Party Gathering Fun with Danger Within
"Hmm, everything looks to be in order." Laphicet looked at himself in the mirror to double check on the suit the maids brought and helped him put on.
But he notices something that isn't right with his look and that would be his hair as it has been combed to be smooth and flat with the hair going all the way to the back, but Laphicet doesn't seem to like this hair style as it makes him look like something he's not.
"I knew I shouldn't have let those maids do my hair." Laphicet deadpanned.
Immediately after he said that the cowlick of his hair suddenly came popping back out and standing up curvy like it has always been making Laphicet very happy.
"Now I'm ready for the party." Laphicet smiled.
"Yeah, I believe that look suits you best." Veronica smiled as she walks up to him showing her blue and white dress.
Laphicet's eyes widen of shock seeing how beautiful Veronica looks right now, almost like he is looking at a Goddess who has descended from Heaven just for him and feeling like he is the lckest dragon to have ever been born from her. Even his cowlick agrees as it forms into the shape of a heart and his heart is racing faster than a lightning bolt from a really big storm.
"Wow, you look beautiful!" Laphicet complimented shock.
"Thank you, and I have to say you look very well yourself." Veronica complimented back as she kneels to his eye level.
"They definitely got your color right, and I see that let you keep your cowlick." Veronica twirled her finger onto the cowlick.
"Actually, they tried combing it down, but this little baby wouldn't stay down for any reason." Laphicet explained with a smirk.
"Well, that look definitely suits you though I think the rest of your hair feels a bit left out." Veronica roughed up on Laphicet's hair a bit making it how it was before.
"There, now that is better." Veronica nodded.
"Thank you, though I am feeling kind of nervous for the party. I might stick out like a sore thumb." Laphice worried.
"There is no reason to be worried, everyone will love you for being such a dragon given in human form as well as the others, and if they say otherwise I might have to cut them down." Veronica warned with a scary smile.
"I think you should reframe from doing any of that during the party." Laphicet said sweatdropped.
"In any case, we still got about an hour left before the party starts." Veronica said looking at her watch.
"How about we passed the time by reading a story together." Laphicet suggested.
"Okay, I guess we can do that." Veronica said as she somehow took off the dress without any damage to it whatsoever and set it to hang on the wall.
"So, what story do you want to read?" Veronica asked.
"How about the one with the famous hero story?" Laphicet asked.
(With Eco, Dezel, and Prim)
"No, no, no, no, are you trying to get on my nerves?" Eco asked after refusing every dress Prim and Dezel brings her to try on herself.
"I'm so sorry, Miss Eco! But you're just so picky!" Prim exclaimed.
"Is it really that important to dress up so fancy than the other humans?" Dezel asked.
"Duh! What kind of stupid question is that? We're dragons, we have to look better than any of those dummy humans, and especially I want to look better than that fancy-pants Silva!" Eco stated strongly.
"Do you dislike Princess Silva, ma'am?" Prim asked.
"Well, no, not exactly. But she's been chummy with Ash lately and he's my dog. I don't know why but for some reason that's been making me feel all mix up inside." Eco explained blushing a little.
"My, my, it sounds to me like you have grown very fond of Ash, more than you realize." Prim giggled.
"S-Shut up! You're in denial!" Eco snapped.
"I don't know, I think Prim might actually be right about this." Dezel believed.
"What? You're agreeing with her?" Eco asked surprise.
"I think you're just bottling the feelings you have for Ash and it's best to express them right now like how I mated with Prim earlier." Dezel blurted out.
"Wait, you two did what?" Eco gasped blushing upon hearing that Dezel and Prim just sex before.
"Dezel?! You didn't have to tell her that?!" Prim embarrassed.
"I just thought Eco would have the right to know that dragons like me can be with humans, and that she has nothing to worry about because I think Ash would love both you and Silva." Dezel stated.
"What? But how can you be so sure?" Eco asked.
"I just do, and I think you should go see it for yourself if you're not afraid." Dezel taunted her on purpose.
"Me, afraid? Don't be so stupid, I'm not afraid of anything. I'll show you!" Eco snapped and charged right out of her room heading for Ash's.
"Dezel, did you mock her like that just to make her open up her feelings to Ash?" Prim asked.
"Just thought she could get something off her chest, like how we did to each other." Dezel pulled Prim for a kiss on the lips as she gladly accepts.
"Oh Dezel, it feels like you are always helping others in your own special way." Prim giggled.
"So do you." Dezel smiled.
(With Eco)
Eco is seen running through the hallway superfast with the strength of a dragon in her legs heding for Ash's room to do whatever she is about to do once she gets there.
Cosette and Zaveid are walking together also heading for Ash's room as they were told by Silva that she is going to speak with Ash for a bit.
"So, do you think they're gonna make out like animals by now?" Zaveid asked curious.
"That would be something to behold, but I think they are still somewhat shy to each other and will back away at the last second." Cosette shrugged.
"But that doesn't mean their inner mate instinct will let that happen, right." Zavied asked again with a smirk.
"Oh, that's what I'm certainly counting on." Cosette smiled and they five-high together.
"OUT OF THE WAY!" Eco shouted and ran past the two causing them to fall into one room as Zavied quickly open it so that they crash through the door.
"What the fuck was that?" Zavied asked groaning a little as he broke Cosette's fall as well.
"I believe that was Miss Eco just now, but why was she in such a hurry?" Cosette confused.
"Well, now that I'm complaining but you do look good being on top of me and all." Zavied complimented.
"Oh you, do you wish to go for another round like what we did a while ago?" Cosette giggled, leaning her face closer to his.
"Maybe, but I know we still have to get the place ready and all, but how about just a little sex on the lips." Zavied smirked.
"Now I'm tempted." Cosette smiled and the two started kissing each other.
Meanwhile, Eco had just arrived at the door that leads right inside of Ash's room panting and the realization came into her mind.
"Damn it, why the dragon fuck am I doing here! It's not like I want to do something with Ash right at this moment!" Eco panicked a little.
Then she remembers how Dezel basically called her a coward for not expressing her feelings to Ash which made her feel angry again, she growls and scratches onto her head that she let that bastard of a dragon to get her like that.
"I swear, if I ever see that Dezel again… I am going to punch him right into his Dragon Balls!" Eco angered.
Then she soon calms herself down thinking that she is already here, so there is no point in going back to her room and thought about maybe it wouldn't hurt to have a private talk with Ash about these sorts of feeling.
"Okay, just go in and talk with him. How hard can that be?" Eco asked herself.
Eco grab the doorknob, hesitated at first to go in though shook that little fear out of her head, and turn it to open the door as she walks in.
"Hey Ash, I was wonder if you have the time to" Eco stopped in the middle of her sentence and her eyes widen of pure shock.
The reason her being so shocked is because Ash is not only on his bed where he should be since he got nothing else to do, but Silva is with him being beneath him and their faces are so that they're about to kiss right on the lips. Ash and Silva also see Eco just enter the room instantly knowing what she is looking at right now, and they are blushing like crazy of embarrassment that they have been caught in the act.
"Huh, Eco, it's not what it looks like." Ash said nervously.
"Y-Yeah, we were j-just talking. That's all." Silva added, even though deep down she wanted the kiss to happen.
"Talking, while looking like that?" Eco asked with her eyes shadowed by the bangs of her hair.
"Really, we were talking." Ash tried to reason with his dragon partner.
Eco didn't seem to buy it as she start marching towards the two humans strongly and Ash gulps worry that she is going to punch him through the window.
"You big dummy." Eco said in a low tone.
"H-Hold on, Eco! Don't go overacting!" Ash scared a little.
But she didn't yell at him and just grabbed his cheek, the next thing she did really shocked then as she pulls him in to smack their lips together causing Ash to widen his eyes shock and Silva gasp upon seeing what is happening right now and feeling a bit jealous at the same time.
The kiss only lasted for about several seconds until she separate herself from him.
"Just so you know, I am your number one girl and Silva is number two. Got it?" Eco said with her face blushing extremely.
"Huh?" Ash and Silva confused of what Eco just said.
"Don't make me say it again, dog!" Eco shouted and shoved Ash right onto Silva's face making them kiss each other.
Then Eco immediately ran right out of the room though so blindly embarrass and angry that she didn't go to her room and went in a random direction, then Zavied and Cosette saw Eco leave the room in a hurry.
"What was that about?" Zavied asked.
"I don't know, but I believe we may have missed an intense moment of a love triangle." Cosette guessed.
"Damn, would have been nice to see." Zavied smirked.
(With Eco)
Eco finally stops running as she found herself outside of the palace and among the old ruin that used to be the royal family's palace.
"I can't believe I actually did that and right in front of Silva too." Eco remembered what she said to Ash as well.
"He's probably gonna think I'm a weirdo." Eco worried a little.
"But it felt really good doing that, so I guess it wasn't all bad." Eco smiled.
Then she heard something close by, she turns her head to the right and saw a girl dress in the maid uniform and appears to be holding an object in her hand and she hand single three men to come.
Eco quickly hide behind a stone wall while looking over, being careful not to get spotted.
"(Who are those guys, and what are they up to?)" Eco thought wondered what's going on here, then she saw the face of the girl, Anya.
"(Hey, it's her.)" Eco thought recognized that girl from before.
"Eco? Are you out here?" Dezel called out holding an umbrella for himself and Prim.
"Miss Eco, we heard that you suddenly ran out here. Please come back inside, the ball is going to start soon!" Prim called out as well.
Anya and the three man suddenly pull out their weapons hearing voices ready to silence whoever is there, this causes worry for Eco.
"Dezel! Prim! You two have to get out of here now!" Eco shouted, blowing her cover on purpose to protect her friends.
"What the?" Prim shocked to see the three men charging at them with knives in their hands.
"Prim, get behind me." Dezel stand in front and perform a powerful wind attack that knocked those men away.
"Whoever you people are, we won't stand for anyone making trouble upon the royal family." Dezel stated.
"Th-That's right, you better go back to wherever it is you came from!" Prim said trying to be brave like Dezel.
"No choice then." Anya pulled out a small ball-like object and roll it onto the ground after pulling the pin.
Anya also fired three bullets at Dezel which he blocks it with the wind though it was only for a distraction to keep him from seeing the object as it rolls up to Eco's feet.
"Huh, what's that?" Eco wondered.
Suddenly green smoke came out of the object confusing the three though Dezel and Eco started to feel dizzy wobbling their bodies side to side.
"Something's… not right." Dezel said feeling tired for some reason.
"Dezel, are you okay?" Prim asked wondering what's wrong, but she started to feel dizzy.
Before anyone know it, they fell unconscious while Anya is wearing a mask to keep the green gas from affecting her and look at them seeing they won't be getting back up anytime soon.
"And now my mission is complete." Anya said looking down at Eco.
(With Laphicet and Veronica)
Laphicet and Veronica are wearing their prom suits and dresses while walking together to the hallway on their way to the ballroom, then they met up with the others though they notice some worry looks on their faces.
"Hey guys, you ready for the party?" Laphicet asked.
"I guess we are, have you two seen Eco?" Ash asked with concern in the tone of his voice.
"No, we haven't." Laphicet answered.
"Is everything alright?" Veronica asked.
"We don't know, Eco came to see me and Ash a while ago and she isn't in her room." Silva said worry.
"There is also the fact that we haven't seen Prim and Dezel either." Angela added.
"Huh, now that is odd." Veronica said.
"Do not worry, I already have some of the maids available to search for them and will let us know right away." Cosette informed.
"I have a bad feeling that something happened to them." Laphicet said doing some thinking.
"Same here, let's all be on guard during the party." Veronica ordered.
"Do you think there could be trouble, big sister?" Silva asked a little worry.
"Perhaps, but we won't know for sure. For now, all we can do to the party and try to have a good time until we hear from the maids." Veronica said.
Everyone arrive at the ballroom as the party has just started with most of the guests are looking at Veronica and the newly Breeders with their humanoid dragon parnters, amazes that the rumors they heard are true and found Veronica's dragon partner to be so adorable that they want to hug him to death if Veronica isn't with him right now.
"Wow, there sure are a lot of people here." Laphicet commented.
"That's to be expected when attending to the biggest party in the kingdom." Veronica nodded.
"But it looks like someone isn't enjoying the party." Laphicet looked over seeing Ash out on the balcony.
"Still worry about Eco, and it's nighttime now which means something really isn't right." Veronica said with intense looks in her eyes.
"And look who is also here." Laphicet pointed in one direction.
Veronica to seeing Milgauss wearing a black suit and along with him is Klaus Viderhausen, a noble of the Zepharos Empire.
"It looks like this party just got off on a high note." Veronica commented with a fierce glare.
"I still can't get over that his scent is very similar to yours." Laphicet mentioned.
"Yeah, that still bothers me too." Veronica said as she seeks to get some answers from that man.

The biggest party of the Lautreamont Knight Kingdom though it's not going to be all bright and cheerfully as something dark is happening close to them, and the missing Eco could lead to something that could put the whole kingdom in danger from something dark and evil.
