Percy:

I was choking. Oh gods it hurt. It felt like the firewater from the Phlegothon but 20 times worse. I was coughing and scratching at my throat. Gods it hurt. Suddenly I felt hands that I didn't recognize holding down my arms and legs. Oh gods. Had we been captured? I don't remember being captured. Wait. Where's Annabeth? Oh gods if something happened to her. I reached for my sword and uncapped it. It was hard to hold Riptide as my sword hand was wrapped up with something. When I uncapped Riptide I felt a few of the hands let go but most still held on so I swung.I must have hit something because I heard a grunt and the rest of the hands let go.

My eyes finally opened but were blinded by the bright light of wherever I was. Doesn't matter, I need to find Annabeth. I started yelling out for her as I sat up. Boy was that the wrong move. Pain flared from my chest and I fell over onto the floor. I screamed when I hit the hard ground. Oh gods I was in so much pain. Then I felt the hands back on me. No! No, I had to find Annabeth I continued to yell out for her but got nothing in return. I tried moving to swing at the hands but it hurt to much to move. Oh gods did it hurt. Why did it hurt? I don't remember getting hit. Wait. I don't remember anything. Last I remember- my thoughts were cut off by my memories rushing back to me. Oh gods did it hurt. I let out a scream before everything went black.

Jason:

It had been an hour so I decided to give Percy some ambrosia, he sure did need it. I crushed up half a square and put it in his mouth to try and get him to swallow it but his reaction was not expected. He swallowed half of it before he started scratching his throat and coughing. Was he choking? Oh gods I need to get help. I ran to the door and started yelling for Coach but instead was met with the entire crew. We rushed back over to Percy who had managed to draw blood around his throat.

"Grab his feet and arms! Keep him still" I sounded a lot meaner than I meant to but everyone did as they were told. Leo and Piper grabbed his feet while me and Frank grabbed his arms.

"What did you do?" Leo asked me

"Nothing! I was feeding him ambrosia then he started choking"

"Then shouldn't we be trying to stop him from choking?" Hazel asked from the corner

"He swallowed half of it a spit the other half out, he isn't choking on any-" while distracted with answering the other's questions somehow Percy had managed to grab his sword with his broken hand- we put a splint on it and wrapped it up but a cast would have to wait till we got back to camp- and swing at us. Luckily or unluckily, I was the only one to get hit. He struck me in my bicep, it wasn't to hard but it still made me bleed. Everyone backed off and I realized he was yelling for Annabeth. He thinks we're monsters. He thinks he's still down there and lost Annabeth. I tried to reach out and grab him but he sat up and fell over onto the floor with a scream.

"Get him back on the bed!" We all grabbed him to get him on the bed and he only yelled out again before passing out. We got him back on the bed and tucked back in.

"Jason, your bleeding" Piper spoke up worry laced in her voice.

"I'm fine, nothing some ambrosia and nectar won't fix" I popped a bit of ambrosia in my mouth "I'm more worried about Percy. Why did he have such a violent reaction to the ambrosia?"

"I bet Chiron would know" Leo muttered taking apart a tiny helicopter.

"Who's Chiron?" Frank spoke next

"The activities directer at camp Half-blood. He's practically immortal so he know about a lot of stuff. He might be able to help."

"Oh" Hazel and Frank haven't met Chiron yet, but Leo might be right. If they IMed him then they could give him the news about Percy and Annabeth and he might be able to help.

"We'll IM them in the morning, for now we should all get some rest"

Piper looked at me and my now almost fully healed arm with worry, "you go to sleep, I'll watch them while Leo and Coach take watch on the deck" I didn't complain, the thought of sleep made my eyelids heavy. We soon dispersed and I went back to my room and collapsed on my bed not even bothering to change.

Piper:

The night droned on and neither Percy nor Annabeth had had any more out burst but I didn't give them any ambrosia or nectar either. It was near 2 in the morning when Annabeth started thrashing and screaming, at first I thought it was just because I was changing her gauze pads for her wound, but as soon as I stopped she got worse. I soon realized it was a nightmare when she yelled for Percy. Gods they really do love each other. Oh course they do! They fell into Tartarus together. I had to wake her up before she woke up the whole ship or reopened her wounds with all her thrashing.

I grabbed her good shoulder and started shaking it, "Annabeth you're ok. You made it out. Percy is fine. You guys are alive and safe. You need to wake up." I put all my force into the charmspeak and it worked. Annabeth's eyes flung open and tears started falling. She was pushing me away but she couldn't really control her limbs right.

"Annabeth it's ok, you made it ou-" Annabeth's hand met my face when she slapped me "D-Don't you dare ch-charmspeak me!" Holy Hera did she have a mean swing, tears collected in my eyes at the sharp stinging pain on my cheek. Looks like charmspeak is out of the question.

"Annabeth, it's me Piper. You and Percy got out. We got you guys to the Argo II." She stopped yelling and looked at me. For the first time since she's been back I finally got to look at her eyes and my heart shattered. Her used to be vibrant, stormy, grey eyes now held so much pain and fear. They looked so much older than they were, they had seen things no Demigod should see. But something clicked and her sad, broken, grey eyes widened and she started sobbing again.

"Oh gods Piper! Did we- how- oh gods!!" She gasped for air and started hyperventilating.

"Hey, Annabeth breath. You're ok. You made it out" she did as told and took a few breaths but she still looked panicked.

"P-Percy. I n-need Percy. Where is he?" She tried sitting up but I held her down, she was in no condition to be moving.

"He's right over there," I moved so she could see him, "he's alive just unconscious."

She tried getting up again, "I need him. I-I" back to the hyperventilating. I held her down and tried to charmspeak her again praying to the gods I didn't get slapped "Breath Annabeth. You can't move but I'm going to get someone and we are going to move you next to him ok?"

She breathed this time calming down and didn't seem to notice the charmspeak "o-ok" she didn't try and move again but didn't take her eyes off Percy.

I ran out to the hallway and up on deck spotting Leo first, "Leo! I need your help, Annabeth is awake"

"What?" He came running over, "what do you mean she's awake?"

"I mean she just woke up and is panicking, we need to move her next to Percy."

"Why?"

"I don't know! She won't calm down unless we do, so let's go!" I put a little charmspeak on the last bit. He followed down and helped me move her cot next to Percy's. She seemed to tense up when she heard and saw us but relaxed a little when she realized it was me. We moved her over and immediately she grabbed his hand and whispered things I couldn't hear in his ear. He didn't wake up be she seemed to calm down. Leo left and after about half an hour Annabeth feel back asleep.
