Author's Notes: So this story is becoming a lot longer than I originally intended but I hope you all like it. Here is a bit of fun before thing get extreme.

Plagg and Tikki settled down in the window seal just out of sight from anyone in the room.

"This is going to be as good as camembert... Well almost as good." Plagg wispered to Tikki while rubbing his paws together in anticipation.

Tikki smiled at her yang. "While I can't agree with the cheese part, I will admit I am ready to see some hard earned karma come into effect. Are you ready?" Tikki wispered back which Plagg nodded to.

While it is true there are major consequences for a kwami to use their powers without a holder, Plagg and Tikki have a small exception.

No they can't use their powers of creation and destruction on their own. (Or at least are not supposed to, Plagg does Not always follow that rule.) However the two oldest kwami's also embody the concepts of good and bad luck and can direct their 'luck' energies out like a qigong can with there qi.

This is one of the main reasons why the holders of the black cat and ladybug miraculous naturally have more good and bad luck, it leaks into them.

Tikki has been willfully directing her good luck out since she spun this all into motion. Now its Plagg's turn and boy is he excited to see what happens to the mortal he is directing it at.

Both kwami's turned their attention to the front of the classroom as Lila walked in with a prideful swagger.

Upon her entry, Max and Kim who were talking at the front of the class stopped and turned to her.

"Hey Lila! How is your ankle feeling today?" Kim asked enthusiastically.

Marinette rolled her eyes and was about to give an exasperated sigh when she caught the look on Alya's face. Marinette raised her eyebrow in question only for Alya to wink and turn to the front of the class.

"Oh much better Kim thank you so much for helping me out yesterday." Lila cooed in false sweetness.

"No problem I am glad it wasn't sprained after all!" Kim replied.

That cause Lila to reel back a bit. After the nurse had told her that she did not think it was sprained yesterday Lila had insisted that she just couldn't see the bruising because of her skin type. Kim and Max bought this and asked what needed to be done which was why she found herself with an ace wrap and a bag of ice. But if they bought it yesterday why were they not buying it now?

Noticing her hesitation Max stepped forward to explain. "After our trip to the nurses office yesterday I did some research on how to care for a sprained ankle, as well as how long they take to heal."

"Even a low-grade ankle sprain will usually take one to three weeks with proper rest to fully heal. The fact that you are not even limping today means there is an 89% chance you just hurt your ankle and simply have a very low pain tolerance, making it feel like it was more than it really was." Max stated factually typing away on his phone.

Lila blinked not sure what to say to that. When did these morons start fact checking? Before Lila could come up with a way to spin this turn of events in her favor Nathaniel walked in.

"Hey Lila?" Nathaniel called getting Lila's attention. Lila turned to face the shy artist.

"Oh hey Nathaniel, did you need something?" Lila asked through almost clenched teeth. Something was going on, she could feel it.

"Yeah Marc and I were brainstorm ideas for our next comic book which reminded me of your promise to introduce me to Stan Lee. Are you still able to do that?" Nathaniel asked hesitantly.

"Oh of course I just need to see when he is available." Lila said sweetly.

Nathaniel nodded. "Cool, if you don't mind me asking how do you intend to do that exactly?" He asked.

Lila blinked in confusion before suspicion sunk in. "What do you mean?" She asked carefully.

"Well do you intend to contact him via crystal ball, ouija board, tarot cards, or psychic medium?" Nathaniel asked causing a dumbfound look to to appear on Lila's face as she tried to understand what he was getting at.

"Um... Why would I use any of those methods?" Lila said slowly, what is going on here?

"Well are there any other ways to contact the dead?" Nathaniel asked tilting his head slightly. He clenched his hands to keep them from shaking.

Nathaniel knew something was up with Lila after she had initially offered to set him up with the deceased writer but was too shy to do anything about it.

However that is why he had no issues going to the meeting yesterday and after hearing everything that has been going on with Marinette, he knew it was time to step forward. He just hopes he can keep his fear under control for the time being.

"Excuses me!" Lila exclaimed in suprise to the question.

"Well Stan Lee has been dead for quite some time now, so I assumed you had a special way of contacting him." Nathaniel said.

Horror flashed across Lila's face briefly before she composed herself and opened her mouth to speak only to close it again as no plausible response came to mind.

"Oh my goodness! Lila you don't actually do any of that stuff do you?" Maylen yelled in genuine fear from her seat.

Lila turned towards Maylen who was already yanking the rosary that she kept hidden in her shirt out.

"What? No! I..." Lila cried instantly before realizing the predicament she was now in. She was about to send a glare at Nathaniel who had already started sneaking away when suddenly a vent plate dropped to the ground literally two inches in front of Lila.

Lila looked wide eyed at the plate before looking up at the ceiling in time to see a large rat falling out of the now open vent. The rat was chattering angrily with its little legs stretched out wide as it dropped right. onto. Lila's. face.

Lila screamed and tried to yank the rat off, however the rat instantly ran up her head and down part of her hair before jumping on her shoulder and entering the front of her shirt.

Lila continued to scream jumping up and down while turning in circles, trying to smack the rat as it ran around in her shirt from the front to the back then back to the front.

Eventually the rat made it into her pants before running down her leg and out onto the floor. It then took off for the open door but right before it existed the room it turned back hissing at Lila, before taking off as quickly as its little legs could run.

Lila stood shaken as she watched rat dissappear. The whole class gaped at her in shock over what just happened.

After a few moments a loud cackle broke the silence. Everyone looked back at the sound but could not see what caused it, however it did sound like it was coming from one of the upper windows.

Adrian and Marinette both recognized the voice after a moment. Adrian patted his shirt to confirm that the little black trouble maker was not there.

Marinette peeked inside her purse only to find it empty. Slightly frustrated Marinette then decided it was time to take control of the situation and stood up onto her bench to make herself taller.

"Max pull the akuma alarm!" Marinette commanded point to the purple alarm at the front of the room. The alarm looked like a fire alarm except purple, it was installed throughout the school about a month ago.

Max did as told and everyone stood up. A loud siren sound went off along with the recorded voice of a woman telling everyone to evacuate the area for the time being.

Alya pulled her phone out to begin recording as Marinette clapped her hands over the noise. "Come on everyone you know the drill. Haul it up and file it out." Marinette yelled directing the class out the door.

Adrian stopped at the door and turned to Marinette. "You go ahead, I can stay and lock the room up this time." He said. Adrian needed to get his kwami and give him a good scolding for causing a panic.

However Marinette was trying to get to both kwami's without causing another kwami buster incident.

"That is ok Adrian. I am the class president, it is my job. You just get out of here." Marinette responded.

Adrian was about to protest when he spotted Plagg floating behind Marinette. Plagg pointed to the wall before flying through it and out into the hallway.

"Okay Marinette, just stay safe." Adrian said before taking off to meet Plagg who hid just around the corner from the classroom in a now empty hallway.

"You know you can't really blame me for laughing and pigtails did not really need to call an akuma alert over it." Plagg said defensively with is little paws raised in surrender.

"No but you should never have snuck away without permission again. Did you not learn the last time what could happen? What were you even doing?" Adrian responded angrily.

Plagg shrugged nonchalantly. "You should know by now that cats are mischievous by nature and are known to constantly cause trouble. As for what I was doing, I'm sure Ladybug has heard the alert by now and is looking for an akuma that doesn't exist. You should transform and explain what happened, I'm sure she will want an explanation from us as well and I don't want to repeat myself." The destructive kwami stated.

"Oh my gosh your right Plagg claws out!"

As soon as Adrian took off Marinette closed the door and turned back to the classroom.

"Tikki. Plagg." Marinette called in exasperation. Tikki floated up to her holder with a sheepish look.

"Plagg already took off to find his holder. He figured his holder would be trying to transform the moment you had Max pull the akuma alert. Which was really unnecessary Marinette." Tikki said.

Marinette rolled her eyes. "I wouldn't have done that if I wasn't trying to cover up for some misbehaving kwami's. But we will discuss that later, right now we should meet Chat Noir and sort this all out. Tikki spots on!" Marinette called.

Once fully transformed Ladybug climbed out of one of the windows and out onto the roof of the school. Grabbing her yoyo phone she called Chat Noir.

"My Lady." Chat greeted upon answering.

"Hey Kitty I'm on the roof of Collège Françoise Dupont." Ladybug said straight to the point.

"I'm on my way, but My Lady there's no actual akuma to fight." Chat Noir said.

"I'm aware Chat, just get you tail over here so we can discuss it." Ladybug replied.

"Already here." Chat Noir stated from behind Ladybug who turned to face her partner. Both of them put their phones away.

"It seems we need to have a serious discussion with both of our kwami's but for now let's put on a show and enter through the front of the building so all the students and staff who evacuated think we are taking care of the 'akuma'." Ladybug stated in a business like tone.

"Why would we do that? Why not just inform the school staff it was just a false alarm?... Wait did you say your kwami was with mine again?" Chat Noir asked.

Ladybug stiffened a bit but nodded. "Yes, it seems Tikki and Plagg have decided they were going to meet up today without telling us. As for why I suggested putting on a show; it is so the students who pulled the alarm don't get in trouble." Ladybug explained.

Chat Noir nodded in understanding. "Purry well. Ladies first." He said bowing in a gentleman's gesture.

Ladybug rolled her eyes and took off for the front door of the school making sure she was seen entering by several people. Chat Noir followed close behind her.

After entering the school the two heroes dubble checked there surroundings before Chat stepped on the other a corner just out of view of Ladybug.

"Spots off!"

"Claws in!"
