Are animals food or friends? part 2

The teams were waiting in line for Chef to prepare the 5kg steaks that they have to eat in 1 hour. The line has a member of the ferrets, then one fox, then another ferret, and so forth. If they don't hurry, Its Chef's choice, and he will give them all their steaks rare done.

"Again, why I am going first?" asked Heather, glaring at her teammates.

Cody winked at her and join his hands in a pleading gesture."Because you are the only one of us that didn't take breakfast. Please, buy us some time."

The Queen Bee sighed. "Ok, I will do it. But we MUST win this challenge for sure." She glared at Cody with cold eyes. But the brunette boy, used to it, only nodded, smiling.

Standing the first on the line was Lilly from the ferrets. She was cowering before Chef, who was glaring at her.

"AND? How you want your steak?" shouted Chef.

Lilly was sweating and trembling, saying something in a low voice.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY? SPEAK LOUDER?" shouted Chef, annoyed by Lilly's attitude.

The treehugger pressed her lips together and tried again. But this time, her voice was no louder than a whisper.

From the back of the line, Amy, annoyed by the situation, passed Heather and stood next to Lilly, ignoring Chef menacing expression.

"What did you say?" asked the older twin to her friend.

The big man glared at the twin and shouted."HEY SAMAMEY, IS NOT YOUR TURN. GO BACK OF THE LINE." Chef was already angry, thanks to Lilly, and don't have time for whatever she was trying to do.

Still cowering Lilly repeated for a third time her order. Amy frowning at her but nodding.

"My shy and hopeless friend said she wants a vegan steak well-done, right Lilly?" said Amy, Lilly nodding exaggeratedly.

Chef's eyes were bulging, and the veins in his neck visible. "I will not prepare anything if she doesn't ask for it herself."

At that moment, Amy huffed, glaring back at Chef. "What? Are you bullying her? We already told you what her order is. She cannot speak louder because she is terrified of your ugly mug. And NOW you want to bully her on international TV? C'mon be an adult for once and start cooking, that we are under a schedule." She then returned to her place behind Heather, who was laughing her head off at Chef's expense.

If he could, Chef would rip the head off that loud-mouthed fool. But instead, Chef, began to prepare the vegan steak and gave it to Lilly, then gave Heather her medium-rare steak, and then scowled at Amy.

"Give me a vegan steak rare, and hurry," said Amy, looking at Chef with her nose in the air.

The big man chuckled and took his time grilling the steak. Putting it on the plate with such force that the twin almost dropped it.

"Here it is, a MEAT steak well-done, enjoy it," Chef said, giving the cheerleader a death glare and laughing at her.

Amy looked at her steak and then at Chef."You are despicable," she said before walking to her seat.

Confessional: Amy

Amy is sitting with her arms folded and a smug smile on her face.

"I wanted my steak of meat and well-done, and after what happened, it was obvious that savage would thwart my order, so I lied. I am an expert at bullying, I know how they will react after being humiliated like that. My mother only raised one fool, and that is my sister."

The foxes and the ferrets began to take their places at the tables, but even the ones that didn't eat breakfast found ending the steak a challenge.

On the favorites' side, Duncan sat next to Courtney, looking at her steak. His smug expression was back to normal, his black eye already cured.

"At last, a challenge I can enjoy." He said, rubbing his hands. "Once I end mine, I can help you with yours if you want, darling."

Courtney raised an eyebrow and looked at him. "Are you forgetting who I am?" She then looked at her steak and smiled. "And don't worry, once I end mine, I can help you with yours, darling."

Then Courtney began to eat her steak, cutting it in small pieces, but eating them at great speed, Duncan smiled. It was true, Courtney was a great eater with an iron stomach.

In contrast with her, Duncan cut his steak in big pieces. He took one, dripping a lot of red juice, and put it whole on his mouth.

Courtney huffed but made a small smile. "Still eating it rare? When will you learn?"

"And you are eating yours well-done as always, so it can taste like a shoe?" Duncan replied, still chewing his piece.

After hearing this, the Latin girl looked at the delinquent, narrowing her eyer. "For your information, well-done steak is still tasty, but I ask mine medium done." Courtney then cut and ate another piece.

Duncan looked at her with wide eyes, gulping down the piece on his mouth, "What? Why? You always asked for your meat well-done."

There was a small silence, Courtney ate another piece and swallowed it before answering. "People change Duncan. Well, at least normal people change. But I think you will always be the same caveman."

"You would be surprised," replied the delinquent before cutting another big piece of his steak and putting it whole on his mouth.

Confessional: Duncan

Duncan is playing with his knife looking coldly at the camera. "Well, color me impressed. She was the last person I expect to talk about changing. Whatever, it's time to show everyone here that I also changed, and this new Duncan will keep his promise."

On the ferret's side, the campers were also trying to eat as fast as they could.

On the farthest side of the table, Sammy was frowning sadly at her food. "That Chef made my steak rare when I like it well-done." She was complaining with Jasmine and Sky, that were sitting at her sides.

Sky looked at Sammy with wide eyes. "Well-done? But a well-done don't have any flavor, why do you ask it like that?" She liked her's steak medium done.

"Give me a break. I like the firm texture and don't like it too juicy," said Sammy in a distressed voice. She took her knife and fork, but before cutting the meat, she sighed again. "But it's impossible to eat all this. What's the idea?

"Don't be so negative, Sammy. It's not so much. Only eat a bit at a time, and in a moment you will be finished. A koala had much more meat than this," Jasmine said, showing a big smile.

The younger twin smiled, but the Native Canadian girl dropped her knife and fork, shocked."Do you eat koalas?" She asked blanching. Sammy only chuckled at Sky's reaction.

"Hehehe, it's a joke. I love the look on everyone's face when I say that. Only Shawn didn't react horrified," Jasmine said, eating more of her steak.

Sky took her knife and chuckled."He didn't believe you, or though it was a joke?"

"Neither, he asked me how they taste, and if I tried to make jerky of their meat?" said the survivalist, shrugging.

At that moment, Sammy realized she hadn't seen Shawn during all the challenge. She stopped eating for a moment and looked for him. He was on the other side, near Amy, with all of those who didn't eat breakfast. It seemed like he was going strong, cutting, and eating quickly.

Jasmine chuckled and also looked at him, with a proudly smile. "My Shawn has the appetite of a Tasmanian devil. He will be fine."

But even after saying that, Sammy stayed there with a puzzled expression, looking in Shawn's direction.

"Is something wrong Sammy?" asked Sky, looking in the same direction as the cheerleader.

Sammy put a hand over her chin, narrowing her eyes while looking in the same direction. "Yes, how is the wrestler eating? I mean, look at him."

Jasmine and Sky also look at him. Dramaman was sitting between Brick and Shawn, he was eating with excellent manners, elbows close to the body, perfect grip of the fork and knife.

After a moment, the Aussie shrugged. "He has better manners than my Shawn, that's for sure. But it's also slower."

"Yes, Sammy." Sky said with a small smile while cutting her steak. "I know that the rest of the campers don't know how to eat. I mean, look at Max. He's holding the knife with the fist as if he wants to stab someone."

Sammy tried to move and look at him from another angle, but she couldn't. "No, I am not talking about his table manners. I mean, how can he eat if his mask doesn't have mouth orifice?"

She was right after that Sky and Jasmine look at each other. How was he eating?

"Maybe his mask has a zipper or a Velcro to open and close the mouth," said Sky, who now also wanted to look at the masked man's mouth.

"I don't think so. Maybe he cut a hole in the mask and is eating from there?" said Jasmine, who had given up. She was too tall to look at Dramaman's mouth, "I will ask Shawn later."

Her two friends nodded and continued with the challenge. Sky began to eat quicker, after all, Shawn, and Brick have eaten more than her, and she will not lose against them.

Not aware of the drama he caused at the other side of the table, Dramaman continued eating together with Shawn and Brick. The cadet trying to start a conversation with them.

"And tell me, Dramaman, how many masks do you have?" said Brick while devouring his steak, medium-done.

The wrestler was wearing a mask that had an opening showing his lips. "Three types. My sleeping mask, my daily mask, and my eating mask. Also, I have many of each kind."

"Wow, you really take the wrestling business seriously, right?" asked Brick, with a curious smile.

Dramaman sighed and shrugged. "I really don't know. I started training only a few months ago."

Brick raised both eyebrows, surprised by this news.. "Really? I would think you have been doing this for a long time. Why did you decide to become a wrestler?"

The sound of cutlery hitting the table startled Brick and Dramaman, both looked at the origin and found Shawn, who stopped eating. "Are you gonna keep the interrogation, or will you continue eating your steak? Because we are in the middle of a challenge." The conspiranoic was looking daggers at the cadet.

"I didn't mean it like that." Brick said, shocked by Shawn's hostile attitude. "I only want to know our friend better. Sorry if I bothered you Dramaman."

Shawn chuckled but was still scowling at the cadet. "Of course you said that. You only want to extract the information from us, the average citizens, and then BAM! You start to control us. That is the same reason you are researching the Z virus."

Brick face Shawn with a more stern expression. "I'm not sure if I am following you, but what you said is a lie. The army is not interested in controlling the citizens' activities, and even less a teammate in a reality show," said the cadet. He didn't understand what Shawn's problem was.

The conspiranoic took his fork and knife again, cutting his steak. "What you said is the classic military propaganda. Of course, you will deny your true intentions."

"Guys, let's stop this. We are in the middle of a challenge. So please let's leave this discussion to another time, ok?" said Dramaman, tired of the constant bickering.

Brick nodded and tried to calm down. "Dramaman is right. Let's stop this for now. But I want to clear the air between us after the challenge."

"There is nothing to clear between us. I don't trust you. But I agree, we can always discuss after the challenge," said Shawn, who started eating again.

Confessional: Dramaman

The wrestler is sitting in the middle of the confessional with his mask with an open for the mouth. "I'm grateful to Shawn because I don't want to talk about my personal circumstances. But I don't think Brick means any harm. He seems like a good and normal guy. Also, I hate this mask, just look at it. It's so creepy. Chris, you will pay for this."

As time was almost up, the campers began to panic. Most of them incapable of finishing their steak. In the foxes' side, there was a lot of tension.

A camper hit the table with her head. "Ugh, if I ate another bite, my soul will transcend into another plane, leaving my remains to feed the mother earth." Dawn said, with a sickly expression, her head next to her almost complete vegan steak.

"That means that if you eat a little more, you will die? Right?" Zoey said in a worn-out voice. Her face was stained with sauce, and she still had more than half of the steak on her plate.

The moonchild spook in a soft voice, not raising her head from the table. "Yes, Zoey. So please bury me in my homeland, under a beautiful white pine."

"But you barely eat a few pieces of your steak," said Courtney shocked, looking at the plate of the blond girl.

Dawn replied without moving from her position, heavy breathing. "Sorry, I am small, and my body doesn't need too much food."

At that moment, Courtney took Dawn's plate and pull it closer to her. "Don't worry, eat what you can. I will try to help you." She then started cutting a piece of Dawn vegan steak.

"Wow Courtney, can you really eat another one? I am stuffed with just mine," said Duncan with wide eyes.

The Latin girl rolled her eyes. "Of course not! I have a strong stomach, not an infinite one. But I can help her with a few bites," said Courtney, trying to not be distracted by the delinquent.

"Of course, you can't. Nobody can eat 10kg of steak like that." Zoey said, trying to not burp after eating more meat than she should.

But Zoey's voice was so loud that not only Courtney and Dawn listen to her.

"Hey, Zoey! Are you gonna finish that?" Mike asked his girlfriend while looking at her half steak.

"NO! I mean no, I'm stuffed. But what happened to yours, Mike?" Zoey said, looking at Mike's empty plate.

The thin man patted his abdomen. "I already finished it. But when is meat, I have a second stomach." Mike then took Zoey's steak and put it on his plate.

Zoey raised an eyebrow, befuddled by her boyfriend's appetite. "Since when you eat so much?"

"eh!? Since always. Remember last time on Gino's Buffet?" Mike said, slicing and eating a piece of Zoey's steak.

"Yes, but you didn't eat 10kg of meat. You eat 3 pizzas, 1 risotto, 1 calzone, two plates of tagliatelle, and 5 balls of ice cream." After saying that, Zoey put a hand on her chin. "Well, maybe you are more gluttonous than I realized."

But she was not the only of the campers shocked by Mike's stomach. Beth was also looking at him in awe.

"Wow, that Mike is really trying. Maybe we should also try harder Linds." Beth had eaten more or less a quarter of her steak.

Lindsay tilted her head, pouting a little. "I don't know, Beth. My personal trainer said that I should be careful with my ratio of Protein, Carbs, and Fats. And this is too much protein." The blond girl only took a few bites of her steak.

Beth look with sad eyes at her friend. "But Linds, everyone is doing their best. We should also do ours. Just look at me. I will try to eat at least half of the steak." She then took her fork and knife and started cutting another bite.

"You are right, Beth. I am totally not a quitter. Tom will kill me, but let do this." Lindsay said, cutting a piece of her steak. She was about to put it into her mouth, but instead, she put it back into the plate, cutting it again. "Ok, that piece was too big. Let cut it in half first."

The two friends keep eating while Cody chuckled. He did his best but was stuffed, at least he ate more than half of his steak. The brunette guy then turned to talk with the girl at his side.

"Well, it will be a close one, Heather. I only hope we are better eaters than the other team." Cody said, grinning. Luckily it seemed that the other team also was having problems finishing their plates.

Heather leaned back in her chair, putting an arm over her face and the other over her stomach. "Ugh! Don't talk so loud. I overeat, and my stomach is killing me. I doubt those losers ferrets can eat as much as us."

"I will not be so sure. Some of our teammates don't eat more than a few pieces of their steaks. Like Lindsay, Dawn, or Alejandro," said Cody with a worried expression.

Heather jumped off her seat, almost forgetting her stomachache. "What did you say?"

Cody blinked a couple of times and repeated. "That Lindsay, Dawn, and Alejandro almost don't eat anything."

Before the brunette guy could finish talking, Heather stood up and strolled to the other side of the table. Where Lightning and Alejandro were eating and chatting.

"Hey, Al! the time is almost over, and you almost didn't sha-touch your steak. You know the challenge is sha-eating it, right?" Lightning said, he had almost finished his steak.

Alejandro waved his finger. "Tsk, tsk, tsk. Of course I know it. But my body is my temple, and eating so much meat will destroy it. So I prefer to risk losing the advantage than ruining this magnificent body." After saying that, he flexed his arms, showing his muscles.

"Hehe, Sha-Lightning don't understand what you are saying. Lightning had a better body than you, and will not be ruined for eating 1 or 2 steaks." Lightning said, also flexing his arms.

Alejandro rolled his eyes, annoyed. "You still have too much to le-," but before he could end his sentence, he was interrupted.

"What are you thinking?" Heather said, glaring at the green-eyed guy.

"Oh, Heather what a surprise," said Alejandro smiling tenderly at his ex-girlfriend.

The queen bee pointed his plate, frowning. "Just listen to me. We are not losing this because you are a picky eater. So take your fork and start eating that damn steak."

Alejandro frowned sadly. "Sorry chica, I can't do that. You know I must take care of my wonderful body. Not for me, but for all the world." He then flexed his arms again.

Heather shook her head. "Sha-idiot, hold him," she said in a stern voice,

Lightning hold Alejandro in the chair, hugging him and immobilizing his arms. "Hey, who are you calling a sha-idiot? "

"Heather, what is the meaning of this?" protested Alejandro trying to free himself from Lightning hold.

The Queen Bee ignored both men and cut a piece of Alejandro's steak. "If you don't want to eat, don't worry, I will help you." Saying that Heather forced the piece of steak into the Spaniard mouth.

"Now chew it and swallow quickly, that here comes the next one," said Heather enjoying every moment of this.

"Estas Loca?[1] I can't eat that fast," said Alejandro before Heather forced another piece into his mouth.

Heather looked at him with narrow eyes. "Alejandro, please cooperate. I don't want to accidentally harm your teeth with the fork. That would be a true tragedy, not overeating a steak." She then cut another piece.

Confessional: Alejandro

The Spaniard is covering his mouth, looking sick. "I only want to say that this was all part of my plan. Now Heather will become overconfident for winning against me. While I prepare my revenge against her and Lightning." Alejandro laughed, but after a moment, he covered his mouth again, before hurling inside the latrine in the confessional.

In the ferret's table, things were not better than in the foxes.

Max waved his hand slowly at his plate. "Stupid steak. Do youuu think you can wiiii-" then he passed-out mid-sentence, falling face-first against his half-eaten steak.

"C'mon dude, you cannot sleep there, is gross," said Jay, straighten Max up, and putting his face out of the plate.

While he helped the supervillain, Charlotte frowned at him. "Hey, Jay! You haven't been playing the eat-your-steak mini-game. Your steak-o-meter is almost full,"

"Eh? A yeah, Sorry, dude. But the challenge began just after I ended my breakfast, so I'm not hungry," said Jay, with sheepishly smile.

Topher sighed before looking daggers at the skater. "Almost all of us ate before the challenge, and everybody is doing their best. So do yourself a favor and eat before time's up."

"Are you trying to scare me, Chris wannabe!?" said Jay folding his arms in a challenging attitude.

Topher stood up, smiling and opening his arms as if he wanted to hug Jay, "Hehe, of course not, Jay, my friend. I am not threatening you. But I assure you that if you don't put your ass in the chair and eat at least half of that steak, you are going to be the one who will be eliminated. Not Max, not Amy, YOU." This last part was said in a cold and stern tone.

"Ok, I will eat, don't be such a jerk," Jay said glaring at the attractive host wannabe, sitting and starting to eat.

Topher smiled and adjusted the collar of his shirt. "I knew you were a smart guy, Jay."

Charlotte, Sammy, and Shawn keep looking at Topher, being the ones nearer to them.

"Wow! you went all berserk on him. I also didn't like he was afk all the encounter, but maybe you should be a little more patient with him. Now he will become your nemesis," said Charlotte, who was trying to finish her steak, just as Jasmine has ended hers.

Topher made a small smile and fixed his hair. "It's not the first time he does that. In the first challenge, he didn't even try to cross the rope. So I am giving him a chance. Try harder or leave. Either way, he will stop being a load to the team."

"You are nothing like I imagine when watching Pakhitew island. It's like you are a different character," said Charlotte, trying to chew the next part of her steak, but it was too much for her. On this challenge, Jasmine has beaten her.

"Thanks, Charlotte," said Topher, glaring at Jay while eating.

Confessional: Sammy

"See, I knew there was something wrong with Topher. Now I need to talk with him. Yes, Jas and Sky are right, he was a little narcissist, and maybe he cares too much about his hair. But he never was the type of intimidating someone. Whatever is happening, I will find out, or my name is not Samantha Holmes." Sammy said, hitting her hand with her fist. "Hihi, I always wanted to say that," she added, showing a big smile as she ended her confessional.

Chris, dressed as a chef came out of the dining hall, with four interns that went to the side of both tables.

The Host then looked at each teams before opening his arms and saying in a loud voice. "Time's up! Please stop eating everyone. That includes force-feeding, Heather! Go back to your seat."

The Queen Bee left a passed out Alejandro on his chair. And after being sure, he will not fall from his chair, she returned to her seat at the other end of the table.

The Interns began to take the plates with the leftovers of the steaks, Chris standing between the two bronze scales.

"Now, we will begin to measure how much food you left. The weight of the plates is already taken into account. And the total will be round down to the next .5 unit. This is just to make the challenge simpler because I know you are not the brightest bulbs in the room." Chris said, laughing, while the campers looked daggers at him. "Remember, the team with fewer leftovers wins."

Then Chris took a plate and put it on the fox scale. "First the foxes, that begin with 5 extra kilos. Now let's add Heather leftovers, so the new total is 8kg. Heather, you could do a better job," said the Host mocking the Queen Bee.

"Shut up, Chris! I ate all I could, And I still feel like throwing up," said Heather covering her mouth with a nauseated expression.

"Yes, of course, but you have enough energy to go and help Alejandro, hehe, lovebirds," said the Host winking. Heather was too sick to care about it.

Then Chris turned at the other table. "Now let's add Lilly plate, so the ferrets start with." He kept silent for a moment. "Five? Five kilos, really? Haha, you didn't eat anything?"

Lilly seemed to be about to cry, Amy rubbing her back. "Her steak was vegetarian, so it had an extra kilo. She ate what she could, idiot!" Amy said, rolling her eyes.

Chris was still laughing ."Hehe, ok, ok. Even then, this was a sad result, too sad. So let's give the ferrets that extra kilo, so the score is 8 to 4."

Someone stood up, hitting the foxes table with both hands. "Wait, Chris, that's not fair! If you do that, I hope you do the same with Dawn, that also chose a vegan steak." It was Courtney, the Latin girl was trying to sound shocked, but she was already expecting something like this from the Host.

Chris rubbed his chin and smirked. "I don't know. Look at the poor Lilly, she is suffering." He pointed at Lilly, who was about to cry. "But Dawn doesn't seem to care, and also is a weird girl." Dawn was with her head over the table, heavy breathing. "So no, I think Dawn will score normally."

"Cheater," said Courtney folding her arms and sitting again.

Chris enjoyed the moment and looked again at the foxes. "Let's continue, next is Cody plate. Let's put it on the scale, and it's 2.5 kg. At least he eats more than Heather, but still…" Chris didn't end the sentence, only shook his head with disappointment.

"Ugh! I cannot move. Please tell my fans I loved them all," Cody said, leaning in the chair, with a bloated stomach.

Then the Host turned again at the ferrets' table. "And the score is 11.5 to 4, the ferrets still ahead. Now is the turn of Amy. Let's see if you did a better job than Lilly. It says 2.5 kilos, not bad, you eat as much as Cody. Someone should be ashamed." Added Chris mocking the former Drama brother.

Amy smiled proudly and looked with contempt at the other side of the table. "Surpass that, Samey."

"Hey! It is only half steak, don't be so proud of it," interrupted Chris. "We are now 11.5 against 6.5, things seem bad to the failure foxes."

Lindsay sighed and looked with sadness at the Host."Why do you have to be so mean, Kyle?"

"I am not mean Lindsay. I am realistic, but thanks for talking, now it's your turn." Chris took her plate and put it on the scale. "You left 3.5 kg from your steak. Too bad, now the score is 15 against 6.5. You should really eat a bit more. Even Heather eat more than you."

Chris was trying to provoke her, but Lindsay ignored him. "I know, and I'm sorry. But even when I try to eat more, my body, like, wouldn't let me swallow it. I wonder if it is the way my body tells that I am totally full." said Lindsay putting a finger on her cheek.

Chris clapped at her. "Wonderful, boring, but wonderful. Now let's weight the next ferret leftovers, who are from Brick." The Host put the plate on the ferret scale. "And our resident soldier score is ONE kg. Wow! You really can eat," said Chris, surprised.

"In the force, they teach us to eat when we can, and also I didn't have breakfast," said Brick beaming and saluting.

"Hehe, that's great, now the score is 15 against 7.5, foxes doubling ferrets score, and the next one is Beth." Chris turned to face the foxes. "Our favorite farmer's leftovers weigh TWO kg?" The Host said, raising both eyebrows. "How could you eat 3 kg of meat with that small body?"

Beth blushed, twiddling with his fingers."That's easy, Chris. You only have to do your best and keep eating and eating. It's like a free buffet."

Chris scratched his head. "That didn't make any sense, but whatever. Passing to the next ferret, it's the children's hero and our own action figure, Dramaman. And he left a total of … Three kg? Really?" The Host looked with disappointment at the wrestler. "C'mon man, you are a symbol, you should have done better than this, I'm so ashamed.

Dramaman shrugged and stood up, going back to the cabin to change his mask.

"Ignore that score. Dramaman can and will do better than that. Just wait, and remember the Dramaman action figure cost only $9.99 on our website. Now let's continue with the challenge," said Chris smiling at the camera and facing at the foxes table again.

The interns put the next plate on the foxes scale. "Well, the score is 15 against 10.5, and the next fox is bland Mike. He left us total leftovers of," Chris's eyes went wide, "ZERO? Is this accurate?" asked Chris astonished.

"Yes, Mr. McLean, he didn't leave anything on its plate," replied the Intern, showing Mike's empty plate.

"What can I say? I was hungry," said Mike smiling sheepishly. Showing the gap in his teeth.

Chris looked with wide eyes at him before turning at the ferrets. "Wow, so 15 against 10.5. Shawn is your turn. Let's see if you can eat more than a zombie," Chris chuckled at his own joke. "An you left. One kilo!? How did you do that?"

Shawn, who had his head resting on the table, make an effort to straighten up, and with empty eyes and a bulged stomach, said, "Please burn my remains, so I don't raise as an undead."

Chris blinked a couple of times before talking. "That was … weird. Anyway, continuing with the challenge, the score is 15 vs. 11.5. The ferrets still ahead, and the next camper to weight is Zoey."

The interns took the plate and put it on the scale."Ok, let's see if you have an appetite to match your sweetheart. You left a total of," Chris jaw dropped and stay silent for a moment. "Zero, another zero, did you really eat all the steak?"

Zoey chuckled nervously, twiddling her fingers. "Well, sort of. Someone from the team ate it, so it counts, right?" said the Indie girl as Heather slapped her own forehead.

Chris rubbed his chin for a moment. "Ok, I allow it. As long as it was eaten by a team member, it counts." The Ferrets began to protest at Chris' decision. "Hey! It's not my fault that the foxes had better teamwork than you. The score is still 15 vs. 11.5, so let's continue."

"The next Ferret is my boy Topher," the host wannabe rolled his eyes at the comment, "let's see how much he score … two kilos. That's pretty good, you are a much better eater than you look. But take it easy, once you lost your figure, it never comes back."

Topher was dizzy after eating so much but tried his best to not show it. "Talking from experience, eh Chris?"

Chris glared at him. "With that kind of attitude, you will not go far in this business. Anyway, the score is 15 vs. 13.5, and we are already at half of the competition. The next fox is Dawn, can the small aura reader also be a mean meat devourer," said the Host in a fake excited tone.

"Actually, I am vegetarian," said Dawn, interrupting him, still with the head against the table.

"Of course you are, so let's see, your score is 4 kilos." Chris pouted at the result. "That's fine, I guess, you eat two full kilos of that fake meat. It's awesome for someone so small." Chris was disappointed, he expected something more amusing.

Dawn looked at Courtney and winked at her, the L.I.T raising her head full of pride.

Chris faced again at the Ferrets. "Well, that is 19 vs. 13.5. The ferrets going ahead, and now is the turn of the player number 1, Charlotte. our gamer chick left a total of … 1 Kilo!" Chris looked with surprise at the gamer girl. "Well, isn't that great. I am surprised, how can you eat so much?"

Charlotte stood up, looking sickly. "I will not lose to anyone. I am the best player on this team." She then glared at Jasmine, before covering her mouth and running to the bathrooms.

The handsome host chuckled. "At least We haven't to see that. Sooooo let's continue. The score is 19 vs. 14.5, and it didn't seem that the foxes can make a comeback."

The interns then put another plate on the scale. "And the next camper is Courtney. Ok, you left a total of," Chris began to sweat and looked again at the score. "ZERO again? How many of you Foxes can eat a 5 kg steak, I mean c'mon, that's not healthy."

Courtney glared at him. "If you think like that, maybe you shouldn't put it as a challenge."

"I know what you are saying, but it is more funnier this way," said Chris waggling his eyebrows. "Well, the score stays the same and is the turn of the ferrets." Chris turned again at them. "Next vic-, I mean camper is Max, with his famous big mouth. He left in his plate a total of. What? 3.5 kilos? C'mon man, even the cheerleader eat more than you."

"Shut up, you Buffon! EVIL is not feeling very well right now." Max said, pointing at Chris and then looking sickly at the floor.

Chris shook his head, smiling. "Well, you are truly evil, but against your own team. Now the score is 19 to 18. I can't believe it! anything can happen."

He then turned again at the favorite's team. "The next fox is the worst of the bad guys, Duncan. Who left a total of," Chris started to scowl at the delinquent, and shout. "ZERO? AGAIN? C'mon, this was supposed to be a hard challenge, made so only Owen, and maybe Jasmine could end it. what's wrong with you people!"

Duncan put a fist on his mouth and burped before talking. "What can I say? We were hungry, but next time try to get a true Chef to cook them. They would be tastier."

Chef glared at Duncan, wishing to twist his smug neck. Meanwhile, Chris continued with the show. "Ok, the score is the same, and now is the turn of Jay, dude. Let's see how much you scored." Chris made a big grin at the score. "The scale says FOUR!? Dude, Did you even tried?" said Chris smiling at the skater.

Jay blanched in his seat, grabbing his torque. "Sorry, I felt sick and couldn't eat more. ugh!" He then began to grab his stomach and fall to the ground, writhing in pain.

Chris raised an eyebrow. "Ok, this seems bad. Interns, take him to the infirmary. Now the scales have turned, literally. The score is 19 vs. 23, and we still have 2 foxes and three ferrets. Let's see how this end."

"For the foxes is Alejandro turn, our picky eater score is" Chris kept silent, blinking. "TWO? He ate more than 3 kilos of meat. I mean even I am surprised, Alejandro, how did you do that?"

"I think he is sha-death," said Lightning, checking at Alejandro, who was still unconscious, with blank eyes and foaming from his mouth.

Chris shook his head. "Interns, infirmary. And he is not death, look he is still foaming." he then turned at the ferrets' table. "Now the score is 21 to 23, and there are still 3 ferrets. I think we already have our loser.

Chris looked at the scale with the next plate. "And it's the turn of Samey. Let's see, her leftover score is, what a coincidence 2.5 kilos. Just like her sister."

"That's impossible, your scale is broken. Samey can't be tied with me," shouted Amy from the other side of the table.

Sammy rolled her eyes. "Oh! C'mon! Can't you stop complaining about everything I do? You should be happy that I did a good job. We are a team."

Chris raised an eyebrow at the younger twin. "Ehm? I would not call it a good job. With your score, you are 21 to 25.5. You are against the ropes." He then turned at the other table. "And there is only one more Fox. Lightning. And he left ZERO. ZERO AGAIN. IT'S OVER. THE FOXES WIN. THE FOXES WIN with 21 kilos."

"But you haven't weighed Jasmine's plate or mine," protested Sky.

"There is no need you already lose. So let's get to the next part of the challenge. Follow me," Chris said, boarding a jeep.

Sky looked at the ground, disappointed."But I wanted to know my score. I am sure I beat at least the wrestler."

"Dawn and Brick, you are right now, the more popular campers. So come with me," Chris said while Chef started the engine of the jeep.

Brick salute at the Host. "Sorry, Sir. I prefer to walk with my unit."

"I will also walk. I need some exercise after the brunch," said Dawn, politely declining the ride.

Chris narrowed his eyes at them. "As you wish, ungrateful children." Then he and Chef went ahead.

"It seems like we are going with one less competitor," said Zoey looking concerned at the infirmary.

Charlotte smiled, contrasting her sickly expression. "Don't worry, we have the same handicap."

Heather looked back for a moment and continued walking after the rest of the foxes.

"Is something the matter?" asked Cody, waiting for the Queen Bee.

Heather tossed her braid at him. "Of course not, let's go, we have some ferrets to crush."

The 21 campers followed the road until they found Chris' jeep. The short walk was harder for some of the more stuffed campers, like Heather, Max, Shawn, Zoey, Duncan, or Cody. Oddly enough, Courtney, Lightning, and Mike seemed fine, even when they were the ones that eat the most.

Chris was waiting for them in a large white fence. It divided the grass hill into two fields, where some sheep were grazing at a distance.

Chris opened his arms at the campers. "Welcome to the second part of today's challenge. You already eat so it's time to befriend the animals. You know, to compensate the karma and all that blah blah blah," said the host waving his hand, as Dawn glared daggers at him.

"The rules for this challenge are simple, what's more, for some of the more veterans, this will sound familiar. In each field are 3 sheep with your team's symbol on their backs, under the wool. Find them, and you win the challenge, while the other team sends someone home," said Chris smirking evilly.

Courtney raised an eyebrow. "Will you give us again an automatic sheep shear as an advantage and the other team a traditional sheep shear."

"Of course not, that would be boring. Both teams will have automatic sheep shears." Chris said while Chef gives them an automatic sheep shears to Courtney and Jasmine.

"And foxes, as you win the first part of the challenge, you get this wonderful golf cart to move around as your advantage. You don't want to be running around with a full stomach." Chris added, chuckling, the eyes of the ferrets wide in horror at the realization.

Topher started to slow clap while sneering. "Chris, as always, you never disappoint me," for some reason, this time, it didn't sound like he was praising the host.

Chris looked confused at the handsome guy. "Eh, thanks? Anyway, the challenge starts NOW. So go inside and look for your sheep. But beware, there may be some surprises." As soon as Chris ended. Two interns opened the doors on the fences.

On the Foxes side, they team up before start running.

"Ok, the cart only can take 2, maybe 3 passengers. The best course of action is to give the cart team the sheep shear. And the rest try to round and herd them toward the cart group," said Courtney, while looking at her teammates.

Lindsay smiled and said enthusiastically. "That's a great idea, we should put Beth in the cart group, she is like super good with animals."

"Wow, thanks Lindsay," said Courtney, surprised that Lindsay of all people was the first to agree with her idea. "And for the cart group, I propose letting Duncan, Dawn, and Beth go."

Heather glared at the Latin girl. "No way, I want to be on the cart group."

"No, Heather. Dawn and Beth are good with animals, and Duncan can drive fast enough despite overeating, isn't that true?" said Courtney looking at Duncan with a serious expression.

Beth, Dawn, and Duncan nodded, the moonchild and the delinquent looked daggers at each other, but both had their reasons to cooperate.

"Well foxes, let's win this," said Courtney, the other foxes cheering, even if some of them had second thoughts about her plan.

On the other side, the ferrets were not as organized.

"Let's go," said Charlotte, running toward a sheep at a distance.

"Charlotte, wait! We need to make a plan," shouted Brick.

"We can make it as we start the stage," replied the gamer, not stopping even for a moment.

"Say what you want. But we can't move another step. Right, Lilly?" said Amy, the tree hugger nodding promptly with a nervous expression.

Max was resting on the grass, heavy breathing. "Evil is too tired to think in an invention to hunt those sheep."

"C'mon guys! We are a team! We have to make an effort, or we will lose the challenge. Nobody wants to go home yet, right?" said Sky, trying to rally their teammates.

Max rolled and stood up. "My ambition needs for me to remain on this island. So I will help," he then began walking slowly.

"That's the attitude, together we can do this," said Brick trying to encourage them.

Jasmine stood there, looking at the other team already going, and her own team still arguing how to start. The situation seemed dire for the ferrets.

Author Notes:

[1] Spanish: chica: girl = is usually how Alejandro calls Heather

Estas Loca? = Are you crazy?.

The foxes get the advantage, and now the second part of the challenge starts. Who will win and who will eliminate someone tonight? Find in the next episode.

This challenge was quite complex to write because I wanted to express the difficult without being too gross or to medical, and I hope I did it.
