"Are you gonna tell me about it or what?" Marie ask in a curious but annoying tone. She's talking about my date at target with Nadia. Yes we actually went to target, get over it.
"Eh I rather not" I say and giggle as Marie slaps my arm playfully. I take a sip from my now cold coffee and a bite out of my muffin while Marie was eyeing my every move.
"Do you need something Avgeropoulos? Or have you just been eating glare jam?" People sitting close to us in the small cafe started looking annoyed at us but I couldn't care less, I just have to do everything in my power to annoy Marie as much as possible, or else I might just die.
"Seriously (y/n)? Do you want me to kick you in the nuts?" Obviously I don't have nuts... or a dick for that matter but I always joke about how I have big dick energy, so Marie made joking about my non existent dick a thing.
"Yeez fine I'll tell you about it!" I giggle as I take another bite on my muffin. "First of all, she completely loved the idea of going to target so suck it" Marie rolls her eyes at me before taking a sip of her milkshake. "Anywho... I picked out one aisle for each of us where we got to pick out clothes that the other one had to wear for the rest of the date"
"I'll actually have to give this to you, good move (y/l/n)" I smirked as a sign of victory and took the last bite of my muffin. Marie and I continued talking about anything and everything until a familiar face caught my sight. Marie was in her own world as usual and didn't realize I was now giving my attention to someone else.
"(y/n), hey!" Nadia cheered and I stood up to hug her. Only then did Marie realize what was happening. She stood up and reached out her hand for Nadia to shake.
"Hi I'm Marie, it's nice to finally meet the girl I've heard so much about" I nudged Marie's shoulder at her attempt to embarrass me making both of the girls before me giggle.
"It's truly a pleasure"
"So yeah, this is, unfortunately my best friend" Marie pulls a face at my joke before sitting down again.
"Well it was nice to see the both of you but I don't wanna disturb"
"Oh trust me I would love to be disturbed from the conversation we were having" This time Marie slapped my arm making Nadia and I laugh at our childish behavior.
"Would you like to join us sweetie"
"Did you just call my girlfriend sweetie?!" I exclaim before thinking. I quickly cover my mouth, my cheeks probably already bright red. Me and Nadia have only seen each other a few times and we most surten haven't discussed this matter. Marie knows this of course and her mouth wide open, her eyes looking happier then ever. Nadia is blushing but her eyes sparkle sweetly.
"Well this is awkward" Marie utters happily and I glare at her. "As much as I would love to watch this unfold, I'll leave you two to it" She proceeded to walk away and up to the counter ordering another milkshake I assume.
"Ehm sorry or, I don't know what to say really" Nadia went around the table and sat down where Marie was previously sitting.
"I know you just blurted it out but I liked the sound of it" Her words gave me chills, the good ones of course but it made me speechless. "(y/n) I really, really like you, will you conciser being my girlfriend?" Still speechless I just smiled widely and nodded my head enthusiastically. Nadia smiled innocently at me before connecting our lips for a short but sweet peck. I wasn't satisfied with that however so I placed my arm around her neck and pushed her closer, making her giggle. This time the kiss was more heated and the only thing pulling us apart was the lack of oxygen.
"Get a room perv!" Marie shouted from the counter making everyone look at her and then us. Nadia buried her face in my neck of embarrassment. I gave Marie the finger like many times before, she just raised her milkshake and winked at me.
