Hello, everyone! Here is the fifth and final chapter of Kuroko's World Adventure! Finally back to their world, Kuroko, Kagami and the Generation of Miracles get back to their regular basketball lives! Enjoy!
Chapter 5 - Back Home at Last
"So you guys were transported to another world… and fought monsters?!" Shinji Koganei asked, in surprise.
"That's the gist of it." Kagami replied.
Having returned safely to their world just right at moment they were transported, Kuroko, Kagami, the Generation of Miracles, Momoi, Konori, Takao and Himuro returned to their respective schools the next day and each explained the situation as clearly and without lying.
For Kuroko, Kagami and Konori (who also happens to go to the same school as Kuroko and Kagami, while also being a second-year), explain to the Seirin High basketball team from their perspective.
"I wouldn't believe you guys at first, but anything could happen." Satoshi Tsuchida commented.
"Man, you guys sure had one amazing adventure." Teppei Kiyoshi commented.
Rinnosuke Mitobe nodded in agreement.
"Know what they say: an amazing adventure becomes one's venture amazed! Nailed it!" Shun Izuki hollered, making a pun.
"Izuki, shut up." Junpei Hyuga said.
"I'm just really glad you two are back safe and sound." Riko Aida, Seirin's coach despite being a second-year, said out of relief.
"We were lucky ourselves. But I did love the sword I used!" Kagami hollered.
"Yeah, but we said not to mention it to anyone else, including your team if you two didn't convince me to trust them." Konori explained, tugging on his shirt.
Kagami blushed and became a little bashful.
"First Kuroko with Momoi, now Kagami has this beautiful blue-haired babe?" Koki Furihata thought, sulking.
"Kagami… do us a favor and die!" Hiroshi Fukuda and Koichi Kawahara thought in unison, also sulking with showing jealousy.
"Come to think of it, Konori is actually from the newly opened Mystery Research Club and is said to be their ace member in just a few months." Izuki explained.
"As in the club who does mystery novels and tests, investigate suspicious activity, among other things?" Tsuchida asked.
"Woah! That's so cool!" Koganei, Furihata, Fukuda and Kawahara hollered in unison, amazed.
"Thanks. But I was drawn to the basketball club since you guys won the Winter Cup and wanted to know for myself." Konori explained.
"Spoken like a true detective." Kiyoshi commented.
"She is. Right, boy?" Kuroko asked to Tetsuya 2.
Tetsuya 2 barked as he is currently sitting on his master's lap, which made Kagami jump.
"Well now that you're all back safe, we've got practice to get to." Hyuga explained.
"I better get back to my club quickly. Don't want the gang to worry." Konori explained, standing up as she makes her leave.
"See you after school, Mii." Kagami said.
Konori blushed and smiled before leaving, as the Seirin team wave their hands in goodbye as the Mystery Research Club ace left the gymnasium.
"He's right! Time to start with warmups!" Riko hollered.
"YEAH!" Kagami, Hyuga, Izuki, Kiyoshi, Koganei, Tsuchida, Furihata, Fukuda and Kawahara shouted in unison, while Kuroko and Mitobe smiled in agreement.

It was evening now, and Kuroko and Kagami were walking home after having finished another hard day of practice.
"Got any plans for tomorrow beside practice after school?" Kagami asked.
"Yeah. Having a date Momoi-san at the park around the evening." Kuroko replied.
"That fast?! When did you ask her?!" Kagami asked.
"Actually, she asked me. I replied yes." Kuroko replied.
Kagami had a sweat drop on his forehead.
"Sometimes I wonder all the time what she sees in you - no offense." Kagami commented.
"Well, I can say the same for Konori-san in you." Kuroko explained.
"Hey!" Kagami exclaimed.
"She probably asked you out on a date the same day as mine?" Kuroko asked.
Kagami blushed and awkwardly scratched the back of his head.
"Going to Maji Burger together? Feels a little simple and not big." Kuroko commented.
"Hey! It was her idea!" Kagami hollered.
"It's fine. The park date with Momoi-san is a little simple - but I know we'll make the most of it together." Kuroko explained.
Kagami chuckled as they reached a stop sign.
"Guess we've got a lot to learn about relationships." Kagami commented.
Kuroko smiled as the two continued walking.
"We still gotta be ready for the Summer Inter-High in a few months." Kuroko explained.
"And this time… we'll win just like we did in the Winter Cup!" Kagami hollered.
Kuroko smiled and held his fist up to Kagami.
Grinning, Kagami returned with his own fist and fist bumped with Kuroko, believing in themselves and their team for the new challenges to come.

Back at Amalur, where the battlefield is still shown and not fixed since, a mysterious figure was walking through the crater and see the dead body of Alfred.
"So both Basara and Alfred have been defeated, huh?" The mysterious figure asked.
The mystery figure extended his right hand out and made Alfred vanish without a trace.
"No matter. Everything will soon in place." The mysterious figure said.
The mysterious figure disappeared in a flash.
And that's the end of the story, despite the last chapter being a little short! What an amazing tale that while shorter than Haikyū! Ninjas, it was still fun!
