A/N: I wrote this over a month ago and I finally made it to my goal of 1000 word.

Summary: After doing some training with Hawks, Denki was ready to debut.

"Hey, Mister Aizawa?" Mina said with her hand raised.

"Where's Denki?" Mina asked.

"Ooh. He's doing work studies with Hawks." Aizawa said nonchalantly.

The class erupted into chaos.

"Hawks?!" Mina questioned.

"The Number Three Hero?" Hanta shouted.

Aizawa's right eye twitched.

Chatter rang around the classroom.

"Quiet down! I'm not supposed to tell you this." Aizawa added.

"I thought only students with hero licenses can do work studies." Izuku asked.

Aizawa sighed. "Well...the Hero Commission made a special expectation."

Mina, Hanta and Eijirou frowned. They weren't too close with Denki anymore but they still wish he told them instead of finding out the truth about this from Aizawa.

Under the Hero Commission and Hawks' watchful eye, Denki flourish under his quirk training.

He helped design a gauntlet that allows him to emit electricity in whatever direction he wants it to be.

He tried to make a real-life version of Thor's Hammer but failed. It would have worked if he had an electromagnetic quirk that way he could fly with it.

"Hey, do you think the Hero Commission would let me have jet boots or something?" Denki asked while working on his blueprints.

Keigo tilted his head before thinking.

"Probably." Keigo said, before dialing the President.

.

.

.

The President obliged, thinking Hawks should have at least having a sidekick that can catch up with him.

There was a big learning curve with the jet boots Denki quickly learned to use before he used them on patrols with Hawks.

"No wonder we don't have a lot of Heroes just flying around with jet boots." Denki thought as look above from the ground.

In Chargebolt's official debut he was all over the news and trended on Twitter.

There was a huge villain fight where an ice-powered villain kept a mall hostage.

Hawks tried destroying the ice barrier with his feathers but the ice was too thick.

Denki pulled out his work phone and hacked into the Mall's System and found its blueprints.

"It looks like if we go through the sewers we can enter through the west wing of the mall." Denki said.

Keigo's face scrunched up. He hates going underground.

"I can go alone." Denki said.

Keigo shook his head and said, "Bad idea. They will drag my name through the mud if anything goes wrong. I'm still your boss after all."

Denki pouted and Keigo hesitantly gave in. At least he didn't have to go down into the enclosed sewer.

"If anything goes wrong, I want you to follow your contingency plan."

Denki nodded before heading down into the sewers.

A few minutes later, Denki was inside of the mall.

"I'm in the west wing." Denki said over his earpiece.

"Good, some other heroes already showed up. We are trying to break the ice. If we only had someone with a fire or super-strength quirk." Keigo said.

Over the earpiece, Keigo's eyes when he heard yelling.

"Chargebolt?" Keigo said.

"I...I gotta go." Denki said.

"Chargebolt!" Keigo yelled.

Denki took off his earpiece and slid it across the cold floor of the mall and held his hand up.

"Good. At least there are still heroes who care for the people instead of fame and glory." The Villain said.

Sweat began to form on Hawks' face when he realized his sidekick was in grave danger judging by his tone.

"Hawks! Look!" A Pro Hero said.

"Huh?" Keigo said.

Hawks was astonished to see hundreds of civilians exit the mall's doors.

"I made a hole!" Another Pro Hero said.

The Heroes quickly helped the civilians exit the ice barrier.

Hawks' eyes widen when he heard static over his earpiece.

It must be Chargebolt!

"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare ya!" Chargebolt said over the earpiece.

"Chargebolt! If you have...I would had-"

"Don't worry about it. I'm a smartkid, remember?" Chargebolt interrupted.

Hawks chuckled and said, "I know."

It took a couple of minutes for the civilians to clear out the mall. They had to send a scout team to find any other civilians who got lost on their way out. Ambulances were called but thankfully no one was fatally injured.

"Make sure you get your report done by tonight." Hawks said.

The two blondes were sitting on a rooftop of a building eating their lunch.

"Tonight?!" Denki said.

Keigo chuckled and explained he was joking.

"One of the perks of having a big agency like me is having workers do the tedious stuff like writing and filing reports for me." Keigo said.

Denki nodded.

Keigo's face darkened before asking Denki what really happened. The Mall's camera feed was down the whole time Denki was there.

"Don't worry about it." Denki said before taking another bite of his lunch.

Keigo squinted his eyes and said, "Denki!"

Denki flinched and said "Don't worry about it. If you want to know, talk to the villain in Tartarus."

Keigo swore if he was an anime character that a question mark would have appeared over his head.

Why is he being so secretive about it?

Keigo took a sip of his canned coffee and sighed. He's not too worried because he knows Kaminari is a good kid. He wouldn't mean any harm.

Denki was thrown off guard when his phone vibrated.

Mina:

Woah Denki! Don't forget about us now you are famous.

Hanta:

Nice Debut!

Eijirou:

So Manly!

Denki:

Thanks guys!

Eijirou, Hanta, Mina are typing

Mina:

We miss you! Even though we haven't known each other that long we had already gone through a great ordeal with each other at the USJ.

Hanta:

Yeah, I can tell being a Pro Hero at our age would be tough.

Eijirou:

We're here for you.

.

.

.

"I...I'm lonely." Denki said.

Keigo choked on his canned coffee before saying, "Ooh."

The older man tilted his head back and forth wondering what he could do about it.

"I mean you could probably hang out with your old classmates on your day off. I know some freshly graduated Pro Heroes who graduated in the Spring. They are around your age. They would be happy to meet you." Keigo said.

Denki hummed as he thought about Keigo's suggestion. He wasn't sure if he wanted friends anymore.

Am I too smart for friends?

"Oh yeah, I'm making it mandatory for you to go to therapy." Keigo chirped.

"Wait, what?!" Denki questioned.
