Kurama felt nothing after his death, only that he had died...
"Well, it was nice knowing the brat...but all good things must come to an end I guess..." thinks Kurama.
However, maybe in some way...this won't be the last time he sees Naruto...or well...at least someone like him.
Goku is training at King Kai's planet preparing himself for the Saiyans that were sure to come in a day.
King Kai watches in amazement at his pupil, "He is doing far better then I thought he would..." "I believe Earth is in good hands."
Goku throws one more punch before wiping his forehead of sweat.
"Whew, I think thats enough for today...I need to get some shut eye." says Goku.
"Are you sure, we might need all the time we can get...the more you train the better." says King Kai raising an eyebrow.
Goku smiles as lies down, "Theres no need to worry King Kai." "If I were to keep going, it would be torture not training."
King Kai nods in agreement, "I suppose your right, how long is your planets night cycle?"
"Well I only normally sleep for 8 to 10 hours...so thats good enough." says Goku closing his eyes.
"Very well, Good Night Goku." says King Kai retreating to his house.
(There is no night in King Kai's world so King Kai just decides to let him nap for a few hours, also this scene was made for Goku to meet Kurama for the first time.)
Goku slowly drifts off into unconciousness.
-Goku's minescape- (Kurama's POV)
Kurama opens his eyes to notice that he's in a very familiar place...the mindscape.
"Odd, I shouldn't be here..." "Well maybe I didn't die at all." says Kurama, look around.
Suddenly he hears footstep approaching his area.
"Is that the brat?" thinks the Kyuubi before shaking his head.
"No, the footsteps are heavier...if it is the brat...he certianly got larger."
-Goku's mindscape- (Goku's POV)
Goku awoke in what seems to be a sewer system of some sort, as he stands up his clothes don't seem wet at all even though he was laying in water.
"Strange, what is this place?" says Goku looking around.
He notices the sewer system and decides to follow it walking around, yet for some reason he feels like they are leading him somewhere.
He then walks out into what seems to be a big room with a cage in it, but when he walks in he's stunned at the sight he sees.
A massive Orange Fox with nine-tails swing behind it look down at him.
"WOAH, you're massive!" says Goku looking up at his blood red eyes.
the fox looks confused for a second before a voice springs out.
"Looks like I have a new host." says the fox in a deep almost father-like voice.
"Host?" questions Goku raising an eyebrow.
"Yes, you are now my Jinchuriki." "What's your name orange man?"
"It's Goku...Son Goku." Goku says Intruducing himself.
The Orange Fox shutters almost if like he was falling over.
"Uh, are you ok?" asks Goku.
"Y-Yeah, sorry about that." says the Fox shaking his head.
(Kurama's point of view)
This man, he wore the orange like the brat...and even talked like the brat. However, his name...Son Goku...was the name of his brother the Five Tailed Monkey.
"maybe this man is more then I thought he would be."
"By the way..." says Goku looking at the fox.
"Whats your name?" asks Goku, which makes Kurama raise an eyebrow.
"You...want to know my name?" asks Kurama.
Goku smiles, "Well yeah, I told you mine...so now you tell me yours"
Goku smiles his famous "Son grin" while giggling jovelly.
This makes Kurama stop, he seems almost excatly like the brat even attitude wise.
Kurama chuckles, "The names Kurama."
"Kurama huh?" "Well nice to meet you Kurama!" "I hope we can get along!" smiles Goku.
"Also..."
Kurama looks down at him.
"Where am I?"
Kurama flicks one of his tails, "We're in your head, something called the mindscape."
"In my head..? Ah! like some sort of telepathy." says Goku thinking to himself.
Kurama nods, "Since your my new host or Jinchuriki...you also can use my Chakra now and powers now."
Goku looks back up at the Kurama, "Jinchur-i-ki-ki?...wuz at?" says Goku with a blank face.
Kurama falls on his back comically, "I-I...Y-You...I just said Jinchuriki means host!"
"Ohhhhh..." says Goku before rubbing his head sheepishly and laughing idiotically.
"He's even dumber then the brat...and I didn't even think that was possible!" thinks Kurama before getting himself together.
"So you said I could use your powers, what powers?" asks Goku.
"When you wake up, I'll contact you...be careful though being around that blue midget...He might think your crazy." says Kurama, as Goku raising an eyebrow.
"Blue Midget...Oh you mean King Kai?" "Sure, I'll be careful, can I tell him about you?" says Goku.
"He's taking this information super well..." thinks Kurama to himself.
"Yes, if he will believe you that is.."
Goku then smiles and feels something.
"Oop, looks like I'm waking up.." "Well nice meeting you Kurama, see you on the flipside!" says Goku giving a smile and a thumbs up.
Kurama sees Naruto running by Goku before he leaves his sight.
"You really know how to follow me everywhere...even if your not really here...do you...Naruto?"
Goku wakes up from his sleep as King Kai walks back out to him.
"Ah Goku, how was your sleep?" says King Kai.
"It was good, but King Kai?"
"What is it?"
"I saw something last night, it was weird...a massive orange fox was with me...he even had a name." says Goku looking down at his hands.
"I'm sure that was just a dream." says King Kai, but suddenly a voice goes through Goku and King Kai's mind.
"It was no dream, I am Kurama...and this man is my new partner and host."
King Kai almost stumbles back.
"Can you tell me...why are you in my students body?"
"Fear not blue man, I am not here to harm your pupil...I am simply his partner."
King Kai nods, hearing truth in the fox's voice.
"Since he is my new host, I'll train him on how to use my powers."
"Fine, whatever these powers are...he can fit it in with his training."
"Alright!" says Goku jumping in the air.
"So what should I do?" says Goku asking Kurama.
"First, I want you to draw some of my chakra."
"Chakra?" "I use Ki."
"You can use pure life energy?" asks Kurama in slight shock.
"Yeah."
"Well then just draw from my life energy, don't worry about it...my entire being is life energy." "I won't die."
"Well, ok...i'll give it a try." says Goku as he starts to draw out the secondary pool of life energy he senses in his body.
suddenly he opens his eyes, but they've changed. They are now blood red slitted pupils.
"Oh my! His powerlevel shot up dramatically."
Goku looks at his hands, It's true he's far more powerful...maybe even with Kaioken X2...however..
"What's wrong?"
"Well...it feels like I'm cheating relying on someone elses power." says Goku with an unsatisfied look on his face.
"I understand how you feel, but we are now practically one in the same...so think of it as team work."
Goku's brightens up a bit, "Thanks Kurama."
Suddenly King Kai interrupts.
"Goku, Goku!" shouts King Kai.
"huh?" "What is it?"
"The Saiyans...They've arrived!..And they've just killed Tien, Ciaotzu, and Yamcha!"
"What?!" Shrieks Goku as his eyes narrow as he charges through the field towards snake way.
"Thanks King Kai for all you've done!" "I better get going!" says Goku jumping towards snake way.
"Whoever these so called Saiyans are...I'm sure you'll do fine...your far more powerful then me already...I'll teach you how to use more of my abilities on the way." says Kurama in a cocky vocie.
"Got it!" says Goku speeding down snake way.
(He gets there sooner due to being faster in Kyuubi Mode.)
Gohan sits at the corpse of his old master.
"M-Mister Piccolo, please get up." sobs Gohan.
"WAHAHA, aw whats wrong?" says Nappa in a mocking tone.
"Well, I had enough of you!" "DIE!" says Nappa who is instantly on top of Gohan who is montionless in fear.
But right as Nappa is about to destroy him, he...vanishes?
"Huh?"
Krillin then starts smiling and chuckling.
"Nice to see you again...Goku!"
"D-Daddy...DADDY!" says Gohan hugging his father.
"Well, Well...I didn't know you were a father." says Kurama.
"yeah, this is my only son as of right now...Son Gohan." thinks Goku back at Kurama.
"It's ok Gohan, I'm here now." says Goku calmly.
Then Gohan looks up to his fathers eyes.
"D-Daddy?" "Whats with your eyes?"
Goku looks at Gohan and gives him a reassuring smile.
"I'll tell you later, stay here." says Goku as he vanishes in thin air.
"Where did he?" says Nappa who then locates him by Krillin.
"He's faster then I thought he would be.." thinks Vegeta gazing at Goku.
"You ok Krillin?" asks Goku.
"Yeah, but those monsters...they've killed...everyone.." says Krillin.
Goku grits his teeth in anger.
"uh...Goku...what's with your eyes?"
Goku pauses, "I'll tell you about that later."
Goku turns to Nappa and Vegeta.
"Well, Well...look who finally showed up..." "We've been expecting you Kakarot."
Goku stares at Vegeta who raises an eyebrow.
"His eyes, something is wrong with them..."
Goku stares at Vegeta, "rest up you guys...I'll take it from here."
