Hello, everyone! Here is the second chapter of Kuroko's World Adventure! The Generation of Miracles and their peers clash against the mightiest of the Tuatha army: the Dark Order; Siegfried and Alfred have a clash of their own! Enjoy!
Chapter 2 - Combat on All Fronts!
"My name is Gadflow. Leader of the Dark Order." Gadflow explained.
"Dark Order?" Kuroko and Momoi thought in unison.
"By the orders of my master Alfred, you two must die." Gadflow said.
"Not going to happen." Kuroko said, twirling his daggers before holding them in reverse grip.
Momoi nodded and twirled her staff with one hand before gripping it with both.
Gadflow charged at the two, which Momoi intercepted by casting a spell of earth to act as a tall, wide wall.
Gadflow quickly slashed the wall down, but Kuroko and Momoi already disappeared.
"A little vanishing act can't fool me." Gadflow said.
"But you should always watch your back." Kuroko said, appearing behind Gadflow and did an X-slash at the back before running off.
Gadflow grunted but didn't budge from the lacerating attack.
Gadflow changed tactics and decided to wipe out the surrounding rocks in the area by charging his sword with dark energy before slamming it down on the ground.
"Crimson Burst!" Gadflow shouted, releasing a red and black shockwave that cleanly destroyed most of the rocks, and by some luck, knocked Kuroko and Momoi off their feet a little.
"There you two are." Gadflow said, gazing in their direction before attacking once again.

Kagami blocked a downward slash from Bask. But Bask's superior strength made Kagami kneel down hard with ground cracking.
"H-He's insanely strong!" Kagami thought.
"Is that all you got?" Bask asked, mockingly.
Kagami continued to struggle. Konori quickly came to his defense by thrusting her rapier at Bask's unarmored right shoulder, stabbing hard.
Bask used his left leg to kick Konori back, but this gave Kagami to push Bask back extremely hard.
Kagami then charged with both hands on his sword and performed a whirling slash that Bask intercepted with his halberd.
Konori fired some arrows from her crossbow at Bask, but Bask head-butted Kagami and slashed through the arrows with a strong slash.
Konori scoffed.
Kagami regained his footing, only for Bask to throw him to Konori. The Seirin ace managed to plunge his sword to the ground to halt the fast momentum and regain his footing.
"Man, this guy is tough." Kagami said.
"But he has to have some weaknesses." Konori said.
"We'll just have to exploit them the old fashion way." Kagami explained.
"But you know… I'm just getting excited." Kagami continued, showing his signature grin when he's fighting strong opponents, and it now revolves around fighting.
Konori sweat dropped.
"I can say the same for myself, boy." Bask said, showing the same grin with a more sadistic manner.
"But what I'm excited for… is tearing you worms apart!" Bask hollered.
Bask charged at Kagami and Konori again.

Back at the center of the mountain, Siegfried, wielding a large Zweihänder, being a straight wide sword with an accentuated broad edge at the end and a ring on the crossguard, along with a gothic style appearance with intricate designs all over the blade that lacks a crossguard yet has a spiked flamberge design along its lower length, blocked a strong slash from Alfred.
The two backed off and prepared themselves.
"As we speak the Dark Order will finish off those brats that descent from the warriors I've fought long ago." Alfred explained.
"Don't count on it." Siegfried said.
Alfred wasn't moved by the knight's swords and charged at the knight again.
Siegfried followed suit as the two clashed more fiercely.

"Blade Whip!" Arkos shouted, shooting his bladed chain forward with sheer speed.
Himuro threw both his chakrams both straight towards the throwing chain and deflected the attack.
Murasakibara, forgoing offense and decided to strike, charged with his hammer and attempted to crush Arkos.
But Arkos easily dodged by jumping upwards and letting the hammer hit the ground, creating a massive shockwave and splitting said ground apart.
Himuro, who already dodged before his partner slammed his hammer down, was shocked.
"He dodged Atsushi, even with that size of his?!" Himuro thought.
"So annoying…" Murasakibara muttered, getting annoyed.
"It's useless to run." Arkos said, firing Blade Whip again.
"He's trying the same technique?!" Himuro asked.
"My attack will continue to chase you no matter where you run or dodge." Arkos explained.
The extending whip soon changed course behind Himuro and slashed his back before he or Murasakibara could notice.
"He got Muro-chin?! How?!" Murasakibara thought.
"And now it's your turn!" Arkos hollered, swinging his bladed chain towards the Yosen giant; hitting him from various angles before Murasakibara could react.
Murasakibara and Himuro slowly got back up despite the surprise attack that caught them off guard.
"Just give up. You two are humans - inferior to us Tuatha." Arkos explained, in a mocking manner.
"Screw you…" Murasakibara muttered.
"What?" Arkos asked.
"I don't care if you're a freak. I hate wasting effort, but more than anything - I hate losing!" Murasakibara hollered, standing up.
Smirking, Himuro stood up too.
"Guess I'll have to put you both down… permanently!" Arkos hollered.
"Blade Whip!" Arkos shouted, firing the same attack by starting with Himuro.
Himuro didn't flinch and decided to change things around.
"Mirage Shot!" Himuro shouted, throwing his chakram blades that missed the chained blade aiming towards him.
"He missed!" Arkos thought.
Himuro smirked as he "threw" the chakram blades again and this time, they collided with the chain and wrapping all three blades at once.
Arkos became shocked, but didn't have time to react as Murasakibara was behind him with his hammer held back.
"Say your prayers!" Murasakibara hollered.
"Dammit!" Arkos thought.
"Thor's Hammer!" Murasakibara shouted, slamming his war hammer down on Arkos extremely hard, causing the ground to erupt ferociously.
Murasakibara lifted the hammer off the ground, with standing below a now dead Arkos.
"Nice slam, Atsushi." Himuro commented.
"Man… I may have put too much behind that. Now I'm hungry." Murasakibara explained.
Himuro sighed.

"Rapid Shot!" Lucas shouted, firing a barrage of bullets from his bayonet at Aomine.
Aomine quickly sliced through the bullets at blinding speed, but he didn't realize Kise was flying towards him thanks to Elise hitting him with her flail.
The two knocked into each other and hit the ground hard.
"Dammit! We've been getting our asses kicked by these two!" Aomine muttered.
"Yeah…" Kise said.
"I could've taken them if you weren't screwing around with the girl." Aomine explained.
A red tick mark appeared on Kise's forehead.
"Why is it hard for you to get that I. Don't. Hit. Girls!" Kise exclaimed.
"You piece of-" Aomine said, now getting irritated.
"Flare Buster!" Estelle shouted, flinging her flail extremely hard as it's imbued with fire straight towards the Tōō and Kaijou aces.
Aomine and Kise got hit really hard as smoke came in the aftermath.
"Wow. Do you two losers ever stop complaining?" Estelle asked, annoyed.
"Typical human bickering. A shame you fail to learn." Lucas said.
"Fail to learn? Oh, that's where you're wrong." Kise explained, coming out of the smoke alongside Aomine - and revealed to only take little damage.
Lucas and Estelle were shocked.
"Impossible?! They survived?!" Lucas exclaimed.
"We've actually learned a thing or two about how losing can make us remember the times we once had before letting victory get to our heads." Kise explained.
"The importance of growth. The importance of enjoying the things you love. But most of all… the importance of teamwork." Kise continued.
"It's those key elements that are vital on one's journey to discover themselves." Kise finished.
"What nonsense. Humans forget the importance of teamwork when all they do is bicker and argue." Estelle explained.
"That's what makes us human, toots. The arguing just makes our teamwork stronger." Aomine explained.
"Yeah. Say we just drop the gloves and fight as a team - just this once?" Kise asked.
"In all my life I'd never imagine teaming up with you. Life's just full of mysteries." Aomine replied.
Aomine and Kise got up and readied themselves for another round.
"Try to keep up." Aomine said.
"You bet." Kise said.
Without hesitation, Aomine forcefully entered the Zone, but one that channels Aomine's fighting prowess. Kise followed suit by activating Perfect Copy to be in sync with Aomine.
"W-What is this power I'm sensing?" Lucas asked.
"Get ready, idiots. Round 2 starts now!" Aomine hollered.
Aomine and Kise charged at the two Tuatha warriors without hesitation, and now are switching partners.
Kise decided to take on Lucas, using Aomine's speed combined with Akashi's Emperor Eye to outpace and trip Lucas before he could use his bayonet to strike or shoot.
"Eat this! Golden Fury!" Kise shouted, rapidly punching Lucas with intense speed.
Aomine slashed through the chain on Estelle's fail, breaking it apart to the female Tuatha's shock.
"You… pig!" Estelle hollered.
Estelle tried to punch Aomine, but his insane agility allowed him to dodge easily.
"Panther Slash!" Aomine shouted, slashing in a dual horizontal maneuver like a black panther slashing it's prey with sharp claws that hit Estelle squared hard.
Estelle coughed blood as she fell to the ground in defeat. Lucas was also send to the ground hard after the ending punch of Kise's barrage finished him off.
"Phew! That was tough." Kise said.
"Heh. Guess the only one who can beat me in fighting… is me." Aomine said.
"Wow. Now Aomine-cchi's a monster in fighting monsters as he's already a monster in basketball." Kise thought, having a sweat drop on his forehead.

Takao uses his shield to block Devon's mace attack, managing to hold his ground with some difficulty.
"A little help, guys!" Takao hollered.
Akashi and Midorima came from two separate sides and attacked together with Akashi performing a dashing slash while Midorima fired two arrows from above.
Devon used his free hand to catch Akashi's sword to the Generation of Miracles leader surprised, throwing him into Takao before using his mace to smash the two arrows apart.
"Not good enough." Devon said.
Takao and Akashi managed to get up as Midorima quickly dodged a couple mace attacks from Devon before returning to the side of the two point guards.
"You two okay?" Midorima asked.
"For now. Glad you cared." Takao replied, teasing.
Midorima gave a cold-stone glare at Takao, making him quiet.
"We've wasted enough time. This battle has to end." Midorima explained.
"I agree. But it seems our friend isn't making things that easy." Akashi explained.
"So how are we gonna beat him?" Takao asked.
Devon was slowly walking as the three try to come up with a plan.
"Whatever plan you boys try, it won't save you." Devon said.
Devon charged forward, only for Takao to intercept him again.
"Trying to block me again? Futile!" Devon hollered.
Takao smirked as Devon was getting ready to strike him.
In an instant, Takao dodged by sidestepping as Devon slammed his mace to the ground, to the Tuatha's shock.
"Impossible!" Devon hollered.
"Let's just say I've got sharp eyes." Takao said, having activated his Hawk Eye in the nick of time to notice Devon's movements and dodged accordingly, which became a new skill aside from seeing the entire court and becoming the counter for Kuroko's Misdirection.
"Get him, Shin-chan!" Takao hollered, signaling Midorima to fire.
"Sky Shot!" Midorima shouted, firing an arrow upward to the sky.
"You missed!" Devon hollered.
"Fool. Today's horoscope sign is Aquarius. I'm also holding today's lucky item." Midorima explained.
"Because of that… I never miss my shots." Midorima continued.
Devon soon got rained down by an extremely fast and powerful arrow that pierced his heart, but was still standing.
"Not enough…!" Devon hollered.
Midorima and Takao quickly moved as Akashi went in to finish the fight.
"It's over!" Akashi hollered.
Devon growled and regained his balance despite the arrow wound.
"You damn… BRATS!" Devon shouted.
Akashi and Devon came charging with their full strength and weapons extended behind them.
"Killer Smash!" Devon shouted, attempting to slam Akashi down.
But in a brief moment, Akashi somehow dodged moments before the mace would already make it's mark, and performed an Ankle Breaker by using his sword to trip Devon a little.
Akashi then turned a little to reveal his all-future seeing eye known as Emperor Eye briefly activated before returning normal, but that didn't matter to the Rakuzan captain as he prepared for the finishing blow.
"Swallow Blade!" Akashi shouted, swinging his sword to the right before taking a step back and swinging to the left as flashing beams of red light emit from each slash.
The attacked was able to hit Devon dead on, ending him effectively as the Tuatha hit the ground.
Akashi exhaled as he twirled his sword around.
"I'd say that was done." Akashi said.
Midorima adjusted his glasses with a smirk.
"By the way, Shin-chan… when you say you have today's lucky item - do you mean the bow?" Takao asked.
"Of course. I was hoping to find one at a local store in Japan, or buy one in America. But it seems lady luck gave me the fortune of this bow when we arrived here." Midorima explained.
(A/N: I'm having a hard time myself how "lucky items" work.)
"You're kidding… right?" Takao asked, thinking what his partner replied was ludicrous.
"In all the time we've known Shintaro, it wouldn't surprise anyone with what he does." Akashi commented.
XXX
"Killer Charge!" Bask shouted, charging with his halberd extended outward.
"Move! MOVE!" Kagami hollered, pushing himself and Konori out of the way as Bask charged into a rock, completely obliterating it.
"Dammit! We have to find a way to beat him!" Kagami hollered.
"But what can we do?" Konori asked.
Appearing from the destroyed rubble, Bask licked his lips with an animal instinct to kill.
XXX
"Destruction!" Gadflow shouted, slamming his swords down with extreme force.
Momoi quickly summoned a magical barrier to protect herself from harm, while Kuroko attempted to strike from behind with his Misdirection keeping Gadflow on Momoi and losing attention on him.
But in a shocking turn, Gadflow kept one sword on Momoi's barrier while using the other to smack Kuroko aside, much to his and Momoi's shock.
Momoi quickly deactivated the barrier and fired a fireball from her staff at Gadflow, pushing him back before running to Kuroko's side.
"Tetsu-kun!" Momoi hollered.
Momoi kneeled down as Kuroko managed to get up by his elbows.
"I'm alright." Kuroko said.
Momoi sighed out of relief before getting serious.
"But how did notice you were behind him? I thought he couldn't follow your Misdirection?" Momoi asked.
"Is that what you two are calling it?" Gadflow asked, as the two teens turned their attention.
"Well, I must say it's rather effective." Gadflow continued.
"But it's useless… against my eye!" Gadflow finished, revealing his already red right eye transforming with the pupil shaped in two intersecting eclipses and the sclera black.
Kuroko and Momoi were greatly shocked. Eyes that almost looks like… Akashi's Emperor Eye?!
The Generation of Miracles may have defeated their opponents, but Kuroko, Kagami, Momoi and Konori still have their hands full with the toughest two of the Tuatha Dark Order! Will they prevail and reunite with their friends in time to help Siegfried defeat Alfred and get back home?!
Next time: Chapter 3 - Light and Shadow
The four fights of the Generation of Miracles, Takao and Himuro against four Tuatha Dark Order warriors were one-sided, but hey, that's the Generation of Miracles for ya. But I can guarantee the last two fights against Gadflow and Bask are gonna be harder, and don't get me started on Siegfried and Alfred's clash!
For Gadflow and Bask, they both fairly resemble Nash Gold Jr., and Jason Silver in personality like arrogance, rudeness and callousness, and abilities in strength, speed and talent.
