Riolu is by Force Taken from his home by a Pokémon dealer, leaving Beheeyem and the rest of the gang to try to rescue him. But when Riolu discovers that he is truly a valuable collectible from a once-popular television show and reunites with his Ride Pokémon, Partner, and his faithful sidekick, he does not want to leave.

(Later, a boy riding a bike throw a newspaper at the house. Riolu was asleep on Ash Ketchum's Deck when the car pulls up outside the house. He wakes up and saw Ash Ketchum jumping out).

Ash Ketchum: Oh-Yeah! Go Pokéball! Whoo! Yes, Go Pokéball! Yes, Go Pokéball!

Riolu: He is back? Hey, everybody! Ash's back! He is back early from Pokémon Masters Camp! (Furret, Cranidos, Volbeat, and Machop are playing Pokémon TCG and look up to Riolu. Meowth (Kanto) was at the door and heard Ash Ketchum's footsteps coming closer).

Meowth (Kanto): Places, everybody! Ash's coming! (The Pokémon scattered to their places and Riolu Goes and Sits on Ash's Bed as he enters the room).

Ash Ketchum: Yes! (Humming the Tune of "Gotta Catch 'Em All"). Hey, Riolu, did you miss me? (Riolu Runs and Jumps into Ash Ketchum's Arms. Riolu Hugs Ash Ketchum for all he is worth. Riolu Cries a little at how much he Missed Ash. Ash Ketchum Spins Riolu around as they laugh together). Oh Riolu, I missed you so much! (Ash Ketchum Sets Riolu down on the Floor). Again, I am so Sorry I had to leave without you. But as I promised, I will make it up to you however you want. (Ash Ketchum Picks Riolu up again and Has Him Sitting on His Arm. Then Ash saw the Bag Containing the Pieces of Riolu's Broken Pokéball, and his smile turns to a frown). Oh, I forgot. Your Pokéball is in Ruins. That means you are a Wild Pokémon. And I do not want you anymore. (Ash Ketchum drops Riolu, and he falls towards the deck of cards on the floor and as he hit them, he kept falling through the blue area until he went into a black circle and landed in a trash can. Riolu looks around to see Multiple broken Pokéball parts beside him. Riolu gasps).

Riolu: No! Ash! No! No, Ash, no! Ash! Ash! Ash! (The Pokéball parts combine to form a Pokéball with a Riolu Picture on it. The Riolu Picture also has a line going through it. The Pokéball floats up to Riolu and Catches him inside, before sealing him inside. Riolu Starts Ponding on the Pokéball trying to escape but fails. The Pokéball begins Sinking back downward into the Trashcan. Riolu Sees Ash Ketchum appearing from the Top of the Trashcan through the See-through Plastic of the Pokéball).

Ash Ketchum: Byeee, Riolu...

Riolu: No! No! ASH! (Ash Ketchum puts the lid on the bin, making it go black. Riolu wakes up from a nightmare and saw the Bag Containing the Broken Pieces of his Pokéball. Riolu decides to see if he can fix it, so Riolu using all his Strength, Starts Jumping, and making his Way up to the Shelf where the Bag is. Riolu makes it to the Shelf where the bag is successfully. Once there Riolu hits a Couple books on the shelf, moving them out of the way. As the Books Move dust spray comes up, making Riolu cough. Riolu grabs the Bag and Smiles in his Achievement and is about to jump back down when suddenly...).
