Author's Note

I have to say, this is probably the hardest chapter for me to write. It doesn't help this kind of put me at a minor writer's block for real this time. Most likely due to this group is probably one I didn't really like. Well, now that this is out of the way, other chapters should come out more consistently.

On a side note, I have started planning two new series. Nebulex hasn't gotten that far yet but once this is done, I will definitely start one. The first one is going to be still Aikatsu related but the second one is going to be my own original magical girl type series. This is probably all still at least half a year away from happening but just want to toss this up.

Chapter 5: PowaPurin, Powa×PuRi×Power!

As Cure Love, Act, and Stage gets closer to the tower, they stop moving about a block away.

Cure Love "Oh, that's a lot of people."

Cure Act "You mean the Negaminions? Can't we just ignore them and move into the tower?"

Cure Love "Nooo! We can't do that! I'm sure they'll be our fans once we talk to them!"

Cure Stage "That's right, Cure Love. But they might attack us at first so please be careful."

As Stage says that, a small group of Negaminions show up in front of them.

Cure Act "Here there it is... "

The Negaminions then starts running at the three of them.

Cure Love "It's okay, with the power of love, it'll be okay!"

Love then makes a love shape with her hand and releases a pulse of pink energy wave. As the wave passes the Negaminions, they begin to look like they are charmed.

Cure Love "Would you kind people let us through?"

The charmed Negaminions quickly moves to the side and opens a path for them to walk through.

Cure Act "This is… I didn't expect you to make it work this way."

Cure Stage "As expected of cure Love."

Cure Love turns around "Ehehe, now let's hurry up and get to the tower!"

Act and Stage nods. The three of them start running towards the tower, straight forward until near the entrance. There stands another Ginka who blocks their way.

Ginka "So it's the idol Cures that comes here. No wonder the Negaminions make way so easily."

Cure Love "Why? And who are you?"

Ginka "Ah, forgive me. I am Ginka ninth, the defender of this tower. As for the reason, this area used to be a place where amateur entertainers make their debuts."

Cure Love then bows and introduces herself and the other two "Oh, I'm Cure Love. This is Cure Act and this is Cure Stage."

Cure Act and Stage follow up to greet her with a bow as well "Nice to meet you."

It caught Ginka ninth off guard and she does the same "Ah, no, it's my pleasure to meet you… Wait! This ain't right!"

Cure Love asks "What do you mean?"

Ginka ninth "We are supposed to be fighting soon. What is with the formalities?"

Cure Love "It's important to greet each other right? Besides, we don't have to fight, right?"

Love looks at Act and Stage and they nod.

Stage "It is exactly as you said. We should properly greet everyone. It's very important!"

Act "Well, I can't really argue with that. Besides, you greeted back at us too."

Ginka "That's because that greeting came out of nowhere!"

Love "But you greet back at us."

Ginka stares at her "I did, but isn't this just weird?"

Love "Is it weird?"

Act "Well, we are supposed to be enemies."

Stage "That's right, but I think we are being good friends right now."

Ginka "How!"

Stage "Because for the past few minutes, we have been chatting. Not to mention…"

Stage looks at the Negaminions. All of them become disorganized and relaxed. Some of them even started chatting among themselves.

Ginka sees the same and turns around "You guys! I'm going to cut your pay if you guys don't get it together now!"

The Negaminions begin to reorganize themselves.

Act then says "Come on, I'm sure taking it easy for a bit is fine. It's not like we are actually fighting here."

Ginka looks back "That's… true. But we should be!"

Love "But why do we have to fight?"

Ginka "You three are here to take the tower right? I can't just hand it over to you!"

Love "Then how about making a deal?"

Ginka blinks "Deal? What kind of deal?"

Love "If you let us have the tower, then we'll perform our new song and make it the best performance!"

Ginka's eye twitch once then takes a deep breath "Huu… This is enough. Here I go!"

Ginka then teleports behind them and strikes the ground and creates a shock wave. The three of them jump away immediately. However, the shockwave knocks them off balance in the middle of the air. All three of them are surprised by the amount of power Ginka is able to do.

Ginka then teleports behind Love "It's not over yet!"

As Ginka attempts to punch Cure Love, Love bends backward and use Ginka's fist to lift herself off from the attack.

Love then lands behind Ginka then Stage and Act regroup with her. At the same time, the Negaminions begin to charge at them.

Act "Ahh, I guess they are coming at us too."

Stage "Let's take care of this then."

Love then looks at the two of them "Eh? Are you two going to fight them?"

Act "At this point, talking is not going to work. Besides, we'll be able to help them once we take the tower right?"

Stage nods "I believe that is the only way right now. Also, maybe the tower will be able to help them recover once they turn back to normal."

Love then puts one fist on top of her own open palm "Oh! That might be possible!"

As they discuss, the Negaminion is right behind them.

Stage then turns around and faces them "Let me show you the best stage! Precure, Staged Zone!"

Suddenly, the Negaminions' area rises up a bit and traps them inside with a faint veil of a barrier. Then a spotlight is focused on Cure Act. Cure Act then materializes a cloak and covers herself with it. After a second, she removes the cloak and shows up with a different style. Cure Act now looks like a seasoned warrior with a sword in hand.

As she is about to attack, Cure Love immediately complains "Nooo! That's not good! We are here for love, not to kill!"

Cure Act stops and then thinks for a bit "Ah… I guess… I can change…"

Cure Act then covers herself once more and this time she transforms into a policewoman.

She then looks at Cure Love "Is this better?"

Cure Love nods and jumps away from Ginka's attack. Afterward, Cure Act takes out a baton.

Act "Now, let me arrest all of you!"

Act then pulls out a taser gun and with a charge.

Act "Precure, Over Act Burst!"

She fires a beam with the taser and renders many Negaminions out cold.

Ginka sees what happened and clicks her tongue "Tsu, I guess Negaminions can't stop them. It's only a matter of time before they are all defeated. In that case, haa!"

Ginka's hands begin to burn bright red and she strikes the ground near Cure Love again. In addition to the shockwave, there is a blazing heat that strikes Cure love at the same time.

Love "Ahh! Hot hot hot! How are you doing that?"

As Ginka lifts her hands up, it reveals her machine-like hand. Her skin layer has been burned off. Love looks at her hand and could not say anything.

Ginka looks at Love "Is it that surprising? I guess you can't spout your love none sense after seeing this."

Love "Eh? Ah no, that's not it. I was just wondering how does that hand works."

Ginka "It's not just the hand, my whole body is like this. In short, I'm not a human."

Love then gets excited "That's even more amazing! Even more love you then!"

Ginka "Will you just stop!"

Ginka dashes in and throws a punch at Cure Love. Cure Love then moves in and avoid the punch. At the same time, she hugs Ginka.

Love "I won't, not until I show everyone in the world my love."

Ginka "Eh? What are you…"

Before Ginka finishes, Love makes her attack "Precure, Love Love Bloom!"

Powerful pink energy shines from Cure Love and envelopes her surrounding. As it happens, cracking sounds can be heard from within Ginka. Love immediately panics and as soon as her attack ends, she checks on Ginka.

Love "Ahh, are you okay? I didn't break you or anything right?"

Around the same time, Stage and Act also finish their fight against

Stage "I guess Love might be more violent than we thought."

Act "Ehh?"

Love turns around "Wait, this isn't what it looks like. I never meant for this to happen!"

Stage "But she is hurt."

Lova "Ah… I…"

Ginka "I'm… fine. Just go, I won't stop you anymore."

Love "But we can't just leave you here!"

Ginka looks at the three of them "Don't worry, I already started my own repair. I'll be fine."

Love looks at her for a bit before stands closer to Stage and Act.

Love "Then we'll show you our best performance together with our new song!"

Act "Wait, are we actually doing it?"

Stage "This will be fun. Debuting a new song in this far away place."

Love looks at the two of them "Right! Let us share our new love to everyone!"

Stage and Act look at each other and then at Love

Three of them shout with a fist up "Ohh!"

The three of them set up their stage setting and are standing next to each other.

Stage "This is it."

Act "Yeah."

Love "Now let's go! With our new song…"

All three together "Powa×PuRi×Power!"

The three of them reach the top of the tower and start their performance.

All three of them starts singing "Powa2×PuRiRiN!"

Love "Clap your hands!"

Then all three "Powa2×PuRiRiN!"

Stage "and tap our feet!"

All Three "If we all sing together,"

Act "Our smiles will bloom!"

All three once again "Sparkling!"

Stage "Let's unite our hearts and again, Singing!"

Then Love begins the next part "Good morning, sun!"

Stage then joins in "Today again with energy!"

Act joins in last "Let's go out to the town! It's easy to prepare!"

Stage "Where are the lovely things?"

Act "If we find excitement,"

Love "On a 'one, two, three', come on!"

All three together again "We'll hug with all our hearts!"

Afterward, they repeat with similar fun and bright lyrics. Near the end, as the song comes to an end together with the lyrics, they do their special appeal. All three of them jump forward and disappears. Then a cone of light shines down and each one of them makes a brief appearance. Then the whole area lights up with each one of them embracing a heart.

The three of them look at each other and start their swift appeal. They squeeze the hearts and it pops into multiple small hearts. The heart carries them up into the sky and right above the clouds, the hearts join together with the three of them sitting on it while having a group hug.

After their performance ends, they check their surrounding. All the Negaminions are back to normal and the liveliness can be seen.

Stage "We did it, Act, Love!"

Act nods while Love cannot hold her excitement "Yeah! Our love reached all of them!"

The three looks at each other for a moment and make a three-way high five.

A group of four looks back and smiles.

Cure Peach "They managed quite well didn't they."

Cure Pine "I didn't think they could get past like that though."

Cure Berry "Well, Cure Love definitely is filled with a lot of love. Unlike someone."

Cure Passion "Oh, I get what you mean."

Peach cries out at Passion and Berry "What do you mean by that?"

Pine "Now that you mentioned it…"

Peach "Not Pine as well…"

Pine then explains "Well, I heard from Tarte that you take away his food really often."

Peach "That's because he is eating nothing but snacks!"

Berry "Taking away is fine, but did you give it back?"

Passion shakes her head "Nope, she ate them."

The three of them stare at Peach.

Peach bends back "Ah, I… Anyways, let's hurry and not waste any more time!"

As soon as she finishes saying it, Peach jumps far away.

Berry "She ran…"

Pine "Well…"

Passion "Can't be helped, but we should go too."

Berry and Pine nod "Yeah."

Then the three of them follow after Peach.
