A/N: I hope you guys like this. For me, Hawks is a hard character to write.
Also, Don't Try This At Home!

Keigo was chilling at his apartment after a patrol. He was exhausted.
"Huh?" Keigo said.
His phone vibrated. He got a message from a "Deku" in the Hero Network App.
"Who the fuck is Deku ?" Keigo thought.
He was more thrown off guard when the message said it was forwarded through the Sir Nighteye Agency.
"No wonder the message went through ." Keigo thought.
He pressed on the message.
Dear Mister Hawks,
I go by the Hero Name Deku. You may not know me but I know everything about you.
"That sounds ominous. " Keigo thought amusingly.
It has come to my research that besides your limited feather capacity, your biggest weakness of Fierce Wings is fire.
I'm not sure if you had already thought of this but have you ever considered spraying flame retardant on your feathers? It might be best to get one that works for Fabric. You can order one from Amazon or Home Depot.
However, I'm not sure how it would interfere with you flying or using your feathers telepathically. But it wouldn't hurt to give it a try.
Keigo dropped his jaw. Why hasn't he or anyone else thought of this before?
He quickly grabbed his keys and drove all the way to his local Home Improvement Store.
Of course, he got a lot of stares from the other customers. Some people tried following him with their cell phones. Either then he brought the spray and went home without incident.
.
.
.
"Well, here goes nothing." Keigo said.
He wanted to test a small feather before spraying his entire wings. He quickly read the directions and followed them to a T.
Afterward, he took out a lighter and tried to light his feather on fire.
"What the-" Keigo stammered.
Keigo was astonished that no matter how he tried to burn his feather, the feather didn't burn and shriveling away.
He was still able to control the feather even with the retardant on it.
He decided to move on to phase two of his experiment. He sprayed the retardant all over his wings making sure to get every nook and cranny.
He flapped his wings before lifting off the ground.
"Good, I still maneuver through the air well. " Keigo thought.
The only problem now is Keigo doesn't know what would happen during a battle. He can't just call Dabi and ask him to set him on fire.
"Dabi would probably think I'm just looking for a strategy in case I ever need to fight him. " Keigo thought.
A lightbulb lit up in his head.
"I'm so stupid! I should have just called Endeavor!" Keigo thought as he facepalmed himself.
He picked up his cell phone and called Enji's personal cell.
"Hawks? What do you want at this hour?" Enji said.
"Can you set me on fire?" Keigo said nonchalantly.
"...What?!" Enji shouted.
.
.
.
Fortunately for Keigo, Enji was spending the night at his agency today. He was able to run his experiment in Enji's training faculty.
Enji was thrown off guard wondering where Keigo got a tailored fireman suit from on such short notice.
"I don't know about this." Enji questioned.
"Do you trust me?" Keigo said.
Keigo's eyes darkened when he saw Enji become flustered.
"Well…" Enji said.
"Don't answer that." Keigo quickly interrupted.
Enji decided to make a small fireball with his hand.
"If you end up dying I will kill you." Enji snapped.
Keigo shrugged before shielding himself with his wings.
Enji focused on targeting a beam of fire towards Keigo and his eyes widened when Keigo's wings didn't catch on fire.
Keigo slowly walked towards him.
"You can output more power." Keigo said.
"Are you sure?" Enji asked.
"Yeah! Go for it big guy!" Keigo chirped.
Enji rolled his eyes and concentrated more energy into his beam.
"Oof." Keigo was pushed back a little.
"More power!" Keigo shouted.
Enji clenched his teeth as he tried to make his flames hot enough to make them blue.
"Ooh shit!" Enji said before stopping.
"Aw...what happened?" Keigo said as he quickly ran up to the older man.
"Heat exhaustion." Enji explained. "Where did you even get the idea to use fire retardant?"
"Oh yeah, this one dude named Deku-"
"Did you say Deku?!"
Keigo gasped. "You know him?"

Aizawa was in the middle of going over the lesson plan when he saw something moving super fast in the corner of his eye.
"What the-?" Aizawa muttered.
He saw the winged blonde slammed into the classroom window and fall down.
"Ow!" Keigo said.
"Was that Hawks?!" Mina said.
Seconds later, they saw Keigo barge into the classroom, open up the window before running out.
"Did you guys just see what I saw?" Aizawa asked.
The class nodded.
"I'm here!" Keigo shouted as he flew through the window. He crouched a little bit and took a big breath.
"Eraserhead! I think Deku just saved my life." Keigo said while pointing his hand to Izuku.
The class all turned to face the greenette causing him to blush.
"Problem Child! What did you do?!" Aizawa snapped.
Izuku held his arms out in defense and stuttered.
"Well...he-"
Keigo paused. He kind of wanted to keep his new fireproof wings a secret so he pulled out his phone and emailed Aizawa.
Aizawa raised an eyebrow when his phone vibrated and quickly opened up the email Hawks sent.
"How did your email get through the school system-"
"So anyways, can you guys give Izuku extra credit or something? Thanks. Bye!" Keigo said before flying out the window.
Aizawa facepalmed himself. He hated loud blondes.

EndNote: Obviously, random Heroes can't be messaging Hawks on the Hero Network App. They would blow up his inbox. It's my headcanon he had his system set to only allow messages in after it's relayed through his agency through several channels.
