Bakugo didn't cause as many problems after that. At least not when Kamiko was with Izuku. Which was all the time, as the two quickly became best friends. Elisabeth was glad that her host and friend finally had a friend among her peers. She enjoyed speaking to the younger Goddess, but wanted her to make friends with the people around her as well. Izuku and Kamiko regularly spent time at one another's houses and always ate lunch together. The green-haired boy found the girl very kind and gentle, and he thought her 'Quirk' was amazing too. The young Goddess also spent time practicing with her other powers in secret. Elisabeth of course taught her how to use them. However, the Teacher still didn't call Bakugo out on his shit, even if he wasn't harassing her friend anymore. It was making Kamiko very angry, but she tried to stay as calm as she could and protect her new friend as much as she could.

Then, one day, in their last few months of Junior High, it happened. Kamiko was getting ready to go home, but she couldn't find some of her books. She turned to Izuku, "hey, I think I might have left some of my books in the library. Would you mind waiting here for me while I go get them?" the teenage Goddess asked. Izuku looked up at his friend with a smile, "sure, it'll give me time to write down notes about this morning's Villain attack" he replied cheerfully. Kamiko giggled, before her face turned sombre, glancing to the side at Bakugo, "listen, while I'm not here, if he causes you any trouble, just run for it, okay? I know it's important to stand up for yourself, but he could seriously hurt you. So please, just leave the room, okay?" she asked. Izuku looked down, thinking, 'if I run away, I'll never be able to face him!' for once he managed to keep from muttering out loud. The green-haired teen looked up at his friend, "okay" he lied.

As the young Goddess left the room, Bakugo stomped up to Izuku with a glare. The pre-teen looked nervous, but tried to stay calm. "Is there something you need Kacchan?" he asked. The Explosion user growled, "don't play dumb with me Deku! Wing Ass isn't here to save you this time!" he exclaimed, making explosions in the palms of his hands. Izuku trembled, his best friend's voice sounding in his head, 'just leave the room, okay?'. He closed his eyes, 'I'm sorry Kamiko. But if I ever want to be a Hero, I have to at least be able to stand my ground against Kaachan' he thought. Over the years they had known each other, Kamiko suggested that he start taking Karate classes, to at least be able to defend himself a bit. So he stood up, and slid into a blocking stance, 'if I can at least protect my face, the damage won't be as severe' he thought determinedly. "I'm not just gonna let you walk all over me this time Kaachan! If you want to attack me, then you'll be surprised!" he exclaimed. Bakugo gared angrily at the Quirkless boy, 'damn Deku! He thinks that he can fight back against me without a Quirk? Then I'll just have to show him the real difference between us!' he thought, lunging towards the green-haired boy.

Kamiko was just returning from the library with her School books, when she heard an explosion from the direction of her classroom. She stopped dead and felt her blood turn to ice as a horrible feeling consumed her, "no, Izuku!" she cried, dropping her books on the floor and spreading her wings out wide. Not caring for the 'no Quirks in School' rule, she shot down the corridor and towards her classroom as fast as she possibly could. When she got there, the young Goddess gasped in horror. Izuku was laying on the ground with horrible burn wounds all over him and a smirking Bakugo standing over him. The Teacher was staring at the two with wide eyes, but wasn't doing anything. For once forgoing her usual kind and forgiving nature, Kamiko's face twisted into a mask of pure fury, "Kamiko! I know you're upset, but your friend is in danger!" Elisabeth cried. That snapped the young Goddess out of her murderous rage and she raced over to where Izuku was laying on the ground.

"Get out of my way!" Kamiko demanded, arm snapping out and hitting Bakugo across the face, knocking him back into two desks with a loud grunt. "Izuku! Oh my God!" she exclaimed, tears in her eyes. "Calm down, just breathe. You can heal him little one, I know it" the older Goddess assured. 'B-b-but I- I've hardly been able to heal a bird! A human is completely different!' she thought. "You have gotten so much stronger in the short time I've known you than I ever thought you would. It took me at least a Century to master healing to such a degree, so I know that you can heal Izuku" Elisabeth replied. While this was happening, Bakugo had gotten back up with a vicious glare on his face, and explosions in his hands, "that's it, wing ass! I've had enough of you!" he roared, racing towards the girl in a murderous rage of his own. But Kamiko stopped the boy in his tracks with a glare of her own. The Explosion user felt his heart skip a beat in terror at the look on the teenager's face.

"Shut. Up. Sir, have you called the Police or an Ambulance yet?" Kamiko asked the Teacher, an icy calmness having washed over her. The shocked man at the side of the room perked up, "oh, uh- no" he replied. The young Goddess let out a hissing breath of air through her teeth, "useless, all of them" she grumbled under her breath. "Well, I can heal Izuku. You call the Police so that they can deal with Bakugo here" she ordered. The ash-blond-haired teen began to cuss her out, but Kamiko had already tuned him out. Turning back to her friend, she took a deep breath and placed her hands over his body, "okay, now do it exactly as I've taught you" Elizabeth coached. Summoning her Grace to her hands, the black-haired Goddess concentrated on what she wanted it to do. A bright pink light came from her hands then, flowing into the green-haired boy on the ground. Before the stunned and awed eyes of her classmates and Teacher, the severe burn wounds that Izuku had gotten from Bakugo's Explosion healed and faded away, not even leaving a scar.

Once he was fully healed, Kamiko let out a sigh of exhaustion and collapsed to her knees on the floor. Izuku groaned and flinched. Everyone, including the young Goddess gasped in amazement and relief in Kamiko's case, as the Quirkless boy opened his eyes and looked around in confusion. "What, happened to me?" he asked, seeing his friend above him with tears gathering in her eyes, "Kamiko?" he asked in concern and confusion, "why are you crying?" Kamiko couldn't answer and instead wrapped her arms around the boy, crying in relief, "I'm so glad that you're okay Izuku!" she sobbed. 'Thank you Elizabeth! If it hadn't been for what you taught me, Izuku might have died today!' she thought, extremely grateful. Bakugo just scowled, and turned to walk out. "Hey! I haven't forgotten about you, you Bastard!" Kamiko growled, flying over and blocking the 14-year-old's path. She turned back to the Teacher, "have you called the Police yet?" she asked him. "Oh, uh, right, you did say to do that, didn't you?" he replied, fumbling with his Mobile Phone.

"Why the Hell are you calling the Police?!" the spiky-haired teen yelled. Kamiko glared, "oh, I don't know- maybe because your little stunt here could have cost Izuku his LIFE if I hadn't been here!?" she replied, "now sit down and shut up. I'm sorely tempted to hit you again, but you deserve worse than that, so I won't bother. Now sit. Down" the 14-year-old Goddess growled, furious. Bakugo felt scared for once, and it was of this small girl, but looking into her eyes, which were still golden-orange with that strange symbol in them, made him rethink his options. Eventually he went and sat down with a glare on his face. Nodding, Kamiko turned back to Izuku, "do you wanna call your Mum?" she asked. Izuku shook his head, "no, if I do that, she'll freak out. I might tell her later" he replied. Nodding, the black-haired girl sat down next to her best friend and sighed, "what a way to end the day, huh?" she asked. The green-haired teen nodded, "yeah" he sighed, looking sadly at where Bakugo was in the corner of the class, waiting for the Police to show up.

"I never thought Kaachan would go that far, I mean, we've known each other for years, we even call each other's Mom's 'Auntie'". Izuku sighed again, before looking over at his friend, "you didn't tell me that the Healing aspect of your Quirk had gotten so strong" he said, taking out his Notebook. Kamiko chuckled, "well I have been working on it for the past few years after all. I think I've actually mastered that part of my Quirk. I might start to move on soon" she replied. The two of them spent the rest of the time until the Police arrived talking quietly amongst themselves.

After Bakugo was taken away by the Police, heading to a Juvinile Detention Centre, School was let out early. Kamiko decided to walk Izuku home that day. "You don't have to do this, I can walk home fine on my own you know" he protested. "I know, but I want to walk home with you- we are friends after all" the girl replied. Izuku smiled, "okay then, do you wanna come over for the afternoon or night? We haven't been to each other's houses for a while?" he asked, as the two were walking through a tunnel. Suddenly a squelching sound was heard behind them. The two Teenager's turned to look behind them and gasped. A green sludge-covered, or possibly even sludge-made person was behind them, "well, well, well, looks like it's my lucky day. I get two skin suits to choose from!" the Villain cheered with a wicked grin.
