"Boop!" BMO exclaimed loudly as Fionna busted a brick in the brick breakin' game.

"Whoop…" Fionna said unenthusiastically. She was still bummed about giving Marshall Lee that stupid kiss. She shook her head. Ugh! She was thinking about it again! It made her feel so embarrassed! Her face cheeks turned red and she hid in her hood.

"High Score! You have broken one brick! Insert name?" BMO asked.

Cake was in the corner, licking the sticky out of her fur. The candy Katamari had taken the cat with it in the end.

"No name." She mumbled in her hat.

"No name, you win!" BMO exclaimed. Fionna did not react. Cake stopped her licking.

"You okay, there, lady?" Cake asked. Fionna thought about it. No, she wasn't, because of the ki-... Darn it! She was thinking about it again!

"Ugh!" Fionna exclaimed as she stomped off to bed.

"What the..." Cake asked, confused as she watched her climb to the bedroom. But when Fionna got to her room, the window was open. A shiver ran through her.

"Who's in here?" She whispered, trying not to alarm Cake downstairs. Hands came from behind her covered her mouth.

"Shhhhhh." Said a voice. Fionna struggled and punched at the air behind her.

"M-Marshall?!" She mumbled beneath his hand. He cackled and spun her around to face him.

"Yeah, its me." He said, pulling her hoodie off. Her hair poofed out like a wet seastar. "Bwahah! Look at all that hair girl." He shoved her hair away from her face.

"What are-"

"Shhhhh" He said. "Hold on, I have something..." He reached into his jean's butt pocket. "And... Bam!" He said, pulling out a little purple wilted flower. "It's dead!" He said smiling. "I know how you like dead things." Fionna blushed. This was weird. Very very weird. Her head was so fuzzed up she didn't know how to react. He snickered and pushed his face between her face and her neck. Alarmed, Fionna stumbled backwards, and fell on her butt.

"Wha-what do you think you are doing?!" She began. "An.. Why are you even here?!" Fionna picked up her sword and pointed it towards him. It felt so wrong, he was a friend, after all. They were friends, right?

"I knew that you missed me. Wanted more of my vampire kiss." He said grinning. Marshall softly floated above her, holding the blade of her sword between his bare hands. "I don't think you can hurt me, Fionna." He began.

"I- I don't want a kiss." She began.

"Don't lie. I felt the way your little tongue touched mine. You liked it." Marshall began. He pushed the blade away and Fionna let it drop to the floor. His eyes turned a stable black, and stared deep into Fionna's. She couldn't move. He smiled a crooked smile; he was using his vampire eyes!

"Th-that's cheating!" She groaned, willing her hand to move, and slap him hard in the face. Marshall growled and grabbed her hand.

"Why don't you want to kiss me?" He asked. "I thought you liked me!" His ears were popping out of his skull, now. Little hairs began to squeeze out of his skin holes. The Vampire King was hurt.

"You think I like you. I never said I liked you, and I don't! We are just friends!" Fionna started, "And after all of this crud, I don't think I even want to be that anymore!" She regretted it as soon as she said it. Marshall's eyes shrunk into his head into beady black dots. Friends don't kiss friends. Friends don't make other friends feel this way. He let her hand go and sighed.

"Dang, Fionna. Maybe I got this all wrong." He said rubbing his neck all embarrassed. He picked up the little flower and twirled between his fingers. "I won't play with you anymore, just don't ditch our friendship, okay?" He looked truly remorseful, and he crumpled the flower in his hand. For some reason, Fionna's face began to leak tears, but she didn't know what to say.

"See you later, Fi." He whispered before floating out the window. Fionna was still leaking tears and she rubbed them away.

"Fionna… you crying up there? My sister senses are goin' off…" Cake called from downstairs.

"Yeah, man. I stubbed my toe. It… really hurts." She lied.
