Luna And The Hidden Realm

Adopted by Shirou Tsubaki at the age of 4 Luna travels through to the Hidden Realm with Aoi where she finds out that She is special that all the Ayakashi wants her blood including finding away to escape the Desires of the Master InnKeeper Of Tenjin ya or Will she give into Ranmaru The Master Of Another Inn.

4. Saving Master Matsuba

[Tenjin-Ya]

[Hidden Realm]

[ Luna is sitting by the window looking out at the moon remembering why she was brought to this realm in the first place. She didn't know why she was being imprisoned when she never did anything to the Master Of Tenjin-Ya. She hears a commotion outside when she hears someone hit the side of her window and falls to the balcony of her room. She gasps running outside to help the Old man who was knocked out.]

''Oh No he is passed out drunk says Luna

[She quickly drags him by his arms into the bedroom and lays him down on the bed as she goes to fix him some water and food for him when he wakes up. She makes a small soup with a sandwich since she didn't find anything else in the room. She places the food in front of him as he finally wakes up.]

''Uh What happened? [ He sits up and then groans in pain] ''Ow ow my back says Master

''Are you okay sir? says Luna

''Hello there...who are you? says Master

''I'm Luna and I found you on my bedroom balcony passed out it seems you may have fell from somewhere ( She takes the cup of water and hands it to him) ''Here do you want a drink of water? says Luna

''Hmm I guess so [He drinks the water then looks around] ''So this is still Tenjin-ya? says Master

''Yes [He looks on the table where there was some food] ''Well then Mister I bet your hungry I made a little food for you. It's not much right now but I managed to whip up something I could find inside this little room says Luna

''What do you take me for? I can't eat food made by a female...[They both hear a growling noise and then Master Tengu blushes groaning] ''Fine I'll eat says Master

[He takes the bowl of stew and begins to eat it and then he begins eating faster as the taste hits his mouth.]

''Wow this is really good.[He then runs out of stew ] ''This isn't enough is there anything else? says Master

''Let's see [She goes over to the side where she takes a plate to him] ''I've got chicken and potato stew and stir fried eggplant with miso says Luna

''Hmm I will eat both so Who are you? says Master

''My Name is Luna Tsubaki says Luna

''Hmm Tsubkai are you related to Shiro Tsubaki by any chance? says Master

''I'm his adopted granddaughter...His real Grandaughter is somewhere in this Inn...I take it you knew Shiro Tsubaki? says Luna

''I do. Yeah. I know him very well [He begins to laugh] ''My name is Matsuba. Call Me Master Matsuba says Matusba

''Master Matusba says Luna

''Luna Tsubaki...The food you made me is really good I got a little tired of Tenjin-ya's food, so...says Matsuba

''Tired of it really? says Luna

''That Chief Chef is a stubborn guy He serves the same dishes every single time we come here No matter how good they are, you'd get tired of them so I told him to serve different dishes, but then he became really furious says Matusba

''So you were the one who started the big fight then eariler in the Main building says Luna

[He looks at Luna seeing that she was really Young and then looks at his food] ''You seemed to have gifts I can sense it in you from here and it shows in the food you created...Your power is strong for one so young Shiro was a wild human and came to the Hidden Realm by himself. He was well-liked by many ayakashi, but at the same time far more Ayakashi were trying to kill him. says Matusba

''That's just like Grandpa Shiro says Luna

''You know, Luna, I owe Shiro my life says Matusba

''What? says Luna

''It was sixty years ago after I got drunk I fell into the Daikanro River, a river that crosses the hidden realm and it was Shiro who jumped into the river and saved me from a watery grave He was still young man then, Actually he was young enough to be called a boy says Matusba

''I see...then it was luck that he happened to be there? says Luna

''He was there fishing by the way fishing in the Daikanro River has been strictly prohibited since Ancient Times. says Matusba

''That's Shiro for you but to think that he jumped into the river to save you...I guess he had an unexpectedly nice side says Luna

''No, no, no. He pestered me for a reward for saving his life says Matsuba

''So what did you give him? says Luna

''Well, I didn't have anything at that time,so I promised to give him a fan later says Matusba

''A Fan? says Luna

''It's a Tengu treasure says Matusba

''Uh..says Luna

''But maybe he forgot that promise he never did accepted it after all says Matusba

''Everything you told me is so typical of Grandpa Shiro says Luna

''He really was free-spirited and unreliable He was an irresponsible human who lived for the moment says Matsuba

''He was...He left everything in life to chance says Luna

''Yeah, I liked Shiro Most Ayakashi said, ''He was a lowlife, worse then Ayakashi but he was amusing and exhilarating to be around says Matusba

''A Lowlife and worse the Ayakashi You know I would have to agree with Luna

''Yeah says Matusba

''Grandpa Shiro took me in when I was only four years old... he taught me a little bit about Ayakashi, How to take care of myself and Cook I guess the tastes he liked and what Ayakashi like are similar says Luna

''That's strange says Matusba

''What? says Luna

''He used to say that the hidden realm food was too bland to eat says Matusba

''What? Luna

''Well, I guess the flavors he liked must've changed as he grew older So how is he doing?''[She gasps then her expression turned sad as he was confused at her reaction] Is he doing well? says Matusba

''He passed away [Master Matusba changed from confusion then to shocked.]''It's true that he was old, but he fell on some stairs and was taken to the hospital then death came suddenly after that. says Luna

''I see...I'll miss him a great deal [He closes his eyes in sadness] ''Humans sure are fragile creatures to think that they can't even live a hundred years [He gets up and heads to the sliding window and opens it then turns to her smiling a little.] ''Thank you for helping me and giving me your food. says Matusba

[He then spreads his black wings and flies up towards one of the ships flying in the air as Luna watches him leave.]

''Shiro you were incredible...You came to the hidden realm by yourself You were wild and free spirited. It wasn't nice to offer your granddaughter Aoi as Collateral for your debt though says Luna

[Remembering Shiro's moments]

''For my last meal, I'd like to eat your home made cooking and cakes one day Aoi and Luna says Shiro [Luna shuts the windows shut then turns to her bed and gets under the covers sighing as she slowly goes to sleep. Next morning she was just waking up as the sun is shining through the cracks of the window when someone comes knocking on her door. She gasps when the door opened and the Hostess enters the room.]

''Hmm good your awake...You need to get up and come with me says Hostess

''What's going on? says Luna

[Odo sighs annoyed then grabs Luna's hand and pulls her out of the room She gasps almost tripping over her feet as they go down the steps to the main room where she sees all kinds of Ayakashi in the room staring at her she looks over at Ginji who was with Aoi who looked at her worried.]

''What's going on? says Luna

''Luna! [Luna turns to The Master Of Tenjin-ya Odanna who was dressed in his royal garments and fur on his coat] ''You found The Tengu elder last night and feed him food didn't you? says Odanna

''Um...Yes was I wrong to do so? says Luna

''Oh...[She turns to see Master Matusba and he walks over to her smiling in joy to see her] ''Thanks for your help last night Sweet Luna says Matsuba

''What says Kasuga

''Master Matsuba I don't understand? says Luna

''Last night I fell off the Kuukaku-Maru says Matusba

''The Kuukaku-Maru? says Luna

''That's one of Tenjin-ya's Excursion airships after yesterday's commotion, as a token of apology for our behavior the Master Innkeeper arranged a banquet says Akataski

''A Excursion Airship? [She suddenly remembered the ships that were flying in the air around Tenjin-ya] ''Oh says Luna

''I had a little too much to drink on top of that, I grew tipsier due to the sway of the ship and so like a bumbling idiot I fell out of the ship [Matusba turns to Luna smiling with fondness] ''Luna, you admirably took care of me when you found me outside your room. [Luna turns to Odanna who suddenly glares at her a little hearing she left her room to help Matsuba] You even let me have your delicious food and so I became quite fond of you and so sweet Luna I want you to have this says Matsuba

''[He reaches behind his back and offers her a Big green Fan made of leaves] ''Is that a Fan made with leaves? says Luna

[Everyone in the room gasps as Matsuba gives Luna his most treasured Item of his lands. Luna worried looks at Odanna who was shocked ]

''This is the fan treasured by the Tengu that I told you about last night by rights this belongs to Shiro says Matsuba

''I see...But are you sure? Based on everyone's reaction, it seems like it's extremely precious says Luna

''It's okay I want you to have it [He gives her the fan and she takes it and follows him and his men outside where he gets ready to leave for his home.] ''More importantly, I hear that you are here because Shiro got into trouble with some debts and now you and your sister Aoi must pay it? You Poor thing rather then being blamed for something you didn't do and forced to live here a prisoner instead you should come to Mount Shumon says Matusba

''Mount Shumon says Luna

''That's where the Tengu live We can pay off your debt. If you like, you can marry one of my sons. says Matsuba

''Master Matsuba I am afraid she can't do that''says Ginji

''Huh What says Aoi

''Hmm says Luna

''Why not, Nine-tailed says Matsuba

Because of Aoi who is fiancee to Tenjin-ya's Master Innkeeper Lady Luna must also stay for her fate has not be decided by the Master says Ginji

''Ha! You dare make this young girl a Prisoner when she isn't even responsible for what Shiro did or Aoi for that matter...[To Odanna] ''You call Miss Aoi your fiancee when you drove her away to a shed out back that's an awful thing to do to her. [He then turns to Luna fondly taking her hands] ''Even though you aren't his real Granddaughter He took you in and cared for you like you were his own you are like my own granddaughter...Luna come live with us says Matsuba

[She sighs sadly looking at Aoi] ''I am so sorry I can't do that. says Luna

''Why not? says Matsuba

''Shiro Tsubaki was Aoi's Grandfather and he took me in and raised me as his granddaughter too...So I'd like to make whatever trouble he caused right again...says Luna

''And I promised that Ogre that I'd work off the debt I can't just go and break that promise...Though he probably prefers the debt to be repaid right away says Aoi

[Odanna stares coldly at Aoi Luna goes to give the fan back to Matsuba] ''I'm sorry, I can't accept this fan, says Luna

''[He pushes it back to her] ''No...At least take that...If you mean to stay and help Miss Aoi and take on Shiro's debts this is yours, too, since I promised to give this to him. The Promise was passed on to you when you saved me says Matusba

''Promise? then I'll gratefully accept it says Luna

[She bows her head then watches as Master Matsuba walks over to The Master Of Tenjin-ya]

''Ogre God says Matsuba?

Yes Master Matsuba says Odanna

''If Luna is staying here because of Shiro and Your fiancee's debt then you need to take better care of her...I know the history between you and Shiro but Luna and his granddaughter is not to blame don't treat them poorly says Matsuba

''What? I don't remember Ill treating them? says Odanna

''You're playing dumb but well, I'll forget about yesterday on account of Luna's delicious food made up for them and her saving me...says Matsuba

''I sincerely appreciate it says Odanna

''We got carried away too Dear Luna eating your food helps my spirits rise, it gives me energy too. You and Aoi could open a small restaurant in that place I'll be a reqular customer says Matsuba

''Exactly! Master Matsuba is right You should open up an eatery in that place in the back, Aoi says Ginji

''Wait, Ginji, You too Master Matsuba says Luna

''Don't be ridiculous! they are both human...[She looks at Luna] ''And Her...She isn't what she seems either...says Odyo

''I can't accept this idea either says Akataski

''Wait...[Everyone turns to Master Tenjin-ya who was staring at Luna suddenly coming up with a decision] ''I'm the one with the finale say here but now isn't the time Master Matsuba thank you very much for your stay [He bows to him and then so does the staff around him.] ''We look forward to your next visit. says Odanna

''Okay says Matsuba

[He and his men leave. Luna sighs as everyone begins to move inside the Inn Aoi enters the front door Luna was hesitating at the door as it shuts behind her. Aoi seeing the Master Of Tenjin-ya walk up the stairs. She runs after him.]

''Excuse me says Aoi

[Luna sighs sadly when Kasuga stands in front of her] ''You are amazing...You got Tenjin-ya out of trouble! [Luna surprised at the girls words looked at her confused at what she means and waits for her to explain]''When Matsuba went missing the Tengu were furious everyone was saying that our relationship with them was ruined...Hi I'm Kasuga. I'm a shapeshifting tanuki says Kasuga

''Ah, Nice to meet you. I'm Luna Tsubaki says Luna

''I know...Hey, I wanna try your cooking says Kasuga

''Huh what...says Luna

''I mean, even Master Matsuba spoke highly of your food and he said it gave him energy I definitely wanna try it says Kasuga

[Luna smiles a little when she sees Aoi leave the room angrily as Odanna walks down the steps towards her. Luna swallows nervously as Odanna takes her arm and walks with her out of the Inn.]

''Wait please...what's going on? says Luna

''I've finally came up with a decision on what I'm going to do to you...[He walks with her towards a Huge ship and pushes her up the ramp making her almost fall but he catches her around the waist pulling her towards him] ''I should've made it sooner says Odanna

[He waits as the ramp closes then he brushes her hair away from her shoulder and leans down with his mouth open and his fangs are showing. She cries out pushing with her hand against his chest pushing him away from her only for him to drag her back into his arms again]

''Nooo says Luna

[His lip touches skin on her neck and begins to nip until a little blood comes out of a small wound and he then begins to drink it. She closes her eyes as his arm is still around her waist pulls her with him towards his rooms slamming the door shut then falls on the bed with her under him and pins her down as he sucks on her blood. She groans as she feels herself get weaker...then he lifts his head and his eyes were glowing red then he bites his wrist then forces her to drink his blood then as soon as he thinks she had enough he tears his wrist from her mouth then he leans down and takes her lips swallowing her moan as he makes her drink his blood...then slowly pulls away getting off the bed watching her as she was weak from the loss of her blood and that he just gave her his...He takes off his heavy Robes and throws them onto a chair.]

''Why...why are you doing this? says Luna

[Tears are falling from her eyes as he turns to her. He sits down beside her and then takes her by an arm and pulls her towards him.]

''I've decided instead of making Aoi my bride...I will take you as my future bride...[She gasps in shock then she shakes her head.] ''It's better really because You are not fully human...You have special gifts that you or I know nothing about and I will find out what you are before I make you fully Mine says Odanna

[He places a tip of his finger on her bottom lip then he lowers his lips to hers taking her lips in a deep kiss she moans as he pulls away with only his lips barely touching hers.]

''P-please...Stop you will take my life? says Luna

''Never...Your life is mine and I will never harm you now...I've chosen well...Soon I can make the arrangments I will take you as my bride and no other...Aoi is free to go back to home which is the bargain we struck...[Luna is feeling surprised and hurt that Aoi decided to let Odanna take her instead of Aoi so that Aoi can be free of the Hidden Realm.] ''She won't need to pay any debts now that I have you as Payment...says Odanna

[He gets up putting his robes back on and then leaves the room as she suddenly places her face in her hands and cries from the pain of what is now going to happen to her now...Aoi was free from her debt to the Master Innkeeper and that Odanna finally decided that he wanted her as his bride instead...She sobs knowing she has been abandoned by Aoi and Shiro to her fate to the Ogre God.]
