Chapter 23: Drama's Kitchen
Morning has arrived and the campers are still asleep in their cabins So far, nothing's going until it began in the tortoise's cabin. For the males because Duncan woke up first and the first thing he will do is to do push ups with his eyes closed.
Duncan: "1...2...3..."
He suddenly sniffed out something as, "Ugh! What the-" He opened his eyes and in front of him is a dirty sock. "Dave! Is this your sock? I could have sworn I saw a few pairs lying around and they are the same colour as this one in front of me!" He asked in annoyance as some of the males woke up including the one mentioned. "No!" He replied. "What? Dude, it is your sock." Brody stated. "Yeah not-so-normal dick. You wear those of the same colour as always and sometimes, you don't tidy up your clothes." said Scott. "You guys are a bunch of liars. I always keep myself tidy." Dave denied. "Whoa dude. It really is your sock. You also wear them like twice in a row and after that, change into a new pair of the same colour." said Rock as Spud nodded in agreement. "You know what? You guys are pulling my leg for no reason. Now if you excuse me, I need to freshen up!' Dave ignorantly denied it as he left the cabin. "That jerk won't learn right?" Scott asked as the dudes gathered with Duncan. "Yeah. And something tells me I'm gonna repeat history again." Duncan stated with a smile as he looked at his teammates. "So, are you all as they say, in?"
"YEAH!" Short and easy answer as the 5 of them hi-5 each other.

Duncan: "Ha! Ha! Ha! Oh those are the good old times! Harold was pretty humiliated back at season 1 and something tells me this stunt I'm gonna pull is gonna be 5 times better than before!"

Time skip to afternoon as Chris gathered the contestants. "Today's challenge will test your culinary skills in the kitchen."
"So it seems most of us will finally get a chance to try out in the kitchen." said Jasmine as many of the contestants who participated in ROTI and PI agreed with her. Even the RR contestants are excited for today's challenge as Chris continued on. "So here's how it goes, all 4 teams will cook up a feast. It can be any theme and also, it will be your dinner tonight. Chef won't be cooking for this one for the time being." Chris explained as Chef who was beside him can be seen spinning his cleaver.

Chef: "Chris better give me the chance to sample their cooking. I didn't get a chance to try the Italian theme 3 course meal back then. In my eyes, it was luscious..."

"Oh yeah! Each team must also appoint a head chef and the supply trucks should be by..."

From the shores, 4 supply trucks emerged from the water and parked by the shores and they're ridden by the same dolphins from season 1. "The team that cooked the most delicious, scrumptious and heavenly feast wins! The losing team, vote someone out of the island. I also suggest you plan first before cooking. Alright, you may begin." Chris ordered and ended the briefing.
The mammoths are all gathered as Geoff took charge. "Back at season 1, my old team cooked up an Italian themed meal! And now, feast time!" All cheered in agreement to his idea. "We got ourselves a head chef!" said Justin. "Oh yeah! I like that! Also, I know how to cook some Italian dishes!" Lorenzo stated. "Good! This feast is gonna be the best!" Geoff cheered.
The tortoises are in the middle of their discussion. "Any ideas?" Gwen asked. "I got nil." said MacArthur. "Alright then! How bout' we light the fires in the kitchen and cook with Mexican style!" Leshawna suggested as all looked at her. "Something tells me you got a plan and if you do, head chef title is all yours." said Gwen as she and Leshawna hi-5 each other.
The wolves are seen discussing. "You guys want a Japanese feast? I got plenty of ideas for that!" Kitty asked her team. "I don't know...it looks pretty hard." said Courtney. "Oh please, you're just making up this excuse because you're against her idea." Josee smirked. "Is this why you're such a hater? Oh my...I can already imagine how many people were brought down by your arrogant voice." Instantly, Courtney pounced on Josee and they went berserk while, "Alright let's not waste time! Kitty cat, you lead us as head chef!" Anne Maria finalized for the team.
And for the ravens, "I'll be the head chef and-"
"No, no, no Heather. You're terrible at this role." Stephanie protested. "I agree with my girl. I mean no offense, you don't even know to flambe." Ryan added earning some snickers. Heather fumed a bit when Junior made his move. "I'll do it!"
"WHAT? No! Absolutely not! You're far too young and inexperienced!" Heather protested strongly but, "Screw that! Alright kid, what you got in mind?" Stephanie asked as all stared at the lad.

By now, all the teams have finished planning and had got their food supply for the cooking as they all headed to the dining hall. "Yup! The dining hall has 4 kitchens. An upgrade for this place even though to me, is impractical except for today's challenge." Chef spoke in front of the camera as the campers passed by.
The mammoths are carrying supplies of dried pasta, macaroni and lasagne, flour, tomatoes, red and green peppers, onions, carrots, minced beef, hotdogs, meatballs, tomato paste, cheese, butter, garlic and ciabatta.
The tortoises are seen carrying supplies of minced chicken and pork, cabbages, onions, potatoes, carrots, chili, red and green peppers, burrito and taco wraps, corn tortillas, cheese, cream, nacho chips and flour.
The wolves are carrying supplies of packets of panko bread crumbs, flour, eggs, fresh chicken fillets, pork cutlets, shrimps, potatoes, seaweed, rice, spring onions, green vegetables and ramen noodles.
And finally, the ravens are seen carrying supplies of beef, onions, bacon, eggs, blocks of cheddar cheese, butter, buns, vegetables and lots and lots and lots of potatoes.
Inside the kitchens...
Each team took one of the 4 kitchens each as the preparations had begun. Also, condiments and spices are all provided.
In the mammoth's kitchen. "Bridge and I will cook the pasta sauce. Good thing DJ taught us the way before he got eliminated." Geoff stated. "Justin and I will help by boiling the pasta." Dakota volunteered and he gave the cool gesture and Geoff did the same thing to him. "Topher and I will work on the garlic bread." said Sky. "Oh yeah! The Topher experience is gonna be applied in the kitchen!" He cheered as he and Sky hi-5 each other. "My bro and I can get the lasagne ready!" said Lorenzo as he and Chet hi-5 each other. "Now we need some of you guys to work on the baked mac n cheese and the pizza." Geoff added. "Ah the pizza I can do amigo." Alejandro volunteered. "Beardo and I shall assist in the task he took up." said Scarlett as Beardo raised his hand agreeing to help out. "I'll do the mac n cheese with Emma and Jen!" Owen volunteered. "Right! Try not to eat anything until the competition's over. Okay buddy?" Geoff told Owen as he complied making Alejandro remember something.

Alejandro: "In that season 1 episode, Owen ate up the 3 course meal that his team prepped. And yet he wasn't voted off! Hmmm..." (He then smirked to himself)

In the tortoise's kitchen, "Alright! Gwen, Trent and Ennui, you guys work on the burritos! Beth, you and I shall get the burrito filling ready for it!" Leshawna briefed the team. "I'll make the nacho chips and cheese sauce with Scott!" said Duncan as he and the devious fist bump each other. "Dave, Spud and I will get the tacos ready to rock n roll!" Rock stated. "I'll help with the taco filling!" said Mike. "Cody and I will work on the empanadas." said Brody as they fist bump each other. "Well, you and me on the quesadilla freezer breath. And I got my eye on you if you do anything like sabotage..." MacArthur warned Jacques as the team got to work.
In the wolves' kitchen, "Josee, I'll give you an easy task. Prepare the cutlets with Anne Maria, Harold, Tyler and Taylor." Kitty just got started as she continued on. "Shawn and Jasmine, with me on the ramen. Cameron, Courtney, Dawn and Sammy, sushi for you all."
"Understood. I had experience in preparing sushi." Dawn replied. "Good to know at least." said Courtney. "Great! Let's get prepping!" said Sammy as the team got to work."
And then in the raven's kitchen, "Ezekiel, Noah, Carrie and Devin, you guys are with me on the potato snacks." Junior told them. "Me, Max, Ryan and Stephanie shall work on the grill." Crimson volunteered. "I like that you'll play your part." said Ryan. "And finally, Heather, Ellody, Zoey, Sanders and Lindsay shall prep the salad." Junior ordered. Heather sighed and, "Whatever. Let's get this over with."
"Try to be positive as we prepare the natural and healthy resources." Ellody encouraged her as the team got prepping.
5 minutes later...
The plan got started as in the tortoise' cabin, Geoff and Max are seen stealing Dave's clothes and placing them in a plastic bag. "Duncan's diabolical plan is gonna be the most wicked thing ever to happen!" Max exclaimed as Geoff kept the bag and, "C'mon! Let's hurry!"
They managed to return to their respective kitchens without raising suspicion as Geoff gave the signal. Brody got it and he's carrying a bowl of flour. "Hey Leshawna! Where do you want the flour-OOF!" He bumped into Dave and spilt the flour on him. "Are you blind? Or stupid?!" He asked as, "Whoa don't get pissed off so easily. Why not you change and then come back." Scott suggested as he listened and left. Then, the duo snickered leaving Gwen confused at their behaviour. "Yo white boys! Stop snickerin like gangstas and get back to work!" Leshawna called out.
At the cabin, "Weird. I could have sworn I kept all my clothes in this drawer..." Dave searched through a bit and, "Ah! Found a set!" He wore them immediately and left.

Geoff: "We went the extra mile to snag all of Dave's gitch! Even though the plan only has to do with socks."

Max: "I left a little present to add in the plan. I really don't like it because it's big and ugly in design."

Back at the kitchens, "Everything's going perfectly...I like the sound and sight of that!" Leshawna thought with a smile as turned and, "UGH! What a ugly sight to see!"
It cuts to Dave looking down to realize that he's wearing a pink collared shirt with red polka dots and the pants are also pink with red polka dots. Realizing this, "Okay who took all my clothes?" He demanded to know as Duncan and the boys snickered together and then, laughter burst out from not just them but to most of the tortoises in the kitchen. Dave was not amused as Chris and Chef showed up when, "AH! This is the ugliest set of clothes we've ever seen!" Chris exclaimed. "Even uglier than the outfits I cross dressed in the past 6 seasons!" Chef added as, "3 hours and counting campers!" Chris reminded them as all went back to work.
At the wolves' kitchen, Kitty's knowledge and experience in Japanese food is paying off well as she cooked the ramen with her teammates. Dawn guided her peers in the sushi and even Josee enjoyed her task in the breading followed by the deep-frying.
At the mammoth's kitchen, Bridgette and Geoff cooked the pasta sauce together with love and happiness to each other. Alejandro, Scarlett and Beardo finished putting the toppings on the pizza together and with that, it was placed in the oven. The stepbrothers finished the lasagne and they went to help Topher and Sky on the garlic bread.
And at the raven's kitchen, Ezekiel swiftly cut the potatoes in various shapes as, "I did expect you to cut them so well!" Carrie exclaimed as she peeled a potato a passed it to him. "All my time in the farm involves cooking but I rarely help out on that yo." Ezekiel replied as he swiftly cut the potato into wedges and passed them to Devin who then gathered up all the wedges and placed them in a pot of boiling water. While he's doing that, Noah is deep frying a large supply of potatoes cut up into criss-cut style.
But at the tortoises' kitchen while most of the team is doing good in the preparations, Dave who was seen prepping the tacos is being snickered by Duncan and his group. "Dude. You gotta put some new clothes on." Scott told him. "Yeah. It's so hideous to cook while wearing this ridiculous outfit." Duncan told him as an annoyed Dave placed a taco down and, "Well? Just give me back my clothes you ingrates!" He demanded when, "Hey, uh Dave?"
"What fat rocker?" He asked for it was Spud who called for him. "I saw Chef come out of his cabin complaining that a set of dry and new clothes were left on his bed. And come to think of it, it looks like the one you wore everyday. He even recognized it for he went back to the cabin and left it on your bed."
"Finally...someone is useful to help me!" Dave then left as, "I did good did I?"
"Yeah Spud. Well done." Duncan praised him as the 5 dudes laughed together. Now Dave ran his way back to the cabin and found the fresh set. "Perfect." He put them as a scene cuts in to the right revealing the 5 dudes laughing and with Duncan holding a bottle of itching powder because as it cuts out, Dave just put on the new clothes. He felt comfy for a moment. Then, "OW! OW! OW! Why am I scratching myself!?" He ended up running to the lake jumping in. Drenched, he felt better that the itching is gone but, "Oh come on!"
2 hours later...
"And there!" Emma took out the baked macaroni and cheese as Owen wanted to sample it. "Just a while longer and all you can eat." Emma assured to him. "Right! Let's help the others!" Owen suggested. "Smart!" Emma agreed as they left not knowing that Alejandro was smirking silently.
For the wolves, "Ah...the smell of gold!" Josee described as she and her peers had deep fired chicken cutlets, pork cutlets and shrimp. "Anything else?" She asked. "I think we finished all the prepping and deep-frying." Taylor replied. "Yeah. Let's go help the others." said Harold. "Agreed." said Tyler and when he took a step, he slipped and fell. "OW! There's grease on the floor!"
And for the ravens, "Mmmm...I love the smell of ground beef!" Ryan exclaimed and he's seen flipping burgers. Stephanie can be seen shaping the beef as they worked together. For the ones that are cooked, Crimson and Max assembled them with the toasted buns, sliced cheddar cheese and grilled onions that they also prepped together.
But for the tortoises, "Still wearing the hideous outfit huh?" Duncan teased as he and his peers clapped for Dave still wearing the ugly shirt and pants as he sighed. "It's all that's left. And still, I dare you guys to do your worst." He stated. "Well the simplest thing to do is promise us that you won't leave your articles of clothing around the cabin and we'll respectfully stop our antics." said Brody. "How many times do I have to tell you idiots that I'm innocent! I did not do anything!" Dave complained against them. "Oh well bros, I tried." Brody replied when Geoff showed up. "Hey guys! I made some meat sandwiches! Want some?"
The bros cheered as each took one for Geoff made the snack for everyone. He already shared some to the wolves and ravens as right now, Dave is the last. "I could really use a snack." Now the meat consist of 2 slices of bread with luncheon meat, corned beef and bacon. As Dave took a bite, "Wait a minute...this sandwich taste like cotton and dust..." He opened it and, "AHHHHHHH!" Dropped it on the ground because there's a pair of socks inside as the dudes roared with laughter. "We'll return all your smelly socks and your other clothes only if you admit your error." said Brody as Rock hi-5 him.
And finally...
"Campers! Time's up! I want everyone to report to the dining hall but have one member at least guard your feast efforts!" Chris announced as all touched up and ran out. Ryan, Shawn and MacArthur stayed behind to guard and for the mammoths, "Owen, I commend you for your self-control so I suggest you stay and guard our feast." Alejandro sweet talked the big guy. "Oh okay! Heh, And I thought you can't tolerate me..."
"Well so far, you were able to...you know what? Do what you have to do." He replied as he left when, "Oh I almost forgot!" He took out a shaker and shook a bit of oregano on the pasta sauce. "Ah...strong smell for the tasting..."
"Indeed..." Owen is starting to drool as Alejandro left.

Alejandro: "First thing's first, the oregano is made by my uncle. He made it strong for the food to be tasty. And second, it is orchestrated for Owen. Yeah that's for calling me Al and for being an obese and disgusting pig!"

In the dining hall, all gathered before Chris and Chef. "I trust that everyone put in the effort to cook up your dinner feast. Now Chef and I will help ourselves and see how tasty it is. First, mammoths what have you cooked for your feast?"
"A killer Italian feast consisting of spaghetti with tomato sauce with shredded cheese and meatballs, baked macaroni and cheese, garlic bread, pizza and lasagne!" Geoff replied. "Epic! Lead us in please." Chris told him as Geoff lead them to the kitchen but upon entering, "WHAT THE!?"
The whole team heard it and entered the kitchen and gasped at the sight. A sloppy mess of pasta sauce on the walls, pasta noodles and a slice of pizza on the floor, cheese and macaroni with some lasagne are scattered all over and finally, a twitching and messed up Owen who's has some food stains on his face and clothes is on his knees. "What the frick?! You ate up the challenge!" Lorenzo shouted. "How can you do this!? And to think we all thought you had self control!" Emma shouted in anger. "Wow, the Topher experience got wasted!" Topher groaned. "Worse, our dinner is all eaten! We all get nothing now!" said Dakota. All these commentes made Owen guilty even while he's still twitching on his knees as, "Oh my...Chef and I look forward to it but instead, the big guy cost you all everything and thus, I'll see you tonight and Chef will have to do some cooking for you guys." said Chris as Chef grinned and the mammoths are scared.
With that, they went back to the dining hall and, "We'll cut things short here in which the mammoths lost big time." Chris told the remaining teams. "Okay tortoises, you're next. What feast did you cook?"
"Aw yeah! We worked on a Mexican themed feast! Burritos, tacos, quesadillas, empanadas and nacho chips with cheese sauce!" Leshawna told him and she lead them to their kitchen with her team joining in. Inside, "Mmmm...Mexican food makes my mouth water sometimes." said Chef as he and Chris started sampling. They each ate one of every dish prepped and after that, "Dry on the outside but edible on the inside." Chris told them. "But exactly how it's cooked. Perfection met." said Chef. "Very good effort tortoises." Chris praised them. "Aw yeah! We fired them up good!" Leshawna cheered as she hi-5 Gwen and MacArthur.
After that, "You're next wolves." Chris told them. "Yay! You gotta try out Japanese feast! We cooked all kinds of deep-fried food along with ramen and sushi!" Kitty told them as the team took them to their kitchen. There inside, "Yummy!" Chef is gorging on the deep-fried torikatsu and tonkatsu while Chris sampled the many sushi varieties. They also tried out the ramen sharing a bowl. Once done, "This Japanese feast is incredible!" Chris told the team as he took a piece of tempura and ate it. "Yes!" Kitty cheered as the whole team cheered with her.
And now, "Last for not least, ravens." Chris announced. "Perfect. Follow me and all will be revealed." Junior told him as the team went to the kitchen with the host and chef following them. There, "Uh...is this it?" A surprised Chris asked. The feast consist of double quarter pounder cheese burgers with turkey bacon and grilled onions, platters full of French fries, potato wedges, criss-cut fries and twister fries and finally, fresh, salad. "Seems kinda simple and common." said Chef. "Yeah...still, we'll sample them." Chris took a burger and ate it but as he chewed it, he gasped. All stared at him for a moment...

Then at that moment, he started chowing on the burger. Chef took one and bit into and had the same reaction and soon enough, he chowed down too. After that, they grabbed a platter and ate up all the fries and finally, they took a bowl of salad and ate it. After that, "Although the feast is simple and common but...the quality is something! Rocket Ravens, you won today's challenge!" Chris declared. All cheered from this. "Junior you're the man! Your idea really left them amazed them big time!" Ryan told the lad. "We really gotta hand it to you." said Noah and then, Heather approached him. Then, she smiled. "For someone who's the youngest to compete in Total Drama, you really got game and you have my respect for that." Junior smiled at Heather's words and they shook hands surprising all the first generation contestants.

Leshawna: "Are my eyes seeing things that Heather became a little nice girl?!"

Gwen: "I'm gonna need a lot of bleach to wash my eyes and ears from what I saw and heard."

"For the reward, Chef just brought it out." Chris announced and he appeared holding a tray full of ice cream sandwiches. "Nice!" Devin cheered and, "That will be your dessert and yes, the wolves get second and the tortoises got third." Chris added and Josee cringed a bit but Jacques calmed her down.

Josee: "I nearly lose control. Good that Jacques was there to remind me that this is different from the race. Yes, the real gold can only be achieved if I survive long and I better make sure my alliance is not exposed."

The challenge is over and just in time for dinner but before that, "Chris, can I make a request?" Junior asked. "I'm listening." The host replied. "My team and the other 2 teams have gone the extra mile and cooked extras during the challenge. Since the mammoth's feast got devoured, why not we share our dinners to them?" That request amazed everyone as Chris did some thinking...

"Mammoths, Chef will not cook you dinner. Instead, have fun with the other teams and a reminder, I'll see you tonight." They were relived as, "Oh yes, we need to lock up the big guy from eating further since he really devoured everything in our kitchen." Alejandro brought up. "Relax amigo, he's too stuffed already. Look." Chet pointed at Owen who's now on the floor stuffed and snoring. So with that, everyone had a great dinner including Chris and Chef.
So that night...
The mammoths are gathered for their elimination ceremony with the majority looking disappointed. Owen can see that as his guilt increased. "I got 13 marshmallows on this platter and only one will not receive it." Chris told the campers as many stared at Owen. "Anyway, let's get this over with. Bridgette, Geoff and Scarlett." He threw the marshmallows to them and they caught them. "Chet, Lorenzo, Emma, Sky and Topher." They got their marshmallows. "Jen, Justin, Dakota and Beardo." They also got theirs and one is left and Alejandro and Owen are the only ones without the treat. "Only one of you will take this sweet tooth. Which one will it be?" Alejandro smirked without worrying but Owen looked left and right while sweating a bit...

"Man I am gonna miss the big guy." Chris told Chef as Owen gave him a crushing hug. "I'll miss your cookin expertise Chef!" He told him. "Whoa...I never felt so touched." Chef was really moved as he pat him on the back. After that, "So will I fit through the Trapdoor of Shame?"
"Well let's find out!" Chris replied as he activated it. Owen fell through as the whole team gathered to watch it. "The result is he did fit through." said Alejandro. "Man, I already missed the party guy. Despite his action today, he did help us a lot before." said Geoff and many can agree with him when a loud sound was heard and a foul and green gas diffused from the trapdoor. "Don't tell me..." Chet puked at Topher and many screamed and ran off from the smell as Chris closed it up. "Now that's one good way to end the episode! Hope you enjoyed the kitchen works and the grand feasts! But in the middle of the night...
At the cabin for the male tortoises, Dave is sound asleep and somehow, the bunk bed is being lifted and the next thing it happened, the door opened and Duncan, Scott, Brody and Rock went out carrying it. Spud is outside too keeping watch for them.
And the next day...
Laughter can be heard as Dave immediately woke up wondering where it came from and then, he found himself at the docks and in front of him are all the girls swimming in the lake and laughing at him.
"Hi Dave!" Josee, Kitty, Heather, Taylor and Dakota greeted him as the girls continued to laugh at him. He was confused at this until he looked down and-
"AHHHHHH!" Grabbing a pillow and covering his censored 'ding dong' He looked around as to his northwest, Duncan, Scott, Rock, Spud and Brody are seen playing basketball with Chet, Lorenzo, Tyler, Geoff and Cody as the dudes saw him one by one and laughed at him. "Well what do you have to say for yourself?" Duncan asked as he and his team gathered together. "OKAY! OKAY! FINE! FINE! I do scatter my clothes once in a while because maybe I feel stressed or bored or whatsoever!" Dave shouted and cried to himself. "Lame excuse." said Scott. "And I swear! I swear I'll never leave my clothes lying around! Especially my socks!" Dave swore as he cried to himself.
