Chapter one:

Ink approaches the cafe of which Error invited him to. He's currently in a strip mall area as it is where Error asked to meet. He runs over in his head how he will approach his feelings. He has to tell Error. He's going to make it today. He gets to the cafe and notices Error is sitting at a patio spot. He does also see something rather unexpected.

Error isn't alone as Blue, Underswap Sans, is sitting beside him.

Ink can see the two happily talking together. He curiously heads over to the table causing Error to turn to him.

"I-Ink! You m-made it!" Errors greeting causes Blue to also turn to look to him.

Both of them are smiling and Ink has a sinking feeling. They watch as he sits down across from them at the round table.

"I h-hope you don't m-mind Blue joining us?" Error brings up and Ink smiles waving it off.

"It's fine. We're friends. It doesn't bother me." Ink decides that he will have to tell Error another time. He didn't know Blue would be here. He doesn't think it'd be fair to do it in front of Blue.

The three turn as the waitress comes over.

"Can I get anything started for you?" The waitress asks Ink, as Error and Blue have drinks in front of them. She is a slender white bunny monster, who is a little taller than most bunny monsters, her eyes are a light blue, and she's wearing a maid like outfit with black high heels. She is holding a silver circle serving tray to her chest. Her smile kind and polite.

"Just some coffee with extra cream and sugar." Ink confirms to which the waitress nods then leaves. He turns back to the two as they turn to him with that done.

"So. I-Ink. There is s-something I wanted t-to talk to you a-about." Error admits to which Ink tilts his head in curiosity. He smiles a little more. "I w-wanted you t-to be the first t-to know. Since y-you're my closest friend."

Friend.

That single word feels like it struck Ink hard as if it was a physical weapon. He tries to not show it though.

"Me and B-Blue decided to t-try dating." Error finishes his explanation and Ink makes himself smile more.

"That's wonderful! I'm so happy for the two of you." Ink pushes down his pain realizing he's already too late. He can't let them know that something is wrong. He can't let them know about his feelings. He doesn't want something to go wrong. He knows Blue sometimes puts others before himself. He fears Blue would leave Error to make Ink himself happy to be with Error. He doesn't want that to happen. He also doesn't want Error to possibly hate him for his feelings, or even be angry about them especially after such an announcement. He'll just hide his true feelings and only show happiness. "How long have you two been together?"

"Just a week really." Blue admits looking glad that Ink is happy for him. He really seems to have been wanting Inks approval to his relationship with Error. He leans against Error rather happily.

"Well you two look good together." Ink informs them reminding himself to not smile too widely. He knows Error could catch on that somethings wrong if he's not careful. He thanks the waitress who brings him his drink then she leaves.

"Thank you!" Blue grins widely at Ink as he shifts up to drink some of his hot chocolate. He never was a coffee type skeleton. Then again he'd probably get to a super hyper mode with coffee, so it's probably for the best.

"H-How have things been g-going for you?" Error brings up as there's not much left to say about the relationship.

"It's been going fine." Ink moves his hand by his cup, he stopped reminding himself to give it a little time to cool. Though he grabs the handle anyways. "I've been working on some paintings. Got this huge one I just finished the line work for. I've been wanting to do it for awhile. I also got to visit Dream and Cross. Nightmare and Killer popped by as well. You can see such a different side to Nightmare when he's with Killer. It's fascinating." He takes a careful sip of his drink. He finds it is hot though if he's careful he should be okay. He lowers the cup as Error replies.

"Sounds l-like you've been k-keeping yourself busy." Error mentions to which Ink nods.

"Yeah a little."

"Do you like someone?" Blue brings up and Ink takes a few moments to decide how to answer that.

Ink supposes that everyone might be wondering who he ends up dating. He tried to not make his feelings obvious. He is also one of the last of their friends to not be dating. He is joined by Classic Undertale Sans, Lust Lusttale Sans, Farmtale Papyrus, and just recently Dust Dusttale Sans.

Dust had been dating Blood, Horrortale Sans, however Blood fell in love with Farm Farmtale Sans.

The two ended up breaking up with a fight, as Blood decided to be honest with Dust about his feelings, so Blood lives on his new boyfriend's farm now.

Blood and Farm started off pretty well despite Bloods break up. He was sad for awhile before deciding to let it go, to be a good boyfriend to Farm.

"Not really." Ink tries to shrug off the question. "I haven't really been looking." He knows that part is true, because he holds such a strong love for Error. So he didn't feel the need to look for someone. He just can't say it now. He doesn't want to ruin things or possibly lose his friends. He'll just keep quiet. He takes another sip of his coffee.

"Well I'm sure that you will find someone you like." Blue assures Ink who lowers the cup to the coaster that was given. He leans forward placing his arms casually on the table. "Whoever can win the great Inks love probably will be quite an amazing skeleton." He is guessing it'd be a skeleton as the skeletons seem to prefer dating each other.

"Heh. I'm sure of that." Ink agrees for a brief moment wondering if Blue knows. He would be quite angry if Blue really is teasing him. He doubts he could stop himself from snapping if thats how it is. He studies Blues looks and how he speaks when he says another thing. He wants to make sure.

"I hope you find them soon." Blues eyes are shining with no sign of mischief, his smile slightly wide with genuine hope for Ink, and he is relaxed. He doesn't even move to cuddle Error, showing that he isn't intentionally rubbing it in Inks face.

"Thanks." Ink does feel some relief for that Blue doesn't know his true feelings; at least not that he's showing it. He feels silly for thinking Blue would be the type to rub it in, if he does even know Inks feelings.

The conversation ends up drifting to more casual things. Like some adventures they've had in the city, with different AUs living together, and some recent events.

After some nice chatting they head off for now.

When Ink gets to his home he presses his back against his closed front door. He slides down until he's sitting with his back still to the door. He pulls his knees close burying his face into them. "Why? Why did this have to happen!? On today of all days!" He sobs to himself refusing to move for a good few long moments. He lets himself cry it out as he stays there. He eventually gets up and heads further into the house. He does so after he manages to calm down. He sits on the couch with a sketch book. He taps his pencil on it just staring at it. He can't come up with any art ideas. He tosses the sketchbook away, along with the pencil, then takes off his sash. He tosses it away and sighs as the numbness of emotionless takes over. He just knows that he can only do this when alone. Since he can't let others know something is wrong. He can't tell anyone in worry word will travel to Blue and Error.

At least no sash here is some relief from the pain.

The next day...

Ink adjusts his sash as he prepares to go out. He can't stay locked up in his home no matter how much he wants to. He won't let the others know that something is wrong.

Suddenly a knock comes to his door.

Curious Ink opens the door to find Dust standing there. "Oh. Hello Dust." He greets offering a smile. "What brings you here?"

"There was something I wanted to discuss with you." Dust admits staring right at Ink. "Can I come in? Friend."

"Oh. Um sure." Ink moves back letting Dust come in.

Dust closes the door behind himself then surprises Ink when he locks said door.

"What are you doing that for?" Ink questions taking a step back in nervousness. He yelps as he is suddenly tackled to the floor. He closes his eyes and gasps, as the impact on the floor knocks his breath away. He is now laying on his back on the floor. He can feel the others hands on his wrists pinning them to the ground. He opens his eyes to look up at Dust seeing a dark look to him. "Dust! What's going on!? Let me go!"

"No." Dust growls as even his voice sounds dark, like he snapped his sanity further than when it first snapped in his home world. "You're the friend to the multiverse. Including Blood and Farm." He leans closer so their breaths mix. "I can't do anything to Farm because Blood hangs around him so much. So I thought that since you're good friends with them I can hurt them both." He forces Inks hands above his head to hold him down with one hand.

Ink tries to squirm to get away but Dust manages to move between his legs. He can't get a proper angle to try to kick the other off. He's truly stuck as Dust is leaning too close to him.

"Of course I won't let you tell anyone what happened here. Besides. It doesn't seem like you want Error to know your feelings."

Ink pauses as his eyes widen.

"Don't think I didn't catch on. If you tell anyone what happened here then I'll make sure Error knows. He'll leave you so fast. He'll be disgusted with you. Also I'll kill anyone you tell." Dust chuckles as Ink trembles at the thought. "I want everyone, Blood and Farm especially, to watch you fall into despair, refusing to tell them why. Only able to just watch it consume you." He chuckles showing full darkness and insanity. He uses his free hand to pull off Inks scarf.

"You don't have to do this!" Ink tries to plead with Dust who ignores him. He sees the other toss the scarf to the side, then go to remove the clothing at his waist and below. "Stop! Please!" He begs trying to squirm even harder.

"I'm going to leave your sash with your paints on. I want you to feel every emotion as I destroy you mentally." Dust hisses then bites harshly on Inks neck.

Ink whimpers in pain knowing the other has left a most likely temporary mark. He tries to get out only to be forced onto his hands and knees.

Dust slams a hand down on the back of Inks neck. He pushes Inks face, that has turned sideways so one side is on the floor, against the floor. "No one is going to come help you." He snarls as Ink was about to try to call for help.

Ink knows that his neck will be bruised with how rough the other is. He doubts his neighbours homes will be close enough to hear him scream for help. He also fears what Dust will do if they come to save him.

"Now be a good boy and maybe it'll all be over sooner."

Ink whimpers. He has no choice in this. He can tell Dust is a lot stronger than he is. He is pinned as Dust uses his own body to help keep Inks body in place. He closes his eyes just trying to escape into his mind. He tries to block out what is happening.

When it's all done Dust gets off of Ink adjusting himself to look normal.

Ink flops to the ground whimpering in pain as Dust showed him no mercy. He lays there trembling on the floor.

"Remember. You can't tell anyone. I'll make sure Error leaves you for good if you do. Then I'll kill you. As well as anyone you tell it to. You know. It's too bad for you that Error decided to be with Blue instead of you. If he had gone with you this wouldn't have happened. Oh well." Dust unlocks the front door and leaves smirking to himself. He makes sure that the door is closed behind himself. He heads off still smirking. His revenge has begun. He pulls out his phone to see if there is any invites to hang out. He finds one from Blue and Error. He accepts and heads over to Errors home where the hang out will start. He wipes the smirk off of his face turning it into a smile. He lets the darkness be hidden by a mask of friendliness.

Ink doesn't want to move. His body hurts from it all and his bones sting, from where he was scratched by Dusts fingers. He knows that they'll heal like the bruises plus the bite mark. He just swears he'll forever be able to feel them there. He no longer cares what anyone will think. He's not going anywhere today.

Dust chuckles as Error tells him about when Ink just sat with popcorn watching in amusement, as Error himself was about to kill a Sans back in the old days.

The old days when they were all separated in their own worlds. Before the worlds became one and created one big AU for them all. With many cities on the surface for all of the AUs to live in. Without making one city too big.

"S-Since we had the f-first come first s-serve rule, to stop a-any fights between u-us after we b-became friends, he just d-decided to watch w-with his popcorn. I g-got a bit a-annoyed at first b-but that Sans w-was so fucking confused. I-It was hilarious." Error chuckles as he finishes the story. He is swearing since Blue went to the kitchen to get them some snacks. He knows his boyfriend isn't a fan of swears. So he'll watch his mouth when Blue is around. For now he can swear since Blue isn't too close.

"That is so hilarious." Dust chuckles smiling widely. "Ink can be such a goofball when he wants to be."

"Yeah. H-He sure c-can." Error agrees then the two turn as Blue comes out with some snacks.

Blue had made a veggie platter, some sliced meat, cheese, and poured some pop in cups for them.

"T-Thanks babe." Error shares a kiss with Blue, after his boyfriend puts the tray down on the dark wooden coffee table.

"It's no problem. Enjoy!" Blue sits next to Error joining the two in hanging out.

Dust holds back laughter at how casual it all is, as the two have no idea what he's done.

AN:

So, right now I really don't want to actually write what happened in that one part. So I'll just leave it as implied. It is just for the sake of the story after all.

Also this whole story was written on my phone. So hopefully I caught any autocorrects.

I got this idea when looking back at An inconvenient love that I had also made. Then it just ended up writing itself.

KitKat.
