A/N: Some shocking news in this chapter of who is Bella's biological father. And also this chapter is dedicated to Gabby Petito, who was murdered, by who or how she was murdered, won't be released until tuesday, so until then keep down the specalations of who it might be, I know deep in myself who it might be, but until we know how she was killed and maybe of who, I will keep it to myself for the time being. I hope she will be able to rest in peace, when truth is out. And also to you readers of mine, I thank you from bottom of my heart of your kind and sweet comments.

Part 4 - The Real Father of Bella and Folk's reactions

Few weeks later, Bella and Paul ran into the council home of the Elder's meeting, and when the doors flung up and there stood the two, Bella with a letter in her hands, and she also looked absolutely furious, and Paul had shock and fury too on his face, as he too had read it after seeing Bella's reaction to whatever it said, so Josh stood up, said

"Whats going on here, why are you two furious and shocked, aswell barging into here?"

At that they both took a breath or two calm down for the moment, then Paul said

"First of all, we are very sorry to barge in like this, we will not do it again unless it is an emergency. But Bella got her letter of who her real, biological father is today. And it made us both furious of not knowing who he is before today. He is total liar mind you, of lying and hiding away who he is to her all this time. Isn't that right, Billy?"

Most of them gasped in shock of hearing Paul say his name, as Bella glared at him, and said

"And you wanted to marry me off with your son, who is my little brother now that I know the truth, how sick are you really in your head to think you could hide it through maybe doing that to me, when you know how much I hate your son with my guts for how much he would stalk me around like a love-lost puppy dog after my ass?!"

Many sat in shock and their heads went back and forth of the two, as Bella then turned to Old Quil, said

"I may be his biological daugther, but I want nothing of him or know him as such, as he never claimed as his own, nor told the truth of him being my father to Charlie either. What coward he is, and you want him as your leader of the tribe now after hearing this?!"

Paul held her waist from behind her, and just kissed her shoulder, to calm her, as he knew how to do so, as she told him before that if she became agiated or angry, that or to hold her in his arms, helped her anger to simmer down abit.

Billy sat in shock of being outed like that, and that she had done a DNA test to find out without telling anyone of it, except for the Uley parents, who gave a soft smile and then Jos stood up, said

"If he doesnt want to claim you now, then back when you were created, then myself and Alison will claim you as our daugther, as we have fallen in love with you since you were a kid and began hanging out with Sam, Paul and Jared since Jacob nor his twin-sisters were absolutely horrid to you, as we saw what others missed out to see how they treated you. Besides you are now dating Paul, and we accept that you do unlike others. For we unlike the blind ones can see how love the two of you have for each other."

Many were in shock still, and Billy said nothing but glare then look down onto his lap, as Old Quil said to shock him further,

"It will be accepted to claim her, Josh, Alison, as you are much better parents than anyone else around her life. So welcome to the tribe officially, Isabella, as you are now claimed by the Uley's therefore your new name can be chosen at later date by yourself or your parents input. Until then and that bonfire of your new name and family, you are free to go home. Billy we need to talk with you, so stay back."

And the two took hands, and left the building as they knew they had been forgiven for barging in, but now they knew who her true father is, they needed to speak amongst themselves about this revelation, and do some decisions aswell. As they all knew that the children of Billy's would know the truth at the bon-fire as the twins were going to come home and see everyone again after leaving in a coward's way, and Jacob would learn that the girl he had feelings for was his own big sister by another woman, and therefore that love for her will have to end by that being said at the bon-fire.

The two went to Sam's new house, as he recently moved out but next door to his parents' and he had also broken up with Leah, as he felt they were too different, and wanted to end things with her, and she taken it rather badly too. As she still came around his new place and harrass him badly every day. And every time, he had to call her father or brother over to take her back home and leave him alone still.

The two knocked on the door, and saw Jared, Kim there too, as Jared and Kim recently had begun dating each other too. Bella and Paul sat down, as Sam said

"I heard of my dad's that you two barged into the meeting, what was that all about?"

Jared and Kim gasped of that being said, for that was something you didnt do unless it was an emergency, as Paul said

"We did so, for Bella got her letter of who her biological father today, and it made us both furious and went there to confront his coward's ass."

"And who is it?" Bella said while reading the letter again out loud

"Dear Isabella, as you didnt know who your biological father is as of yet, we won't write out what you are to this day of this letter reach you, is not your real name, therefore we won't write it out either. But your resultats is in, and we are to tell you that you are 99.9998% Renee Dwyer and William Black's daugther, after you also sent in DNA from different people for us test against your own DNA. I hope it gives you some peace of finding out who your real father is. With Kindest Regards, the DNA Family Unit of Seattle."

Many of them gasped in shock and anger, as Jared said

"And when they heard it what happened then?" Paul said angrily

"He didnt even say or do anything to her, just sat there like a big coward he is, and Sam, your parents claimed right there and then Bella's as their daugther if he didnt do so when they had said their peace of it, since he didn't, Old Quil approved of such, and Bella is now part of your family, and she will get her new name by them or by her own choice with their input of what to have for name now."

Sam just smiled, as he said

"And I can accept you as my little sister, Bella, for I have felt that about you since you came back to Forks few weeks now. So if my parents gets approved at the bonfire of your naming ceremony, then you are despite anything still my little sister, for I always wanted one."

Bella just smiled tearfully at this point, then gave him a tight hug and kiss on his cheek. Jared and Kim just smiled happily for her as Kim then said

"And I am happy that you found out who your real father, too bad he is a giant coward when things comes around him. And I am happy for you, Sam, and your parents that she is claimed by your family, for you are 1000 times better as one, then Billy has ever been a father to his other children. Everyone knows that the twins more or less left La Push for more selfish reasons then what was being told."

Bella snorted at this, as she said

"Oh I know they did so, for I still at the time of Rebecca getting married and moving to Hawaii, that she did so for her own selfishness over losing Sarah in that car-crash that also rended Billy into his chair of his. What others not know, is that he caused the accident in first place too."

"What how do you know this?!" Bella rolled her eyes, as she said

"For Charlie took his statement, and I was with him that day it happened, and I overheard the whole thing, as Charlie told Billy to stage it as an accident that he swered of the road into that tree to avoid some animal than over being the drunkard asshole and killed his wife, as she fought with him to get off the road and let her drive back home for she was at least the sober one of the two. He got furious and drove off into that tree, and got her killed and himself into that chair. I heard it all, and was absolutely furious with both of them trying to hide it."

"Does the Elders know this too, B?" Bella shook her head, as she said

"They took notice of me and hearing it, so they threatened me with rape and killing me too, if I told anyone about this. And as just 10 year old at the time, it terrified me, but now I am an adult, and a murderer's daugther, I felt it was time to tell finally. Paul knew as I had told him in my many letters of this, and he kept it quiet for my sake too. So we will tell Old Quil about this too later note."

As a voice from the door said

"Tell us what, Isabella?" Bella gulped as they all turned to see Sam's parents and Old Quil only there at the doorstep, as Paul said

"Tell them, baby, it is time for them to know the truth about Billy's bullshit story about Sarah's death."

"What Bullshit is this you are talking about?" Bella sighed, then she pulled out a recorder out of her pocket, then she pressed play, and everyone heard Billy Black and Charlie at the scene of the accident of Sarah's death had happened, and they heard every detail of what happened that day in reality by their voices. When it had ended, Old Quil said

"Why now and not back then, Bella?" And Bella told them about the threat of being raped and murdered by the two if she ever told them about what she might have heard that day when the accident had happened, and it made those three even more furious, as Old Quil said

"I will call you all in for an emergency meeting tonight at Council Hall, bring that recorder with you, Isabella, as you need to be there, same with you others in this room. It is time to set the records right, and let the FBI know this too."

"They know, they just need your call, Old Quil, for their assistance of this." At that he nodded, and took the phonenumber and an phone to call the FBI agent that helped Bella with this before she arrived in town. Paul held her in his arms, as Josh and Alison sat down too by them in shocked anger and disbelief of what been heard and said so far. Old Quil said after hanging up;

"The FBI will join us by tonight at our bonfire and make the arrest, as we will invite down Charlie despite your feelings about him, he needs to be here too to hear everything being laid out about him and Billy, as the children of his will also hear it all too."

Making everyone nod their heads, as Alison helped to distract Bella for now from tonight by helping her to cook up a storm of lunch for everyone here. Which all were happy to see, and were happy to have a warm meal for lunch too. Paul sat watching her cooking, as he knew how much she loved to cook in normal ways and he had a smile on his lips while watching her do so. Josh and others just smiled too seeing this on his face.
