Don't You Dare
"Peter..." Lucy called in a sing-song voice. "Ohh Peter."
"What is it Lu?" Peter answered right behind her. She jumped, surprised that he was right behind her, towering over her.
"Oh, Peter.." She frowned. "I wanted you to be surprised."
"Instead, I surprised you." She glared up at him and started to walk away.
"I suppose I'll have to go ask Ed if he wants it."
"Wants what?" Peter perked up and started to follow her.
"The chocolate cake I made without Susan."
"Oooh! Without Su?" Peter asked, happiness evident in his voice.
"Yup, and you won't get any."
"Why not?"
"...Because... I said so."
"HEY! But I'm the High King!" Peter whined.
"You won't be able to use that, Peter Pevensie!" Lucy broke into a run, giggling all the way as she opened Edmund's door. They found him reading on his bed.
"Eddy! Eddy!" She shrieked, jumping onto the bed. "He's going to eat all the chocolate cake I made!"
"Oh no!" Ed said, rolling his eyes as he looked up from his book. "Let him eat it."
"But I made it for you."
"Really? Okay..." Edmund set his book on his bed and got to his feet. "Let's go defend our cake, Lucy!"
Lucy giggled and followed her older brother to the kitchen where Peter was eating the warm gooey cake already.
"Peter!" Lucy yelled. "How could you!"
"How could I what?" Peter said, a look of guiltiness on his face. Edmund gave him a mock angry face and suddenly reached over to the cake, and grabbed it.
"Hey! That's my cake!" Peter groaned dramatically.
"No, it's not!" Edmund smirked with a funny look in his eyes.
"No...no, no, Edmund! Don't you dare!"
"What's wrong with you?" Lucy smiled, knowing what her brother was gonna do.
"EDMUND PEVENSIE! NOOO!"
Splat!
Cake fell off Peter's face, hair and shoulders. He wiped his eyes and licked his fingers. "Yummy..."
Then Susan walked in reading a cookbook. "Hmm.. Lucy? How about we make a ... Oh my goodness! What happened?!"
Peter, Edmund and Lucy grinned before looking at her innocently.
"Nothing!"
THE END!
