Peter was sitting on the edge of Oscorp tower in his spider-man suit looking for crime, but suddenly he heard a black widow?

"Spidey, I advise you to surrender to SHIELD now or we have to use force."Nat said.

"Is that even a choice?When you're already to shoot me with an arrow in my left shoulder?"Peter commented.

Clint stared in shock as he gets web up on the side of the building.

Nat attempts to kick Pe- I mean Spidey but he grabs her leg and throws her to Hawkeye.

"Next time, ask politely."As he swung away.

"Haha!"Tony laughed his face off while Steve and the others were disappointed.

"You got beaten by him in under one minute!Ha!"

"This isn't funny Stark!"

"Enough!"Nick shouted as he shut down the screen.

"We need a new plan, Stark and Wanda are team 1, Steve is gonna be face him alone and Nat and Clint are team 2"

"Okay, when?And what about Vision and Sam?"

"I'm pretty sure we don't need that many people."

"How am i going to when you keep using your magic to throw bricks on me!"Peter replied.

Peter then took a brick and threw it into Wanda's shoulder.

"Hey that wasn't very nice!"Iron Man exclaimed as Peter ducked to avoid a blast.

Nat tried to tackle him but he threw her into Tony's armor, disabling it.

Clint appeared out of nowhere and made his bow a staff.

"You haven't won yet."

"I don't care."

Clint got launched into the wall by a web but Steve got back up and threw his shield into spider-man's back and fell on a car in the streets.

he had to get home now so he went in a sewer.

When the Avengers couldn't find him they were called into a meeting.

"We're very sorry we-"

"He's off our agenda for now."

"What, why?"

"Cause' I'm not your boss now."

"Wha-"

"The accords, sign them."
