Nell hadn't been feeling well for the past week. So, she decided to take a day off while Eric went to work. Nell knew this couldn't be more than some mysterious sickness. So, she decided it was time to take a ride to the local drug store and buy some pregnancy tests. She arrives at the local drug store and goes to the pregnancy test aisle. She can't tell which one to buy. They all look like they're screaming to her with the words on the box like "99% Accurate" or "Early Results". She decided to take 3 pregnancy tests and went to the cash register and a boy who looked like he wasn't even old enough to work there rang her up. "That'll be 26.97 Ma'am" he said as she put her credit card into the chip machine and paid for it. "Would you like a bag?" He asked. "Yes, Yes Please" Nell responded with. "Thank you" she said as she walked out of the drug store and into the car. She put the bag in her passengers seat and drove home.

Nell drank water and went into the bathroom to take the first test. The first test would just have words no lines. She reads the directions and then urinates on the stick and waits for the results. She feels so many emotions at once. She at first feels like she's at her first unsupervised party and they're playing spin the bottle and the bottle lands on that really cute boy she likes. Then, she feels like a child on a Christmas Eve and. Before she knows it 3 minutes is up and the test reads... "Pregnant" she gets all giddy looking at the clock and knowing that Eric will be home soon. "What if the others don't say the same?" She thinks as the thought races through her head. She takes another one until she hears the door open. "I'm home" he announces. "Eric" she calls from the bathroom. For a moment he panics thinking "What if she's hurt?" "What if I don't make there in time?". Anyways, he rushes to the bathroom and sees the pregnancy test. "Is this real?" He asks her "I don't know I haven't taken the two other tests". "Go take them!" Eric says excitedly and walks out of the bathroom. The way he walks makes Nell laugh silently. God, how she loved that nerd and how that nerd loved her. She takes the other one which is just generic and has two lines or one line. She urinates on that stick waits the amount of time. Two lines pop up on the stick "Well" she thinks to herself. "Eric" she calls from the bathroom. He runs to the bathroom. Actually, "Run" isn't even the right word. He practically sprints there like a bolt of fast lightning. Nell has this smile on her face he sees. "Well, Looks we're having our baby"Nell said while grinning.
