Feel the love on day two.

Aphrodite hummed to herself as she preened in front of her mirror. As the Goddess of Love and Beauty she had to look her best, especially since she was about to get a call from a certain little godling. Her mirror shimmered, causing the pink-haired goddess to give off a slight grin.

"Hello, dearest," said Aphrodite as she answered the call. "Are you still trying to escape the Underworld?"

"Yes, unfortunately," replied Zagreus with a sigh. "My apologies for bothering you, Lady Aphrodite, but I was hoping you could lend some of your power to help me out?"

"Of course, dearest, but first I want you to answer a few questions for me."

She watched as Zagreus raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"Not to be rude, Lady Aphrodite, but I am in a bit of a hurry," said Zagreus. "Could this possibly wait until I escape?"

A light laugh came from the goddess. "Unfortunately, my little godling, that could take an eternity considering you keep dying on us."

Her laugh turned into giggles as she spied the grimace on Zagreus' face.

With a sigh, Zagreus relented. "Ask away then, My Lady."

"Very well. Have you been making amends with Megaera?"

Hiding her grin behind her hand, she watched as Zagreus tensed up.

"…I would ask what business that is of yours, but then I remember that you rule over love."

"Indeed, dearest. It's a shame what happened between the two of you," replied Aphrodite with a slight frown. "I would hope that you have been making it up to her."

A nervous cough escaped the Son of Hades. "Yes, I have trying to fix things between her and I."

"Because you care for her. Maybe even love her still."

She didn't even hide her smirk this time. She knew that Zagreus knew that he couldn't lie to her on the subject of love.

"…Yes."

"Glad to hear it, dearest. Now next time you return to the House of Hades, I want you to finally bury the hatchet between the two of you and rekindle your love," stated Aphrodite. A small grin then appeared on her face. "Maybe even have some little godlings of your own in the process."

She giggled once more as she watched Zagreus pinch the bridge of his nose in frustration.

"Yes, because THAT will go over well with Meg. May I just have a boon now so I may be on my merry way?"

"Of course, dearest. Just remember, you're getting second chance at love with Megaera. Don't squander it this time," said the goddess as she handed a boon over to the man.

"Yes, My Lady."

The call then ended, signifying to the goddess that Zagreus was continuing his escape attempt. While she had no doubts that Zagreus would make things right with Megaera…

"I suppose a little bit of my blessing can help things along," said Aphrodite to herself with a light laugh.

She couldn't wait for the day for love to blossom once more.
