RUMBLE IN THE JUNGLE
Prologue
Walter was sitting on the beach about 25 meters from were he launched his beloved sister's ashes into space just over 2and 1/2 years ago . He sat there watching the sunset as the sun dropped down below the horizon giving off flashes of a multitude of red's and orange .
As he sat there his mind went back to that day ,saving the town by preventing the dam from bursting , and Paiges pleasure on seeing all the christmas lights turning back on . Then back at the garage when Ferret Buller went missing and the way he broke down , while admitting he was really missing his sister . Paige coming to comfort him and how it felt to be hugged tightly by her but unable to tell her exactly he felt about her . What an idiot he had been . Again at the launch of the rocket , she reached out her hand and took his hand in hers , the electricity he felt though is body was unlike anything he had experianced since the experimental kiss in the office . Even then he could not speak his true feelings for her even though in his heart he felt true love for her , his mind could not accept it .
It took another 18 months and the interloper before he was able to express his true feelings for her . At Happy and Toby's wedding while dancing with her he confessed he had sacked her because he was in love with her and could not be around her as she did not love him it had been a total shock when she told him she was in love with him ,so much so all he manage to stutter out that he did not know with that information . It was down to Paige to take the lead . Smiling to him self as he reran all that happened in the closet.
From then on for a year he was in heaven and totally in love with Paige .
Then 8 weeks ago the worst moment of his life occured,Paige and the rest of the team walked out on him , leaving behind Cabe and Florence ,the cause of the argument that had lead to the departure of the team . But worst of all he also lost Ralph ,the boy that came into his life 4 years ago and was now like a son to him .
Then 6 weeks ago a bigger hurt and betrayal ,he found out that they had started a new problem solving company to compete and undercut him
He began to realize that there was nothing left in America for him . He thought of moving back to Ireland and opening up a computer repair and coding store . He would complete the job Homeland had requested him to do , then cancel his contract with Homeland and move back to Ireland.
Then 2 days ago the earthquake happened .
