Author's Note: Hey guys, I want to thank everyone who answered my author's note, even though there were only a few of you. I want to also thank everyone else who continues to vote on the harem. We recently hit 200 followers! I appreciate every single one of you amazing people! I have made a discord for this story. If you would like here is the link: /HMGAz6Cqu3

Guest: I've been enjoying this story so far but this chapter just felt like it was percy's stats with killing alecto was just a side-thought with no real detail in it. Other than that this is a good story so keep up the good work.

Response: Ok so I am not really certain what you mean, but I was not really into writing that last chapter. As such some parts of it reflected that. In the future stronger monsters like the furies, minotaur, and other such legendary monsters will drop at least over 1k Exp. I am also trying to decide if Percy's Luc stat should apply to Experience gained from monsters.

The Top 6 girls will be chosen for the harem!
Candidates:
Artemis- 37
Hestia- 32
Zoe- 31
Thalia- 22
Calypso- 20

Rachel- 1
Aphrodite- 1
Annabeth- 2

Last Time~

I dismissed the screen after quickly reading over it. I stood after picking up Riptide and capping it, putting the concealed sword in my pocket. I walked towards the entrance of the museum and saw Chiron there sitting in his wheelchair. He looked at me alarmed and threw a cube of ambrosia to me. I caught it with my right hand. "Eat it, my boy, it will help you heal." He said simply. I nodded and ate the cube. I sighed feeling its familiar warmth flow through me. I watched in fascination as the severed skin and muscles in my shoulder knitted themselves back together. "Let us get you a new shirt. Follow me." He told me and wheeled towards the gift shop. After stealing a shirt from the gift shop to replace my bloody one we started towards the entrance to the museum. "So, Mr. Brunner, or should I say Chiron, mind telling me why a Kindly One was after me?" I asked innocently. He looked at me shocked before sighing deeply. "Come to my office tonight, we will speak then." He replied tiredly. I nodded and followed him outside.

Now~

After dinner that night I went back to my room to think. I had no real idea what I was going to say to Chiron or Grover. I had to figure out some way to explain my knowledge of my heritage to them both, but I have never been good at planning anything other than war strategies. Even then I had mostly relied on my luck. Sighing deeply I decided to check on my stats before I went to visit Chiron in his office. "Status," I said out loud and the blue box appeared in front of me.

"So I only need to get two more of my stats to 10 to finish this quest. I have 30 points in total, and two of my stats only need one more point each to level up to 10. I don't wanna spend all of my points at once since I might need them later." I continued my train of thought. "Let's do this"

Smiling happily I clicked yes and a fifty-dollar bill plus two small scrolls appeared in my lap. I quickly stored the three items in my inventory before pulling up my stat page.

My stats were very well-rounded, which suited me just fine. I would need every single stat to be as high as possible to win against Kronos. I looked over at the clock on my desk. 9:00 Pm. Everyone should be in their dorms by now and Grover was not back yet. I could only assume he was with Chiron, so after gathering my courage I started the walk to his office.

After walking for a few minutes I arrived at Chiron's office. The lights were on and I heard hushed voices talking from inside. I gathered up my courage and knocked on the door, at which point the voices stopped. I heard Chiron's voice sound out from inside, "Come in." He told me. I opened the door and walked inside, closing it behind me. I turned to see Grover looking more nervous than he usually was and an unreadable expression on Chiron's face. "So, Perseus.." Chiron started, but before he could continue I interrupted him. "Percy please, Perseus makes me feel old," I told him which caused a small smile to form on his face and for his eyes to brighten slightly. "Yes, Percy, why would you think I am Chiron?" He asked gently. I had no idea what to say until I remembered the look of irritation Alecto gave him after he came in. An idea formed in my head, hopefully, it worked. "Well, I saw the look Alecto gave you after you came in, and she muttered something under her breath about a centaur, so I figured it could only mean you." I lied out of my ass, hoping it worked.

Lie Successful!

Yes! I screamed in my head, elated that my lie was successful. Chiron still looked at me questioningly. "Let us say I was the legendary Chiron, he is a centaur is he not? I am just a crippled man. Where would the horse half be?" Again I was stumped. I felt an inkling to use Observe on the wheelchair so I did.

Chiron's Wheelchair

This specially made wheelchair uses special enchantments to create a small pocket dimension to house Chiron's Horse half. It also uses runes to weave a heavy layer of mist in front of the wheelchair, making it seem as if Chiron has human legs.

After reading the information quickly I responded. "It has a pocket dimension where you put your horse half in." Grover and Chiron both looked incredibly surprised. "Very astute Percy" I wish, I thought to myself, I wouldn't have been able to answer that without my Observe skill, "You are correct." He said slowly rising out of the wheelchair. He stretched his legs and grunted happily. "Ah, it is so nice to be out of that blasted thing. It is awfully cramped in there. Now, why do you think I would be here?" He questioned. I gulped, knowing that answering this will eventually send me to war. "B-because I am a demigod right?" I couldn't contain my nervousness. I hated being a demigod, the dangers that came with it. Always having to look behind your back, never knowing who to fully trust. I had no choice though, I was the only one who could stop my grandfather.

Chiron nodded in affirmation, "Yes, while I do not know who your parent is, I know for certain now that you are a demigod, a powerful one at that. To attract the attention of the Lord of the Underworld." He said in a somber tone. He straightened up, "We need to get you to camp, but that can wait until after finals next week. If this is everything then you should go to bed and rest up for the weekend." He told me. I nodded and left, after closing the door behind me I heard them resume their previous conversation. Sighing quietly to myself I walked back to my room and laid down, preparing myself to study like a madman over this weekend.

Time Skip (One Week Later)~

I sat at my desk exhausted. I had spent the three days before my tests started studying my ass off. It paid off though, both my stats and grades reflected it. I had gotten all my grades above failing and even had an A. My Science was now an A-, my English was a C-, math was a B, and History was raised to B+. So overall I was now an average student. I got my modern english up as well as my Int and Wis.

Int- 20

Wis- 12

Modern English Lvl- 15 (34%)

Due to having Dyslexia you have an extremely hard time understanding the English language. Reading Level-7

My dyslexia is almost cured now. I just need to read a bit more to be cured. I sat up and looked around at everyone waiting for the final bell to ring, then we would all be free from school for the summer. I leaned back and decided to talk to Grover. "So what can you tell me about camp?" I asked him, feigning ignorance. Grover looked startled for a second before leaning forwards. "Well it is protected by a magical barrier. It is technically a summer camp, but some kids stay year-round." He answered. "Why do some kids not go back to school?" I questioned. He gained a sad light in his eyes. "Well, either they do not have family, or it is too dangerous for them to go out into the real world." He answered sadly. "Why is it more dangerous for some than others?" I continued playing stupid. "Some have stronger scents than others. A demigod's scent is like a signal to monsters and satyrs like me, it allows us to find you. The more you know about the greek world the stronger your scent." I nodded in response and was about to ask more but the bell rang. I quickly grabbed my stuff and walked out with Grover.

On the way to our dorm a thought appeared inside my head. What if there is some way to remove a demigod's scent? With my gaming powers it sure does seem like anything is possible. Maybe if I could find out what causes a demigod scent in the first place, I could learn how to get rid of it. I kept going through ideas in my head until I was brought out of my thoughts by a hand on my shoulder. I looked over to see Grover watching me curiously. "You look like you are thinking about something." He stated. "How could you tell?" I asked. He smiled. "Whenever you think about something really hard your eyebrows scrunch together and you look kind of constipated." He told me. I chuckled and realized we were at the dorm. "Guess it's time to pack for the summer." I said to nobody in particular.

"Are you excited to see your mom?" Grover asked as I put all my clothes in my backpack. I nodded happily as I thought about seeing my mother again. The last time I had seen her was in my past life, right before I fought against Kronos. "Definitely, just not excited about seeing Smelly Gabe." I told him. He nodded in disgust. He hated Gabe as well. "What about Camp?" "Nervous I guess." I answered honestly. I was not excited about seeing Annabeth for sure. She had broken my heart, stringing me along for years. Just as tears were about to stream out of my eyes I heard a familiar Ping.

Would you like Gamers' Mind to help calm you down? Yes/No

I answered Yes in my head and immediately felt a calming sensation pass over me. I no longer had to fight back tears, even though the sadness was still there, it was not nearly as overwhelming. I would have to deal with those feelings later on, but for now I just pushed them far down.

A few minutes of gathering my things and a short trek to the bus stop later, Grover and I were on the way to my home. I took the aisle seat since I knew that the bus would break down so I could see the Fates. Soon after that thought the bus broke down. "Shit, alright everyone, get off the bus. I gotta fix this damn thing." The driver said as everyone filed out. Grover got lost in some of the fruit stands as I made my way over to a bench where three old ladies sat. They held yarn and were knitting socks. "Lady Fates." I greeted them by bowing. I shivered as they spoke in unison," Perseus Jackson, someone has defied fate. You being returned to this point in time was not a part of our plan." "I-I am sorry m'ladies." I told them, not knowing how to respond." Atropos, the fate of death, spoke next. "We also know you yourself plan to defy us, saving the lives of those whose deaths have already been decided." She told me. I felt blood leave my face. Of course they would know, they weave the fates of the gods, titans, and mortals alike. The only beings above them are Primordials, and even then the fates have some influence over what happens to them. I thought to myself.

"Do not interfere with our plans, Perseus, we may no longer be able to affect your string, but we can certainly find…. Other ways to control you." They said together once more. I felt anger flow through me as my aura spiked, but before I could say anything a familiar aura washed over us. Time seemed to stop completely as a figure appeared next to me, its hand on my shoulder. It was the same hooded figure, shrouded in darkness, that I had seen in my dreams. My patron. I thought to myself. He seemed to be staring intently at the fates, making them sweat slightly. "M-my lord, w-what are yo-" Lachesis started but was interrupted by my mysterious benefactor, "I heard that you were threatening my champion." He stated simply, no malice or anger present. Just emotionless, which was absolutely terrifying. They swallowed simultaneously, and Clotho spoke next. "S-sir we have spent thousands of years weaving the fates of billions of creatures. W-we just does not want our hard work to be overridden or disrupted." She said nervously. "Is my champion's heart not pure? Would he not strive for the best possible outcome for everyone? Or is it that you truly do not care what happens to your charges?" My patron retorted. They looked stumped, not knowing how to respond.

As for me, I was astonished at how much my patron cared about what happened to me and those I cared about. I know my own father might have the balls to go against the fates, but certainly not the power to overturn them. But this… entity… or whatever he is, is not only standing up for me but telling the fates what I want is what is best for everyone. I couldn't help but blush at the comments he made. It had been a long time since anyone had spoken so highly of me, I certainly was not used to it. Much less from an immortal I barely know.

"I will give you three one chance. You will let my champion do as he pleases, you will not threaten him nor those he treasures. If you do ANYTHING to try and harm him or control his actions, I will know." he ended the statement with a barely concealed threat. They nodded rapidly before he waved his hand. "Begone," He told them and they vanished in a burst of air. He removed his hand from my shoulder and turned to me. "Are you alright?" He asked. I couldn't answer since I was trying to comprehend what had just happened. He had just sent away the freaking Fates! How powerful was he! "Percy you there?" He asked as I snapped out of my stupor. I nodded, "Thank you for that." I thanked him. I saw his lips curl into a happy smile. "Of course my champion. I do not know who those peasants think they are, speaking to MY champion in such a manner." He said and I was once again shocked. He just called the Fates peasants! "What can I call you?" I asked him. He seemed to think for a moment before responding.

"Call me The Watcher."

Author's note: Now I have some news. I want to do special stat-related skills. New skills will unlock at these stat levels: 25, 50, 100, 150, etc. So I need some suggestions on special skills for Int since it is close to 25. Leave your suggestions in the comments!
