cherry's hands with a hose to clean them off.
"Gah!" Cherry yelped in surprise.
"Is that better?" Lionel asked.
"Sure... A lot better..." Cherry replied.
Thor then came in to hug her next, waving her around a bit.
"Augh! Okay! Stop that!" Cherry grunted.
Thor eventually let go of Cherry. "My bad..." he replied sheepishly.
"What is with you and hugs, man?!" Cherry groaned.
"My mother says the best way to get rid of bad feelings and to show that you care is through a hug." Thor beamed.
"Your mother's full of-" Cherry muttered.
"Hm?" Thor glanced at her.
"Uh... Um... Hugs?" Cherry grinned sheepishly.
"Nice try," replied Thor. "And don't insult my mom. I wouldn't insult yours."
"Heh... Sorry...?" Cherry said.
"If you do that again, I'm gonna bear hug you," Thor warned. "You think friendly hugs are bad, my bear hugs could probably break a few bones. Capisce?!"
"Yes, sir!" Cherry then said nervously. "Gosh, that was actually pretty scary."
"I've been taking lessons from Aunt Hilda." Thor replied.
"I can see that," Lionel noted. "You're awfully good at intimidating people! Have you ever considered going into the repo business? You'd rake in the dough!"
"Heh, I don't know about that, but I'll think about it." Thor chuckled sheepishly.
"Good on ya," replied Lionel. "Now let's get back to the front. Hopefully the others have cooled off by now."
Thor wiped his eyes one last time and soon walked off with Cherry and Lionel to see Chloe, Sabrina, and Maritza. Eventually, they returned to the shore.
"Thank goodness," Cherry sighed in relief. "We're finally heading home."
"And not a moment too soon," Lionel replied.
"Do you know what I've just realized?" asked Sabrina. "We have nothing to worry about! Of course our friendship is going to survive as long as we all make the effort!"
"Well, yeah!" Chloe replied. "You're the only one who ever doubted it. And speaking of making the effort..." she then held up her compact mirror for Sabrina to see what a total mess she was.
"Sabrina, I've been saying this all along," Maritza added. "We'll be friends for life."
All three of them hugged at that.
"Touching..." Lionel replied. "Now, I do believe you owe a handful of apologies."
"Yeah..." Sabrina replied.
"We're sorry for our meltdown." Chloe and Maritza then told Sabrina.
"I'm sorry for making it worse." Sabrina replied.
Thor pouted to his cousin then.
"And... I'm sorry I called you an embarrassment." Sabrina soon told Thor.
Thor glanced at her. "...Fine, I forgive you," he replied. "But I'm still on the fence about hugging you now."
Lionel cleared his throat. "Uno mas!" he said.
"What?" Cherry asked.
"It's 'one more' in Hispanic." Thor replied.
"I know that, but what does he mean? "Cherry sweat-dropped.
Lionel face-palmed. "As in one more apology for yours truly!" he replied.
"Huh? Ohh..." Sabrina then said. "I'm sorry, Lionel."
"Hmm... Your apology is accepted." Lionel smiled.
"Okay, now wait. We're four smart girls with a couple of guys," Sabrina soon said. "We should definitely be able to find our way off a deserted island."
"Heads up!" A voice called out.
Cherry ducked down as a soccer ball came flying and luckily, Sabrina caught it as the soccer players ran up the beach in their yellow and blue stripes.
"Hey, there you are," The soccer player smiled. "We were wondering what happened to you."
"What are you guys doing here?" Cherry asked.
"Whaddya mean?" The other soccer player replied. "We told you we've got a tournament here."
"This is Bermuda?!" Sabrina asked in disbelief.
"Yeah. Well, come on then," The first soccer player replied. "The team's partying down the beach."
"I guess the deserted island isn't so deserted after all..." Lionel remarked.
"You're not gonna believe this," Chloe spoke up. "We thought-"
"Oh, come on, Chloe, let's just go and have some fun." Maritza suggested.
"Well... Okay then." Chloe said as they went to go party on the beach.
Sabrina, Cherry, Thor, and Lionel were about to go and follow only to run into a familiar face.
"Ah, nothing like a category four hurricane to really clear the air." Bob smirked a bit.
"Okay. I don't agree with the method, but message isn't bad." Sabrina said to him.
"Learn a little something, did we?" Bob asked.
"Yeah. The next time I'm stranded, I'll walk more than 50 feet down the beach." Sabrina said as she went to follow after her friends.
Bob sighed. "I wish, just once, someone would say thank you." he remarked.
"Oh, thank you!" Sabrina called as she caught up to Chloe, Maritza, and the boys. "Chloe, wait. Have you still got your camera?" she asked.
"Only one picture left." Chloe replied.
Sabrina took it from her and tossed it to the first soccer player. "Heads up!" she called.
The guy then caught it and Sabrina, Thor, Lionel, and Cherry got in the middle of Maritza and Chloe with their arms around each other.
"Three friends who can survive anything." Lionel remarked.
The first soccer player waved them back a little to make sure he got them all in the frame and he took the picture just as they all tripped backwards over a hurricane-felled palm tree.
They soon continued to have fun until they would go back home from their vacation, even letting Thor and Lionel join on the fun as they weren't hurting anyone.
"Well... I guess it's almost time..." Cherry said. "Sabrina's wedding day..."
"Another true love wedding." Thor added.
"I guess..." Cherry sighed, but they tried to keep it from Sabrina since they just made up and became friends again.
"Well, this is a two-parter," replied Lionel. "Maybe something unexpected will come around in the second half to change things."
"Duuuude, you freak me out when you do that," Thor shuddered. "It makes me feel like I don't really exist and I'm just a pawn in the Game of Life."
"Relax, man, we all exist," replied Lionel. "If not, could we be here doing all this stuff?"
"Hmm... I guess that's true..." Thor then said. "Might as well have fun while we can."
"Until Sabrina says 'I do' to the wrong mortal." Cherry sulked.
"Remember, Part 2," replied Lionel. "In times of darkness, we must always look towards the light and see the path toward victory."
Sabrina soon walked by and they all put on Stepford Smiles to keep up appearances until she was out of eyeshot. Cherry and Thor soon took deep breaths in and slow breaths out to relax themselves.
"On the bright side... Salem probably gave him plenty of trouble while we were away." Lionel replied.
"Hahehehehe..." Thor chuckled darkly with visible devil horns.
Cherry then stepped back away from Thor as that disturbed her a little.
"Heh, sorry," Thor said. "That was my mother's side of the family taking over."
"No harm, no foul." Lionel shrugged.
Eventually, the group soon came back to the Spellman house.
"I have never been so happy to be home from a vacation in my entire life..." Maritza sighed.
"Yeah, well don't get too comfortable because we are in full wedding mode," replied Sabrina. "I'm getting married in less than 24 hours." she clapped her hands. "Move it, ladies! ...Is that too bossy?"
Chloe shrugged. "Not for marriage, girl." She and Maritza climbed to their feet again and headed for the kitchen.
"Aaron!" Sabrina soon called out.
"You still have an answering machine?" Cherry then asked, seeing it.
"It's Hilda and Zelda's." Sabrina reminded, pushing the playback button.
'Sabrina, it's Aaron,' Aaron's voice soon said. 'Listen, I need you to pick me up at the police station, and bring me some clothes... It's a long story.'
"Oh, my... Gosh." Cherry soon snickered.
Lionel keeled over in a fit of laughter.
"He walked out without his clothes, huh?" asked Salem, as if he knew something. "Brain the size of a marble."
"When we get to LA, we are so getting a dog!" Sabrina told him.
Salem blanched at that.
"Busted..." Cherry soon said.
Thor soon invited Cherry and Lionel to come into The Other Realm where Drell and Hilda were and the couple was on the floor as Ambrose was trying to walk only to fall on his butt in between his parents as he put his thumb in his mouth.
"Come on, buddy, you can do it," Thor smiled. "You gotta be a Ring Bear someday."
Ambrose babbled in response to that as he continued sucking his thumb.
"You'll get it, I know it." Thor smiled.
"It's so nice to have visitors," Hilda said to the company. "Is Sabrina doing okay?"
"She's fine..." Cherry sighed. "It's just... That Aaron guy..."
"Give her time," Drell shrugged. "Everyone else knows he's wrong for her, and eventually, she'll realize it too."
"So, you don't like Aaron either much, huh, Drell?" Atticus asked as he lifted up Drell's barbells in the background.
"Nah, I much prefer Harvey." Drell said before cupping his mouth suddenly with wide eyes.
"Uncle... You actually got his name right..." Thor replied.
"...No, I didn't," Drell said. "I said Hank! HANK!"
"It's a miracle!" Lionel exclaimed. "It's a sign!"
Drell grumbled as he was never going to live this down.
"If Drell can see it, surely Sabrina can too," Cherry said. "You guys should come over right away."
"No, no, we're coming over next time," Hilda replied. "We have to get ready too."
"Yeah," Drell added. "Skippy's dry-cleaning my suit and he's gonna tie on my bow-tie and polish my shoes and do my hair."
"Well, see you lot there," said Atticus. "Hopefully you don't have any delays."
"Hopefully not," Drell said, waving his hand. "It's time for Ambrose to take a nap. Now, go on. Shoo."
They then went to leave and once they were out of earshot, Drell was heard growling as Hilda let out a flirtatious squeal.
"Perfect time for an exit." Lionel remarked.
"Agreed." Atticus replied urgently.
They soon came back into the Spellman house as the big day was coming closer than they thought as Sabrina X'd another day in the calendar, beaming in excitement as it was almost time to say 'I do' to the man she claimed to have loved, but it seemed too good to be true. Cherry let out a sigh.
"Cherry, I'm marrying Aaron," Sabrina said, feeling like she was going to say something. "I'm sorry, but that's how I feel."
"That's what I'm afraid of..." Cherry replied as TO BE CONTINUED appeared.
"See?" asked Lionel, pointing down. "There it is!"
"Ooh, boy..." Cherry sighed a bit. "Here we go..."
Thor, though not in love with her like he once was, hugged her and squeezed her hand in comfort. Cherry welcomed the hug, but winced from the hand squeezing as that seemed to be too much.
"Will Sabrina be putting a ring on it, or will someone object before she says 'I do'?" asked Lionel. "Stay tuned: same witch time, same witch channel!"
