Back under water; the squid was swimming through the caves with Luz before tossing the teen into one cave that didn't have water in it.
The teenage human looked around confused.
"Where am I?" asked Luz.
She shrugged it off.
"Well, wherever this is, I'm getting out of here." said Luz.
She walked to the exit of the cave and swam down, but returned when the squid tentacle returned and swiped at her.
"Okay, looks like I'm stuck here." said Luz.
Back on the surface; Meek had set up a mobile lab and was getting ready to dive down into the lake.
Amity who was back in her swimsuit noticed.
"Now what?" said Amity.
"Now, I'm returning under water to get a better sample of that prehistoric squid, and to get Luz out of whatever danger she maybe in." said Meek.
Amity became mad.
"I'll go instead!" replied Amity. "As Luz's girlfriend I should be the one to save her, she taught me to swim so I'm doing it!"
The meerkat looked at Amity.
"With that dangerous sea monster in this lake, I think you'd be much safer up on the surface with Rog." Meek said.
He pointed to Roger who was holding an RPG launcher before Viney gave him an RPG round which he loaded into the weapon.
"RPG loaded for in case the squid turns out to be hostile." said Roger.
Interview Gag
"What, it's not normal for someone to have a military grade RPG? I saved a general's life once and he offered me whatever I wanted from his base." said Roger.
End Interview Gag
"Oh no, not happening. I'm going to save my girlfriend, and there's nothing you can do to keep me from doing just that." said Amity.
Meek shook his head before placing a hand on his helmet.
"Tom, deploy SG-21." said Meek.
"You got it boss." said Meek's armors AI.
Amity became confused.
"SG-21?" said Amity.
Then some type of device appeared and attached itself to Amity's back before nanobots started forming a scuba tank, a scuba mask, scuba goggles, and flippers.
Amity looked at herself in confusion before taking the mouth piece off.
"This is SG-21?" said Amity.
"Yeah, scuba gear." said Meek.
"I look ridiculous." said Amity.
"Hey, there's no knowing where Luz could be. You'll need all that if we end up diving down for hours." said Meek.
Amity knew Meek was right.
"Ok fair point Meek!" She said.
She put the mouth peace back on as she and Meek went under water.
Roger turned to Viney.
"Now for if I end up having to off this squid creature, what should I say? Something like 'say hello to my little friend' or should it be 'eat this sucker'? What rocks your boat?" said Roger.
Viney just shook her head.
"I'm not getting involved in this." said Viney.
With Meek and Amity; the two were swimming around in the lake.
Amity is worried.
"What if Luz really is dead like Roger said might happen, what if I have to be called Cotton Candy Haired Goddess by everyone else from now on, what if-"Amity said before Meek turned off her oxygen tank, making her gasp in shock.
"Calm yourself woman." said Meek.
He turned the tank back on as Amity glared at Meek.
"What the hell did you do that for?" said Amity.
"What?" said Meek.
"You turned off my tank." said Amity.
"You were going overprotective girlfriend again." said Meek.
"You could have killed me." said Amity.
"Well you needed a little life or death lesson. If you allow yourself to get to distracted, you'll more then likely end up a failure." said Meek.
Amity is mad.
"Well that's just stupid." said Amity.
"No stupider then harvesting human teeth for a time machine?" said Meek.
Amity became confused.
In her mind; three versions of Amity, one who was dressed like a Greek scholar, one dressed like Neil DeGrasse Tyson, and another who looked like a Dalek robot heard Meek and were also shocked.
"That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard." the astronomer Amity said.
"I agree." said the Greek scholar Amity.
"So stupid, so stupid." said the Dalek Amity.
Back in reality.
"I see you're point." said Amity.
The two continued swimming.
The two soon saw a underwater city.
They became shocked.
"Whoa." said Amity.
"I get the feeling we're not in Kansas anymore." said Meek.
A drum solo is heard.
Amity became confused.
"I don't get it." said Amity.
"Kind of figured." said Meek.
They swam and saw Ursula's Lair.
"Wow, and this is supposed to be a lake." said Meek.
"Wonder what kind of bones those are?" said Amity.
"We may never know." said Meek.
They swam on by.
Unknown to Meek & Amity they are being watched.
They were being watched by the same squid monster.
It swam off.
Back on the surface; Roger and Viney were watching Tarzan on Roger's phone in tablet mode.
Roger smiled.
"This is such a good film." said Roger.
"Yeah, the main song to the film sure does describe it, as well as Luz and Amity's relationship." said Viney.
Roger nodded.
"Amen." said Roger.
"Catfish to land cat, come in land cat, over." Meek's voice said on a walkie talkie.
Roger pulled out a walkie talkie and pressed the talk button on it.
"This is land cat, I read you, over." said Roger.
Meek chuckled.
"Anything on the radars?" said Meek.
Roger paused the film and walked over to the mini lab and looked at the radar.
"Nope, nothing suspicious yet." said Roger.
But he noticed something else.
"Hang on, there's something about 20 clicks from your and Amity's location, be careful." said Roger.
"Roger that!" said Amity.
"HEY THAT'S MY NAME!" yelled Roger.
Meek and Amity stopped swimming and looked around.
The meerkat held his right hand up and a harpoon gun appeared in it.
Amity is impressed.
"Nice." said Amity.
"Nanotechnology." said Meek.
"Does mine have some?" She asked.
"It's limits are what you can imagine." said Meek.
Amity held a hand out and a dagger appeared in it.
"Never bring a knife to a gun fight." said Meek.
However the Knife blasted lasers from the bottom of the handle.
"Never mind!" said Meek.
The two looked around some more.
Then the squid monster slowly started approaching the two from behind.
But Meek turned around and fired his harpoon at the monster, sticking it in a tentacle.
Amity shot lasers at the Squid.
The squid roared in pain before smacking the two away.
Amity fired another laser from her dagger that hit the squid monster.
The squid is pissed.
It smacked Amity away, sending her crashing into a sea cave.
Inside the cave; Luz heard the crashing and saw some water leaking into the area she was in.
She became confused.
"What the?" said Luz.
The area started filling with water.
"I'd better get out of here." said Luz.
She jumped down the hole and started to swim.
Back outside the cave; Meek and Amity were still battling the squid.
Amity is pissed and a trident appeared.
Some lasers fired from the trident at the squid, making it scream in pain.
A beeping sound was heard and Meek looked at the cave before his goggles showed him an X-Ray view of the cave and showed Luz swimming through so many caves trying to get out.
"Amity, get into the cave. I'll deal with this squid." said Meek.
Amity became confused.
"Why?" said Amity.
"Luz is trying to swim her way out of the cave, and she won't be able to hold her breath long enough to get out." said Meek.
Amity became shocked.
"What?" said Amity.
"As Luz's girlfriend, your top priority should be her safety." said Meek.
Interview Gag
First was Amity.
"Did he just refer to me as Luz's girlfriend?" said Amity.
Next was Meek.
"What, I had to get Amity to move somehow. What better way then to bring up her status as Luz's girlfriend and being concerned about her safety." said Meek.
Lastly was the squid who grunted in anger.
End Interview Gag
"Go, go, don't worry about me, I'll be fine." said Meek.
Amity nodded.
She then swam off.
Meek made another harpoon gun appear, but there was a rope on the harpoon.
He fired it into the squids eye.
The squid screamed in pain.
Interview Gag
"Now I know how Polyphemus from Homer's Odyssey felt when he for something in his eye!" said the Squid who's wearing a Eyepatch.
End Interview Gag
The squid roared in anger again before going ballistic.
