Original Author Note
A note of caution
This is a self-congratulatory novel by myself for myself.
Please overlook typos and omissions.
The setting is messy.
Gudako = Ritsuka Fujimaru
The original character's position has been changed to Ritsuka due to the setting of the story.
If you're okay with that, go ahead.
"Midoriya-kun and Todoroki-kun, huh ..."
Ritsuka muttered quietly in the audience. In front of him now, a boy with green hair and a boy with hair color divided into red and white were fighting. If Ritsuka won the next match as well, she would have to fight one of them. I wanted to get as much information as possible before then.
Midoriya was probably an augmented quirk. I am confident that I could handle him with Elkidu. The problem was Todoroki. I'm sure he's got an "ice" quirk. As she found out in an earlier match against a person with a quirk like cellophane tape, it can be difficult to win a match against an ability that could restraint their opponent. Elkidu's chains are not soft. But how far will it go...
"I feel like I've met Midoriya-kun somewhere before. ..."
(In fact, they have already met in the hallway on the day of the entrance ceremony, but Ritsuka doesn't remember that.)
The game was in its final stages. Midoriya is shouting something to Todoroki. I couldn't make out what he was saying over the noise around him, but I could clearly see the change in Todoroki's expression at the words.
The next moment, flames were rising from the left half of Todoroki's body.
For the first time, Ritsuka knew that Todoroki's quirk was "half cold, half hot".
"Uwaaaaaahh- There is a cheater here-!"
She exclaimed on the spot and sincerely hoped that Midoriya would go on to win.
"Todoroki-kun─────...advances to the third round!."
Well, most things go in a direction that Ritsuka doesn't want.
"It was scary... fighting in real life is so scary... the hero department is scary..."
Ritsuka, who had just won the battle against Ida, was trembling alone in the waiting room.
Tenya Ida, the class president of Hero Class A, has an "engine" quirk. As soon as the match started, Iida came to her back with his hidden "Recipro Burst" technique before Ritsuka could restrain him. It was just a hair's breadth away. The chain of Elkidu rendered Ida incapable of action, although she was a little slow to react. However, Ida's uncanny charge was traumatizing enough for Ritsuka.
She had been afraid of fighting until then, and until now he had not understood half of what Mash was feeling.
After Ritsuka's exit, the hall was in an uproar.
All of Ritsuka's matches, whether it was kaminari's or the one just now, were settled in an instant.
When Ida used the "Recipro Burst", the crowd can't catch him because he was too fast. However, in the next moment, Iida was bound with gold chains all over his body just like kaminari, and the girl was right in front of Iida, not moving an inch from her initial position, her face expressionless.
The overwhelming difference in power was being shown to the audience. Moreover, the girl was said to be a regular student. It would be strange if that didn't attract attention.
"Ritsuka Fujimaru."
Everyone in the hall was whispering that girl's name until just before the next match started.

"It's really bad, with Ida-kun. ... I really don't know what would happened to me at that speed... I couldn't even take a step. ... I can't do this anymore... I want to go home. ..."
『I don't think you need to push yourself this hard.』
Who would have thought that the girl in this waiting room was the same Ritsuka Fujimaru that the people talked about?
