Four weddings and a maze

Last time on Total Drama Tyranny of the masses, we have our 6th Blast from the past challenge and the public chose Niagara's fall wedding, a classic one from our world tour season. But this time the twist is that they have to perform 3 different challenges instead of 2.

First, the couples have to elope together through a giant hedge maze, which is full of surprises. Once they exit, they'll share an intimate moment in the nuptial chamber, in which the groom and bride need to reveal a personal or humiliating secret to advance. Finally, it's time for the classic tightrope bride walking, only this time the is no need to fill customs at the end.

And our four couples are doing their best: the beauty and the beast, the former villains, master and slave, and of course the weakest couple of all. These 8 contestants will be doing their best because only one couple will get immunity tonight.

Which of the couples will beat the rest? Which intimate secrets will they dare to reveal? And of course, which couple will divorce tonight, sending one of the partners out of the island FOREVER? Find out now here, in Total Drama Tyranny of the Masses.

Duncan and Sammy entered the first open room they found. It automatically closed as soon as they were inside.

The place really was worthy of the name "nuptial suite." It was a big room of at least 40 square meters (450 square feet). It had a king-size bed, a fireplace, a bar, and even a Jacuzzi! A big window in which you could see a nocturnal landscape. The dim light made it feel like it was night.

"Wow! This is bigger than my own apartment," said Duncan, smirking.

The twin nodded. "It's not bad. I can get used to this."

Then the screen that was over the fireplace turned one, showing Chris smiling smugly.

"Congratulations on escaping the maze. This is the second part of the challenge. Please get comfortable as I explain the rules," said Chris in a normal tone, not chuckling nor mocking.

"This is a race, remember? So stop yapping and tell us quickly what we have to do," said Duncan in a snarky tone.

The host chuckled. "Also, this is a recording, so don't ask questions or make smart remarks. You'll look like idiots. Sadly I'm sure it's already too late."

"Hahaha, he got you," said Sammy winking at him.

Duncan shrugged. "Nothing to say, your honor. He got me fair and square."

"Inside the safebox in the closet, you'll find two bracelets. You need to put them on and wait for 3 minutes until they're done starting up. Once ready, you must tell a secret to your partner. It must be something humiliating, intimate, or both. Once you say it, DAM and Dawn, our double D team, will evaluate if the secret is really intimate and true. Once you two tell a valid secret, you'll be able to enter the last part of the challenge," said the recording in one go.

"But what if we tell the truth, but the system thinks we're lying?" asked Sammy in a concerned tone.

"As I'm a recording, asking questions is stupid," said Chris, as Sammy blushed and frowned. "But don't worry, the system is fair, so there won't be any cheating. Also, if you lie, you will have a penalty of 2 minutes before you can tell a new secret. So be honest."

"Good luck, but more importantly, try to make this entertaining," said Chris laughing as the screen turned off.

The delinquent walked to the closet and took the bracelets, suddenly throwing one to the twin. "Catch!"

"Jerk!" shouted the twin as she caught it, almost dropping it. She then put it on her wrist. "Did you already think of a secret to tell me?"

Duncan smirked. "Don't worry, I have everything under control. And you be careful to not ruin everything, cheerleader."

"Who do you think I am? Don't worry I-" there was a small silence, and she sighed. "I have decided about what I'll say, and it'll be ok."

As she talked, Duncan went and crouched next to the minibar, looking inside it. "What kind of suite doesn't have food?"

"Are you really thinking about eating right now?" asked the twin, raising an eyebrow.

"Hey! It was a chance to eat some real food. The last time I had some real food was that steak one month ago," said Duncan rubbing his stomach. "And don't dare to call that Chinese egg real food."

Sammy chuckled and shrugged. At least the challenge wasn't boring.

Confessional: Duncan

"I'm not sure if they want to hear our secrets or just want some interesting and dramatic gossip, but I have a couple of them ready," said Duncan showing his tongue's piercing. "Sadly, I don't think they'll be what Chris wants to hear."

In another room, Cody and Lilly were sitting at the center table. They just arrived and put the polygraphs on their wrists.

"I'm surprised by the gadgets they're using in this show. I knew it was a mechanical island but wow, the paintball guns, the kart's engines, and even that robo-Zeke. It's like we're living in the future," said Cody looking in awe at his bracelet.

Lilly smiled timidly and nodded. She felt a warm sensation on her chest, looking at how happy he was.

"Sorry for boring you," said the Codster, blushing and rubbing his neck. "I just love technology, and this time on the island has been wonderful."

The treehugger panicked, waving both hands. "Oh no, don't worry. I love to hear you talk like that."

"Thanks, you're really kind," said Cody while making a wide smile that showed the gap between his teeth.

Then both heard an alarm. "You can start confessing now. Please tell one secret at a time."

Cody panicked. What should he say? Something embarrassing? Something personal?

"Ok, let me try. I'm glad to be back in the show. I don't really hate Total Drama," said Cody, but then they heard a buzz.

"That wasn't a personal secret. Please try again after the penalty time," said the mechanical voice.

Cody snapped his fingers. "Darn it. Of course, it won't be so easy. Your turn."

Lilly blushed and said something in a low and inaudible voice, which was followed by a buzz.

"The secret is unintelligible. Please try again," said the mechanical voice.

Lilly looked dejected at the ground, almost crying, but Cody rubbed her back.

"Don't worry, just relax. Next time we'll do it," said the brunette boy, winking.

The treehugger tried to relax and nodded. She needed to keep her act together for Cody.

Confessional: Lilly

"I'm so ashamed, Cody was about to lose the challenge, and it was my fault. Worse of all is that I can only think of a secret that would work. But I don't know if I can get the courage to say it," said Lilly in front of the camera, lowering her head, worried.

In another room were Mike and Courtney, looking at each other. Their clothes were still stained with mud. Both were wearing bracelets and thinking about what they should tell each other.

"Do you have any idea of what to say?" asked Courtney, tilting her head.

Mike rubbed his arm. "Honestly no, I have so many things in my head, but I don't think they are worthy. And you?"

She made a small smile. Maybe it was the influence of the ogre or that his companion was Mike, but she felt she could say it.

"Yes, I don't think it counts as a secret or not, but let's give it a try. Do you remember when we talked in the docks at night?" asked the Latin girl, her expression more solemn than before.

Mike nodded. "Yes, about finding yourself and how to live your life."

"I was raised to be the best by any means necessary. I was strong, smart, and pretty. I learned that everyone else was there to help me climb the social ladder. If they were your friends, they would let you step on them so you could achieve success," said Courtney, her voice low and constant, Mike nodded.

"I never thought about it. It was the natural way of doing things. Growing, going to college, marrying, all was as my parents told me it should be. I thought it was my decision, that it was the path I chose," she said, her tone getting more upset.

"And it wasn't?" asked Mike, his eyes fixed on her.

Courtney shook her head. "In the end I was alone and bitter. Studying laws wasn't what I expected, but my mother insisted it was for the best. She tried to manipulate me using my love for her to keep me in college. If I loved them, I should do my best effort and finish law school-"

"That's horrible," said Mike, covering his mouth.

"No, it was the usual. Every time I tried to make a decision against my mother, she would talk about how much she loved me and how sad she would be if I didn't do this or that. But she never showed me any affection. She wanted my success to tell everyone how well she had raised me, that everything was thanks to her, like some kind of school project," said the Latin girl, looking sadly at the table.

"But I was so hungry for her love and recognition that I stopped thinking. I just acted as she wanted. I became the same kind of person she was," she took a deep breath. "But I don't want to be like that. I want to have friends and to be happy. To not feel bitter with every decision I make, to not look at everyone like a possible enemy. So I left everything. And I came back to the show to talk with Gwen and ask for her forgiveness as my own choice."

Mike was awed. He never expected her to have so much emotional baggage. The bracelet was already green-colored, meaning she passed.

"So you didn't come back for Duncan?" asked Mike looking at her with wide eyes.

She chuckled. "To be honest, before the show I didn't care about him. I was too hurt after what he did, and also… I was ashamed of all the things I did to him." She then smiled. "But I think one confession is enough for a day. Your turn."

"Why did you tell me this? It wasn't better to tell this to Duncan?" asked the spiky-haired guy.

"I think you and I are really alike. I felt more confident talking with you, at least until I gathered the courage to talk with Duncan," she said, making a small smile. It was an honest and beautiful smile.

He nodded and stood up. "Then I'll share something personal with you." He took a deep breath and looked seriously at her. "The reset button never existed. It's a false memory I created to protect myself."

"WHAT!?" shouted Courtney looking at him with wide eyes.

"It's only a confession per day," said Mike chuckling, his bracelet green colored. "Now, let's go. We have a race to win."

Confessional: Courtney

"I can't believe he just told me that, but what does it mean?" Courtney put a hand under her chin with a confused expression. "Now I understand what Mike was saying at the docks. But if what he says it's true. How did he get cured of his disorder?"

Confessional: Mike

"I never thought that Courtney had so many issues behind her. That explains why she acted like that all the time. It must be harsh to realize that what you think was right was actually hurting all your friends and yourself," said Mike sighing sadly. "At least she seems to be doing better than some days ago."

Inside the room, Sammy and Duncan were waiting for the bracelets to start up. The twin was at the table, resting her head over her hands, while Duncan was still looking around the room.

"Do you have to search every corner? I mean, I knew you were a delinquent, but this is too much," said Sammy in a bored tone.

Duncan chuckled. "It's not like we're robbing. There are cameras everywhere, so if I took something, they would know."

"Except if you steal it without them noticing it, right?" replied the twin smirking.

"You learn quite quickly, but I really miss the old you who was more polite," said the delinquent looking at the bar, but he didn't find food, only cutlery. Maybe he could take some knives?

The twin smirk turned into a playful smile. "I'm sorry for not being the same old Sammy, but you must admit you're having a good time with the new me."

Duncan also laughed, but before he could reply, both heard a ping from their bracelets. It seemed they were ready.

"Ok, twin, are you ready?" asked the delinquent, sitting across from her.

"What? Aren't you going first?" asked Sammy, raising an eyebrow.

He ran a hand across his mohawk. "Oh, c'mon, it takes time to warm my engines. Please do the honors."

She folded her arms and sighed. "Ok I'll go first." The twin cleared her throat but didn't say anything.

There were a few moments of silence. Sammy cleared her throat again but didn't say a word.

"Are you doing it, right? Or are all those ahems your secret?" said Duncan in a snarky tone.

"I know, but it's not that easy. I'm opening my heart here," replied the twin in a harsher tone.

Duncan raised his hands and chuckled. Then both stood silent again.

Sammy took a deep breath. "I used to hate my sister, but I have forgiven everything she did to me, and I honestly want to start anew. There I say it, and it's recorded."

The twin was blushing and trembling a little. Even if it seemed easy for her, it was really hard to say those words, but she wanted to convey those feelings. Her bracelet then began to blink with a green light, signaling it was true.

Duncan clapped. "I'm sure your sister feels the same. You have grown, cheerleader. I can't believe just 1 week ago you and your sister were at each other's throats."

"Thanks for the support and everything, but this is a race, and it's your turn. Can you hurry up and tell your secret, confession, or whatever," said the twin, smiling.

He smirked, took a deep breath, and then… nothing.

The delinquent cleared his throat and ran his hand through his mohawk again.

"What are you doing?" Asked the twin, blinking.

"Gathering courage, as you say this isn't easy," replied Duncan in a harsh tone.

"What? You really weren't ready?" asked the twin looking at him with wide eyes.

He rolled his eyes. "Of course not. Who is ready to tell an embarrassing secret on International tv."

"Ugh! You're the meticulous and ever-ready bad guy. Why are you getting cold feet at the most important moment!" said Sammy, rolling her eyes.

"Sorry for not being perfect," replied the delinquent. He then took another deep breath. "But I got it, so stay quiet and give me some space."

The twin folded her arms and looked at him with a puzzled expression. He then took ANOTHER deep breath.

"I'm in love with Courtney again," he said, in only one brief and simple sentence.

"What?" asked the twin, blinking.

Duncan blushed and smirked. "I originally came only to apologize and make amends, but somewhere along the way, I fell for her again."

"And that it's your secret?" Sammy asked as Duncan's bracelet also turned green. "But that isn't a secret. It was obvious you were still head over heels for her."

"Don't fuck with me cheerleader! It isn't that obvious," said Duncan. He cursed to try to dissimulate his embarrassment.

She rolled her eyes. "Ugh, men are all the same. You basically drool every time you see her and help her in the challenges, even when you two are opponents. You couldn't be more obvious even if you wanted."

"Ok, maybe it's more obvious than I expected," he replied, playing with his nose piercings.

"Let's go, lover boy. We still need to win this challenge," replied the twin standing up. "But it was nice seeing you so embarrassed. You were almost cute."

The delinquent just chuckled and followed her. He had lost this round against the twin.

Confessional: Duncan

The delinquent was smoking in the confessional, with a big smirk on his face. "Ok, I'll never admit it, but saying it aloud was really refreshing. I don't believe she'll forgive me or take me back, but I just couldn't help it. I fell for her again." He then blew a long line of smoke before smirking. "What can I say? I'm a simple man with simple taste."

Confessional: Sammy

"The idea of this challenge seemed horrible at first, but it's really good. I feel reinvigorated after telling my feelings for my sis," said the twin, making a big smile, which turned into a smirk. "And also looking at Duncan flustering. Hahaha, I swear that every day I discover something new about that delinquent."

In another room, Brick was walking around. His face and hands had a lot of red welts caused by the bee's stings. But he was worried about other things.

"Ma'am, this is a race! Did you really need to take a bath?" asked Brick in a harsh tone, frowning.

"But I can't keep running covered in some nasty and stinky cream," said Heather as she came out of the bathroom wearing only a towel.

The cadet looked away, blushing. "Can't you get dressed in the bathroom?"

"You were the one saying we need to hurry, no?" she replied while putting on the bracelet. "So while I get dressed and my bracelet starts up, tell me your secret."

"Ma'am, you can't demand me to tell you my secret in that harsh way. This is supposed to be a heart-sharing moment. And you sounded like you don't care about what I have to say," said Brick, still facing the wall.

Heather rolled her eyes. Why was he such a crybaby? "I don't mean it like that. I'm just stressed about the race and I say it in a harsher way than I wanted. Just take your time and tell me your secret when you're ready."

Brick made a small list of all the things he could share with her, but in the end, he decided to go for something personal. "I felt happier designing clothes and wearing them than in the army. I also love the army, but it's in fashion where I felt really fulfilled."

"Really? You seem like the typical soldier for me. I thought you really enjoyed that kind of thing," replied Heather while putting on her wedding dress. She wrinkled her nose after noticing it still smelled like sour cream.

"I also love the army, but it's just different. I won't mind pursuing a career in the army, but I think I'll be happier as a fashion designer or model," replied Brick rubbing his neck.

Heather took a deep breath. "That sounds wonderful. I hope you can do what is best for you." Her words sounded honest but her expression betrayed her.

"Thanks ma'am, I really mean it," Brick smiled. Maybe she wasn't that bad.

The Queen Bee then took a big knife from the bar and hid it in her dress. It could be useful later.

"And what is your secret?" asked Brick now in a happier tone. "Also, please tell me when you're all dressed."

"I can't say it until this piece of garbage has finished starting up," said Heather while looking at her bracelet. "And I'm already dressed, so you can turn whenever you want."

The cadet turned but was still red after what happened. "I think we're a little behind the others. I just hope we can catch up with them."

"You worry too much," Heather said as her bracelet pinged. "Look, it's my turn."

Brick kept quiet. He knew how hard this challenge was. But for the Queen Bee, there were other worries on her mind.

What should she say? Yes, she could lie her way out of this, but even if she could fool the machine, that annoying creepy girl would surely call foul.

Then again, she could reveal something, but she was on international tv, so she didn't want to reveal any secrets. She already embarrassed herself enough in past seasons to do it again in this one.

She then decided to go with a simple one.

"I-" but she couldn't say it. It was TOO EMBARRASSING. And that jerk would be so full of himself if she just says it like that.

"You?" asked Brick, looking at her intently.

"Don't pressure me!" shouted Heather. The cadet winced and nodded.

The Queen Bee then debated again about her secret. It was the best, it was embarrassing but not degrading. Also it would make that bastard happy, but aside from that, he would rub it in her face for the next 10 years.

But then she had an idea. It was perfect. She just needed to say it without saying it. It was genius. It seemed her lessons were paying off.

"Even after all that happened, I still have the same feelings for Alejandro I had before the season started," said Heather, making a proud smile.

There was a small silence. Brick blinked and wasn't sure what it meant.

"Ma'am, those that mean that you're still in love with him? or not?" asked Brick, looking at her with wide eyes.

A voice was heard from the speakers. It was a soft and sweet voice. "The sentence was too ambiguous. Can you please repeat it but in a more clear way?

Heather blushed. Now thanks to this idiot and the creepy girl, she needed to do exactly what she didn't want to do.

"My feelings for Alejandro hadn't changed. In fact, they're probably stronger after all that happened during this season," said Heather slowly, trying to be as clear as she could.

"I understand that, but what is that feeling?" Brick's face then beamed, "Could it be that you still love him?"

Dawn's voice was heard again from the speaker. "Can you answer Brick's question? Please?"

Heather's face was redder. "I think it's quite obvious, so stop ganging up against a poor maiden and just tell me if we passed or not the stupid test!"

The bracelet then turned green.

"Great, now we can go on. Let's go, Brick," said Heather, standing up quickly and pulling him out of the room.

The cadet followed her. He was quite happy. Now he wsa sure, Heather wasn't that bad after all.

Confessional: Brick

"I'm so happy for Alejandro. It seems Heather still loves him. Or at least that is what I think she said," Brick then put a thoughtful expression. "I mean, she didn't really say it, but I'm almost sure she means it. I just wish he was here to hear it."

Confessional: Heather

"How dense can someone be? It was OBVIOUS what I meant," said Heather tossing her braid. "I'm sure Sergeant Blockhead and the creepy witch just wanted to mess with me. I swear if I didn't need to boot Duncan, I would vote him out of the game."

Heather and Brick came out of the nuptial suite. In front of them was a big chasm, connecting both sides with 4 ropes. The couples needed to walk across the rope to win the challenge.

"I-I didn't think the distance would be s-so big," said Brick, his voice trembling.

But the Queen Bee eyes weren't at the ropes or the chasm. They were fixed at the other people already walking on the ropes.

"I can't believe you can walk so fast being so thin Mike, just try to not fall over Courtney once you go down," shouted Duncan, smirking. He was carrying Sammy in his arms.

"Shut up Duncan, at least he knows how to carry a bride," shouted Courtney. She meant to sound playful, but she sounded quite harsh.

The twin chuckled. "I think he isn't that bad. But Mike, aren't you worried about Zoey getting jealous."

"I don't think Zoey would get jealous, so if you want, I can carry you next time Sammy," said Mike in a playful tone.

"Hahaha, you didn't sound like yourself at all. When did you become so confident Mike?" said Duncan laughing.

Heather looked with cold eyes at the couples and walked toward the side of the gorge, but instead of one of the free ropes, she went toward the one Duncan and Sammy were using.

"Ma'am, if you use that, we'll lose. There is no way we can pass over Duncan," said Brick, lowering his unibrow.

"I never thought about walking on this rope," said Heather, crouching and taking out the knife she brought from the dress. She then began to cut the rope.

Brick dashed toward her. "STOP! You can't do that!" He then tried to take the knife from her.

"What are you doing? Take your hand off me, you idiot!" Said Heather, struggling against him to keep the knife.

"Winning like that isn't winning. Please, stop this," said Brick, but she was stronger than he thought.

The Asian girl kicked him in the leg. "I told you to GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME!" But then her leg got tangled with her skirt, and she fell off the gorge, taking Brick with her.

They screamed all the way down to the lake, swimming as quickly as they could to the rescue boat as sharks began to go after them.

"It's your fault!" said Heather. She was drenched wet and her dress ruined.

Brick was also drenched and lost his tuxedo jacket against a shark. But the cadet didn't answer her provocations. He just glared at her. After a while, Heather stopped insulting him and sat at the other side of the boat.

But the damage the Asian girl did to the rope was enough. After a couple of steps, Duncan felt the rope lowering.

"Duncan!" shouted Courtney as soon as Duncan's rope snapped.

"Fu-" he couldn't finish cursing before he and Sammy began to fall.

But the delinquent grabbed the rope, holding the twin with his other arm.

"Just in time," said Duncan, smirking. "Now, can you climb?"

Sammy looked at him with wide eyes. "There was no need for you to do that! We could just fall into the lake."

"Are you sure? Those sharks seem hungry," replied the delinquent smiling. "And I'm sure you don't want to get wet."

The twin made a small smile. "You're right, ok, let's climb. At this pace, I'll become a professional climber by the end of the show."

Now it was a race among Mike crossing the rope and Sammy and Duncan climbing to the top. The winner would get tonight's immunity.

On the nuptial suite, the last couple was still struggling to make their confessions.

"Oh, c'mon, it can't be so hard," said Cody rolling his eyes. So far, they have failed 3 times.

"I'm sorry," said Lilly, lowering her head.

The brunette guy waved his hands, "Oh no, it's not your fault. I mean it's a hard challenge, and we both have underestimated the meaning of revealing a secret. We can just hope the rest did the same."

She lowered her head, the treehugger knew what her secret was, but she was too embarrassed to say it aloud. But she needed to do it for Cody.

Cody sighed. "Well here comes nothing. I didn't want to say it, but I think it's just appropriate. I consider Heather my friend and a really close one, but I'm really upset because she voted me out of the game during the quiz challenge."

There was a small silence, and then Cody's bracelet turned green.

"Ok, this is really therapeutic," chuckled Cody and then winked at Lilly. "Now it's your turn. Just het off your chest something that had been bothering in you."

She took a deep breath. He was right, it was for the best to just say it.

"I like you."

It was as if time itself stopped. Every person watching the scene stood silent as she continued. Her voice was low but clear.

"At first I just admired you, but after getting to know you better, I fell in love with you. Not of the music star or the celebrity, but the guy that tries his best," Lilly's voice was trembling, and she was blushing, not looking at his face.

"Wow, thanks," said Cody blushing, not knowing what to do either. Then her bracelet turned green. She not just confessed but also was being completely honest.

What should he answer? Yes Lilly was cute and kind, and Cody flirted with her a couple of times, but he never thought seriously about it.

Then the screeching sound of the loudspeakers saved him.

"AND THE CHALLENGE IT'S OVER. Mike and Courtney get the immunity. The members of the remaining 3 couples are for elimination in tonight's ceremony. See you at the campfire," replied Chris, chuckling.

Cody stood up quickly. "Darn it, we were so close. It's such a shame. Let's talk about the elimination later. See you."

And with those words, Cody ran away from the room, not giving her any chance to reply.

Confessional: Cody

"And now what should I do?" asked Cody, looking worried at the screen. "I mean, she's cute and all, but I met her for the first time 30 days ago, and yes, sometimes couples like Geoff and Bridgette work like that, but she isn't exactly my type. Why do I have to be such a good catch!"

In the underground control room, Steve, Chef, and Dawn looked at the competition from multiple screens.

"I'm glad she got the courage to make her confession. Her aura is sparkling," said Dawn, making a small smile.

"Yes, that will be wonderful for the ratings," said Chef rolling his eyes. He then looked annoyed around the room. "Hey, Steve, where are the other interns? I wanted to ask for a coffee."

"Brian is on the boat under the gorge. Susan is cleaning the maze. And I think Logan was fired," said the chubby intern in a sad tone.

Chef slammed his fist against the desk. "WHAT? But that damn junior was a hard worker, and his salary was even lower than yours."

"You really know how to motivate me, Mr. Hatchet," said Steve, making a sad smile. "And I don't know the details, but he was fired yesterday. Didn't you notice he wasn't helping to build the maze?"

"I was too tired to notice every damn detail. But I would need to talk with that damn Chris, he can't keep firing those damn inters, especially the one who brewed the best coffee," said Chef, shaking his head.

Dawn stood up and rubbed the big man's back. "Don't worry, Chef, all will be alright. Life is all about hellos and goodbyes. There is no use getting angry at that."

"Thanks little witch," said Chef, making a small smile. "You don't know how to prepare some coffee, right?"

"My father says my coffee is the 5th most disgusting thing he has ever tasted, but if you want, I can prepare some," said the aura reader, nodding.

The big man stood up and went to the door. "Don't worry, you're the guest. I'll prepare it myself."

After he went out, Steve smiled and looked at Dawn. "I would love to taste your coffee. I don't think it's so bad."

"You're too kind Steve," said Dawn, smiling.

"But I have a question. Can you really read auras through a screen?" asked the chubby intern, who secretly loved occult stuff.

Dawn chuckled. "I lose some colors and hues, but in general, I can do it."

Steve nodded and looked at her with wide eyes. Aura reading was really fascinating.

Confessional: Dawn

"I'm so happy to come back, it's a shame I can't visit my friends, but it was fun to watch and help during the challenge," said Dawn smiling at the screen. "I hope to keep using my powers to help others."

On the tables behind the cabins, Cody, Courtney, Sammy, and Heather were already together. Tonight was an important night.

"At last, we control the game. With just our votes, we can tie the votation," said Heather, smirking.

"I can't believe it. After today's elimination, we'll be basically in the top 4," said Cody, nodding.

Courtney put a thoughtful expression, "The question is, who are we voting out tonight?"

"That's easy, Duncan," said Sammy, winking at Heather.

"Why Duncan? He's basically alone. Lilly and Mike are more dangerous," said the Latin girl, trying to not talk too loud.

Cody replied, talking a little faster than usual. "Duncan is smart and good at challenges. He can organize the other players to vote together. I don't think Lilly is more dangerous than him."

"Also, did you forget he cheated on you, Courtney? I think it's time to take him out," said Heather, making a mocking smile.

"That's already in the past Heather, right now we need to make the best decision for our game, so please leave my private affairs out of this discussion, " replied Courtney, using a harsh tone like the one she used in the old days.

"And eliminating him is the BEST decision for our game right now," shouted Heather, hitting the table with both hands.

Cody stood up, extending his arms. "Ladies, Ladies, CALM DOWN! We're all allies, remember? We're all nervous because we're so close to the final, but let's stay cool."

"Cody is right, sorry Courtney. I just wanted to help," said Heather in a cracking voice.

She tried to manipulate me, and now she apologizes. The nerve of this woman thought Courtney, who decided to play nice.

"Don't worry," said the Latin girl, trying to not show any emotion.

"Anyway, I'm with Heather on this one. We should vote for Duncan. With our 4 votes, it wouldn't be a problem," said the brunette guy, now that all seemed calmer.

Sammy looked worried at the table. "Is there no other candidate? I'll vote for whoever you chose, but if Courtney doesn't want to vote for him, I think we should think about it."

"I'm fine Sammy, thanks for your concern," said Courtney, but her expression was a serious and cold one. "It's 3 against 1, so let's do what Cody and Heather want."

Heather smirked. This was easier than she thought. The Queen Bee then stood up and hugged the Latin girl.

"I'm sorry, Courtney, but don't worry, it's for the best," she said, trying to hide her smirk.

"If we all agree, let's meet again in tonight's elimination," said Cody as he walked away. There was something he needed to do before tonight's elimination.

Heather and Sammy also walked away. Courtney's expression turned from a serious frown to a small smile. Maybe Heather was right, and she needed to stop hanging with Duncan, but not for the reasons the Queen Bee thought.

Confessional: Heather

"I considered eliminating Brick, but watching Courtney's reaction, we need to get rid of Duncan ASAP. Obviously, she's working with that jerk, so I need at least one more vote to replace her. It seems I will need to talk with Mike and Lilly," said Heather tapping her chin.

Duncan was leaning against one of the dock's pillars while carving a piece of wood. There was still some time before the sunset, but he came early to meet with someone.

And some heavy steps announced the arrival of that person.

"Sorry, I'm late. I needed to take a shower before coming," said Brick rubbing his neck.

Duncan smirked, "I can't believe your nerve G.I. Brick. You call me here and then make me wait for more than 20 minutes. Your mother would be ashamed."

"I know, I'm sorry," said the cadet, lowering his unibrow, "But I was soaked after the challenge and didn't want to catch a cold."

"Hahaha, you're too much. I was joking, man! Who cares about 20 minutes," replied Duncan, holding his sides as he laughed.

Brick shook his head and squinted at the delinquent, "So funny Duncan. You should stop making those silly jokes before it's too late."

"Don't be so serious. It was just a harmless joke," said the delinquent as he stood up, putting his knife and the piece of wood in his pockets. He then talked in a forced tone. "But if it makes you feel better, I'm sorry. I didn't want to hurt you."

"You're a jerk sometimes," said Brick, laughing at the delinquent occurrence. "But I guess it's just part of who you are."

Duncan shrugged. "But you came here to talk about that favor I owe you, right? So tell me, who do you want to vote for tonight?"

The cadet took a deep breath, and then he looked fiercely at Duncan. "I didn't want to make alliances or vote against someone in particular, but this person it's not only cheating, but risking others just to win. So I want her out of the game."

"Hey, chill out man. No need to be so serious," said Duncan patting Brick's shoulder. He wasn't used to seeing him like that. "I promised to help you so just say the name, and I'll vote her out."

It was at this moment that Duncan crossed his fingers behind his back. There was no way he would keep his promise if the person was Courtney.

"I hate it because she's my friend's girlfriend, but I need your help to eliminate Heather," said Brick. There was no emotion in his eyes or his words.

"Heather?" Duncan made an effort to not smirk. "It'll be hard, but let's try. I'm sure you're not the only one tired of her attitude."

The cadet nodded. "Thanks. I'll try to talk with others but I think we had a good chance. After all, Heather only seems to be close to Sammy and Cody."

"You seem to be very well informed for someone who didn't like to play the alliance game," said Duncan in a mocking tone.

"I don't like it, but I like to watch people. I may not look the part, but I'm a really good observer and love to focus on those small details," explained Brick rubbing his neck.

"Ok, let's do our best tonight then," Duncan said, offering Brick a handshake.

The cadet shook his hand firmly. "Thanks, Duncan, I hope this works."

"Don't worry, let's just do our best," said the delinquent.

After that, Brick went to try to find Sammy while Duncan met with Lilly and Mike. The delinquent couldn't believe he was so lucky.

Confessional: Brick

"I want to apologize to both Heather and Alejandro. Alejandro, you're my friend, and Heather, I'm not proud of ganging with others to eliminate you, but I'm afraid that you'll hurt someone in the future. I hope this experience helps you to change your ways," said the cadet bowing at the camera. "Sorry Alejandro because I know you love her, and sorry Heather, but you didn't leave me any other choice."

Mike was walking out of the treehouse. It was his moment to have revenge against Heather for voting out Amy.

This was also helpful because today Lilly failed to win the challenge. Was it because she was with Cody? He needed to keep an eye on her.

Then he heard a voice greeting him, a voice that he didn't want to hear.

"Good evening Mike, do you have a minute?" asked Heather in a sweet voice.

"Heather? I think we haven't talked in a while. What do you want?" Mike tried to act nonchalantly, but it was obvious he didn't want to talk with her.

The Queen Bee made an effort to not reply or shout because she needed him, but she hated that arrogant attitude of all these nice guys.

"Please don't be angry. I have a proposal for you," said Heather, making a lovely smile.

Mike shuddered. It was weird to see Heather with that kind of expression. "Sorry if it's about tonight vote. I prefer to go alone."

"Don't be like that. You want to win the million dollars, right?" said Heather in a low and charming voice. "Then at least listen to me."

"Ok, I'll listen to you. But stop beating the bushes and tell me who you want to vote out and why," said Mike, his expression colder and more serious than before, with a lock of hair falling over his forehead.

Heather's smile turned into a smirk. "Ok, as you wish. Duncan's a big danger. He not only won immunity in the past challenge but also has a good social game. He has Brick and Courtney in his pocket. It's a matter of time before he eliminates us."

Mike thought about it. Was that true? Could Duncan be playing him and Lilly while also being in cahoots with Brick and Courtney?

NO! Maybe Courtney, but Brick already left Amy's alliance because he didn't want to play like that. It didn't make sense he would now be with Duncan.

"Really? You may be making that up only to eliminate him," replied the spiky-haired guy, tilting his head.

"But that's not all," added the Queen Bee, "He also betrayed Zoey and Amy during their eliminations."

Mike blanched. "WHAT! What do you mean?"

"He feigns being their friend, but just think about it. In Zoey's elimination, Courtney and I voted for Alejandro, but somehow Zoey was the one that ended in a tie with him," said Heather, putting on a sad expression.

"Because you have an immunity idol," replied Mike, glaring at her.

She smirked, "But Duncan knew I had an immunity idol. He won't vote for me."

The spiky-haired guy was perplexed. It was too absurd to be true.

"And also Amy. Sammy asked me to not eliminate her, so I voted for Brick. And somehow, Amy was eliminated. The numbers don't work. Either Brick or I should be eliminated." Heather's tone was sad.

He also suspected there was something weird. After all, they had 4 of the 10 votes. Did Duncan really betray them?

Mike's expression became sinister, maybe it was true or not, but it didn't matter. His voice was softer, "Ok Heather, I'll think about it. Thanks for the information."

"Don't worry. I hope you'll make the right decision," she said, making a big smile before turning away.

The thin guy stood there thinking about it. While Heather cursed her luck, she never thought the goofy Mike would be so hard to crack.

Confessional: Mike

He was glaring at the camera, but his tone was serene. "Should I trust Heather? She's a snake who wants to save her skin, but what she said makes sense, especially Amy's elimination. I have to think carefully about who I should vote for tonight."

In the forest, Cody was leaning against a tree. He just hoped Lilly would appear tonight, especially after what happened during the challenge.

It wasn't the first time a girl confessed her feelings to him. Even if he isn't the Casanova he claims to be, he isn't inexperienced. Not only Sierra, but other fans, both from the show and the drama brothers, also express their feelings for him before.

So, why did he run away? The answer was obvious because Lilly was different from the other fans. She wasn't pushy or direct, she was polite, soft-spoken, and introverted, but even then, she somehow made it to the top 8 of the competition.

But even if he knew she was his fan, he never expected her feelings to be like that. Maybe he was blind and her crush was too obvious, but somehow he, a love expert, didn't notice it.

Did he hurt her? He hopes not. He wasn't sure of what to think, so he panicked. Lilly isn't ugly. In fact she has beautiful red hair, but she isn't exactly his type. Maybe if he could know her better.

But as he was agonizing about this, the treehugger walked into the woods. She was blushing, with her hands behind her back. And didn't dare to look at Cody's face.

"Oh, hello Lilly," said Cody in a nonchalant tone.

She nodded and spoke in a soft and inaudible voice.

He stood up and walked next to her. "Sorry I didn't hear you."

"I said that I'm sorry, please forget what I said during the challenge," said Lilly in a sad tone, her voice cracking.

"What? Why?" Cody was shocked. It was true he didn't know what to do, but he didn't want this either.

She shook her head. "I don't want to bother you or force my feelings on you. I'm more than glad just to be friends."

Cody felt guilty. He was so worried about himself that he didn't think about her feelings. "Don't say that. I must say I was surprised when you told me your feelings. But I'm happy you feel that way."

"Really?" The treehugger looked at him with wide sparkling eyes.

"Really. It's just that I'm not sure about my feelings, so can you give me some time to think about it?" asked the brunette boy, joining his hands in a prayer-like gesture.

Lilly nodded wildly. "Of course, take as much time as you need. I'll be waiting."

She then hugged him, Cody after the initial surprise, also hugged her.

"But please promise you'll give me an answer, even if it isn't what I hope to hear," said Lilly in a soft tone.

"Don't worry, I promise it," replied the brunette guy. "And even if we don't date, I'll always consider you my friend."

"Thanks Cody. That means a lot for me," replied the treehugger showing a big and tender smile.

Then he began to walk away. He felt liberated. Now he could try to figure out his feelings before giving her an answer.

She looked at him, blinking. "Aren't we talking about strategy tonight?"

Cody ran back. He almost forgot they needed to talk about tonight's elimination.

Confessional: Cody

"I'm glad I could mend my relationship with Lilly. Now I just need to figure out my feelings for her and give her an answer. Phew! It's so hard being so sexy, " said Cody wiggling his eyebrows.

She was inside the boathouse. It was small, cramped, and dirty, just as the one in Wawanakwa. It was the third time they meet here, and so far, everything worked,

But even then, it brought back old memories, memories of a simpler time. How could she be so blind and stubborn? If she could trust him more, would things be different?

She still had to figure out what to do. Talking today with Mike helped her a lot. She at least took it out of her chest. Now the question was…

"Princess, are you here?" asked Duncan entering the boathouse, interrupting her inner dialogue.

"You're late," replied Courtney, folding her arms. "How did it go?"

Duncan smirked. "Just as we planned, Mike, Lilly, and Brick are voting for Heather."

"Brick too? I thought he wasn't part of your alliance," asked Cortney tilting her head.

"Don't underestimate my charm," replied the delinquent, wiggling his unibrow.

Courtney shook her head. "Ok charmer, Cody, Heather, and Sammy are voting for you tonight. So your "charm" still has room for improvement."

"Hehehe, that's part of the plan. You go under the radar while I'm the one in the middle of the target." Said Duncan, showing his classic smirk. "That way, in the worst scenario, I'll go first, and you'll still have a chance to win this."

Even after almost 40 days together, she still couldn't believe his words. Did that make her a bad person?

"Yes, I know, you'll make me win this season," lied Courtney, making a small smile.

"But we need to thank Alejandro, his plan is awesome. With you in an alliance and me in the other, we know where most of the votes are, and we can just decide the elimination with our 2 votes. It's a clever plan. No wonder they controlled the foxes," said Duncan, winking.

The former CIT sighed, "Even then, we can fail if someone betrays us. So be ready for the worst, ok?"

"Princess, are you worrying about me?" said Duncan, his smirk turning into a smile. "You'll make me blush."

"Maybe, you're my ALLY after all," she replied seriously. "Now, if you excuse me, I need to make preparations for tonight's elimination."

Duncan nodded and let her go. She still seemed distant. Did he ruin everything after the climbing challenge? He would need to think about that.

Confessional: Courtney

"Am I really becoming a better person, or am I just the same manipulative and abusive person as before? I want to tell him, but once I see his face, I just get paralyzed," Courtney sighed, hugging her legs. "Why is doing the right thing so hard?"

It was nighttime. The campers were already sitting in the tree stumps, waiting for the host. Of the 24 original contestants, 2/3 were already eliminated, and today one of the remaining 8 will join them.

Chris arrived at the scene carrying the tray with the marshmallows and followed by Dawn, who waved at the campers.

"Ok, tonight I want to thank our special judge for her help in the challenge, or more specifically to find out when you were lying," said Chris shaking his head. "I wish I could trust you enough to avoid these measures."

Dawn smiled. "Oh my Chris, your brown aura is showing you're lying."

"Stop doing that and go with Chef. You're returning tonight to Mihtâtamowin beach," said Chris, the aura reader nodded and went away quickly. Courtney was a little disappointed. She wanted to talk with her.

"Anyway, you know the tune. I have in my hand a tray with 7 marshmallows. These are equivalent to your life. The camper who didn't receive one of these will wear the vest of failure and ride the chopper of shame out of the island FOREVER." Said Chris in a neutral voice, looking serious at the contestants.

Duncan chuckled. "Or at least until you bring us back as special judges or some weird thing like that."

"So funny Duncan, so funny," said Chris glaring at him. "Now everyone, go to the voting booth and vote for your least favorite camper. If you're not sure, just vote for someone green-haired."

"Nice try, but your joke is still lame," said Duncan shrugging.

The campers then went inside the cabin to vote. Opposed to what Chris said, everyone knew for whom to vote.

Vote confessional: Brick

"I don't think you're a bad person, but your ways aren't only dishonest but also dangerous for the rest of the team. I hope you realize you're wrong and change in the future because I had a good time alongside you," said Brick, saluting at the camera.

"Twenty-six minutes per episode," shouted Chris from outside the cabin.

The cadet blushed and then quickly pressed a button on his tablet.

Vote confessional: Sammy

"Ok, I'll surely be yelled at later, but I think it's the best play. So sorry, but you are going," she pressed the button on her tablet, "DOWN!"

Vote confessional: Cody

"Ok, I'm a little sentimental, and I know it's only a game, so I hope this is the correct decision. It's just a game after all," said Cody, voting on his tablet.

The host nodded, looking at the results. "Usually, you're better than this. I can't feel the thrill this time. But I forgive you because your vote was amazing, so let's go with it.

"Mike and Courtney, our lovely winning couple, here are your honeymoon marshmallows," said Chris, throwing the treats to them.

"I'm sure Zoey'll hate this episode," said Courtney rolling her eyes as she and Mike caught their marshmallow.

Chris then threw another 4, "I also have one for Samey, Cody, Lilly, and Brick."

Duncan and Heather smirked. He knew this would happen, but for the Queen Bee, it was a surprise. But she still had 4 votes.

"And here we're, I have 2 marshmallows and the two campers I wouldn't mind see eliminated. In fact I wish I could make a double elimination tonight," said Chris, chuckling. "Duncan, you have been annoying, and your piercings and mohawk are out of season, and Heather, you're vile and twisted as always. But sadly I can only eliminate one of you, so the last marshmallow is for . . .

"Duncan. So it's goodbye Heather, I'll not miss you."

"That's impossible. I have the votes!" shouted Heather, who then glared at Cody. "It was you, right?"

The brunette guy shook his head. "No I didn't. Even after finding you voted for me in my elimination, I didn't have the heart to vote you out."

There was a big gasp.

"Wait a minute, how did you find out she voted for you?" asked Chris, glaring at Cody.

"It's figurative speech," said Cody, making a sheepish smile.

Courtney stood up. "It wasn't him Heather, it was me."

"YOU! why?" Heather gave the former CIT a death glare.

"Because you tried to manipulate me, you say Alejandro cheated on you just to use me to vote for who you wanted. That was low even for you," said Courtney glaring back at her. "So this is payback."

The Queen Bee tossed her braid. "Bah. And I thought you could see the bigger picture. Yes, I lied to you, but that damn criminal is also fooling you. I'll laugh so much when he eliminates you again."

"Did you finish spitting venom? I think you have a flight waiting for you," asked Duncan, also glaring at her.

After flipping a bird to him, Heather walked toward the docks, followed by Cody and Sammy.

She looked at the vest with disgust and put it on. "I hope you at least wash this."

"You're really charming. No wonder how you reached so far," said Chris, making a mocking smile.

Sammy walked toward Heather and hugged her. "It was fun."

"At least you beat your sister Samantha," said Heather, making a smirk.

"Yes, please be kind with my sister," said Sammy rolling her eyes. She couldn't believe how smart and manipulative Heather was. She could learn a thing or two from her.

Then it was Cody's turn. He gave her a true hug. "Next time, I hope you trust me instead of using me."

"I can't believe you didn't vote for me. You're an idiot," said Heather trying to show a strong front, but in the end, blushed a little. "But thanks, remember you still owe me 376 dollars."

"I hope you-" But Cody's reply was interrupted by the chopper of shame, who hooked Heather's vest when Cody was still hugging her.

Cody was holding Heather with too much strength when the chopper hooked her. So after a moment, he fell to the ground, and she sank into the lake before being carried away.

"CODY YOU-" cursed a dampened Heather.

"SORRY!" shouted Cody rubbing his neck.

"And at last, the Queen Bee is out of the game, and in a splashing way," said Chris laughing at his own joke. "But the game continues. What will the Heather alliance do without Heather? What is happening to Mike? And does Cody understand the meaning of figurative speech? Find out in the next exciting episode of Total Drama, Tyranny of the Masses."

Author Notes:

And another one of the old winners is out. But what will happen next? Will Cody continue voting with Courtney? What will happen between Max and Lilly? And what did Mike means with his secret? Find out in the next episode of Total Drama Tyranny of the masses.

Sorry to Aleheather, but it was the moment of the Queen Bee to exit the stage. It's a shame because I really enjoy writing her, but we're now in the top 7, and only 2 will reach the final.
