Chapter 7: Massacre
Naruto woke up as his alarm went off.
He slowly got up and turned off his alarm and looked at what time it was.
"Its 9 am. I should get ready quickly and wake up Ankari." Naruto thought to his self as he stood up and stretched.
He went into his bathroom and took a shower to get ready.
After 30 minutes, he came out of the shower and dried off.
He heard a knock on his door and went to go open it.
As he opened it, it revealed Ankari leaning on the doorframe.
She instantly stood up straight and turned around, blushing.
"What is it? Is something-OH SHIT." Naruto said as he closed his door as he realized he was naked and quickly put on his Anbu uniform.
After 3 minutes he opened his door again, fully dressed this time.
"Uhh, sorry about that. I got to comfortable I guess." Naruto said chuckling from embarrassment.
Ankari turned around and let out a sigh of relief as she saw Naruto fully clothed this time.
"Let's go. It's night time." Ankari said as she disappeared.
"Wow. You couldn't at least wait for me." Naruto said rolling his eyes.
He then took out his Weasel Anbu mask from his ninja pouch and put it on his face.
"Naruto, I don't agree with you killing my descendants but if you must do it to gain your Mangekyou, then so be it." Indra said suddenly.
Naruto jumped back in shock hearing Indra's voice.
"How the hell are you able to talk to me?!" Naruto asked confused.
"Naruto, we are now mentally linked so we can talk to each other whenever." Indra explained briefly.
"Uhh, that's creepy as hell." Naruto said.
"Whatever. Just know if we ever need to talk to one another, we can." Indra said irritated.
"Got it." Naruto said as he nodded.
Naruto then closed his room door and disappeared in a flock of crows.
Mito's POV*
Mito was currently walking inside of the Uchiha compound, walking to Mikoto's house.
Today was the day of the anniversary of her son's disappearance.
She's been sad everyday ever since she found out from Hiruzen. He said that most likely from his last action with Sasuke that Naruto went rouge but Mito knew that her son would never do something like that.
Mito and Mikoto every year would hang out with each other and drink themselves till they passed out and cry all night on the disappearance of their son.
While Mito was almost at Mikoto's house, she felt the chakra presence of something powerful and every evil. She thought it felt familiar but she couldn't put her hands on it.
After feeling this presence she rushed towards Mikoto's house and slammed the door open.
Mikoto was sitting down, drinking tea and looked at Mito like she was crazy.
"Uhh, why did you slam the door open?" Mikoto asked as she rose an eyebrow.
"Did you feel that evil chakra presence?" Mito asked curiously.
"I'm not a sensor like you so no." Mikoto explained.
"It felt familiar somehow but after I felt it, it instantly disappeared." Mito said still shocked.
"Maybe your just going crazy. Just sit down and drink with me. Maybe you'll feel better." Mikoto said reassuringly.
"Yeah maybe I am just going crazy." Mito said sighing.
Then out of nowhere, a flock of crows appeared in front of both of the woman. They thought it was Itachi but their jaws dropped as they saw an Anbu standing in between them.
"Hello, Mikoto and Mito." The Anbu said calmly.
Mito instantly took out a kunai and so did Mikoto.
They all then heard the screaming of people in the distance and Mito instantly got on guard.
"What are you doing here?" Mito asked angrily.
"Mito Uzumaki, you are not apart of my mission. Please leave, I don't wish to kill you." The anbu said as he turned over to Mikoto.
Mito the kneeled down and made a single hand sign.
"UZUMAKI CHAINS!" Mito yelled as a green chakra chain came out of her body and shot towards the Anbu.
The Anbu simply tilted his head, dodging the chain. Making the chain hit the ceiling, breaking it.
A chunk of rubble fell from the ceiling and fell onto the ground.
"I said I do not wish to fight you." The anbu said again as he glared at Mito.
"Lets take this outside. I don't want for my house to be destroyed." Mikoto said angrily as she walked out of the front door and was now outside.
The Anbu disappeared in a flock of crows and appeared again a few meters in front of Mikoto.
Mito appeared right next to Mikoto and gave her a nod.
"Who are you anyway and what is your mission?" Mikoto asked curiously.
"I have no name. And my mission is to eliminate the entire Uchiha clan. As you can tell, I have already done that." Naruto said pointing at a body of dead Uchiha's.
Mikoto gritted her teeth angrily and tighted her grip on her kunai.
"Why eliminate the Uchiha?! What did we do to you?" Mikoto asked angrily.
"You people were planning a coup on the Hidden Leaf Village. We cannot allow that to happen." The Anbu said seriously.
Mikoto didn't ask any more questions as she rushed the Anbu.
She threw a fist at the Anbu but the Anbu grabbed her arm and flung her into a building, making it collapse.
Mito gritted her teeth and sent two chakra chains towards the Anbu.
The Anbu grabbed both chains with each of his hands and flipped Mito making her crash into the ground.
She coughed up blood as she hit the ground but she got back up.
As she got up Mikoto appeared next to Mito with bruise marks over her body with her Sharingan blazing in the dark.
"Mito, this is an Anbu member meaning he's strong as hell. We have to go all out!" Mikoto yelled as she rushed Naruto with blinding speeds and stabbed the Anbu.
The Anbu disappeared in a flock of crows, annoying Mikoto.
The Anbu appeared on top of a building and jumped back down onto the street.
Mito was doing hand signs for a sealing Jutsu.
"I can't let her do any sealing Jutsu. If she does one of her seals, Ill be done for." The Anbu thought to his self as he rushed Mito faster than Mikoto could track with her Sharingan.
The Anbu punched Mito in the chest, making Mito cough up more blood as she landed on the ground.
The Anbu was about to knock her out but was interrupted by Mikoto rushing him.
The Anbu jumped back but he heard a clashing sound from behind him and turned around to see another Anbu member blocking a Uzumaki chain from Mito.
Naruto looked back where he thought Mito was on the ground but as he looked, Mito disappeared in a cloud of smoke, revealing it to be a shadow clone.
"Ankari, what are you doing here?" The Anbu asked curiously.
"Well Naruto, I thought you would need some help." Ankari said smirking under her mask.
"You fucking idiot. You just had to said my name." Naruto thought to his self sighing.
Mikoto and Mito dropped their kunai as they heard what the female Anbu called the other one.
"N-Naruto? You mean Naruto Uchiha?" Mito asked as she felt her eyes water.
"Uhh, yeah. Why?" Ankari asked curiously.
"Are you an IDIOT OR SOMETHING?! WE ARE IN THE FUCKING ANBU AND YOU JUST SAY MY FULL NAME SO FREELY!" Naruto yelled annoyingly.
"What does it matter? They're gonna die anyway." Ankari said shrugging her shoulders.
"Oh my god, thats not the fucking point. Just shut up will you?" Naruto said still annoyed.
"N-Naruto. What are you doing in the Anbu? And why have you been gone for six years?!" Mito asked as she then felt tears roll down her face.
Naruto took off his weasel mask to reveal his face and both Mito and Mikoto gasped in shock.
Their son was right there and he was fighting them. The person they loved the most who had been gone for six years was right in front of them and they didn't even realize.
They tried to run up to Naruto and hug him but he leaped back a few meters, dodging their hug.
"I am no longer Naruto Uchiha. I am now Lord Danzo's weapon and nothing else." Naruto said emotionlessly.
Sasuke's POV*
Sasuke was currently heading back home from a hard day of training. As he walked inside of the compound, he found the atmosphere very animus.
It felt like everywhere he turned he just felt like someone was dead and he didn't know why. He instantly got a bad feeling and rushed home.
When he got there however, he found a tall boy about his age, appear behind his mother and stab her. He was with a girl with an Anbu mask on.
He couldn't see the face of the boy. All he saw was his neck long black spiky hair.
Sasuke instantly weaved hand signs and rushed the man who had a knife through his mother.
"CHIDORI" Sasuke yelled as a blue lightning started surrounding his hand, making the sound of 1000 birds chirping.
His speed increased severalfold as he was like lightning in the night, striking his target.
Sasuke stabbed the tall boy and lightning started coursing through the boy's body.
The boy looked back at Sasuke and Sasuke's jaw dropped at the boy's face.
It was his life long brother, Naruto Uchiha.
"N-Naruto?! What the fuck are you doing?!" Sasuke asked angrily as he saw his mom fall to the ground, dead.
Naruto started laughing evilly as he disappeared in a flock of crows and reappeared in front of the girl who was a couple of feet away from Mikoto's body.
"He can do that crow thing that Onii-chan does." Sasuke thought to his self in shock.
"Hahaha. Sasuke Uchiha, my old friend. How have you been?" Naruto asked smiling crazily at Sasuke.
Sasuke felt chills down his spine as Naruto was smiling at him like that. It was like Naruto knew he was expecting him and was ready to fight him.
"Naruto, why have you killed my mother. No why have you killed OUR mother?" Sasuke asked as he disabled his Jutsu.
"For power. The only thing that matters in this world and I will obtain it at all costs. That's why I've been expecting you, Sasuke." Naruto said as he began chuckling.
"How dare you?! I knew Onni-chan should've killed you that day!" Sasuke yelled angrily.
"Your right, he should've. What I have become, you can never hope to comprehend." Naruto said seriously.
"NARUTO!" Sasuke yelled as he rushed Naruto and went in for a punch.
Naruto dodged and tried to counter but Sasuke dodged his punch.
They both went in for a punch again and the both hit each other in the face.
They both jumped back and weaved hand signs.
"Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu" Sasuke said as he blew out a huge fireball.
Naruto saw this and quickly countered.
"Water Style: Water Bullet Jutsu" Naruto said as he blew out a huge ball of water, the same size as Sasuke's Fire ball.
As the Jutsu hit each other, a huge cloud of stream now covered the streets.
Naruto turned on his 3-Tomoe Sharingan and tried to use the mist as an advantage over Sasuke.
However, Sasuke had the same Idea and turned on his 2-Tomoe Sharingan.
But Naruto had an advantage still because he was a Sensor and already knew where Sasuke's chakra signature was.
Naruto rushed over to Sasuke, who was still looking for Naruto.
Naruto weaved hand signs at inhuman speeds.
"Fire Style: Majestic Destroyer Flame" Naruto said as 3 huge fire balls the size of a lake came rushing at Sasuke.
Sasuke could barely dodge the but he managed to with his Sharingan. However, parts of his clothes were now burnt to a crisp.
"Sasuke, you are nothing but an obstacle in my way of achieving power." Naruto said smirking.
"Naruto, stop this now! Power isn't everything! Just imagine the amount of people you just hurt, you just hurt me! You killed my mom just so you can have power?!" Sasuke said as his eyes started changing.
"You killed my mom." Sasuke said sadly.
As Naruto was looking at him, he saw Sasuke's eyes changed from the two-tomoe Sharingan, to three-tomoe Sharingan.
"Ahh, so you've unlocked the last stage of your Sharingan. Congratulations. But sit there and feel the power you just unlocked. It feels good right? Now imagine feeling that power but constantly." Naruto said smirking.
"I DONT CARE ABOUT POWER!" Sasuke yelled.
Naruto sat there and he felt bad that he had to kill his best friend but this is what he had to do. To Naruto, it is the right thing to do.
"Let's end this. I don't have all night." Naruto said coldly as he disappeared.
He reappeared behind Sasuke and unsheathed the sword from his back as he went to stab Sasuke.
Sasuke tried his hardest to block the attack but as soon as he turned around, he felt a sharp pain in his chest.
Sasuke screamed in pain as he felt Naruto's sword go through his chest.
Naruto seeing and hearing Sasuke's screams of pain made him smirk a little but quickly stopped smirking as he realized what he just did.
"Naruro...why did it have to be like this?" Sasuke asked choking up blood.
"Destiny I guess. I really wishit didn't end like this either. I really loved you as a brother and I was happy being with you and your family." Naruto said as a tear feel from his eyes.
Then Naruto started having flashbacks of all the fun and happy times he had with his Mother, Mito, and Sasuke's whole family.
He soon had a river of tears fall down his face and he felt a burning sensation in his eyes.
"Sasuke, I'm truly sorry." Naruto said regrettably.
Naruto then took his sword out of Sasuke's chest and Sasuke's body feel to the ground, dead.
Ankari appeared in front of Naruto and put her hand on his shoulder.
"It's gonna be ok. You had no other choice." Ankari said sadly as she saw Naruto crying.
"It hurts so much. I used to be a happy person with a great family."Naruto said sadly as he planted his head on Ankari's chest and started crying his eyes out quietly.
Ankari blushed and was about to protest but she felt Naruto's tears. They were flowing and soaking her shirt under her chest plate.
She hesitantly slowly ran her hand on Naruto's hair, trying to comfort him.
Naruto took her hand away from his hair and pulled away from their hug.
He quickly whipped his tears away and looked at Ankari.
"I'm sorry you had to see me in such a weak state. I should've kept my composure." Naruto said seriously.
Naruto was suprised when Ankari wrapped him in a tight hug.
"Naruto, its alright if you need to let your emotions go. I know we've been trained to not have any emotions but if I was in your position, I would've done the same thing. We're all human so emotions are normal. It doesn't make you weak, it makes you human." Ankari said hugging Naruto tighter.
Naruto didn't know what to say. Her words hit her like a ton of bricks.
"Thank you Ankari. I really needed that but I can't breathe." Naruto said suffocating.
"Oh, sorry!" Ankari said as she quickly let go of Naruto.
"By the way, your eyes have changed." Ankari said pointing at Naruto's eyes.
Naruto gasped in shock and quickly took out a kunai to see his reflection and sure enough, his eyes have changed.
His eyes went from the normal Three-Tomoe Sharingan to a weird pattern. It was pure red with black lines going in a circular motion.
Indra gasped in shock when he realized that Naruto has the same Mangekyou Sharingan as his father's but its power was way weaker.
Indra figured all Naruto needed was experience with his Mangekyou and one day, it will most likely be as powerful if not more powerful that his Father's.
Naruto looked at his eyes in amazement and he was very excited to test out his new powers.
"Lets go. We can deal with Itachi later. He's currently on an assassin mission in the land of waves so he'll be back in a week." Naruto said as he signaled Ankari to leave.
"What about the bodies?" Ankari asked curiously.
"Oh yeah. We'll burn them. I'll be damned if some weirdo or scientist steal my clans Dojutsu." Naruto said seriously.
Unknown to them, someone has already stole all of the Sharingan on the other side of the Compound.
One Hour Later*
Naruto and Ankari has burned one half of all of the Uchiha but as they got to the other side of the Compound, Naruto found it weird that all of their eyes were bleeding and their eyes were closed.
"Don't tell me..." Naruto thought to his self as he slowly opened on of the bodies eyes.
He grew angry as he saw their eyes were empty.
"I'm sorry to you and everyone else. I will find and kill the person who took your eyes and didn't let you rest in piece." Naruto said gritting his teeth trying to hold back his anger.
"Ankari, can you handle the rest? I have to carry my mom to her house." Naruto said as he got up off his knees.
"Yeah, I got it. Just meet me before we report to Lord Danzo." Ankari said as she picked up a body.
"Thank you." Naruto said as he disappeared in a flock of crows.
"I swear that creeps me out every time he does that." Ankari said as her back started shivering.
Naruto reappeared where Sasuke's house used to be and found his mom was still laying on the street, unconscious.
He picked up her body bridal style and they both disappeared in a flock of crows.
At Mito's House*
Naruto was sitting down on a chair next to his mother's bed as she was laying down, still unconscious.
After a few more minutes, Mito started stirring and she slowly opened her eyes.
She found the she was in her room and it was unbelievably dark with the only thing lighting the room was the glass doors to the balcony illuminating the night sky.
"Was that just a dream?" Mito asked as she held her head.
"No it wasn't." A voice said.
Mito quickly looked in a dark corner of the room where the voice came from.
All she could see was blood red glowing eyes.
"N-Naruto?" Mito asked as she squinted her eyes.
The person stood up and standed in front of Mito's bed and the light reveal to her that it was her son Naruto.
"It is you. So it wasn't a dream but why? Why did you have to kill the Uchiha clan?" Mito asked as she started crying.
"I'm sorry, Kaa-chan but I had no choice. I was ordered to by a very powerful man who could even defeat me at full power." Naruto said as he sat beside his mother on the bed.
"I see." Mito said sadly.
"You hate me now don't you? I'm just a disgrace to you as a son aren't I? "I wish I hate another son who wasn't such a waste". That's what your thinking right?" Naruto asked with sadness in his voice.
Naruto was suprised when he was wrapped around in a warm hug.
"Naruto, don't ever think like that again. I love you no matter what and I know you more than anyone. Yes, I do not like how you killed the entire Uchiha clan," Mito said sadly as she let out a sigh.
"But I know you must've had your reasons. You loved them all very much and I know how hard it must've been to do that but whatever your reason was, it was a good one. As your Mother, I will love you no matter what you do. Remember that." Mito said as she smiled sadly.
"Do you think you can tell me now?" Naruto asked as he pulled away from his mother's hug.
"Tell you what?"
"About my Tou-chan." Naruto said as he looked at his Mother seriously.
Mito put her head down and she thought about it for a bit.
"Yes, I will finally tell you." Mito said as she put her head back up and looked at Naruto.
Naruto sat there in anticipation and waited patiently.
"You Tou-chan is Madara Uchiha." Mito said seriously.
Naruto jumped back in shock and his jaw completely dropped.
He didn't expect this at all. He knew his dad was powerful but not the literal most powerful Uchiha.
"To everyone he was powerful and evil. He was Pure Hatred and cared nothing about peace. But in reality he was kind and sweet and he really cared about others." Mito said happily.
"He's a fucking failure is what he is. Damn Annoyance." Indra thought to his self angrily.
"So that's why I was always so powerful. I'm the son of the literal most powerful being on earth." Naruto said smiling.
"Wait, where are Tou-chan's fan? I heard from a book that he had a fan that was very powerful." Naruto said curiously.
"It is supposedly in the Uchiha clan's library, deep underground. It has been passed down to every clan head of the Uchiha." Mito explained briefly.
"I shall carry Tou-chan's legacy and do what is right." Naruto thought to his self happily.
"Naruto whatever you do, please just don't become evil. It was your father's dying wish." Mito said sadly as she held Naruto's hand.
"I can't promise you that, Kaa-chan, but I will try my best, I promise you that." Naruto said seriously.
"That's good enough for me Naru-chan." Mito said happily.
"I have to go report to my boss. Don't tell anyone about me please. If my boss finds out th-"
"Its fine Naru-chan. I promise you, my mouth is zipped and sealed. Just...make sure you visit once in a while will you?" Mito asked with puppy eyes as she cut Naruto off.
"You got it Kaa-chan. I'll visit you every 1-2 months, ok?" Naruto said as he stood up.
"Ok Naru-chan." Mito said as she stood up and hugged Naruto again.
"Goodbye Kaa-chan." Naruto said as he pulled away from her hug.
"Hey, what did I tell you about saying goodbye?" Mito asked seriously.
"I'm sorry Kaa-chan. What I meant to say was, I'll see you soon." Naruto said smiling.
"That's way better. Now you my go, just be safe." Mito said smiling sadly.
Naruto nodded and disappeared in a flock of crows.
"I hope he'll be ok." Mito said worryingly.
At The Root Anbu Main Base*
Ankari was walking back and forth in front of the main base, waiting for Naruto.
She looked at her wrist, looking at her imaginary watch and sighed tiredly.
Then as she was about to sit down, a flock of crows appeared next to her and after a few seconds, the crows made up the body of Naruto.
"Took your sweet time didn't you?" Ankari said sighing.
"I'm sorry for taking so long. My Kaa-chan was just worrying about me, like any mother would. Though I doubt she ever wants to see my face again." Naruto said sadly.
Ankari quickly held Naruto's hand and looked at him seriously.
"What did I tell you about thinking about bad things? Life is too short to be depressed. Your mother loves you no matter what and I'm sure she just needs time to think about what you've done but I know that she will always love you." Ankari said as she hugged Naruto.
"You know, your great for pep talks." Naruto said chuckling.
Ankari pulled from the hug and wrapped her arms around Naruto's neck and looked at him through her mask.
"Man, so you ever take your mask off? I wonder how cute you are." Naruto said smiling teasingly.
"Oh shut up. Let's go before Lord Danzo gets pissed and finds out we're showing emotions." Ankari said as she unwrapped her arms from Naruto.
"Also, put you damn mask on or Lord Danzo is gonna kill you." Ankari said walking to the front door.
"Oh shit!" Naruto said as he quickly took his mask from his pouch and put it on his face.
In Danzo's Office*
Ankari and Naruto suddenly appeared in front of Danzo's desk and bowed down immediately.
"Oh? Your back already? How'd it go?" Danzo asked curiously.
"The mission was Successful Lord Danzo. We killed every single Uchiha and burned their bodies leaving no trace. As you know, Itachi Uvhiha is on a mission, once he returns we will assassinate his immediately." Naruto said emotionlessly.
"No. I want Itachi alive. He is too much of an asset to the village. Once he finds out his entire clan died, he will become vulnerable emotionally and he will give up on life as he has nothing to cling on anymore." Danzo explained.
"Yes, Lord." Naruto said.
"Now, Ankari you may leave but Naruto you stay. I will explain to you your next mission." Danzo said as he signaled Ankari out.
Ankari nodded and Shunshined out of the room.
"What is this mission you wish for me to complete, Lord?" Naruto asked curiously.
"The 9-Tailed as you know is sealed in the Kohaku no Johei (Amber Purification Pot). I want you to sneak into the Hokage tower at night and capture the pot and bring it back to me." Danzo said seriously.
"Excuse me Lord, but may I ask why you need the 9-Tails?" Naruto asked curiously.
"As you know, this current Hokage is too soft. So I'm planning on killing him and taking over as Hokage. It will be then that This village we be the most powerful and no village will dare disobey us." Danzo said smirking.
"He's just like everyone else. All they really want is power not peace. I can't allow this to happen but how am I gonna stop him. Even with my Mangekyou, I don't think I can take him on." Naruto thought to his self.
"Naruto, I may have an Idea." Indra said in Naruto's mind.
"What is it?" Naruto asked curiously.
"Seal the 9-Tails within you. With the most powerful Tailed beast at your disposal, no one can stop you." Indra said smirking evilly.
"But how do I do that? I don't know any FuinJutsu." Naruto said.
"It's fine. As the one who created Jutsu, I'll teach you what to do." Indra said.
"Alright, I'll do it. I'll do it and kill Danzo." Naruto said with determination.
"Naruto? Are you good?" Danzo asked curiously.
"Huh? Oh, yes Lord Danzo. I am sorry for my disrespect, I just have something on my mind." Naruto said regaining his composure.
"It's fine but don't let it happen again. I will tell you when your mission begins when it is time. For now, You are dismissed." Danzo said signaling Naruto out.
Naruto nodded and disappeared in a flock of crows.
Naruto reappeared in front of his room door and opened it.
As he opened it, he saw Ankari sitting on his bed.
"Uhh, what are you doing?" Naruto asked as he rose an eyebrow.
"I was worried so I decided to wait for you in your room to make sure you were ok." Ankari said genuinely.
"I'm fine. Just leave me alone for awhile ok? I have a lot of things on my mind and I need to figure out things." Naruto said as he pointed to the outside of his room.
"Naruto you know I'm always here for you. You can tell me anything." Ankari said sadly as she stood up and hugged Naruto.
Naruto pulled her off of him and looked at her coldly.
"Ankari, I'm not in the mood. I'm serious. Leave me the fuck alone for awhile." Naruto said seriously.
"Did I do something wrong?" Ankari asked sadly.
"Look, what the hell don't you understand about leave me alone. You didn't do anything I just have my own shit to worry about now, would you please leave." Naruto said signaling her out again.
"Y-Yeah." Ankari said as she put her head down and walked out of Naruto's room.
Naruto closed his door, locked it and sat down on his bed.
"Indra. What is my goal in life. All I've ever cared about was peace that I haven't really thought about anything else really." Naruto said sadly.
"Naruto there are no such thing as bonds, friends or family. There isn't anything else in this world to care about but peace. You want peace so that those who aren't as skilled as you get to live another day. You want peace so people don't have to experience pain anymore like you do daily. You have to make sacrifices to make peace a reality by any means possible." Indra explained seriously.
"I know that but don't you wonder what if those feelings would feel like? Like having a beautiful wife with kids in a nice house you know? Teaching your kids things to make them be successful in life. Having friends that will always be there for you and you can always talk to." Naruto said as he imagined everything in his head.
"Get it through your head. No one likes you. Everyone hates you, especially for what you just did. All you have is yourself and thats all you need. Remember that." Indra said seriously.
Naruto nodded and get into a meditation position.
Naruto then changed his consciousness from the outside world to his mindscape.
Naruto opened his eyes and he was back to the house where he and Indra first met.
Naruto walked up to Indra who was sitting down on his throne, like always.
"Let's start training my Mangekyou." Naruto said seriously.
"Yeah, I got it. Follow me." Indra said as he got up and walked outside. Naruto nodded and followed Indra.
After walking for awhile, they arrived at a training grounds a few minutes away from the house.
Indra stood on one side of the training grounds and Naruto stood a few feet away across from Indra.
"Now, since you have my eyes, you have every Mangekyou Sharingan ability I have. That would include long range and close range Kamui, Amateratsu, Tsukuyomi, and lastly Susano'o." Indra explained briefly.
"What do we try first?" Naruto asked curiously.
"Hmm. Lets try Tsukuyomi." Indra said excitedly.
"From watching Onii-chan train, I can tell he just pushes chakra to his eyes and calls the name of the Genjutsu and well works I guess." Naruto said as he closed his eyes.
Naruto then started gathering a lot of chakra into his eyes.
"Hmm. He's charging it up. I wonder for how long though. With Tsukuyomi, the more chakra you put into the GenJutsu, the longer that target in trapped in Tsukuyomi." Indra said looking at Naruto with wonder.
After 10 seconds, Naruto reopened his eyes to reveal his Mangekyou Sharingan.
"Tsukuyomi" Naruto said as his eyes started glowing.
Indra's body then dropped to the floor.
Indra's POV*
Indra was now in Naruto's Tsukuyomi dimension.
Suddenly a cross came out of the ground and as Indra blinked, he was now tied to said cross.
He then heard chuckling and looked to where he heard it.
He looked to the right of him and saw Naruto there smirking.
"I did it. It really wasn't that hard." Naruto said proudly.
"Good joob Naruto. You did it your first try and you can control everything in this world already. It took me a couple of tries to do that." Indra said smiling.
"No one in the world can break this Genjutsu except for..." Indra said as he closed his eyes.
He reopened them to reveal his own Mangekyou Sharingan which looked exactly like Naruto's Mangekyou Sharingan.
"...People like me." Indra said as the world started shattering into pieces.
Indra then opened his eyes and found his self laying on the ground with Naruto standing there in shock.
"Don't be surprised Naruto. I'm Indra one of the most strongest beings to ever live." Indra said as he stood up.
Indra brushed his self off and looked at Naruto.
"Hmm. Lets try Kamui now." Indra said.
"Whats Kamui?" Naruto asked curiously.
"Kamui is a multi ability. One of those abilities are to become intangible. To do that you have to put whatever part of your body your opponent is about to hit into you Kamui dimension, and since your body isn't in this dimension and instead in your pocket dimension, you become intangible." Indra explained briefly.
"Wait, I have my own dimension?!" Naruto asked in shock.
"Yes. That is the second ability. With your Kamui you can import and export things from your dimension. Say for instance this kunai." Indra said as he took out a kunai.
"We can import this Kunai into out dimension." Indra said as his eyes started glowing a brighter red.
"Kamui" Indra said and a spiral portal appeared around the Kunai and sucked it into Indra's Kamui dimension.
"Wow." Was all that Naruto could say.
"Can we go into our own dimension?" Naruto asked curiously.
"Yes we can. That is the third ability of Kamui. We can go inside out dimension ourselves whenever we want to. We can even bring other people or things in our dimension with us. Thats the close range Kamui." Indra explained.
"You know I'm starting to think it was worth getting these eyes." Naruto said smirking.
"Last but not least is the forth ability of Kamui. As I said before you can enter Kamui's dimension whenever you want but if you need to go somewhere lets say to the Land Of Clouds, all you have to do is enter your Kamui dimension and exit out towards the Land Of clouds thus making Kamui a teleportation type also but it is mainly just Space-Time Ninjutsu." Indra explained briefly.
"Kamui might be the most over powered Mangekyou Sharingan ability ever." Naruto said with amazement.
Indra chuckled a little at Naruto's statement.
"Let's get started on training." Indra said as he got into a fighting stance.
And just like that, Naruto and Indra trained for hours on Naruto's Mangekyou abilities and trying to perfect them.
(I don't feel like writing all of that, I'm already 6k words into this chapter so for the next 10 hours Naruto and Indra train until unconsciousness.)
10 Hours Later*
It has been 10 hours since Naruto and Indra began training and Naruto was almost unconscious from training his ass off.
"That's it for today Naruto. You've already perfected all of your Mangekyou abilities. You just need experience to learn how to fight with them perfectly." Indra said seriously.
Naruto nodded as he changed his consciousness from his mindscape to the real world.
Naruto slowly opened his eyes to finds his self laying on his bed and he felt something warm on his body.
He looked down towards his chest and he saw a girl with black long hair laying her head across Naruto's chest and her arms were wrapped around his torso.
"Oh? Your finally up?" The girl asked curiously.
"Ankari, what are you doing here. And why are you cuddling with me?" Naruto asked as he felt her legs were onto of his.
Ankari looked up at Naruto with a sad expression on her face.
"Whatever Danzo ordered you to do, it made you feel a certain way. You can talk to me about things like this you know?" Ankari said worryingly.
Naruto let out a tired sigh as he looked at Ankari seriously.
"If I tell you what he ordered me to do, that would be disrespecting Lord Danzo. But I will say that your right, it didn't sit right with me what he made me do." Naruto said seriously.
Naruto then forced his self up and stretched.
"Where are you going?" Ankari asked curiously.
"I'm just going out for a walk. Don't follow me." Naruto said in a demanding tone.
"Just be safe ok?" Ankari asked.
"Yeah, I'll be fine. I can handle myself." Naruto said as he took out his mask and put it on.
Then a spiral portal appeared in Naruto's right eyes and sucked him into his right eye until he disappeared, leaving not even a trace of chakra behind.
"The hell was that?!" Ankari asked in shock.
A Few Miles Outside Of The Hidden Leaf Village*
Naruto was currently walking through a nearby town just looked for something to do until he suddenly stopped and grabbed his chest.
Naruto then using his sensory abilities felt a large, dark evil presence nearby. It was so dark it made even Indra gasp in shock.
"What the hell is that?! It has the same chakra levels of the 9-Tails if not Larger but its chakra presence is much, much, much fucking darker than any tailed beast that ever existed." Naruto said to his self shocked.
"I-It can't be..." Indra said in shock.
"What is it?!"
"It's supposed to be only a Legend so how the hell is it here?"
"Indra what is it? Do you know what the thing is?"
"Naruto what we are sensing right now is the Zero tails." Indra said seriously.
"Wait what? There are only 9 Tailed beast." Naruto said.
"No, when my father created the tailed beasts, apparently one of them were pure evil and my father didn't intend it to be evil so he tried to kill it but it escaped and was never seen again. I don't know much because that's all my father has told me." Indra explained very briefly.
"Should we go see it?" Naruto asked.
"I've always wanted to see it so why not. But as soon as it attacks, we leave no questions asked. That thing is more powerful than the 9-Tails and I don't need you dying on me." Indra said seriously.
Naruto nodded and dashed to where he sensed the dark Chakra signature.
Naruto jumped from one last tree until he saw it. The Zero Tails.
It was in area where the land was crowded by trees and by the looks of it, it was sleeping.
The Zero-Tails primarily resembles a dark purple leech with a serpent-like body. On its face, it wears a blank white coloured Noh mask that has the kanji for "zero" on it, which is tan in colour and five red hair-like strands sprouting from it four at the top and one at the bottom. The Zero-Tails showed to be capable of distorting its mask to resemble expressions. It also has a mouth that can open very wide, and it contains large molars.
The leech like creature opened its eyes to reveal its dark black eyes with red slits.
It looked straight at Naruto with a confused look.
"Your darkness is very strong and you were able to sense me so you must be very powerful." The Zero Tails said looking at Naruto.
"Uhh, hey there. How are you?" Naruto asked friendly.
The Zero tails laughed at Naruto.
"I can tell from your emotions that tour not scared. Why is that?" The Zero Tails asked curiously.
"Well why would I? Yeah your big and weird looking but your still normal to me. Have you been treated like every other tailed beast?" Naruto asked curiously.
"Worse. Those beasts who are supposed to be my brothers and sisters hated me with all their might because they think I'm too evil. My father tried to kill me when I was born because he sensed evil in me which made my bothers and sisters hate me even more. I've been on the run for centuries, hiding." The Zero Tails said as he closed his eyes again.
"I know how you feel. Someone I considered to be a brother wished death on me because he thought I was too evil. "I knew Onii-chan should've killed you that day. He was right you are too evil." Those were his exact words after I met him after 6 years." Naruto said sadly.
The Zero tails was shocked that their past were a little similar. He didn't know there was someone out there like him.
"But hey it's just life. Other people are just things that are in our life. All we need us ourselves. Nothing more." Naruto said confidently.
"Yeah your right. I realized that years ago." The Zero tails said.
"Hey, how about we join forces?" Naruto offered.
"And how do you suppose we do that? I'm a Tailed beast, I can't just walk around freely." The Zero Tails said.
"I can seal you Inside of me. That way we become one with each other." Naruto said.
"And what do I get out of this deal?" The Zero tails asked seriously.
"You get your revenge on your brothers and sisters." Naruto said smiling.
"You can't kill a being that is pure chakra you dumbass." The Zero tails said annoyingly.
"Ahh shit, your right. Well you've been running your whole life and you haven't really seen anything interesting have you?" Naruto asked curiously.
"I guess I haven't and it would be great if I would be able to stop running." The Zero tails said.
"Well? Do we have a deal?" Naruto asked excitedly.
"Fine. We have a deal." The Zero tails said as it opened its eyes and slithered up to Naruto's position up in a tree.
"Do you remember the hand seals for the FuinJutsu I showed you?" Indra asked curiously.
"Yes." Naruto said as he started doing hand signs.
"Serpant"
"Boar"
"Ram"
"Hare"
"Dog"
"Rat"
"Bird"
"Horse"
"Serpant" Naruto said as he performed every said hand sign.
"8 Trigrams Seal" Naruto said as he slammed his right hand on his stomach.
He then touched the Zero Tails body with his left hand and sealed it inside of his stomach.
After Naruto sealed the Zero Tails, a seal marking appeared on his stomach.
"That took a lot of chakra." Naruto said as he let out a tired sigh.
Naruto let gasped for air as a huge amount of powerful chakra came from his body.
He looked at his body in shock as his Charka pools grew exponentially and he felt his physical strength increased drastically.
His sensory ability which was already good was now even better. Before, he could sense chakra signatures from a mile out. But now he could sense everything from 5 miles out if he wanted to.
"Being a Jinchuriki makes you way more powerful." Naruto said excitedly.
"I'm only making you this powerful because of your darkness. My power comes from darkness and the more of it you have, the more powerful I can make you become." The Zero tails explained briefly.
"Hey, what's your name?" Naruro asked curiously.
"Reibi" The Zero tails said.
"Wow. That's creative." Naruto said sarcastically.
Naruto then disappeared via his Kamui.

Dude this is easily my most longest chapter I have ever wrote.
I'm so exhausted and tired. It took me 4 days to write this entire chapter and most of the time, I was tired so there might be minor plot holes which I'll try to cover in the next chapter.
