Chapter summary: Who would have thought that a young girl who had snuck into Bumblebee's alt mode would end up with the most valuable power?

"Hello" Thoughts.

The Autobots arrived in the city of Detroit, to others they looked like unassuming vehicles, Bumblebee whistled "Not bad, check out how tall these buildings are, they're nearly the same size as Omega" he said.

Before anyone could respond, they saw people who were running out of a tower screaming in panic.

"Uh…what was that all about?" Bumblebee asked.

His question was soon answered when what looked like a giant bug crashes through the doors of said tower.

"What the frag is that?" Ome asked.

"I don't know, but whatever it is it's got someone captured" Optimus replied.

He was right, in the giant bug's grasp was a young girl, it was hard to make out her details but her scream was evident enough that she was a femme.

"We gotta help her!" Bumblebee exclaimed.

"Alright, Ome you make a grab for the Sparkling, the rest of us will keep it distracted" Optimus ordered.

Ome nodded before she got out of Ratchet's alt mode, she deactivated her holoform which revealed her true form, she then flew towards the giant bug.

The Autobots sped forward as well before they transformed to distract the big bug "Over here ugly!" Bumblebee taunted.

The giant bug growled and made a swipe for the yellow bot.

Bumblebee jumped back before using his stingers on it, but since they weren't battle-grade it barely did any damage to it.

Ome fired her blasters on the arm that had the young girl in its claw.

The giant bug gave a screech of pain as it dropped the young girl.

Ome flew down and caught her in her arms, she then put her down a safe distance away, she then flew back to help the others. She saw that the giant bug was giving Prowl a beating, said cyber ninja was unconscious, she flew forward so she was behind the giant bug, then she placed her tendrils onto its back and gave it a mid-level electric shock.

The giant bug gave another screech of pain from the shock and started to fall to the ground, which gave the others a chance to finish it off for good.

"Prowl!" Optimus said and carefully picked up the cyber ninja.

"Oh he looks bad" Bulkhead said in concern.

"We'll take him to Omega, he's got a fully functional Medbay" Ratchet replied.

"Ome tell Omega we're coming back and to be in alt mode, Prowl needs help" Optimus said.

Ome nodded and turned her focus to the bond "Sire Prowl's in a bad way, we're coming back and need use of the Medbay" she said.

"No problem Ome" was Omega's response.

Ratchet transformed into his alt mode and Optimus loaded Prowl into the back "You go ahead Ratchet" the Autobot leader said.

Ratchet turned on his sirens, so he could have a clear path from the curious humans, and drove away.

The other Autobots transformed into their alt modes as well, but what none of them saw was the same young girl that Ome had saved sneak into Bumblebee's alt mode.

Back at Omega's alt mode

Ratchet was working on Prowl "These injuries are extensive" he said.

"Just do what you can Ratchet" Optimus replied.

"Bumblebee why haven't you transformed yet?" Ome asked.

Bumblebee's alt mode seemed to jump a little "Huh? Oh! Uh…no reason" he replied as he used his seatbelt to muffle the young girl's protests, he was probably going to get an aft kicking for not noticing the young girl in his alt mode before reaching the island.

The young girl gave another muffled protest as she kicked her feet, her foot landed on Bumblebee's horn and the sound resonated around Omega's alt mode.

"Bumblebee!" Ratchet shouted "this is delicate work!"

"The frag are you doing?!" Ome asked in annoyance as she glared at the yellow bot.

"Sorry sorry! It's all good!" Bumblebee responded, he could have sworn he heard an annoyed sound from Omega and it panicked him slightly since he did not want to anger the Guardian.

"Bumblebee turn off your horn" Optimus ordered.

"I'm trying! Just gimmie a moment, it's just a glitch" Bumblebee replied quickly.

A thump was heard on Bumblebee's door.

Bumblebee gave a yelp and his driver's side door accidentally popped open.

There was a surprised yelp as the girl tumbled out of Bumblebee's alt mode, she looked to have tan or dark skin and red hair that was up in two pig tails, she wore what looked like a beige and white dress, white knee-length socks and beige-coloured shoes or trainers, round her neck was some kind of security key.

"What the…?!" Bulkhead exclaimed.

"You brought a human onto Omega?!" Ratchet said to Bumblebee.

"I didn't know! She snuck on!" Bumblebee protested.

"Hey I'm right here you know!" the girl said waving her arms.

Ome blinked her good optic, having not expected to see the same human she had rescued from the giant bug.

"Look we have a bigger problem right now" Optimus said "we will deal with Bumblebee and the femme later" he glared briefly at Bumblebee.

"Whoa, this is so cool! Is this your space ship? Like an alien space ship?" the girl asked as she wondered down the hallway.

Ome and Bumblebee followed after her "Uh…kinda" Bumblebee answered the girl's question "I mean…technically…? I mean…he does fly in space, anyway what's your name?"

"Oh! I'm Sari" Sari replied with a smile "what're your names?"

"Oh I'm Bumblebee" Bumblebee replied as he pointed a thumb to his chest "the fastest thi-" he was cut off by Sari's laughter "what? What's so funny?"

"You're named after an insect?" Sari asked as she laughed "oh that's rich!"

"Hey I'm no insect!" Bumblebee protested.

Sari scoffed a little and rolled her eyes "Kidding" she replied.

Bumblebee grumbled a little before glancing down to Ome "Oh, and this is Ome" he said and gestured to the small femme, in fact she was taller than Sari.

Sari grinned and nodded as they approached the storage area "Oh! What's this?" she asked as she walked towards the orange container that contained the AllSpark.

"I thought we had lost it during the crash landing?" Ome asked her Sire.

"I thought we did too, but after you left I found it wedged, most likely from the crash, it explained why I felt discomfort at the time" Omega replied "so I managed to dislodge it and put it back"

"Sari I wouldn't touch it" Bumblebee warned.

"But it looks so cool" Sari protested.

"It may look 'cool', but that AllSpark is a valuable artefact that cannot be taken lightly" Omega replied.

Sari startled at hearing the deep voice "Whoa! Where did that come from?" she asked as she looked around, but it was just her, Bumblebee and Ome, and she doubted Ome's voice was that deep.

"That was the ship" Bumblebee replied.

"Wait, the ship is one of you guys? So he's a giant?" Sari asked in awe.

Ome giggled a little, since Sari really wasn't too far off the mark "His name's Omega" she replied "he's my Sire"

"Your what?" Sari asked, looking puzzled.

Ome blinked her good optic "My Sire…you know…he raised me" she replied.

"Oh! You mean your dad? That's awesome" Sari replied with a smile.

Now it was Ome's turn to be puzzled "What's a dad?" she asked.

"From what I can gather, a dad is their term for Sire" Omega replied.

"Ah, that makes sense" Bumblebee replied.

"So…this is an artefact?" Sari asked as she walked a little closer to it.

"It is yes, it holds limitless power and for that reason it cannot fall into the wrong hands" Omega replied.

Sari nodded a little and couldn't help but feel the urge to walk closer, as she did so the AllSpark started to glow "Whoa, is it supposed to do that?" she asked.

"Uh…no" Bumblebee replied as he backed up.

"Did you do something?" Ome asked.

"No I just walked closer to it" Sari replied, she then gave a yelp of surprise as a beam of light shot out of the AllSpark and hit Sari's security key that was round her neck.

The security key glowed with power before the beam if light disappeared.

"What…just happened?" Sari asked as she looked at her key.

"Yeah what was that?" Bumblebee asked, looking a little awestruck.

"The AllSpark gave some of its power to Sari's key" Omega replied "I'm not sure as to why, but that is now valuable and must be protected as well"

"Whoa…" Sari muttered as she held the Key in her hands before thinking a moment "do you think…this could help your friend?"

"Prowl? Uh…it might, we don't know" Bumblebee replied and shrugged.

"It is worth a try, Prowl is in a bad way" Omega said.

Sari nodded and she along with Bumblebee and Ome walked out the storage area back towards the Medbay.

In the Medbay

"His damage is too extensive Prime" Ratchet said solemnly "if I had more equipment I could do more for him"

"Maybe I can help?" Sari asked.

"You? Help? You're not a Medic kid, stay out of it" Ratchet replied.

"Her Key has been given power by the AllSpark" Omega said.

"What?! Are you sure about this?" Ratchet demanded.

"I saw it, as did Bumblebee and Ome" Omega replied.

"Yeah he's right Doc, the AllSpark shot a beam of light to Sari's key" Bumblebee said.

Ome nodded "It might be able to help Prowl" she added.

"I think we could do with a miracle" Optimus said at last and lowered a hand "come on Sari" he had caught the girl's name from Bumblebee.

Sari climbed onto his hand and she was gently placed on Prowl's chest.

Ratchet crossed his arms over his chest, clearly sceptical.

Sari found a slot on Prowl that would fit her key in and she put it in before turning it to the right.

The Key started to glow and miraculously began to heal Prowl of his injuries.

Ratchet stared in disbelief "What in the name of Primus...?" he muttered.

Prowl took a gasp of air as his visor brightened again.

Sari took the Key out and she was helped to the ground by Optimus.

"He's ok!" Bumblebee cheered.

"Alright!" Bulkhead cheered as well.

Prowl slowly sat up as he rubbed his helm "What...what happened?" he asked.

"We almost lost you for a minute there, but thanks to Sari you're back in the functioning world" Optimus replied and smiled.

Prowl looked to the young girl and gave a nod "Thank you, I am grateful" he said.

"No worries" Sari replied with a smile.

"Believe it now Doc?" Bumblebee asked with a grin.

Ratchet grumbled a little "Yes" he grudgingly admitted.

Optimus knelt down in front of Sari "Thank you Sari" he said and smiled "you have a valuable thing right there, we need to protect that as well as you"

"I get to hang out with you guys? Cool!" Sari replied eagerly.

Ome giggled a little, things were definitely going to liven up a little now that Sari was with them.
