The harbor busy as usual a young woman took little notice of the warnings as she went swimming in the water. Wearing a blue outfit with darker blue hair she was a natural when it came to movement in water capable of outracing eve the fastest speedboats. She was swimming so deep underwater nobody could see if they tried with her ability to practically live like a mermaid as she desired.

The heroine known as Vaporeon usually did her patrols around large bodies of water. Rising up to the surface having enjoyed her dive she was invisible to the naked eye. Watching around from the water the large ships around were laid on shore or were being roped to it. A night like any other she looked around further to the lighthouse that helped the ships at night.

The lights of the tower shut off. Not turning on again Vaporeon kept in place for about a minute or two before she made the decision.

"It's not much but I better check it in case."

Using her powerful legs and perfect technique she stroked through the water heading to the small island in a hurry. Stepping on land her invisibility wore off. It only being a short walk she saw the door was busted open by force. The people living in the lighthouse were tied up and gagged at the bottom floor.

The heroine ran to them and ungagged them.

"What happened?"

The man spat out some saliva and answered.

"It was the thief, Lucario! He charged in and attacked us. He then tied us up and shut off the light. Why we don't know." Vaporeon then untied the others.

"Where did he go?"

"He took the stairs to the top!" Vaporeon looking up against the climb raced up the spiral staircase. With each step getting closer she readied herself more for an ambush. Reaching the top she saw the one dressed as a blue wolf standing next to the switch of the lighthouse.

"It's not his thing. What can kind of value can be found here?"

The thief standing in view on purpose eyed his prize. Just like the others she was at her athletic peak with a body to match. Muscles placed all over it wasn't brutish like a muscle head in the gym but genuinely in the correct places. Her legs and arms toned he was already looking forward to go skinny dipping with her in the future.

"What are you doing here Lucario?!" The heroine demanded to know.

"It's not what it looks like! I'm not up to anything!" She scoffed at his claim.

"You expect me to believe that!? You tied up the people below us! Seems to me you're up to no good again!"

"I'm asking you to listen! I'm here to warn you!"

"About what? It's nothing good if you're involved in it."

"If you like to keep swimming in the bay and not in whatever is going to get released tonight."

The heroine took notice of it and slowed down for a moment.

"Speak."

"A little birdie told me about something Lysandre is trying to do here tonight." Lucario mentioning the mob boss the heroine knew it was serious. Lucario was the biggest thorn in her sisters side but the mob boss was the one that took it more widespread with backdoor dealings.

"What is he planning?" Vaporeon asked as the thief told her.

"There's a submarine that's going digging somewhere in the bay in about a few minutes. If he touches an oil pipe or anything else your nice evening dips are over." Joking with her and warning her the mob boss destroying something she she clearly appreciates he needed to hook her like the fish she likes to pretend to be. Vaporeon doubted him of course. Even if he wanted to help her by telling this he still can be hiding some agenda for himself.

"What is the real reason you're telling me this?"

"I don't know what he's digging for but I don't want him to have it. As great as I am I can't live underwater like you. I need you cause of your skills. And I need some good karma."

"You expect me to believe that?"

"Fine. A ship is coming in a few days and carries an artifact I want. I can't get it when they close this port down thanks to whatever Lysandre is trying to release in the water so I need you to be on your best behavior and be the heroine you are."

That sounded more in line with what he wanted. Vaporeon realizing he was looking to use her for a future heist.

"Know where I need to start searching?" Still not trusting of the thief the heroine demanded more info if she was going to play along and stop what the mob boss needed the submarine for.

"I know a proximate location but on one condition." She started to get impatient.

"What?"

"A temporary truce. I'll try and help you but you won't attempt to arrest me tonight."

"You expect me to work with you!?"

"You have no idea." Biting his tongue that by tomorrow morning she would want nothing but help him.

Vaporeon pondered her options. If there was something at the lighthouse he can steal she would be made a fool if she'd go diving. Here was one of her biggest enemies on an island trapped with her. He was slippery but with all the water around them he had to have used a boat. She can catch him in an area so much to her advantage he had no choice but to surrender.

But she would get all the blame if he was right and Lysandre's sub would damage the ecosystem. The harbor and waters around Lumiose were her jurisdiction and her reputation would take a massive hit if she would allow anyone to damage it.

It was a gamble but she had to take it. She had to have faith that for once in his life Lucario wanted to do the right thing.

"Then fine." She agreed to his conditions. Ash hid a grin as he had used her even before her coffin session. If everything would go to plan he would stop Lysandre without lifting a finger. Time was running out and he wanted to send his future slave on her way.

"But if any of the others come to know about this I'll bury you at sea." Threatening that if she'd let him go

"That way." He pointed to the water where supposedly the submarine would be. Vaporeon locking eyes again she didn't see his smile.

"Should I give you a boost so you can dive from up here or will you go down the stairs?"

She can survive the dive from so high but the land between the tower and the water was too much for her to cross. Lucario could throw her a long way so she could be in her preferred element right away. She turned his offer down as she took a few steps back before running to the railing. A high pressure boost of water coming from her feet she launched herself off the lighthouse diving straight into the water below.

As Lucario saw the figure propel herself through the air landing in the water he laid a hand on the switch saving the people below the bother of having to go up.

"It was a small change of plan but it worked out."

He turned the giant lamp on again. The bulb heating up the mechanic already was turning and Lucario made his way down back to his boat so he can get ashore and wait for the human mermaid to bring what the mob boss desired.

The thief getting back to land he waited on purpose in a spot he knew Vaporeon can see him. Waiting on top of a crane for her he wondered how she was doing. Sitting on the edge of the crane he let his legs dangle over the edge. From the corner of his eye he saw something. A blue figure was running over the roofs of warehouses and headed to the crane the thief was on. With the same technique he saw before a stream of water launched someone up high as she then was on the same high point as him.

Vaporeon looked even hotter then Ursula and not in the way of being sexy he was stunned at seeing her.

"She's empty handed? Did she fail?"

"You lied to me Lucario! I should've known better!" Being made to swim in circles she was extremely annoyed. Good thing for her a punching bag was just in view.

"What do you mean I lied!? Didn't you find a submarine or anything!? Not even a crate!?" Either she was fooling him or she really didn't find anything. Clemont being wrong he needed to pay the mad scientist a visit and tell him whatever he found did not match Vaporeon's eyesight.

"What ever was there is long gone! There's a big hole in the ground that seemed like a crate but it's gone!" Breaking their agreement Lucario didn't hold himself she should've known better than to trust him.

"You broke your end of the deal! So get ready for a jail cell with your name on it!" Ready for a fight this high up the thief looked down. Quite a steep drop they could both get hurt.

"How about we take this lower?" He did not want to injure her even if it was in self defense. A bruised slave will not look good to the other sisters even if six of them were already his.

"Nowhere to run this time." Vaporeon readied herself for a fight. Hearing a noise behind her she peeked behind and saw a welcome sight.

"Leafeon!" With two large green pigtails matching her suit the grass Eevee sister stood behind the water one. Looking at the wolf at the edge of the crane she got ready to fight as well. Vaporeon seeing her fellow heroine and best friend join her she felt a lot better. Without even speaking they were always at the same wavelength. The water and grass heroine never lost a fight together and Vaporeon is confident that today there'd be no change.

"Glad you're here! Ready!?"

"Always!" Leafeon said agreeing with her best friend as she raised her arms to the thief as vines began to grow from them. The thief forming an aura staff to strike them back Vaporeon was ready to latch on to one of the vines that would fly past her and take her closer to her enemy.

Seeing the tip of the vines move past her as normal Vaporeon raised an arm to grab onto one. To her surprise she mistimed it and started to twirl around her wrist. The vines that were in front of her turned back on her and the held on her ankles and other wrist grew tighter.

"Leafeon!? What are you!?"

"You will not hurt him!" Being defensive of him the thief let out a sigh of relief as he saw the vines fully cocoon Vaporeon but her face. Wrapped in leaves and vines the eater heroine resembled a tree more then a person. Leafeon only tightened her grip not letting Vaporeon move an inch.

"So they did get her. Perfect."

Ash had send his slaves to get Leafeon while he handled his business in the docks. Leafeon broke off the vines from her fingers as roots sprouted wrapping the human tree around the crane construction. Leafeon looking past her creation she laid her right hand on her heart and bowed before him.

"Forgive me for scaring you my pharaoh. But make no mistake, my sisters helped me to see where my loyalty should lie. I am ready to submit mother nature to your whim as I am submissive to you."

Pledging her eternal loyalty Ash couldn't be too disappointed. Even with the setback of Lysandre getting whatever was in the harbor it wouldn't matter in the long run. With all eight Eevee sisters under his command soon he can pay some debts he was owned to certain people and start transforming Lumiose City into his own personal playground.

"Thank you Mallow."

"How do you know her name!?" Shocked that the thief knew her best friends identity Vaporeon's eyes widened. Struggling in the tree to break out the thief still stood in place.

"I know everyone Lana." Her eyes widened more at hearing her own name before he made it worse.

"I know May, Ursula, Anabel, Marnie, Serena, Chloe and you two."

"And soon you will know his greatness as well." The green fingered heroine whispered in Lana's ear. She leaped over the human tree and landed back on the crane. Mallow licked her lips as green lipstick shone in the moonlight. Placing her hands to both sides of Lana's head she leaned in.

"Mall…MMMMPPPPPPHHHHHHH!"

The grass heroine planted her lips on Lana kissing her best friend. Spores from Leafeon began to enter Vaporeon's throat. Choking a foreign concept to her she began to panic and convulse. Leafeon kept her mouth wide open till she felt Vaporeon grow weaker into the kiss. The spores fully affecting the water heroine she started to nod off as the spores began to induce a deep sleep in her.

Fighting it off as hard as Vaporeon could Mallow then placed to stop her best friend head from nodding her head growing into a pleasant sleep.

"It is our destiny. For the good of Lumiose City. For the good of its people. Just concede Vaporeon. The others have already been taken. You're the last one remaining. Don't make it to hard on yourself. There's nothing to worry bestie. When you wake up we'll all be together again for eternity serving the greatest man in existence."

The water user defeated she fell into slumber. Seeing Vaporeon sleeping at his feet Lucario had to hold back his happiness.

"Now nobody can stop me."

Mallow turned round and went on her knees. Ash placed his hand under her chin and lifted it up. Ordering her to rise she got up as he began to speak.

"Forgive me for tossing you in the deep so soon. I took my time with the others to introduce myself proper but it was crucial I had you perform this mission as it was vital for the future of this city."

"I understand pharaoh. My sisters explained the situation to me. They promised you would make it up to me in someway if I serve you well."

"Then how about a quick reward kiss as an appetizer?"

She more then happy would receive a kiss. Ash wrapped his arms around her waist pressing her breasts close to his chest. Leaning down Mallow tossed her arms around his neck holding a tight grip on him as their lips touched.

Ash's mouth exploded with flavor. Having been told by the others Mallow was a great chef her mouth was a world cuisine in itself. Tastes he didn't know existed started to circle as she exchanged spit with him.

"Fuck me she's a good kisser!"

Squeezing her ass she moaned unaware of her actions as released some extra pheromones that motivated her master. He would kiss Mallow till he would run out of breath. Opening his eyes while still lip locked he got a few idea's for both of them in their downtime and things they could do when inevitably they would ask to lay his claim on them.

Finally running out of breath he broke off the roots of the tree Lana was encased in as she had an appointment with another place that prevented movement. But when she wakes up she can move as much as she wants and to the will of her master which is going to be enjoyable for everyone but those that resisted.

It's alive! I had a burst of inspiration that made me want to pick this up again. Let's hope that spark stays.

I guess most people would like me to do that other water Pokémon girl but I just don't like Misty as much as most.
