Percy:

My nightmare was particularly bad that night. This was one I hadn't had yet and it was terrible. I was back in Tartarus standing in the field of poisonous flowers, Akhlys standing in front of me choking by my command.

I heard Annabeth pleading with me to stop, but I didn't want to, I wanted this goddess to feel all the pain I felt. I wanted her to suffer. I continued to will the poison, her poison, down her throat. I felt powerful, unstoppable, but that feeling soon came to an end when I heard Annabeth scream. The poison was flowing towards her.

I tried to stop it, to turn it back to it's original target, but it didn't listen. It reached her ankles and slowly snaked it's way up her leg to her throat. "NO! NO, NOT HER. NOT ANNABETH. STOP!!" I yelled with all my force trying to get the liquid to listen to me, but it continued on its path down her throat. She was choking and clawing at her neck when she fell to her knees then to her side, I tried running to her but I was stuck in place. I couldn't move, my feet were tied down to Tartarus with the poison flowers.

I woke up gasping and soaked in sweat. Annabeth was awake and had her hands on my shoulders like she was shaking me, "You're ok, we made it out, we are together, we are safe." She repeated this over and over until I calmed down. I held her against me in a hug so tight it hurt, but didn't care, I needed to know she was there.

"I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry. I-I tried but it wouldn't- I'm sorry" I was sobbing in her neck again. I knew she knew what I was apologizing for, she always knew.

"I know. It's ok, you stopped. You got control again, you are in control. We are together and we made it out." She continued rubbing circles on my back trying to sooth me. After about 15 minutes she pushed away from the hug just enough to look me in the eyes. "Do you want to talk about it?" I shook my head and she nodded going back to the hug.

After a while we laid back down and she feel back asleep. I didn't go back to sleep at all that night, I just stayed up holding her protectively occasionally crying.

When morning came I was more than willing to get up. Instead of showering I just washed off with some water and my powers and put on my pants and a new clean shirt. Annabeth woke up not long after me and threw on one of my shirts that went down just below her shorts.

"Morning Seaweed brain"

"Morning Wise girl"

"Did you get any sleep?" I shook my head. I must have looked as bad as I felt for her to ask that. Usually the water gives me energy but it just wasn't working. In the mirror I could see the beginning of one of my scars poke through the top of my shirt collar, I would have put a hoodie on if it wasn't August and hot.

The shirt Annabeth had put on covered the start of the scar on her shoulder but her shorts didn't go down far enough to cover it up at her knee. I liked seeing her in my shirt though, I always did. In my opinion, she wore it better than me, but I would never tell her that.

"Well breakfast won't be for another hour or so, so we've got some time kill. Got any ideas?"

"We could go hit things with our swords? Hey, did you ever get yours back from your siblings?"

"No, they probably have it some where in the cabin, we can grab it on our way to the arena."

She walked out and I followed after her.

"Your nightmare last night?"

"It was you and Alhyls." She nodded knowing I wasn't going to say much more. I was still shaken by it, it felt so real. I was terrified of my powers all over again.

"Wonder who all's up." We reached her cabin door and walked in as quietly as possible. Most of the kids were asleep but a few were up reading or working on small projects. One greeted us with a wave and I waved back.

"Hey Sammy, do you know where my sword is?"She asked the little kid that waved to us.

"The bone one? It's on your bunk"

"Thanks"

We grabbed it and headed to the arena. Clarisse was already there practicing and Nico was playing with Mrs. O'Larry. We waved to them and continued to the corner were it was quiet. We started sparring with each other, not going too hard but not going too easy either.

"I didn't know Nico was a morning person."

"I don't think he is, I don't think he got any sleep last night. He seems exhausted."

"Sometimes it's scary how much you notice about people"

"Thanks"

It was hard to sword fight with my hand in a brace and Annabeth in a boot and crutch but we managed pretty well. An hour and a half later the horn blew signaling the start of breakfast.

Jason:

I didn't know Percy's full story, I didn't know what kind of quests he went on before we meet, but I knew it must have been some pretty big stuff for the Greeks to treat him like they do. During Hera's exchange programa I noticed that most of the Greeks didn't like me, I knew they all held some level of resentment for me for 'replacing' their leader. Why was he their leader?

The Greeks didn't have an organized hold of power like the Romans did, it was usually the oldest or who ever yelled the loudest who was in charge, but everyone seemed to agree that Percy was their leader. I wasn't jealous of him, not after he went through Tartarus, but I still wanted to know his full story. I knew asking him wouldn't get me anywhere so I turned to the rest of the campers.

Durning breakfast I sat at Jupi-Zeus' table with my sister, so I figured I'd start with her. "Why do you follow Percy?"

"What?"

"I mean not you specifically because your a hunter, but why do the Greeks follow him?"

"Because he's their leader?" She made it sound obvious which I suppose it was to the rest of them, but it just made me more agitated.

"Yeah, but why? You guys don't have an organized hold of power like the Romans do, what makes Percy the leader?"

"Are you jealous?" She smirked at me. I do sound full of myself don't I?

"No. I just want to know why he's the agreed leader. What did he do? What's his story?"

"His story?" I nodded. "Well I can't tell you all of it, but he did retrieve the Golden Fleece and turned me back to human. He also went on this crazy quest with me and a few others to save Annabeth. Two of our friends were the first casualties in the second Titan war. He and Annabeth also took turns holding the weight of the sky and he helped me find Lady Artemis." She recalled this and ate like it was no big deal.

"He held the weight of the sky??"

"Yup. Now if you'll move, I've got to go talk with the hunters." She got up with her plate and moved to the Artemis table.

Wow ok. When did he do this? It must have been recently. The weight of the sky?! How do you even do that? Ok, I seriously need to get his full story.

Breakfast ended and Piper came up to me, "hey, what were you talking about with your sister? You looked really surprised."

"Did you know Percy held the weight of the sky?"

"I mean I know he has a lot of responsibilities, but-" she didn't get it. Of course not, I wouldn't have gotten it I hadn't seen the Titan Atlas holding it myself.

"No. The actual weight of the sky. Him and Annabeth had taken turns holding it from Atlas during one of his quests." It took her a minute to register what I was say, but when it clicked she looked as surprised as me.

"When?"

"I don't know. I'm trying to figure out his full story, he never really told us what he went through before we met him and I want to know. I'm asking some of the other demigods who know him."

"Why not ask him yourself?" Yeah. Why didn't I ask him myself? That would be easier than hunting down all his old friends, but it seemed more reliable that way. He would definitely down play the events trying to be modest and all. I know him well enough to know he hated that kind of attention.

"He would be to modest about it."

"True. I would offer to help you but I've already promised my self to help Leo with some big project he has. He's roped me and Hazel into helping him."

"What's the project?"

"I'm not sure, he said he'd fill us in after breakfast. I'll let you know later"

"Ok" I kissed her a good bye and went to find some one else to question.

I found Travis and Katie picking strawberries in the field. I didn't know either of them all that well, but I had talked to them before.

"Hi Katie, Travis. Mind if I join you?"

"Not at all" The Stoll brothers had been some of the many campers to resent me during the exchange program, but it seemed to have left when Percy returned.

"How long have you guys known Percy?" I decided being blunt about it was my best option. Gods I sound like Reyna.

"Oh since he first arrived. It was pretty cool having someone new to prank, though Annabeth would always chase us for picking on the new kid."

"Didn't she tie you to a tree one time?"

"Yes, Katie she did and I vowed to never speak of that again." She laughed.

I was going to ask what he did, but decided to ask a different question, "when did he first arrive at camp?"

"Oh he was passed out in the infirmary by the time I got word of his arrival. Some kids said he had to fight the Minotaur before he came into camp. He didn't have any training or anything so most of us didn't believe it at first"

"At first?"

"Well the Minotaur horn he keeps in his Cabin pretty much proved us all wrong"

"He broke its horn off?"

"Yeah, it was a 'spoils of war' kind of thing for defeating it." Katie corrected me.

"And he was what? 13 when he got here?" Travis looked to Katie for confirmation.

"12"

"Right! 12"

"He was 12?!" I don't know why that was such a big deal to me. I had been left for Lupa when I was 2, but still something about Percy arriving at camp at age 12 with no training and having defeated the Minotaur surprised me.

"Yup. Poseidon claimed him during a game of capture the flag which he totally beat Clarisse's ass in and he was sent out of his first quest the next day. Left the camp pretty crazy."

"He had to go retrieve Zeus master bolt in order to keep a war from happening between the big three." Katie filled in the details.

"What happened on the quest?" I pressed. If this scratch of the surface surprised me I needed to know what else Percy had done.

"I think they had to fight Ares? Yeah, yeah, he fought Ares with nothing but the water he had and beat him to a pulp. I think Annabeth said something about him blowing up some big building. There was something important about some shoes my brother gave them?"

"Luke gave them a pair of sneakers designed to fly them into Tartarus when they got to the underworld."

"Did it work?" They both shook their heads.

"Ok. Thanks for filling me in" I had heard enough. He fought Ares and went to the underworld all on his first quest?! What happened on the second one?

I left the strawberry field and found Clarisse in the Arena. She was never a fan of me, but then again she never was a fan of anyone, so I didn't feel to badly about it.

"Hi Clarisse"

"There better be a good reason your interrupting my training Sparky." Leo! You had to tell everyone the nickname?

"Uh, well I just wanted to ask you something about Percy."

"Prissy? What did he do this time?" She continued to beat the life out of the training dummy she was working with. How I felt bad for that peace of wood.

"Why do you follow him? I mean, why do you listen to him." She hesitated her swing for a moment but continued on and answered me a moment later.

"Because wherever that idiot is a fight is sure to follow and I like fighting."

"Ok, but why do you listen to him? Like earlier yesterday with the Romans."

"You're asking why he's our leader?" I nodded. I knew Clarisse and Percy had a weird relationship, anyone did if you watched them long enough. It seemed all she did was insult and pick on him but he did the same in return, so what she said really surprised me. "Listen Grace. You don't know Percy like everyone at camp does. He's accomplished things you couldn't imagine. That's why he's our leader. Not because he has power and definitely not because he's smart, but because he has experience."

I was speechless for a minute, did she just defend him? "But what did he do?"

"You mean apart from fighting two wars and constantly being the gods little play toy?"

"I'm just trying to get his full back story." She sighed clearly annoyed but stopped training and sheathed her sword.

"What do you know so far?"

"His first quest"

"Of course you come to me for the Sea of Monsters!" She mutter something in Greek under her breath, I assumed they were curses, "Ok. Long story short, listen because I'm not repeating myself, Grace. I got tasked on a quest to find the Golden Fleece to try and heal Thalia's tree. I picked my group of demigods and we set out. Well, Prissy thought it would be a great idea to follow us so him, Smart girl, and Tyson all followed us. Not sure what happened before they caught up to us, but once they did we had to get through that one straight that Odysseus had to go through in the Sea of Monsters. Well the ship blew up thanks to Prissy's little brother and they got sent flying off to circe's island. I would tell you what happened to me but I suppose you don't care. Anyway, Prissy got turned into a Guinea pig and Smart girl tricked Crice and they got away. We all met up on Polyphmuses island to get the Golden Fleece. We had to fight the Cyclops Annie got knocked out for most of the battle, we escaped, Prissy healed her with the Fleece- Oh! Tyson isn't dead. We tried getting off the island but that stupid Cyclops kept attacking us yada yada yada Annie blinded him and we made it back home safe and sound. For the most part. We also healed Thalia and now she's back as an annoying person."

I stood there in silence trying to understand all of that. She must have gotten tired of waiting and went back to hitting the dummy with her sword. I'm going to need to keep a journal of everything my bro has done.

"How old was he?"

"13"

Damn.

It took me awhile but the next person I found was Rachel, the camps Oracle. She was at the Big House watching the Apollo cabin play basketball.

"Hi. Rachel right?"

"Yup! You're Jason, son of Jupiter?"

"Yeah."

"What can I do you for?"

"What?"

"No offense, but we aren't exactly friends, you want to ask me something."

"Right. It's about Percy. I've been trying to get his full story so I'm asking around camp. Anything you can add on?"

"Ooh. Well, not much, but we did meet while he was on a quest. It was at the hover dam. He was being chased by like 20 skeletons and tried to skewer me with Riptide when I sneezed. It was really funny looking back on it now. He was maybe, 14 at the time. The next time we meet he blew up our high schools band room. It was during orientation and like 4 empusa had found us and one thing led to any other and the band room got blown up. We all pick on him for that. He was 15 at this point I think."

"I'm not surprised at that" she laughed.

"He got into some real trouble."

"Anything else?"

"Ummm. We fought on that yacht and I hit Kronos in the eye with my hair brush then the battle of Manhattan, but I can't tell you much about that."

"You hit Kronos?" She laughed, "oh you are going to loose it when you hear what Percy did" what did he do??

"Who can I ask about the battle of Manhattan?"

"Oh, anyone here though it might be a bit of a touchy subject. They lost a lot of friends and campers during the second Titan war. Did you already hear about the Battle of the Labyrinth?"

"The what?"

"Oh. Well you should hear about that before the Battle of Manhattan."

"Who can I ask about that?"

"Hmm..." she looked like she was thinking, "I'm not sure, I think only Percy and Annabeth can really fill you in."

"Oh." I didn't want to bring this to them, they were still trying to process Tartarus I couldn't ask them to relive potential bad memories, but what else was I supposed to do? It was now noon so I figured the lunch horn would be blown soon and I could ask them then, if they wanted to talk about it.

When I got to lunch everyone was throwing their food into the fire, I got in behind them and prayed to my dad for safety. Annabeth and Percy did not join. I knew they resented the gods but wow. Instead of going to my table I went to the Poseidon table where Percy sat with his girlfriend. I guess the rest of the seven saw me and joined us, usually this would be a problem, but Chiron cut us some slack.

"Hey, Percy" I nodded and sat across from him.

"Hey, Jason. Heard you were asking around camp about me." Oh shit. I must have looked terrified because Piper and Leo laughed and Percy just put his hand on my shoulder. "It's ok man. What do you want to know?"

"Well, I was trying to get your full story, like what happened before we met."

"That's all? Clarisse and Thalia made it seem like you were jealous of me." I blushed which got more laughs from Leo.

"I guess I also wanted to know what you did to become leader of camp. I mean, I just want to know why everyone fallowed you."

"Because we have no concrete power system?"

"Yeah"

"Ok. Well I guess I should start from the beginning. So for my first quest-"

"You said beginning Seawed brain, you have to tell them what happened before the quest"

"Right. So, I was at Yancy academy on a field trip. Grover was my best friend at the time and was getting bullied by this one girl, I don't remember her name, but I was yelling at her and I swear I didn't push her but she ended up in the fountain. I swear I didn't push her. But the worst teacher of the year Dodds pulled me into one of the empty museum rooms and turned into this weird Fury. Well, Chiron was there and threw me a pen which I thought was absolutely insane until I uncapped it and it turned into a sword. I did the only thing one should do with a sword and swung. Next thing I know there was no more Dodds and instead a huge pile of monster dust.

"Through out the next few months Grover and Chiron tried convincing me that Dodds wasn't real. Like, what kind of 'there is no war in Ba Sing Sa' shit is that?" Leo and Piper started laughing so much they had fallen to the ground. Once they regained themselves Percy continued, "well my mom took me to Monteuk for a break and a weird bull dude showed up and me, my mom, and Grover drove all the way to camp while being chased. Grover passed out and the Minotaur had 'killed' my mom. That pissed me off so I fought him, got his horn and plunged it through him. He turned to dust and I passed out." Everyone but Percy and Annabeth had their mouths open.

"And that was before you came to camp?" Hazel voiced and Percy just nodded.

"The weirdest part was when I woke up and the first think Annabeth said to me was that I drooled in my sleep then ran away."

"I panicked!" He just smiled and wrapped an arm around her, the smile hadn't quite reached his eyes, but it was nice to see him try.

"Anyway, we played a game of capture the flag in which Annabeth tried to get me killed and Clarisse tried to skewer me. We ended up fighting in a creek and I beat Clarisse and then everyone was bowing to me. I had been claimed by Poseidon. There was a prophecy to find Zeus' master bolt and I just so happen to be the main guy. It was me, Annabeth, and Grover-"

"I thought it was Tyson?" Clarisse had said something about his half brother.

"No that's the next quest. But, anyways, Luke gave me some shoes and it was us three and we first ended up at Medusa's place where she tried to kill all of us. I killed her instead and got her head as a spoils of war-"

"And then you mailed in to the gods with a note that said 'best of wishes'" a faun-no satyr I remembered being Grover came up to the table. He and Percy said hello's and chatted for a minute, but I didn't catch any of it since I was to busy catching flys with my mouth wide open. He mailed Medusa's severed head to the gods with a note that read 'beat of wishes'?! How insane was he! From the way everyone else looked they were thinking the same thing.

"You mailed Medusa's head-"I started

"To the gods" Frank continued

"With a note that said 'best of wishes'?" Hazel finished. Percy just nodded like it was nothing but Grover was laughing his ass off.

"What did they do?" Leo asked

"They sent it back to me and my mom."

"Why? What did you do with it?"

"I'll get to that if you'd let me."

"Right. Sorry"

"Anyways, we left there then met up with Ares who seriously pissed me off, he asked us to get his Shield from some old amusement park. We did. We also got attacked by a bunch of metal spiders and put on camera for all of Olympus to see. We went back to Ares he pissed me off some more, but gave us a bag 'to help' us. We made are way to the Arc, I blew it up trying to fight Echidna and her Chimera. I got three pearls that later saved us. We somehow found the Lotus Casino and got stuck for a week but managed to get out. We went to a water beds shop and killed a guy-"

"You killed a guy?!"

"Procrustes. He was a monster. We met Charon and bribed our way into the underworld."

"You willingly went to the underworld?!" This time Hazel was the one who interrupted.

"Yes. Now please let me finish. We met Cerberus, Annabeth played catch with him. We met Hades. He didn't steal the lightening bolt like I first thought. Oh! And those shoes Luke gave me almost pulled Grover-" he stopped clearly shaken and lost in memories. Annabeth pulled his head against hers and whispered things I couldn't hear, but they seemed to work as he was soon brought back. "Yeah. Um, we used the pearls and got out of the Underworld. We met Ares again and he pissed me off even more especially since I figured out he had hidden the stolen bolt in the bag he gave us. He summoned a bull, I killed it. I demanded to fight Ares one-on-one, he agreed. I won. We got back to Olympus and everything was well until we got back to camp. Luke tried to kill me and that was that" he said this all so casually, like it meant nothing.

"Wait, who's Luke?" Frank voiced his question.

"A hero" Annabeth answered.

"But didn't he try and kill Percy? Twice."

"He had a complicated past, but he died a hero to camp Half-Blood" we all nodded knowing he was a touchy subject. The lunch horn blew signaling the end of lunch. "Ok, I'm going to go through the rest of these quickly. On my second quest I meet my half brother Tyson, Thalia's pine tree got poisoned Chiron got blamed for it and Tantalus got put in charge instead. Clarisse got the quest, Grover went to find Pan, Hermes visited me to try and convince Luke to change sides. Me, Annabeth, and Tyson got a boat ride and got doughnuts. We fought a hydra, Clarisse killed it. We sailed through the Sea of Monsters and nearly got digested by Scylla Charybdis. The boat blew up, we thought Tyson was dead, me and Annabeth ended up on Cerci's island.

"I got turned into a Guinea pig and Annabeth beat Cerci. This is where we met Rayna and her sister. We stole Blackbeard's boat and sailed off. We sailed to Siren island where Annabeth wanted to hear the Sirens, so I tied her up, but forgot to take her knife away. She got loose and I had to fight to get her back on the boat. Also she almost drowned. We sailed to Polyphemus' island to get the Golden Fleece. Me, Annabeth, Clarisse, and Tyson attacked the Cyclops. Nobody helped us." I was glad I wasn't the only one confused by this. "Annabeth got knocked out, we got the Golden Fleece, I healed Annabeth and we made our way to Miami. I gave Clarisse the Fleece and told her to take it to camp, Luke found us and took us prisoner. I managed to get him to spill his plain to camp. We get back to camp heal Thalia's tree too well and now she's human. Third quest.

"This one takes place winter of that same year. Grover, Thalia, Annabeth, and I all went to this school to pick up some new Demigods. Nico and his sister." Nico had another sister? I thought it was just him and Hazel. "We met a manticore but it jumped off a cliff with Annabeth. We went back to camp and met the Hunter of Artemis. We met Zoë Nightshade-" Percy's voice broke and he looked up at the sky before he continued, "Bianca and Zoë got along great, Bianca was Nico's older sister" another voice crack, like he was trying not to cry.

"Thalia and Zoë did not get along. Artemis was kidnapped and Zoë got a quest to go find her. I obviously had to go but wasn't picked so instead I snuck out followed them anyways. Before I left I promised Nico I would keep his sister safe." He looked hurt, like he was grieving. "it was Zoë, Thalia, Bianca, and Grover. I found a weird cow thing and called him Bessie. We went to the Smithsonian and fought a bunch of skeletons then went to the Hover dam and ate some dam food" Percy chuckled at that " then I got chased by more skeletons and met Rachel when I almost skewered her with my sword. We ended up in one of Hephaestus's forges and Bianca sacrificed herself to kill the stupid metal monster." He took a few deep breaths, tears pooling in his eyes.

"We made our To the mountain where I had to decide to kill Bessie and gain the power to save or destroy Olympus. I did not kill Bessie. We got to the mountain where Annabeth and Artemis were being held captive. Atlas was a Titan and we needed a god and mortal working together to kill him. Well Atlas held the sky, then Luke, then Annabeth, then Artemis, and finally I took it from her so she could fight." Everyone had there mouths open again. Could you blame us? "We tricked Atlas into holding the sky again. Zoë didn't survive the fight and Artemis made her a constellation. We made it to Olympus and we were rewarded for stopping yet another war from happening. Thalia became Artemis' new lieutenant. When we got back to camp Nico was mad at me for letting his sister die-"

"Which you didn't do" Annabeth interrupted, though I could tell he didn't believe her. He blames himself or her death, how many others did he take the blame for?

"He made a giant hole in the floor and I figured her was the son of Hades, I didn't say anything. Are you guys sure you want to hear the rest? They aren't that impressive"

"Not impressive?!" Leo looked shocked, "dude you killed Medusa, fought and beat Ares, went to the underworld, beat Cerci, sailed through the Sea of Monsters, beat Polyphemus, healed Thalia, and held the weight of the sky all before your 16th birthday"

"15th actually" Grover corrected "he was 12 on his first quest, 13 on his second, 14 on the third, and 15 on his fourth. He turned 16 during his fifth." The rest of us were speechless. No wonder nobody makes it past 25 here.

"Thanks Grover" He rolled his eyes at his satyr friend, "You really want to hear the rest?"

"Yes!" We all yelled at him, he flinched but quickly regained himself.

"Fine, but just a quick review. The Battle of the Labyrinth: went into Daedalus' labyrinth, fought a bunch of monsters, almost died a couple of times. I had to kill my brother, we met Ethan Nakumara, we watched the god pan die. We got sent on a side quest by Hephaestus to one of his gorges on Mount St. Helens and I accidentally blew it up and got shot to Ogygia." He tightened his grip on Annabeth and Leo seemed to lean in and pay more attention. "I came home. A big battle broke out on the surface, we found out Luke...became the new body of Kronos" he hesitated on the last bit, this Luke guy must mean a lot. "We won though we lost a lot of campers. Fifth quest: Battle of Manhattan. We got the help of Thalia and the hunters. The Titans sent Typhon to distract the gods leaving Olympus unguarded, they storm the city putting all the mortals into a weird sleep state thing. We had a huge fight, a Drakon showed up, Annabeth took a poisoned knife for me, she did amazing in the fights the best one there-"

"You're down playing yourself Seaweed brain"

"I am not I'm just telling them how much better you are than me."

"Says the guy who got Achilles curse."

"I-"

"You what?!" Leo seemed more shocked about this than anyone else.

"What's Achilles curse?" Hazel asked, Leo looked at her like she was insane.

"How did you do that?! Only Achilles has been successful in swimming in the Styx."

"You same in the River Styx?!" Piper yelled this time. At this pointed we were all surprised.

"Yes and it has been done three times" Percy didn't look happy to admit that.

Leo counted on his fingers, "dude I'm pretty sure you plus Achilles equals two."

"And Luke. That's how-" he stopped with watery eyes, "Anyways that happened. We fought big time, I fought Kronos. At the end of the day we ended up in the throne room and Luke sacrificed himself to save us." Annabeth let a few silent tears fall before she wiped her cheeks and sat straighter. No one said anything for a long while, we were all too stunned to. Wow. Just wow. The gods didn't even repay him? Say thank you?

As if she could read my thoughts Piper pipped up "What did the gods give you in return? You know, for saving them and all" Grover seemed to find this funny and busted out laughing while Annabeth got a small pink dust over her cheeks and Percy had a resentful angry look on his face.

"I made all the gods promise to claim there kids before 13 and to pay more attention to their demigod children."

"Seaweed brain" "Percy" both Annabeth and Grover gave him a look that said 'stop being so modest and just tell the story' it was honestly kind of funny.

"What? That's what happened!"

"Did you forget about the whole godly-hood and immortality?" What?

"Riiiiiight." He looked sheepishly, "yeah they offered me godly-hood and immortality for saving them a bunch of times and stuff. I turned down their offer and gave them my new one." What?!

"You-" I started

"Turned down-" Frank continued

"Godly-hood and immortality-" Hazel picked it up

"For what?!" "Why?!!" Piper and Leo finished off. Percy looked at Annabeth like she was the only thing right in the world, like everything he went through the past nine months was all a bad dream and he was fine. I understood instantly and so did the others because Piper stifled a squeal and cursed under her breath.

"And this was all before your 16th birthday?" Frank asked breaking the two hero's out of their little worlds.

"Sort of. The battle of Manhattan lasted a few day but it ended on my 16th birthday, which also happens to be when me and Annabeth started dating."

"Awwwww. You guys started dating on his birthday?" This time Piper let her inner Aphrodite out. The two just nodded. The bar just keeps getting higher.

"Percy, you did all this great amazing stuff, but honestly dude, you couldn't have possibly set the bar higher for me and Frank" Me, Frank, and Leo all started laughing while Hazel and Piper were giggling and trying not to laugh. Percy looked at Annabeth with a confused expression but she didn't say anything.

"Forever my Seaweed brain." And kissed his cheek.

Before he could voice his confusion the conch horn blew and Demigods started piling into the pavilion for dinner. They had been talking all afternoon and all missed the debriefing they were supposed to go to after lunch, oops.

Third person

Once all the campers, Huntresses, and Romans that chose to ate at camp were at their seats they all got up to give half their food to their godly parents, all but Percy and Annabeth. Over the years the two heroes had grown a distrustful and quite annoying relations ship with the gods, but they were never disrespectful or mean to them-at least Annabeth wasn't. The events of the past nine months had changed that completely though, Percy had turned a complete cold shoulder to the gods and Annabeth wanted nothing more than the gods to go back to ignoring them.

All the demigods finished eating and chatting and Chiron stood to explain the plans for the evening.

"Welcome Hunters of Artemis and Demigods alike! Tonight we will be having a celebratory game of capture the flag with all parties. I know the demigods at camp Jupiter have war games, but I think you will find our game a bit more...game like. The rules are simple: get the other teams flag without getting caught. Magic weapons are allowed, the creek is the border and please stay in the forest. Oh! And try not to kill each other. I would like to speak with Percy, Annabeth, Reyna, and Thalia while the rest of you get ready." With that they all dispersed.

The preator, Lieutenant of Artemis, and two double war vets walked over to Chiron to see what he needed.

"What's up Chiron?"

"Seeing as we have such a large group to play with we need to figure out how to separate you all"

"Why not just do it like normal? Campers vs. Hunters"

"Too many demigods combined, wouldn't be a fair fight."

"Greeks vs. Romans and Hunters?" Reyna put in.

"Too many Romans and Hunters."

"Romans and Greeks vs. Romans and Hunters?"

"That might work Annabeth. Reyna, Thalia do you two mind dividing up the Romans?"

"No"

"Not at all" They left and Chiron turned his attention to Annabeth and Percy, "If you two-"

"Chiron we're ok. We can play in one game of capture the flag."

"Are you sure? If you want to sit it out nobody Greek, Roman, or Hunter would blame you. You could monitor the game with me or maybe-"

"Chiron. Just leave Annabeth to the plan and stick us somewhere in the back by the creek, we'll be ok." He sighed and nodded and they took off to get ready.

In all honesty they didn't know if they were ready for this, fighting at night in the woods with monsters wasn't really something they were looking forward to, but decided to go anyways. They would just take it easy and if anything went wrong head back to camp.
