Run foxes to earth (or maybe ferrets) Part 3
The 6th challenge it's ongoing, and all the campers are looking for foxes and ferrets around the island as time is running out. Both teams chose to search in smaller teams to try to cover more terrain, with mixed results. But there was still time until the sunset, so anything could happen.
But the challenge was a brutal one, with troubles all around the island. The contestants so far have to fight against savage beasts, fall from cliffs to the lake, and run, and I mean run a lot from one point to another.
Of the 17 campers, one will be leaving the island tonight. Which team of hunters will found the glory and which one will eliminate one of its members. It's too soon to know right now, especially because two of the favorite foxes have found the most dangerous prey EVER. Stay tuned to discover what will happen next here on Total Drama Tyranny of the Masses.
Beth and Duncan were looking with wide eyes at the weird spectacle in front of them. A white ferret, with a scar on its eyes and a bump on his head, was surrounded by many knocked out animals and Charlotte from the Fan's team. Now they have to think fast about what they should do to capture it.
"Maybe we can just leave it alone. That ferret seems like bad news." Beth said with a trembling voice.
Duncan smirked. It was just a damn ferret, right? "Well, now you know why in a tie we win. Because that damn Chris knew about this ugly guy," he said while cracking his knuckles.
"If I were you, I would make a plan before charging." Beth and Duncan were startled when someone talked to them from the top of a nearby tree.
The man jumped and fell next to them. It was Shawn from the ferret's team.
"You are that stoner. What was your name?" Duncan said, scratching his cheek.
Shawn glared at the delinquent. "The name is Shawn, and I only take cannabis at home. Anyway, that ferret attacked my teammate and me, and it knocked her out. I hit it with a rock on the head, and as you can see, it only caused a bump."
"So that's why it has a bump on his head. Hehe, I was wondering how it happened," said Beth chuckling.
"Whatever, any idea of how to deal with it? I am not running from a ferret." Duncan said, he really didn't have intentions of running away, but if the moose was really knocked down by that super rat, maybe he should hear what the stoner had to say.
The conspiranoic rubbed his chin. "That is obviously a UMA, probably a government experiment. It's strong, but look, none of its prey has any slashes or cuts."
Duncan rolled his eyes, annoyed, "So?"
"So its claws are not sharp," Beth said excitedly, "So if we can put him in a net, it can't escape from it."
"Great, so our great plan is the same plan we have originally. Put the damn long rat in the net," said Duncan in a snarky tone.
Shawn nodded absentmindedly but was still frowning. "Exactly, but it will not be easy. The UMA is pretty smart and quick. So for this plan to work, we need someone to be the decoy while the other get closer and 'BAM' capture it while it's distracted."
Duncan began to walk toward the white ferret. "Great! Let's stop wasting our time. I will be the decoy, and you capture it."
A cold wind blew, the ferret hissed at the delinquent, who looked at it with contempt.
"Hey! Large rat!" said Duncan in a mocking tone, "nice horn you have there, I am sure you didn't see it coming. Aghh-"
The ferret suddenly leaped over Duncan, hissing and trying fell over his face, the delinquent caught it mid-air, but now both were struggling.
"Wow! Do you think the ferret understood Duncan insults? He's attacking very fiercely," said Beth cleaning her goggles, not believing what she was seeing.
Shawn shook his head. "I don't think we can call that thing a 'ferret.' Yes, it looks like one. But it can be a shapeshifter or an artificial alien lifeform."
"STOP CHATTING AND CAPTURE THE FUCKING RAT!" shouted Duncan holding the critter with both hands while it struggled and tried to scratch his arms.
"Oh, it's true." Shawn and Beth said at the unison, having forgotten about capturing the white ferret.
"OUCH!" yelled Duncan as the ferret bite his hand as hard as it could, some blood spilling from the wound.
The delinquent looked at it with veins across his neck. In his eyes, the mustelid seemed like laughing at him after the bite. So he took a deep breath and headbutted the animal as hard as he could. Beth and Shawn cringed at the impact. The ferret eyes became stars, and fell unconscious as a big red mark appeared on Duncan's forehead.
Beth ran and jumped over the delinquent, hugging him and knocking him down. "Dun, you did it! You beat it!"
The delinquent looked at her with a pained expression. "Ouch, ouch. Beth, please, be careful. I have a hell of a headache right now.."
Shawn made a small smile and went to check on Charlotte, crouching at her side and slapping her face lightly.
"Who turned off my console?" mumbled Charlotte while awakening.
"Charlotte, can you hear me? Are you hurt?" Shawn asked her with a serene expression.
The gamer shook her head, wincing. "Yes! I was surprised when that mini-boss jumped over me, and I fell and hit my head. It seems like I lost all my HP because I fell unconscious. Did you get it?"
Shawn stood up, smiling. "No, the foxes get him. We should hurry and take the unconscious foxes to the center of the island."
"What a shame, that means we will not get experience points from its defeat," said Charlotte, standing up and shaking the dust from her clothes.
"I think we would not get them either way," replied Shawn in a lower voice while putting a fox on his net.
Meanwhile, Beth helped Duncan to stand up, the delinquent holding the white ferret in one hand.
"Can you walk by yourself? If not, I can be your cane," said Beth making a wide smile.
Duncan smirked and make a small jump. "Who do you think I am? Of course, I can walk, now let's take this pest back to the camp before I decide to pelt it."
Beth nodded and started to walk when she noticed Duncan's hand. "You are hurt! Why you didn't say anything?"
"Sorry, I was too busy screaming and fighting this stupid rat," replied Duncan in a snarky tone, "but don't worry, is only a flesh wound."
"Of course not, see you are still bleeding." Beth ripped her shirt and made and improvised bandage to put over the wound. "See, now it is much better."
"Thanks," said Duncan, impressed with the first aid skills of the wannabe, "where did you learn to make improvised bandages like this?"
"Oh, when I was younger, I get hurt playing a lot. So I learned to cover the scratches on my elbows, knees, shoulder, and forehead." Beth said with a big grin.
Duncan shook his head, that explained a lot about Beth's personality.
Confessional: Beth
Beth is playing with her ponytail while grinning at the camera. "You know it's the first time I am in the same team with Duncan, and I had to say he is not as bad as I thought. I mean, we were rivals in the past, but now he seems like a great ally. But I am afraid that he is falling for me. What will I do if I am in a love triangle with him and Alejandro? Squeeee! I hope Linds is watching this."
On the west side, the twins were looking for their way back to the cabins to deposit their fox. But they got lost and were returning once again at the cliffs. This was the third time.
"Ugh! Here again! I told you to turn left on the road! Stupid Samey, it is your fault." Amy said, scowling at her sister,
Sammy made a face-slap and glared at her sister. "I SAID LEFT, YOU WERE THE ONE THAT SAID RIGHT AND WENT RIGHT WITHOUT ASKING. IT'S YOUR FAULT."
The older twin folded her arms and huffed, "Fine, Even I made mistakes sometimes. Forgive my life," she replied on a snarky tone.
The younger sister rolled her eyes, and they started to walk, trying once again to reach the center of the island. But before leaving the cliffs for the nth time, they found a familiar face.
"Look, it's Brick. And he seems upset about something. Should we go and help him?" said Sammy, but she already knew her sister's answer.
"Ugh! Why is that everybody is always causing me troubles? Let's go Samey, let's find what his problem is." Said Amy rolling her eyes and walking faster.
The younger twin kept looking shocked at her sister. She was sure that Amy would say to forget him and went back to the cabins. Then Sammy realized that her sister was already with him. "Amy, wait for me!"
Brick was looking at the lake, frowning, and with tears on his eyes, on the top of his head was a ferret that had the same sad expression.
"What are you doing there? Thinking of diving into the lake? There are a lot of better places to jump than these cliffs, idiot." Amy said, folding her arms and looking intently at the cadet.
"Oh, Amy! I am sorry. I-I-" Brick said in a trembling voice, wetting his lips before continuing. "I pushed Alejandro from the cliff into the lake, and I can't find him."
"You what?" said Sammy, that only heard the last part of the conversation. "Why did you push him?"
"It was an accident. I was distracted, trying to capture a ferret and walking around the cliff without looking around. And then-" Brick couldn't continue with the story as the emotions overwhelmed him.
The older twin rolled her eyes. "C'mon. He only fell into the lake. Some days ago, we all jumped into it from a greater height. He will crawl back as if nothing happened. Right now, you have to be a man, stop whimpering, stand up, and go back to deliver that damn ferret on your head."
"But, I can't leave a man behind, that is my code," said Brick looking seriously at Amy.
There was a brief silence between them. "Are you honestly telling me that you are leaving your teammate behind? No, you are not leaving anyone behind because he is alright. And if there is a minimal, minuscule chance that he is in trouble. Will not be more helpful to send help from Chris than keep looking for him here, without a clue?" Amy said, looking at Brick's eyes with a tender expression, unusual to her.
Both Sammy and Brick were speechless, but before Sammy could scold her sister. Brick jumped on and stood on his two feet, saluting. "You're right, ma'am. There is no use in standing here, regretting what happened. It's my duty to do what I could to win the challenge and help him to come back in a more efficient way. Thanks, Amy." After that, he went running into the woods.
Sammy couldn't believe her eyes. "Amy! Did you really just helped an opponent? I can't believe it. I mean, I am proud of you bu-"
"Stop prattling and follow him, he is our ticket back to the cabins," Amy said, running behind him. "Stupid Samey, stop talking and start thinking."
Both ran after the cadet. That was the old good and mean Amy that Sammy knew and despised.
Meanwhile, meters below, as Amy said, Alejandro was going out of the lake. Completely soaked, but with a big grin on his face and his green eyes sparkling, while he held a wooden figurine on his hands.
Confessional: Brick
Brick is smiling at the confessional, with a ferret on the top of his head. "Those twins are so nice, they still helped me even if we are on different teams. And looking at them working together, warmed my heart. I hope sooner or later they can make up."
On the North part of the island, a ferret jumped over Heather, grappling to her leg.
"AUUGHH! Again!? What is the problem with all these vermin?" Shouted Heather, while Cody took the ferret and store it with another three.
"Hehe, I can't believe it, but it seems like the ferrets love you. It must be your great personality or those legs," Cody said tongue in cheek, winking a the Queen Bee.
Heather rolled her eyes. "Well, it's NOT funny. I hope we can reach the cabins quickly before more of these pests jump over me."
"It can be more convenient that they keep coming," Cody said, shrugging, the Queen Bee looking daggers at him.
As they were going out of the woods, they found Lilly and Mike crouching on the ground. The brunette guy looked at them with a worried expression.
"Don't even think so! Mister toothpick arms is not on our team anymore. So don't waste time, and let's hurry-" said the Queen Bee, knowing exactly what was on Cody's mind.
But before she could end her sentence, Cody was already next to them.
Heather rubbed her temple with a pained expression. "Sometimes, I don't know why I even care."
"Hey there! Are you ok?" said Cody dashing toward the two ferrets.
Lilly flustered at Cody's presence while Mike looked at him with a worried expression.
"We are ok, but I am afraid this little one not so much," Mike said, letting Cody see the fox they were watching.
The little critter was laying on the ground with a wound on the flank, it had a pink handkerchief bandaging the wound. But it was still heavy breathing.
"It seems it fell from the rock ahead or was pushed by another animal. Anyway, we cannot leave it here, but we cannot move it in this condition," explained Mike rubbing his arm.
Cody looked at it. "And can't you ask someone from the show to come and pick it. As it is wounded, it will not give you points anyway."
The redhead shook her head fiercely.
"Lilly doesn't want to leave it alone. She is afraid another animal can attack it," said Mike, looking worried at his teammate.
From behind them, Heather joined the conversation. "Well, it's such a tragedy. Right, Cody? But there is nothing we can do to help it. So it's better if we keep going."
Heather words were true, but Cody couldn't leave them like that. Much less if he had an idea of how to help them.
And then Cody decided to take action, even if he knew he would regret it. "Just a moment, Heather. I have an idea of how they can help the fox. They just need to make an improvised animal stretcher. One time I made one for a friend's dog."
The atmosphere was heavy, and the Codester could felt how Heather was giving him a death glare. While Mike and Lilly looked at him with sparkling eyes.
In a quick movement, Cody gave the net with the ferrets to Heather and took off his sweater. "Mike, take that side, and Lilly take that. We put the fox over it, and we bring it back to the cabins."
With utmost care, they deposit the fox in the sweater, and then the three carried it into the woods. Heather fuming behind them, her expression as cold as ice.
Confessional: Lilly
Lilly is humming joyfully at the camera. "I am happy to have sent many auditions to enter the show. Even if it is painful, scary, and difficult. I have met some wonderful people, including Cody. They can eliminate me right now, and I will still felt happy."
Confessional: Heather
The Queen Bee is glaring at the camera with her legs crossed. "I am not heartless. But I can't understand the need to help the other team when NO ONE is in peril. Cody needs to straight his priorities, or he will be going home soon."
On the east side, Topher and Dramaman were still waiting for a fox to come and take the bait they hanged up, the squirrel tied in a shoelace. (The animal was still uttering insults to them) But they didn't have any luck.
After hesitating a little, the wrestler decided to break the silence. There was something he meant to ask the host wannabe. "Toph, why did you come back to the show?"
Topher was taken by surprise by the question. "What do you mean? For the same reason as all the rest, to get a shot for the million."
"Really?" the voice fo Dramaman was not deep as usual. "When I was at the lowest point of my life. I watched Pakhitew Island many times. And there you were not interested in the money. And after what happened with Chris, I thought you will not come again."
That was unexpected for the host wannabe. He combed his hair with a hand and sighed. "Because I wanted to test myself. I have been thinking about what I learn in that season. And I think I can do it better this time."
I can be as ruthless as Chris. I can show everyone that I have what it takes to triumph in this cutthroat business. Topher didn't dareto say the last part, only thought about it.
"And you? Did you like our season so much that you decided to give it a try? Or did the network paid you to come dressed as a mascot?" Topher asked, wanting to move the focus of the conversation from himself.
There was another moment of silence, as Dramaman was deciding between answering or not the question. But before he could decide, a loud sound interrupted their conversation.
From the bushes come a fox running fast, as if being chased, it ignored the squirrel and ran directly to them. Dramaman just put his net on the ground and catch the small animal that couldn't stop in time.
Immediately Topher jumped from the bushes joyfully. "Great catch Draman. As always, my plan worked perfectly."
But before Dramaman could answer that, something came out of the bushes running quite fast, and it crashed against Topher.
"AAAHH!" screamed Topher, covering his face.
Or it was about to crash against him, but instead, it jumped the pretty boy. Using his shoulders as support and tumbling over him in a gracious and skillful way. The person was Sky. She looked agitated, her eyes puffy, and her hair a little disheveled.
Topher felt to the ground but was mostly unscathed.
Sky looked at them with wide eyes. "Did you see a fox running in this direction?"
Dramaman showed his net with the fox struggling inside.
Instantly the Cree girl relaxed, leaning forward and smiling. "Well, if you captured my fox, everything is ok. They are faster than I expected."
"Do you really think you can outrun a fox?" asked Topher raising an eyebrow.
Sky raised her head, smiling proudly. "I can run really fast, my 100m record is 11.15 seconds."
Actually, that is pretty fast, but not enough to outrun a fox. But Topher decided to not pursue the matter as there were more important things at hand.
"Are you alone? Where is Jay?" asked Dramaman on his deep voice.
The Cree girl's eyes were darting back and forth before she answered. "I don't know. We were searching in the middle of the island, and then he went away."
"He should be lazing around somewhere. Just forget him." Topher said, huffing. "Now let's go back to the camp, we have less than an hour. I hope our teammates did a better job than us."
They began to walk toward the center of the island. Sky put her hands behind her back and made a quizzical smile. "Besides mine. How many foxes you caught?"
Topher looked nervously at Dramaman, and he was sure the masked man was making the same expression.
"*Cough*, *cough*. Zero *cough*" Topher said, putting a fist on his mouth and coughing.
"What!? Zero!? C'mon guys, this is a team effort. What were you doing all this time?" said Sky throwing her arms int the air.
"We were trying to catch them, but we didn't found any fox. So we made a-" as Topher was talking, he realized they forgot something, so he went back running.
"Where are you going?" Asked Sky to Topher, not understanding what was happening. While the wrestler shook his head, it was obvious that he went to free the damn squirrel.
As they were alone together, Dramaman decided to ask Sky something that was bothering him. "I don't intend to pry. But were you crying?"
"Of course not," lied the gymnast, surprised by the sudden question. "Why should I be crying?"
The wrestler just nodded and keep walking in the direction of the cabins. Sky looking and him wondering how he realized.
Confessional: Sky
The gymnast is looking at the camera, frowning. "No, I was not crying. Well, not a lot. Maybe I got a little emotional when we talk about the past season. Anyway, I am happy to have found Topher and Dramaman. I mean, I don't want to imagine what would have happened if I have found Jay instead."
From the woods, three members of the foxes were walking toward the cabins. The three were dirty and scratched, tired but smiling.
"I can't believe we fight against a bear and won. We are like awesome, aren't we?" Zoey said, smiling, but her face dirty with mud.
Courtney shook her head, her hair disheveled, and she was frowning. "What I can't believe is that we are in one piece. We should be the luckiest idiots in the whole world."
"The luckiest is this little guy here," said Lightning caressing a scared ferret on his arms, "Because Lighting saved it before he becomes the sha-lunch. Anyway, angry girl, you were awesome. You have a mean right hook, shazam."
Zoey, eyes sparkled. "Yes, Courtney, I didn't expect you to hit him like that. The poor bear was crying."
"Stop that," said Courtney blushing, "You were the first to launch against that beast without thinking. We were just lucky it ran away. He could maul us easily."
"Anyway, we won, and that is the only thing that matters, Sha-bam," Lightning said, posing with one arm and holding the ferret in the other one.
When they arrived at the cabins, most of the ferrets and foxes were already there, except for Alejandro, Brick, Shawn, Charlotte, Duncan, and Beth.
As they came closer, Chris welcomed them, laughing. "And here they are, Zoey, Lightning, and Courtney. You look horrible. Did the ferret gave you a hard time?"
"You should have seen how the other guy looked like after we finish, Sha-bam" said Lightning while leaving the ferret on his cage. "There, little one, you are safe now."
Chris narrowed his eyes and looked at the ferret. "Well, it seems more or less ok, so it counts. So the score is 3 foxes for 6 ferrets. So the Favorite's team is winning 6-3. And it is almost sunset."
"Well, at least we have 6 ferrets already. And Brick and Duncan's teams are still not here. We can win this easily," said Zoey smiling and walking to Cody and Heather.
Heather tossed her braid and faced the Indie girl. "Sorry to rain over your parade. But Brick already come, left a ferret, and went back to look for Al. Apparently, that useless man decided to swim in the lake while we hunted ferrets."
"Well, at least we can trust Duncan to bring at least one more," Zoey said, looking at the south path, just a moment before Mike come to ask her what happened. Courtney also faced that way but without saying anything.
And on the Fan's team, the situation was not better.
"There are only five minutes left. Where is that zombie freak?" Amy said, glaring and patting with her foot.
Sammy glared at her sister. "He will come back soon. He always keeps his word. So stop patting your foot and don't call him zombie freak."
Amy was about to reply but was interrupted by Topher. "Let's not start arguing right now. Ok girls? Let's just wait without insulting or shouting."
The older twin turned her face at the host wannabe.
Sammy instead bowed and make a small smile. "Thanks, Topher."
The pretty boy combed his hair with the hand, while Jay glared at them, not wanting to get near Sammy while Sky was there.
Just as this happened, from the forest came Shawn, Beth, Charlotte, and Duncan. The gamer's clothes were dirty with dust, and the delinquent was full of scratches and had a red dot mark in the forehead.
"You're late," Heather shouted at Duncan and Beth.
"Shawn, Charlotte. Are you ok?" said Mike running to them.
The conspiranoic nodded and put two foxes on the cage. "Yes, Charlotte fell and hit her head on the ground. But we didn't have more problems."
Chris looked at the foxes. "They seem a little disheveled, but they count, the score is 6-5. Favorites still winning."
As Chris evaluated the foxes. Duncan put the white ferret on the cage while Zoey ran toward him.
"Red? What the hell happened to you? and Courtney?" said Duncan looking at them. (he also noticed that Lightning was scratched but didn't care enough to ask.)
Zoey laughed. "We beat a bear. And you? What happened with your face? And that hand?"
Duncan raised a side of his unibrow. "A bear? Really? Well, if you have Courtney on your side, is possible." The delinquent shrugged and then touch his forehead. "And this, I don't remember." He didn't want to admit he had a fight with a ferret of all animals.
The host looked at the white ferret and shook his head. "This poor animal had 2 bumps in his head. So it's harmed, it doesn't count, the score is still 6-5."
"ARE YOU FUCKING CRAZY? Do you how hard it was to capture that damn ferret." Duncan's eyes bulged, and he had to be restained by Lightning and Zoey before he could reach Chris.
The host chuckled as it began to get dark. "Anyway, it seems like time is over. So the FOXES WIN. For a moment, I really thought of changing your name to the failure foxes." Chris laughed and then looked with narrowing eyes at the other team. "And Ferrets, see you tonight at the elimination ceremony, you only have 2 hours to deliberate."
Confessional: Duncan
Duncan kicked the wall of the confessional before folding his arms. "That Fucking Chris. He knew about the white ferret and have the guts to not count it for a few bumps in its head. But mark my word, he will pay for this."
Confessional: Charlotte
Charlotte is scratching her head with a thoughtful expression. "We lose another round. And I still can't figure the answer to the puzzle of who voted for Jasmine. That means I will have to play the vote mini-game on my own. Well, there are many low tier characters in the option's pool," Said the e-gamer, shrugging.
It was already dark, near the docks, a lone twin was waiting for someone, she was looking at the lake with a solemn expression.
"Yo, Sammy! Did you wait long?" Shouted Jay, with a big grin over his face.
The twin looked at him with a shy smile. "I was waiting for you. It was a shame that my mean sister didn't let us be a team today."
"Don't worry, babe. We have the rest of the night for us," said Jay, stepping closer to her, "and I also have something to propose you, that I am sure will make you happy."
The twin tilted her head with curiosity."What is it?"
"How about we eliminate your sister tonight? That way, she will stop meddling in our business," proposed Jay, smiling confidently as he revealed his plan.
"That would be wonderful," she answered, looking shyly at the ground. "But let's talk about us, not about my sister."
"Of course." Replied the skater licking his piercing. "You are more interesting, anyway."
The moonlight on the twin's blue eyes made them sparkle beautifully. She then looked at him, blushing, putting her hands behind her back. "Since what happened yesterday, I wanted to ask you. Why did you fall for me? I mean, we haven't almost talked at all."
"Babe, you are wonderful! You are sexy, funny, smart, and kind. Any man would fall for you," Jay said, putting an arm across her shoulders.
"You surely said that to all the girls you flirt with," she said, turning a little away from him.
The skater chuckled, "Of course not, I never felt like this for anyone else. Just let me show it."
Jay then took her gently by her chin, closing her face next to her, in a swift and delicate movement. But she suddenly kneed him in the groin with so much strength that he fell to the ground groaning.
The twin cleaned the makeup on her face, revealing her beauty mark. Her timid expression change for a frown full of contempt. "If your feelings are so pure and special. Why is that you still mix me with Samey?"
Jay scowled at her, saying in a high pitch voice. "You bitch, how dare you-"
"How dare I? How dare you try to take advantage of my naïve and stupid sister? Do you have any idea of how many idiots like you I have to deal with in high school? Jocks and nerds and preps that thought that they could date Samey but never interested in her. Just because she is pretty. But none of then try to know her," she said, raising her head.
Amy walked away from the skater, who was still trying to recover his breath and added. "Samey may be a loser and a slowpoke. But at least she deserves someone that looks at her."
The older twin then went away, leaving the skater cursing her while standing up again. "You will pay for this." He said, clenching his teeth.
In the entrance of the woods, Sammy was unaware of what happened between her sister and Jay. She was with Sky, Shawn, and Dramaman, talking about whom they should vote off the island.
"So should we try to vote again for Amy?" said Shawn, seating cross-legged over a rock. The wrestler was leaning against a tree near him.
Sammy was looking sadly at the ground. "I was thinking about it, and maybe we should vote for someone else this time. But I'm not sure."
"We should vote for Jay." Sky said, frowning. "It would be for the best, he is not a team player, and I don't like his attitude at all."
There was a moment of silence after the Olympic said that. Sammy was also thinking of voting him, but instead of her, the conspiranoic was the first to talk.
"The skater? He doesn't seem like a bad guy. Are you sure it's not better to vote for Sammy's sister? Also, he seems to have a crush on Sammy." Shawn said, rubbing his chin.
Sky glared at him while Sammy answered in a low, neutral tone. "He is not-" she took a moment to choose her words. "He is too pushy, and I am not interested in him. Am I too heartless?"
"Of course not!" shouted Sky looking fiercely at the young twin. "You should follow your heart. Nobody has the right to tell you who you must love or with whom you should stay. Follow your heart, and you will not fail."
Sammy's face beamed. It was exactly what she needed to hear.
"But with just the four of us, we don't have enough votes. We would need at least 2 more," Shawn said, jumping from the rock.
Dramaman began to walk toward the cabins, "Toph and Mick will vote with us in this one. I am sure."
"Thanks," said Sammy waving at him. "He is a nice guy, after all."
Sky looked at him, "I also think so. But why he has to use that horrible mask?"
"Horrible, maybe, but is also practical. If Dramaman becomes a Zombie, he can't bite anyone if he is wearing that kind of mask," explained Shawn, nodding.
Sammy chuckled, and Sky smiled. Shawn always knew how to lighten the mood, even if he was serious.
Confessional: Sky
Sky was smiling at the camera, frowning sadly. "Follow your heart. It's a good piece of advice. I wish someone would tell me that in the past. But it's already too late. I hope at least it can help Sammy."
Behind the ferrets' cabin, Lilly was using the strange contraption again.
"You idiot! I cannot believe you lose again!" Max was scolding her. "But anyway is our chance. You have to eliminate that traitor Charlotte."
The treehugger shook her head wildly. "I can't, Amy told me to vote for Jay. And it seemed important."
"WHAT! Do you dare to oppose ME? Charlotte is the most dangerous adversary for our plan. Jay is obnoxious but useless. If you let Charlotte invade the main computer, it will be over for us," shouted Max, "Why can't you understand something as simple as that?"
Lilly was whimpering, but even then, she tried to reply. "But, but Chris said that the computer was very secure."
"AND WHAT DOES THAT CLOWN KNOW ABOUT COMPUTERS? I am the computer expert here. So put your act together and start planning how to eliminate that gamer chick," said Max in a stern tone.
But fortunately for the redhead, someone else was looking for her.
"LILLY, where are you hiding this time? Don't tell me you get lost again!" Amy was shouting while looking for the treehugger.
"Darn it. She cannot know that I am helping you. Hurry and hide the transceiver." Said Max, before turning off the communication.
The treehugger stood up and took a deep breath before going to meet with her friend. After all, she didn't want to look suspicious.
"I am here, Amy?" said Lilly waving at the older twin.
Amy turned at her, frowning as usual. "At last! Hurry up. We need to go to the campfire. I don't want to be late and give Chris a chance to ignore our votes."
Lilly nodded and followed her, letting out a relieved sigh, but maybe it was too soon.
"And what were you doing back there?" said Amy as they walked toward the campfire.
"Nothing!?" replied Lilly, not sure of what to tell to her friend.
Amy raised an eyebrow and scoffed, "Are you telling me or asking me?"
"Maybe both?" said Lilly in a timid and low voice.
The older twin only rolled her eyes. "Sometimes, I wonder if the problem is me, or why I always end surrounded by this kind of people."
Then both went directly to the campfire. Lilly happy to be able to avoid the question.
Confessional: Lilly
"I am not sure how to help Max and is stressing me. I am not confident enough to ask votes for someone I don't like, much less for someone that I am not even sure how I felt about. Uwu! I wish I had some of Amy's confidence," said the tree hugger whimpering and twiddling her fingers.
The ferret's cabin was empty. All the team members are already going to the campfire for tonight's elimination ceremony. But suddenly, a person rushed into the boy's side.
"That damn bitch! But I will show her, I will show them all. I will get Sammy, and nobody will stand in my way," the skater's eyes were bulging as he was looking for something in his bag.
With a sinister smile on his face, he took a bunch of dirty underwear, but in the middle of it, he had hidden something.
He began to unfold it. "Those fools, they don't imagine I found this immunity idol in the woods while everyone was looking for the twins, with this-"
But as he unwrapped the idol, his eyes went wide, and he blanched, his hands trembling. It was a nightmare, it should be. Because instead of the idol, he only found a big rock of almost the same size.
"No, no, no, no. It's impossible. It was well hidden inside my bag. There is no way someone found it. It can't be." The skater began to take off his bag all his clothes, but in the end, the idol vanished.
Jay hit the floor with both hands in frustration. Now he can only hope that Sammy and their friends also voted for that witch.
Nine of the ferrets were already waiting for the campfire ceremony to start. The last one to come was Jay, he was white as a sheet, his eyes darting nervously back and forth. Sky, Amy, and Topher glared at him, and Sammy looked at him with pity. When he sat in one of the stumps, Chris started his discourse.
"This day, the foxes team capture one more ferret than planned. And this night, that ferret will be eliminated. I have in this plate 9 marshmallows for 9 players, the last one will have to take a flight on the chopper of shame, and can't come back FOREVER." Chris said, grinning at the ferrets.
"Hey, Dude! There is no chance that this is one of those DAM eliminations where nobody votes?" said Jay in a trembling voice.
Chris winked and made a mocking smile. "Nope, this is a classic and bona fide elimination. So please go to the cabin, it's time for you to hunt your own ferret."
The 10 ferrets go into the cabin, all already have made their decision.
Vote confessional: Amy
"I never thought I would enjoy voting someone off more than Samey. Life is full of surprises," said Amy while choosing his target on her pad.
Vote confessional: Charlotte
"A noob player can learn the game. But a toxic player doesn't have a place on my team. So you are expulsed from the guild," said Charlotte pressing the button on her touchscreen
Vote confessional: Jay
"This can't be happening. It's all your fault. Once I remove you and Sky from the game, I can be at last happy with Sammy. Just wait, I am not finished." Jay said, his hand trembling as he pressed the touchscreen.
"You never stop to impress me. I always thought you were quite a divided team, but looking at the votation this time, you were more or less in the same wave." Chris said, looking at all the campers.
Then Chris took some marshmallows and threw them to the campers. "The next campers are safe to play another day. Dramaman, Sammy, Mike, and Lilly."
"Also, Shawn, Sky, Charlotte, and my boy Topher are safe, so take your marshmallow." The four campers took their treat, Charlotte catching both hers and Sky's treat, giving it to her with a smugly smile.
After that, the host look at the 2 remaining campers smirking. "And for the last marshmallow, we have a hard election. Amy, your bossy attitude had made you many enemies, including Samey. And Jay, dude, you are not doing your best in the challenges. Not cool, dude. At least for now, this is a team game."
"And remember if one of you is the most popular player in the season. You will be safe. Anyway, the last marshmallow goes to. . ."

"Amy."
Amy caught the marshmallow and split it in two, eating one half while glaring at the skater.
At that moment, Jay stood up, putting his arms in front of him, trying to protect himself from Chef. "WAIT! wait, you cannot eliminate me, I have an Immunity Idol."
Amy and Sammy gasped, and all the other campers jaw dropped at Jay's statement.
But Chris only smirked and leaned toward him. "Excellent, that is quite the twist. Can you give me the idol? So I can certify it's authenticity."
"I CAN'T. Someone stole it from my bag, I had it hiding with my clothes, but someone found it and take it away." Jay said in a loud and desperate voice. "You cannot eliminate me yet. I am almost there."
Chris shook his head. "Sorry, dude, but no idol, no immunity. You should be more careful with it."
The skater tried to ran, but Chef caught him in a moment and put him into the vest of failure.
"Wait a minute." Shouted Jay. "Sammy, Sammy! I love you. Let meet again after you are eliminated. I will be waiting for you."
Sammy was about to say something but was interrupted.
"Stop lying like that. You only love yourself. You don't know the first think about Samey. So stop whimpering and get lost once and for all." Said Amy in a loud tone, glaring at the skater.
The skater's eyes bulged. "IT ALL YOUR FAULT! You mean twin, you ruined your sister relationship. THIS IS NOT OVER!"
"Stop barking, Jay. Didn't you realize that is that big mouth of yours the cause of all your problems? I will give you a piece of advice, try to think before you talk." Said Topher, who couldn't hide a big smile on his face.
The skater looked with contempt at the host-wannabe, then his eyes went wide with horror at the realization. "YOU! AGGGGHH!"
But before Jay could say something else, the chopper of shame pick him up and 'accidentally' plunging him in the lake before taking him away.
"Some last words? Someone wants to bid him farewell? No one?" Chris said as the 9 remaining ferrets began to go to their cabins.
"Just as I thought. The hunt is over, but the season is still full of challenges and Drama. Which twin will win their bet and become the best twin? Who borrowed Jay's immunity idol? And what will happen with the foxes and ferrets the teams didn't found during the challenge? Some of these questions may or may not be answered in the next episodes. Tune in to find out this is Total Drama: Tyranny of the Masses.
Author Notes:
The challenge is over, and Jay is out of the competition. But what will happen next? What will happen in the Duncan/Beth/Alejandro triangle? And what will happen in the ferrets now that their truce is over? Find out the answers to the next chapter of Total Drama Tyranny of the masses.
Well, this episode, I tried some new things with the expressions and the dialogues, and also some action scenes. About Jay, I have mixed feelings. He was always thought of as an early boot. In fact, he never tried to help with any of the six challenges. But in the end, I decided to go with the original plan. I hope it didn't disappoint many of his fans.
