Perfectly Healthy

"Hi, Ms. Snyderson?" Snyderson...Snyderson...Oh no, Bobby's Emergency contact.

"Yes, this is she."

"We have a Mr. Snyderson here at UPMC Shadyside. He has you listed as an emergency contact."

"That's correct. What happened?"

"There's been an incident. We need you to come down. Are you familiar with the area?"

"Yeah, Pittsburgh, all bridges no class, I'm sorry what do you mean by 'incident'?"

"He's unconscious."

"What? How?"

"They're still doing tests. If you could just come down, they should be finished by then."

"Got it. Thanks." Auto pilot. Grab the go-bag. Send a text to Dean. Get in the car. Go.

What would normally be a fifteen hour trip took you around twelve. You pushed ninety, but luckily avoided the cops for the most part. The door to Bobby's room couldn't have opened faster. Still in one piece. Good sign. The doctor was already there. "What's the diagnosis?"

"We've tested everything we can think to test. He seems perfectly healthy."

"Except for the fact he's comatose."

"Ms. Snyderson, you're his emergency contact. Anything we should know? Any illnesses?"

"No, no he never gets sick. I mean, he doesn't even catch colds."

"Look, I'm sorry. But we don't know what's causing it, so we don't know how to treat it. He just...went to sleep and didn't wake up." The doctor looked behind you and you felt a hand rest on your shoulder. You didn't need to turn to know it was a Winchester.

"I'll give you three some privacy." A look was shared between the three surrogate children. "Hey."

"How ya holdin' up? We caught the end of Doc's speech. What was Bobby even doing in Pittsburgh?"

"Been better. He was working a job. Not sure what, he just told me where he would be."

"Well, luckily we have resources most don't. We just gotta figure out what he was hunting first." You thought to yourself for a moment. "I may have an idea where to look. Up for a field trip?" After a nod, the three of you left the room after a final glance at Bobby.
