"All right Ninjas follow me." Wu says as the group follows him after arriving in the city.
"Ninja go!" The group shouts.
"Nya we need to get to Garmadon and that cat fast." Lloyd says.
"Here they come." Lloyd shouts as Garmadon's army runs toward them before they begin making their way through the city.
"Hey cat back off! I'm Garmadon baby. I'm the greatest warlord of all-" Garmadon then gets cut off as the group watches the cat eat him.
"Dad?" Lloyd asks as the group lands near the cat as the people cheer and shout for the cat to be defeated.
"What do you need us to do? We still have to take care of that cat." Alexis says as she shifts to wolf form growling at the cat.
"You were right Master Wu. I need to walk the path that only the son of Garmadon can walk." Lloyd says before he takes off his mask as the citizens look at him in shock.
"Oh my gosh! The Green Ninja is Lloyd Garmadon?" A citizen shouts.
"All we have to do is scare off Meowthra and we've won." Jay says.
"Right. Let's finish this kitty and save our city." Alexis says.
"No." Lloyd says as he starts to walk toward the cat.
"Uh Lloyd where are you going?" Kai asks.
"Lloyd? Come back." Zane says as Lloyd goes toward the cat.
"Here kitty, kitty, kitty. Yeah come here." Lloyd says as the cat comes toward him.
"I don't know if I can watch." Alexis says nervously.
"That's a good kitty. You're okay. Yeah you're okay. Yeah, yeah. That's a good kitty. What a sweet sweet kitty. Everything's gonna be just fine. Hey. I know it. I know it. You don't mean to destroy everything. When uh... When people look at you they see a monster. But I know that you just feel scared and alone. I know how that feels. To be judged unfairly. So um... I just wanna say that I forgive you. And... I'm sorry. When I said I wish you weren't my father I didn't really mean it. What I... What I should've said is I wish we didn't fight all of the time. I wish I could've spent more time with you. And that you could've seen like everything I've been through but you weren't there. I wish we could get that time back and... I need my dad. I just... I need my dad." Lloyd says.
"Oh! Whoa! Whoa!" Garmadon shouts as Meowthra spits him out.
"Dad! Are... Are you okay?" Lloyd asks as he runs over to Garmadon.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Son?" Garmadon asks.
"Yeah?" Lloyd asks.
"Did you mean all that stuff you said? To the cat?" Garmadon asks.
"Every word." Lloyd says.
"Well I know for a fact that the cat feels exactly the same way." Garmadon says as he, Lloyd's mother, and Lloyd reunite.
*Timeskip*
"So what did you call me out here to the park for? It's early. Nobody's here." Alexis says as she is walking with Lloyd in the park a few weeks later.
"Exactly. I just wanted some time alone with my best friend." Lloyd says as he smiles.
"Lloyd." Alexis says as she looks at Lloyd.
"What? I can't enjoy spending time with you?" Lloyd asks nervously.
"No but I can tell when you're thinking about something. Come on. What's this really about?" Alexis asks.
"Okay. I just wanted to say thank you." Lloyd says.
"Thank you? For what?" Alexis asks curiously.
"You stood by me when no one else would. You've always been there for me." Lloyd says as he smiles.
"Of course. You're my best friend. Even when I'm mad at you I will always be there for you. You mean so much to me. More than you'll ever know." Alexis says as she smiles.
"Alexis would you close your eyes for a moment? I really need to do something and if I don't do it now there's a good chance I'll lose my nerve." Lloyd says nervously.
"Um.. okay? Sure..." Alexis says unsurely.
"Thanks." Lloyd says as Alexis closes her eyes before she feels Lloyd kiss her as she then kisses back before Lloyd pulls away.
"You kissed me back?" Lloyd asks in surprise.
"Duh. I like you ya goof. I love you for who you are Lloyd Garmadon. You never had to proof anything to me because you were always my hero." Alexis says happily.
"You have no idea how happy I am to hear that. Say would you want to catch a movie before we head to meet the others? They'll be a little sore at us because we'll be a little late but if it means I can hang out for a few hours with the girl I love I'm willing to deal with it." Lloyd says as Alexis chuckles happily.
"I'd love to.. that is if you want to make it official too." Alexis says.
"No problems here. I love that suggestion." Lloyd says as he smiles and kisses Alexis.
