Penelope opened the door to the van and the kids jumped out of it excited. Alvez was already taking pictures of the farm and market. They had to drive an hour and a half to get there but it was worth it.

"Wow this place is awesome!" Penelope smiled. "Guys please stay where I can see you."

"Yes mami." The kids said as they looked at the animals.

The six of them were there for hours. The kids wanted to see every single animal in the farm. They saw goats, chickens, big pigs, small pigs, various types of dogs, horses, ducks, bunnies, rabbits, sheep, cats, llama's, geese, turkeys and many more.

Penelope fell in love with a couple of dogs that the kids couldn't stop playing with. She was told that the baby dogs were going to be trained, young dogs were almost trained, and the oldest dogs were ready for homes.

"Mami I want him." Oliver said.

"Daddy I want this one." Emery said.

"Can I have him?" Kenzi asked.

"Can I bring him home?" Zander asked.

Penelope looked at Alvez and he was beyond amused. Of course the kids wanted four different dogs. "Guys shouldn't we wait?"

"Please?" The quads asked at the same time.

"This is a lot of responsibility. I do not want to be the only one taking care of them or they will be brought back here in a heartbeat." She said seriously.

"We promise." The quads said.

Penelope looked at her four kids with their pleading eyes and pouts holding the dog they wanted and she sighed. She couldn't believe she was doing this. Thank God she loved dogs. "How much are they?" Penelope asked the person in charge of the dogs. She was told the prices.

Penelope thought they would be more expensive.

"We would need to do a house check and yard inspection." The employee said.

"They are four different breeds I'm getting. Will they get along?" she asked as she looked at the different dogs.

"Yes. And they will take care of your kids." The employee added.

"Good. Well you can come today or tomorrow." Penelope said.

"We'll be there first thing in the morning."

"Yay!" The quads hugged Penelope.

"Guys pick the accessories you want for your dogs." She tried to hide her smile as they gasped. They couldn't believe she was getting them each a dog and more importantly the one they wanted. "Yes go crazy. Daddy will pay for them." She looked at Alvez and smirked.

"Oh I'm gonna get you for that." He whispered.

"I doubt it." She grinned and kissed his cheek. "Payback's a bitch."

"You better watch it babe." He said huskily. "I have easy access right now." He said meaning her dress and spaghetti straps. "Don't tempt me." He licked his lips.

She licked her lips and turned around to face her kids and help them pick out what they needed. She hated him for making her go from cool to hot in 2.5 seconds.

The employees came over to the house at 8am to check the property. They didn't expect to see such a great space for animals and less than an hour they were approved.

"We might add more farm animals in the future. Will the dogs be okay with it?"

"Yes." The employee said. "You are in good hand with the dogs you picked. They are well trained and their breed is exceptional. I'll be bringing them by the end of the week."

"Thank you so much. The kids are looking forward to that."

An Australian Kelpies, an Australian Shepherds, a Rottweiler and a Golden Retriever became part of the family.

A couple of days later, Penelope was working on the barn that day. Pamela had come over to help her with the kids so that Alvez could also go do a couple of errands. She was cleaning it and pressure washing it because she was definitely getting ready to foster a horse soon. She was so excited and wanted the stall perfect. She painted three hours later after making sure the barn was spotless and while she cleaned the brushes she heard someone walking towards her. She figured it was one of the kids until he heard his voice.

"Penelope you look so sexy. Fuck." He groaned.

She looked over her shoulders and chuckled. "Down boy. You've been behaving so far. Don't give in."

She turned around in his arms and licked her lips. "I do."

"Come on Pen. The kids are busy with your sister. We won't be interrupted." He said as his hands moved underneath her loose tank top and gripped her sides.

She scoffed. "As soon as we start getting naked Dawn will magically call and try to get you to leave us early."

Alvez sighed and let her go. "Thanks for ruining the moment." He stayed a few feet from her.

"Because it's the truth." She patted his head jokingly and walked away from him.

"She hasn't called since I've been here." Alvez said challenging her.

"I'm surprised but you're still not getting anywhere near my…"

"Babe I don't care what you say. Your body doesn't lie and I know I'm going to be so deep in you, weeks from now you'll still feel me."

She glared at him for making her hornier. "I hate you."

He smirked. "No you don't." He said and walked away.

She turned the faucet on and threw cold water on her face and neck.

She had to cool down.
