BlackDragon829: Go for it! I'd give it a read. And thank you, again.

Ouchanrrul: Yeah, I really didn't exactly know 1. How to convey her feelings and 2. If she herself would be able to express her feelings. She apologizes now and then for pushing him at times, but I don't know if she actually has a good understanding of how to express herself, given she seems to show her affection for Naoto by teasing him and trying to make him uncomfortable at times. But thanks for the feedback. Glad you liked that much of it.

Just a foreword, this chapter was somewhat inspired by the manga episode where Nagatoro and her friends discuss drinking at bars when they're old enough.

He said he never planned on drinking when he was an adult. He always thought it was a stupid idea and a waste of time.

But here he was, seated at a bar, with a freshly poured drink in front of him.

"Come on, Hachioji! What's the worst that could happen?" Nagatoro urged before taking a sip of her drink.

"I don't know. A lot, I guess. I could do something stupid or get myself or you hurt."

"Ah, you worry to much, Senpai! Just relax!"

With a sigh, Naoto lifted the drink to his lips and took a small sip. The taste alone wasn't as bad as he was expecting, but it wasn't sweet by any means. And it felt like soda when it went down his throat, but at the same time it was a different feeling. He winced a little at the first taste, but managed to keep it from coming back up.

"See? It's not too bad." She pounded the rest of her drink and slammed it on the bar. "Another, please!"

As the hour went by, Nagatoro went through another three and a half drinks while Naoto slowly finished his first drink.

(I should mention at this point that I've never been drunk or actually been around my friends when they're drunk, so I'm basing this off of what I've seen in movies and what my friends have told me)

"Shenpie! Are you having fun?" Nagatoro asked, much more wobbly than when they arrived at the bar.

"Maybe a little. I still don't see the point in drinking and all."

"That's because you're-you're sho gross," she slurred, then started giggling.

Naoto figured it was time for them to go, so he asked for the check and payed.

"Come on, Nagatoro. Let's go."

The girl stood up, but started swaying from side to side.

"Shenpai? Why are you danshing? There's no mushic playing!"

"This is why I never planned on getting drunk," he muttered to himself as he wrapped one of Nagatoro's arms around his shoulder.

"Come on, we're heading to my apartment."

Thankfully, his apartment wasn't too far from the bar, so he didn't have to pass by many strangers who would undoubtedly watch the display.

"Shenpai? Why do I feel sho light?"

"Because I'm helping you walk."

Finally, he got to his apartment and, after a struggle to keep Nagatoro balanced while fishing through his pocket, unlocked the door so the two could enter.

"Ish this your plashe? It'sh sho bright!"

Strange, this was actually the first time she had been to his apartment. Normally they met up in public and left for their own places afterwards.

"Yes, it's my apartment. You'll be staying the night, so let's get you ready for bed."

"Ohhh, I didn't think you had it in you, Shenpai!"

"It's-it's not like that. You'll need your sleep, and tomorrow's going to be hell for you," he explained, partially wondering why he bothered given most of what he said was either going to go in one ear and out the other, if not totally forgotten in the morning.

"Are you shure? You're sho lewd, Shenpai." She was apparently reverting to her high school self. It was definitely a nostalgia trip for him. Slowly he made it to the bedroom, where he placed her in a seating position on the bed. She flopped down and started going on about something as he found something for her to wear.

"Here. I'm gonna step out of the room for a short while. Change into these," he instructed as he handed her a t-shirt and a pair of basketball shorts.

"Yay! New clothesh!" she squealed. He just managed to turn around before his "guest" started changing into the offered set.

'Jeez. I was not prepared for this,' he thought to himself as he pinched the bridge of his nose. It was admittedly funny watching Nagatoro when she was drunk, but he was taken aback by how energetic she still was.

"Shenpai! I'm ready!" she called from inside the room. When he walked in, he couldn't help but notice the shirt was on backwards.

"Hey, just lift your arms quickly. You put the shirt on wrong."

"Trying to undressh me? You really are a perv," she teased, yet did as she was told. He quickly lifted the shirt off and turned it around, then put it back on facing the right way. He kept his eyes closed the entire time.

"It's not that late yet, so do you want to watch TV or something?" he offered.

"Shure!"

So, he led her to the couch and turned on the television. After flipping through the channels he found and interesting show on the history channel. Eventually he felt a weight on his arm, which a quick glance revealed to be Nagatoro leaning against him.

"H-Hey, are you tired?" he asked with a blush starting to form.

"No," she said, which was promptly followed by a tired yawn.

"Here, I think you should go to bed." He offered her a hand, which she suspiciously excitedly took so he could lead her to the bed.

"Get comfy. You're in for a bad morning." When she laid back, he pulled the covers over her and went to leave.

"But Shenpai? What about you?"

He stopped in his tracks and looked over his shoulder. "Don't worry, I'll sleep on the couch tonight." He smiled at the end and turned off the light.

"Goodnight, see you in the morning." he whispered. He carried himself to the couch and plopped down. After turning down the volume he flipped though the channels and settled for a nature documentary of the sort.

"Shenpai!" Nagatoro called from the room. He hurriedly got up and ran back.

"What's wrong?"

"I'm lonely," she said with a childishly pouty face.

"O-okay." He walked over and sat down next to the bed. "Better?"

"Come here," she requested with her arms outstretched. For a second, Naoto just sat there, brain frozen.

"Are-are you sure?"

She made a noise that resembled a "yes", so he climbed onto the bed and sat down next to her. Almost immediately, she latched onto his torso and started giggling again.

"Shenpai's in the shame bed ash me. You're sho grosh." She burst into another small giggling fit, which he partially joined in on.

"At least I'm sober enough to know what I'm saying," he teased, which earned him a stuck out tongue.

"That'sh mean," she whined, then began tickling his sides. He broke into laughter, and pried her hands off of him.

"Okay, that's enough," he declared, still laughing. Nagatoro tried to break free from his grip, and managed to get one hand free. It went back to his side, which he grabbed and held back.

"Shee? I knew you were senshitive!"

"And what about you?" he asked, remembering that one time in high school. Immediately, she backed down and even tried to scoot away from him.

"No I'm not. You're sho grosh to think that!"

"Really? Let's see." He let go of one wrist and quickly poked her side, causing her to squeal a bit louder than expected. He poked again, which got the same result with the added twist to hide her side.

"Let's calm down. It's getting late, and you really need to rest up. I'll stay until you fall asleep, but then I'm heading back to the couch."

"Ahh. Can't you stay?" she blurted out, very much taking him Naoto by surprise.

"You, you want me to stay?"

"Shure! You're warm and comfy!"

"If-if you insist." Awkwardly, he crawled under the covers, and was quickly attacked by Nagatoro. With a grip stronger than he remembered she wrapped her arms around his torso and placed her mouth by his ear.

"Heh. We're Shleeping together," she said, giggling again.

"Technically, you're not wrong," he sighed.

"Goodnight, Shenpai." Before he knew it, the girl had fallen asleep, leaving him with his thoughts.

This had been an interesting night, to say the least.

A/N: As I said, I have no personal experience with drunk people, so all of this could just be unrealistic. Still, I hope you enjoyed! Finals are this week, so I'm going to go have an aneurysm in the corner. Bye!
