For the purpose of this chapter, Shoji and Ojiro will not be present.

We arrived in the basement of the building that we were to fight in. The north wall was covered in monitors, showing what was taking place on in the floors above. I could see Iida standing in front of the mock nuke, and Bakugou-san was prowling the west corridor, his face contorted in a mask of fury and a dark joy. I felt suddenly sorry for Uraraka and Deku-san, solely because they would be going up against that.

All Might-sensei turned to us. "Watch closely and try to learn something everyone!" He whipped out a pen and paper, and we all focused our attention on the screens.

Uraraka and Deku had successfully infiltrated the mock hideout by using Zero Gravity to float in through one of the upper windows. I noted the many blind corners, perfect for an ambush. They would have to keep their eyes and ears peeled. My eyes flickered to movement on an adjacent screen. Bakugou-san was prepared to ambush them once they reached the next corner.

"An ambush!?" Mineta-san exclaimed.

Sure enough, Bakugou-san came in roaring around the corner, smacking an explosion right on-top of them. Deku grabbed Uraraka at the last moment and threw themselves to the side, narrowly missing the onslaught.

The rest of the class was shocked.

"That's low Bakugou!" Kirishima-san exclaimed, outraged."Sneak attacks are so unmanly!"

I shook my head. "Bakugou-san is pretty valid in his strategy. This is a practical experience after all." I pointed out. even though it was downright dirty, Bakugou was playing a villan role. Ambushes were pretty villainous, if you asked me.

Bakugou wound his right arm back, aiming for Deku. A right hook aimed for Deku-san...smart, but...Deku grabbed Bakugou's arm, flipping him over his shoulder and slamming him into the ground with all his might. Bakugou-san got back on his feet, his face screaming fury and outrage. They were arguing, but we couldn't hear what they were saying. what ever it was, they were both boiling with different emotions.

It came to me suddenly, and then everything made sense. Deku-san and Bakugou-san knew each other. They had to. The heated argument, the fury in which Bakugou attacked. The way that some how Deku knew his move before he even made it. Instead of just training, I realized this was personal.

"What are they saying?"Kirishima questioned, his eyes glued on the monitors. "These fixed monitors don't have any sound."

"They are communicating through micro-transceivers! We give them to the battlers along with a blue print of the structure." He explained. He also held up a small roll of tape. "And this is capture tape! Tying this around your opponent is sufficient proof of capture!"

Mina spoke up. "So they've only got fifteen minutes, and the heroes don't know the location of the weapon, right?"

"YES!"

"The hero teams are at a real disadvantage, huh?" Ashido-san looked suddenly discouraged.

"It's like Aizawa told you! Say it with me now-"

We pumped our fists in the air. "PLUS ULTRA!"

"✨Ah, Monsieur Bakugou✨." Aoyama sparkled.

We all immediately focused back onto the screens. He and Bakugou were literally toe to toe, matching each others moves and trying to score blows of their own. Midoriya almost had Bakugou-san captured, but his attempt failed, and he dodged to the side as soon as he realized that wouldn't work either. It was truly amazing. He was going toe to toe with the top scorer in the entrance exam, and he almost was winning.

"He's really angry...it kinda scary..." said Kaminari-san from behind me.

And I agreed with him. It was terrifying. If Bakugou-san caught up to Deku, and he would, It would be bad. Really, really bad. I shifted my focus to Uraraka, who had found Iida-kun. I choked out a laugh, but quickly covered my mouth, mainly due to the fact that Todoroki-san was staring at me with a 'you're crazy, got it' kind of expression. Even through the screen, I could feel the evil enigma of 'villan Iida'. He was good at taking things seriously.

And then I focused on Deku and Bakugou. As I had feared, Bakugou had found him. He was standing half bathed in shadow, holding one of his gauntleted hands forward. Not pointing at Deku. Aiming at him. My fists clenched reflexively at my sides. I knew those gauntlets weren't just for show. They were a weapon.

"Bakugou, stop it now, kid!" All Might ordered. "Are you trying to kill him?!"

And then we could hear him shout through the ear peice. "HE WON'T DIE IF IT'S NOT A DIRECT HIT!!"

And then a blinding flash of reds and oranges. A huge explosion rocked the basement, and we all cried out in shock.

"I thought this was just practice!" Kirishima-san shouted.

All Might was visibly worried, his face set in a mask of horror. "Midoriya...kid?!"

I whipped my head around to Iida and Uraraka's fight. Were they okay? Had there floor been obliterated yet? No, they were okay...sorta. Uraraka-san was underestimating Iida's speed, and was failing in getting the weapon captured. Several times...She needed to up her game and get creative if she were to win.

"Sensei, shouldn't you stop him?" Kirishima pleaded. "That guy's gone crazy! He's looking to kill!"

Sensei looked tense, but he shook his head. "No..." He said slowly. but he clicked his transceiver. "Bakugou, if you use that move again, I'll be forced to end the match. Using an attack like that indoors is just asking for your strong hold to be destroyed. Whether hero or villain, it's a bad move, and a good way to lose pointes,"

I placed a hand on Kirishima's shoulder, tuning out all the outraged and panicked voices around me. He looked down at me, his crimson eyes bright with worry. "Bakugou could have hurt Deku-san in that moment, but he didn't. Though he may appear to be 'crazy', I think he knows what he's doing." Kirishima didn't look like he quiet believed me, but he nodded stiffly turned tensely back toward the monitors.

Just a moment before Midoriya unleashed an attack that ripped the building apart.

I gasped, shocked at the magnitude of power coming from him. In only one upward strike. I almost gave my self whip lash from how fast my head snapped from one screen to the other.

And then it was over like that. Uraraka grabbed a pillar of concrete, swinging it like a giant bat, pelting Iida with flying stones. And then she rushed forward, grabbing the weapon, and effectively ending the match.

Deku was in the nurses office right now getting treatment from his injuries, but Iida, Bakugou, and Ochaco-san were all lined up to receive grading from All Might-sensei.

"I'd say the V.I.P in this fight was Iida!" he announced. "Can anyone tell me why?"

Momo Yaoyorozu raised her hand from beside me. "I can, All Might-sensei."

"It's because Iida was most able to adapt to the scenario. From what I saw, Bakugou's every action was motivated by a personal grudge. And as you mentioned before, using a destructive attack like that indoors was foolish. Midoriya's actions suffered from the same fault. Uraraka lost focus halfway through, and her final attack was haphazard. Such an attack would be unthinkable if that weapon were real.

"But Iida formulated an actual counter strategy, and he envisioned what the actual struggle would be like. He was only to late in reacting in the end. The hero team only won because it was training with explotible restraints." She put her hands on her hips and huffed.

There was a shocked silence. "Well, yes.." All Might looked slightly taken aback. "I would add that Iida was a little stiff..but yes.."

I nodded with Yaoyorozu. "We've got to start at the bottom and work our way up. And if we don't earnestly cheer each other on, well never become top heroes."

I had a feeling me and Momo-san would get along great.

For the next battle, It was me and Todoroki-san as the heroes up against Hagakure and Yuriko. My stomach dropped, and i felt suddenly sick. Apparently whatever gods were out there had not been listening. I followed Todoroki out to the new training building, nearly ready to puke. Get yourself together dummy! You can beat Yuriko! And you have Todoroki Shoto at your side! What could go wrong?

I took a deep breath to calm myself. I could do It. I knew I could. I looked at the blue print an studied it for a moment, trying to distract my self.

"My guess is that they are in the middle." I indicated to a center room, "Or on the back wall."

He nodded. "Do you have a locator quirk?" He asked.

I shook my head. "No, but I can use Twin to send up a scout."

He nodded. "Fine." His voice was cold as ice, and almost uninterested. It made me nervous.

But I activated twin, an exact copy of me materializing in front of me. "I need you to scout out Hagakure and Yuriko. Be as discreet as possible. And use Zero Gravity to float up there. Do not go inside. Got it?"

My copy glowered. "Yadda, yadda. You know I do because I am you, asshole." She flipped me off as she floated away and disappeared around the side of the structure. When I turned, Todoroki looked mildly bemused.

"She has quite the attitude." He remarked.

I chuckled uneasily. "Thats 'cause she's grumpy. I haven't brought her out since the exam."

He nodded, apparently understanding. My copy, Rina as I usually called her, floated down and landed in front of us. She looked triumphant. "Hagakure is on the third floor, west side, and Yuriko is with the weapon."

Todoroki nodded. "So they are playing a defensive game, huh." he turned to me, his face utterly calm. "Stay out here. It's about to get frosty. They think they can win, but they have already lost."

With that, he entered the building. Almost emmedity, ice exploded out the windows, covering the concrete in what looked like sparkles. Wet jewels glittering in the dazzling sun. It was...beautiful. Through the com in my ear, I heard All Mights voice.

"HERO TEAM WINNNSSSSS!"

And then I heard her voice.

"IT'S NOT OVER YET! GET READY FOR ME AKIKUDA YOU PIECE OF SHIT!"

THANK YOU FOR READING THIS CHAPTER! Stay tuned for the real action next chapter! You haven't even seen Yurioko's quirk in action, and you will next time. In an utterly villainous way.
