Shinji was inside of a chamber filled with plasma and a liquid that would help with the removal of the angel DNA. "Once it's done, Shinji would be less than half a person. He'll need DNA to complete him." Said Hank, "I'd help but…"

"Say no more Hank," said Steve. "I'll volunteer."

"So will I." Said Logan, Yui looked at the men touched that they would do this for her son.

"Alright," so Hank took some of their blood and combined their DNA into a super DNA that would save Shinji. "Okay, we'll put it in him as soon as the angel DNA is removed."

Meanwhile, life went on. Gendo was put on trial and was found guilty on all counts. His sentence was life in prison with no parole and the 'Trinity Brethern' was disbanded with Li put to death. SEELE was not happy about this and wanted to find these heroes and take them down but with the UN and th protecting them, SEELE couldn't do anything.

Meanwhile, Shinji was still floating in the chamber, everything that had happened to him was making it take a little longer than it did with Rei, who visited him every day along with Shinji's lovers. Jun was hurt by Shinji not being there with her, she always saw him and placed her hand on the glass. He did the same.

Then one day, Yui was visiting him and checking on his vitals when he connected with her. "Mom?" He sent, she looked at him.

"Shinji? What's wrong?" She said.

"Do I have a sister? Other than Rei?" Yui knew this was coming.

"How did you find out about that?"

"That bastard's journal." She sighed.

"Her name was Yori, he forced me to give her up for adoption. I don't know where she is."

"Maybe we can get Anderson to find her."

"It's worth a shot. I'll talk to him, you just worry about getting better." So she made a call to Keith.

["So, he did get rid of her."] He said.

"Can you find her?" Asked Yui.

["I'll have the hospitals run tests on her blood."]

"Thanks, Keith."

(A week later)

A young woman was in a car and looking at the Avengers mansion. She had long black hair, a deep rich tan, was tall, around 5 foot 10, was dressed in a blue pantsuit, blouse, and pumps. "This is where they are?" She asked.

"Yes ma'am," said the driver. She got out and went to the door.

'Here we go.' She thought and knocked on the door. Just then someone answered it.

It was Wanda, "hello? Can I help you?" She said.

"Uh yes, I'm looking for a Yui or Shinji Ikari." She said.

"Oh you must be Dakota," she said and let her please come in. So she went in, "Yui's in the meeting room. Shinji-kun's in bed recuperating."

"What happened?" Dakota asked.

"You've heard about that attacks that have been happening?"

"Don't tell me he got caught in one of those."

"Well, he's one of the main people defending us from them." Dakota was in shock, "but the thing is his 'father' had given him the DNA of the terrorists. Our scientists had to change it and give him someone else's to make sure he'd live." They walked into the meeting room and that was went they had seen each other.

Dakota was looking at a very beautiful woman, in white workout gear. Yui saw a beautiful young woman and noticed that Gendo had tried to hide the fact that she was her daughter. By changing her ethnicity, "you must be my daughter." She said.

"No way, you're my mom?" She said, "you're gorgeous!" Yui blushed and hugged her. Just then a big blue furred man had walked into the room. He looked like a cross between an ape and a lion. He was in a pair of black and gold bike shorts, a lab coat, and glasses.

"Yui, I have news on Shinji." He said, Dakota just stared at him. "Oh, hello my dear. I am Doctor…"

"Henry McCoy, one of the leading scientists of biophysics?" She finished, she blushed. "Sorry."

"No, it's alright." He said, "sounds like I have a fan."

"No, I heard about what you did for that poor girl, Rei Ayanami."

"I did the same for your brother. Who, by the way, is waking up. He'd like to see you." So they went to Shinji's room.

(Shinji's room)

Shinji was laying in bed, what had happened to him was showing. There were blonde streaks in his hair, and his eyes were becoming a bright blue. "We used a combination of Captain America's and Wolverine's DNA to help him."

"So he'll be really powerful?" Asked Dakota.

"Yes," Shinji started to move. "Shinji, Yui's here and there's someone that wants to meet you." He looked over to his mom and sister.

"Mom?" He said, Yui nodded.

"How are you feeling?"

"Like an angel walked all over me." He sees Dakota, "Is this her?" She went over to him.

"Hey kiddo, I'm Dakota North." She said, "nice to meet you." She kissed him on the forehead.

"That Son of a Bitch!" He said.

"I know," said Yui.

"What are you talking about?"

"Our 'father', he tried to hide you from us."

"But, I am your sister."

"Yes, I know. Do you think we can check you out to make sure you don't have any angel DNA in you?"

"Sure, if it'll help." She said so they went to the labs. To check her out.

An hour later Hank handed Dakota a printout of her makeup.

Name: North, Dakota (formerly Ikari)

Age: 22

DNA Results: 50% Human, 50% Super Soldier (America Chavez)

"Uh, who's America Chavez?" She said, just then Jen walked in she was in a T-shirt and jeans.

"She was a teammate of mine at one time." She said, "very powerful one at that."

"We like to test you if have the same abilities." Said Hank.

"Sure." So they made plans to have her tested.
