The New Pokémon 2 Chapter 27 Riolu Stays

Beheeyem: Riolu, you are in danger here. We need to leave now.
Cranidos: Brodie's selling you to a Pokémon Museum in Lilycove City!
Riolu: I know. It is okay, Beheeyem. I truly wanna go.
Cranidos: What?!
Volbeat: Are you crazy?!
Riolu: Look, the thing is... Because I am a rare Aura Sphere Riolu Pokémon, and these guys are my Battling Buddies.
Beheeyem: Riolu, what are you talking about?
Riolu: What am I talking about? Riolu's Battling Buddies! Oh, it is this great old TV show, and I was the star. (Riolu picks up the remote and turns on the TV which plays Riolu's Battling Buddies with footage of Riolu riding Mudsdale). See, now, look! Look! Look at me! See!? That is me!
Meowth (Kanto): This is weirdin' me out.
Riolu: Beheeyem, it was a national phenomenon. And there was all this merchandise that just got set up. Oh, you should have seen it. There was a record player. And a yo-yo! Beheeyem! Listen I was a yo-yo!
Volbeat: "Was"?
Beheeyem: Riolu, stop this nonsense, and let us go!
Riolu: Nah, Beheeyem... (Riolu sighs), I cannot go, I cannot abandon these guys. They need me to get into this museum. Without me, they will go back into storage. Perchance forever!
Beheeyem: Riolu, you are not a collector's Pokémon. You are a child's Pokémon and best Friend. You... are... A POKÉMON!
Riolu: For how much longer?! One more Smashed Pokéball, then Ash Ketchum is thru with me! And what do I do then, Beheeyem? Huh? You tell me!
Beheeyem: Somewhere in that Aura of Power is a Pokémon who taught me that life's only worth living if a kid is loving you. And I traveled all this way to rescue that Pokémon. Because I believed him.
Riolu: Well, you wasted your time. (Riolu turns his back on Beheeyem. The Pokémon look dismayed at Riolu's decision).
Beheeyem: Let us go, everyone.
Furret: What about Riolu?
Beheeyem: He is not coming with us. (Beheeyem Floats crossly to the vent).
Cranidos: But-But Ash Ketchum is coming home tonight.
Beheeyem: Then we'd better make sure we are there waiting for him. (The Pokémon and Orbeetle enter the vent. Furret takes a sad look at Riolu before entering. Beheeyem looks back at the Riolu as he looks toward Beheeyem).
Riolu: I do not have a choice, Beheeyem. This is my only chance.
Beheeyem: To do what, Riolu? Watch kids from behind glass and never receive love again? A life. (Beheeyem enters the vent, shutting the vent behind him. Riolu did not know what to say due to the terrible feeling of turning his back on Beheeyem and the gang).
TV Riolu: Is everybody okay?
TV Tyrogue: Riolu! Hey, I knew you would make it!
TV Riolu: Now, remember, everyone, the real Strength of Pokémon are your friends and family. Before I go, kids, I want to share somethin' special with you... for the times when I am not around.
Garbodor: Good going, Riolu! I thought they would never leave. (Then they heard Riolu's TV self-singing "You've Got a Friend in Me" all to their surprise).
TV Riolu: You've got a friend in me~
You've got a friend in me~ (Riolu walk sadly to the TV).
Garbodor: Riolu?
TV Riolu: You've got troubles~
Well, I've got 'em too~
There isn't anything I wouldn't do for you~ (In the vent, Beheeyem heard the song).
We stick together and see it through 'cause~
You got a friend in me~
Some other folks might be a little bit smarter than I am~ (Then a kid appeared on the TV. Riolu watches as the kid hugs his TV self-).
Bigger and stronger too~
Maybe.
But none of them will ever love you~
The way I do
It's me and you, boy~ (Riolu pick up his Pokéball and Sees Ash's name on the bottom).
And as the years go by~
Our friendship will never die~
You're gonna see it's our destiny~ (Riolu sighs and realizes that Beheeyem and The Gang were right all along).
Riolu: What am I doing?
