Deep in space, far beyond any form of civilization or life, a star burns brightly. Its light is an unnatural, harsh white color, seeming to warp the very space around it as it spins. Suddenly, four symbols appear on the sides of the star. Four kanji, North, South, East, and West, all in their corresponding directions, shine in bright, brilliant yellow. Each symbol pulses with power, matching the power of the star they are attached to.

Then, without warning, the Southern symbol dulls into a lifeless black. The star shivers and shakes as the other three symbols grow even brighter in power. Suddenly, bright green energy appears inside the star's core. The kanji on the outside shimmer and shift as the energy builds up. Then, the kanji seems to crack, almost like glass. The green energy pulsates, then explodes outwards.

Pure star matter slings across the galaxy, its effects felt for millions of miles. As the sudden supernova comes to a stop, five shadows are seen where the core used to be. The tallest one looks around, crossing his arms and smirking widely. "So, it's finally happened."

The shortest chortles a bit and says, "Took them long enough."

Another one, distinctly female, flips her hair and says, "Those old kais knew we'd escape eventually."

A bearded one strokes his chin and grins. "Hey, how about we go and rough them up a bit, make them learn their lesson."

The final member, a scabbard on his waist, grins maniacally. "Sounds like fun. I could cut them up a bit."

The tallest turns and shakes his head. "Not know. In due time, but not now. We have unfinished business near the edge of the galaxy."

The girl scoffs and says, "You still want to finish him off."

The bearded one elbows her and grins. "Maybe he has a hard-on for him."

The tallest grins wickedly, a green aura pulsing around him. "Well, you won't ever have a "hard-on" if you continue like that." The bearded one steps back a bit, then rubs the back of his head. "Sorry boss."

The tallest shakes his head and turns out to space. His eyes narrow, searching. Then, he feels it. A familiar energy, right where he left him. Grinning wickedly, the tallest turns to his group and says, "I can feel his energy, just over the galactic horizon. If we move now, we can make it in a couple of days."

Nodding to each other, each of the group ignites in brilliant white light, the leader's aura tinged with green. Then, they blast off into the stars, eager to complete the task they started so long ago.
