Author's Note

Been feeling good with more free time so fast chapter this time. Probably because I got a lot of stuff ironed out and I know what to write as well. I should be able to keep this up for a good while. Expect another chapter coming out from me within this week. I'll probably work on my new work and get the prologue out instead. Gonna take a day or two breaks before writing again.

Chapter 7: Unique Stars, Star Heart!

Cure Magician "Oh, there it is! Since there is no one around, maybe we got it easy. Let's go!"

Cure Magician rushes ahead and Cure Idol shouts "Wait! This isn't normal"

While Magician is in mid-air, extremely bright light starts to shine onto them. All three of them are blinded by it.

Vampire "Ahh, what is with this light?"

Idol "This this, Magician!"

Both Idol and Vampire look at the darkened figure of Magician. However, a second after, something jumps at Magician and cuts her in half. It then immediately hides.

Vampire is shocked "No way…"

Idol looks at it with frustration "Is this what it means to fight?"

Both of them stops and see the two pieces fall. However, after they take a look, it is a dummy.

Magician then walks out of the shadow of an alleyway "Ah, I knew that would happen. Good thing I was prepared."

Vampire looks at Magician as if she sees a ghost "Ah... Ah... You…"

While Idol didn't say anything, she is surprised as well.

Magician "Eh? Ah, did I scared you two? Sorry sorry."

Idol sighs and looks at her with relief "At least you are alright. Don't scare us like that again."

Magician "Haha, sorry. My bad. However, let me make it up with this!"

Magician snaps her fingers and then several lights broke and they are able to see everything normally again. With the light stop blinding them, they are able to see the one attacked Magician. It is a Ginka dressed like a ninja.

It jumps down and faces them while saying "Not bad."

Magician "Thanks! I'm Cure Magician by the way. Oh, and this is Cure Idol and Cure Vampire."

Ginka waited a second before answering "I'm Ginka 21."

Idol "I assume it'll be too much to ask for you to let us through."

Ginka nods without saying anything. Then raises her hand as a signal. Several Negaminions gather around Ginka.

Vampire "This is annoying. Let's just hurry up and end this! Precure, Bat Swarm!"

Vampire jumps up and unleashes a swarm of red bats at them. Due to the large cover, only a few Negaminion is able to avoid with Ginka. The ones that get caught in the bat swarm are attacked by bites and sonic wave attacks. One by one, they fell onto the ground.

Ginka then suddenly appears behind Vampire "You are done!"

However, when Ginka cuts Vampire with her sword "Hmm? Again?"

A short moment after, the two pieces explode. Vampire then appears from Magician's shadow with their back touching.

Magician "Nice job."

Vampire "Of course, that was easy."

Idol then leaps in at the two of them and follows up with a kick. Her kick then hits Ginka's sword and Ginka immediately retreats into the darkness.

Idol "Be careful, that one won't go down that easily."

Vampire "Sorry, but…"

Magician nods "Yeah, let's take care of these guys first!"

As they say that, many Negaminion shows up and attacks.

Idol steps forward "Let me… Precure, Moonlight Radiance!"

Several small moons show up around them trap all the Negaminions inside. Idol then raises her hand up and the trapped Negaminions shoots up into the sky. As she swings her hand down, all of them crash onto the ground. Each one creating a small crater on the ground.

Magician "Uwaa, that's kind of brutal."

Idol looks at Magician and screams back "You are not the one to say that! Don't use explosives like it's nothing!"

Vampire "You two!"

They quickly leap backward and Ginka's sword hits the ground. Ginka however, is nowhere to be seen.

Then behind Magician, Ginka is ready to strike "I'll finish you off first!"

Magician "Really?"

Ginka attacks, but Magician steps on thin air and jumps away.

Ginka "Hmm?"

Magician "Now it's my turn! Precure, Jack in the Box!"

Magician materialize a box with a clown face drown on it and toss it at Ginka. She tries to cut it but it is too hard. As it falls to the side, the box opens up and another clown face box pops out. Ginka slashes it again and knocks it aside.

Ginka "Such trick won't… Ahh!"

Before Ginka knew, the popped out clown face box popped out another surprise. This time is a giant white fist. This fist hits Ginka from behind and knocks her forward.

Idol and vampire jump forward at the same time "Precure, double kick!"

Ginka puts her sword in front to block the attack. However, the power still sent her flying away and crash into a nearby building.

Ginka craws out and slowly stands up "I'm impressed. As expected of Tristar, your cooperation is really impressive."

Idol then asks "Are you ready to let us through?"

Ginka laughs "Hahahaha, I'm not done yet. I still have a trick up my sleeve!"

Ginka then jumps out and throws out several bombs. They endure the bombs, but the surrounding area is then filled with smoke. The three Cure immediately gathers up back to back.

Magician "Smokes, I can't see anything."

Vampire "We need to get out of this smoke."

Idol "No, there might be traps waiting for us."

However, instead of one voice for Cure Idol, there are two.

Magician and Vampire take a few steps back and the two Cure Idol kicks at each other. Then the ground gives out from all the damage. All four of them fall underground.

Idol coughs a few times before asking "Are you two okay?"

Vampire "Yeah, but I can't see anything."

Magician "Same here, let's re… Ahh!"

Before Magician finish, she is attacked. Idol and Vampire rush over to where her voice was at. However, they only find each other with Magician nowhere to be found. They turn around to protect each other's back.

Vampire "This is getting really annoying."

Idol "But we got to finish this and activate the tower."

As Idol reply, another Cure Vampire comes into sight and this one shouts "That's not me!"

As Idol is turning around, her stomach meets with a fist.

Idol "Nnnmm!"

Vampire moves around and catches Idol "Are you okay?"

Idol nods "Yeah, but we can't lose sight of… her."

As Idol says that, Ginka disappears into the smoke again. However, this time it allows the real Idol and Vampire to group up.

Vampire "Now it's just Magician alone. Will she be okay?"

Idol thinks for a moment "She'll be fine. Let's move back out first."

Vampire nods after hesitating a bit. The two of them begin their way out of the underground.

On the other side of the underground, Magician just recovered from the hit "Ow, that one really hurt. I guess being a superhero isn't easy after all."

After she looks around, she found Idol looking hurt.

Magician looks at her for a moment then runs over "Hey, are you okay?"

Idol "Somehow, but… This really hurts. Be careful, she is disguising us perfectly."

Magician starting to look concerned and gives her a hand while thinking "Something is wrong. Idol would never…"

After helping Idol, Magician says "Anyways, let's get out of here first. Being down here only makes it worst."

As Ginka disguised as Idol is about to attack, Magician pulls her and jumps out of the underground. When they get out, the smoke is clearing up. Ginka missed her chance decides to wait.

Magician "Wait, two Idol… again?"

Vampire "Magician, that's the enemy!"

Magician immediately let go of Ginka and walk towards Idol and Vampire.

Ginka "Wait! She is…"

Magician turns around "Ah, right."

She then snaps her fingers and an explosion happens right behind Ginka. Unable to maintain her disguise due to the damage, she returns back to normal and falls onto one knee.

Ginka asks "How did you know?"

Magician turns around and answers "Well, it doesn't add up that Idol would be that close to me in the first place. Also, you acting hurt..."

Magician looks at Idol and then at Vampire.

Idol seems confused while but Vampire caught on "Ah! There is no way she'll show her weak side that easily. She has a little too much pride for that to happen."

Idol retorts "Oy! I'm not that bad!"

Ginka "I see, I guess I didn't research deep enough."

Idol then looks at her "Will you let us through now?"

Ginka shakes her head and slowly stands up "As long as I can move, it's my job to stop you three."

Idol closes her eyes for a moment then looks at Vampire and Magician "Let's finish this, together."

Both of them nods and each puts one fist out, touching each other. A glittering light gathers at the center. As the three of them raise their hand in the air, it split into three. When they open their hand, the three lights shoot into the sky and they jump to follow it. Soon, they shine with the light and start falling towards Ginka with a shining aura.

All three "Precure, Triple Starfall!"

Starting with Vampire, she hits first and followup by Magician. Then Idol finishes last with the three of them in a pose. Each light remains on Ginka until it explodes and covers the whole area with glittering lights. At the same time, a crack happens within this Ginka as well.

When Ginka is left on the ground, she mutters "Hehe… Good job, now go."

The three of them nods and head inside the tower.

When they are in the tower, Idol sighs "It's the same, you two, get ready!"

Magician and Vampire nod "Yes!"

The three of them change into their dress. When the three of them go on top of the tower, the music starts playing. Before they start singing, they look at each other one last time and nods at each other with a smile.

Idol starts it "I wished upon a brilliant star in the midnight, the miracle I promised is in my hands right now!"

Magician then sings the next part "With your throbbing urge, if you look up at the moonlight."

Vampire continues "I want to continue reaching to you, in the form of crystal I send it to you."

Then Idol sings a quick solo "The message of love that connects beyond space and time!"

After a moment, Idol starts the next verse again "Everybody dance!"

Magician "Everybody fly!"

Vampire "Everybody go!"

Then all three together "Everybody, keep on going!"

Idol starts once again "Shine brightly,"

Magician "Hold on tightly,"

Vampire "And do not turn around!"

And then once again, all three "Believe in yourself and go forward!"

Idol picks it up again "A pinch is your chance!"

Magician "In my heart,"

Vampire "It is the invisible,"

Then all three "Truth of the Tristar World!"

The three of them continue another verse singing with similar lyrics. Afterward, with no time to spare, they perform their unit appeal. However, they also squeeze in Swift Appeal. They let go of each other's hands and start flying around and disappears into the night sky. Then three stars shine brightly and they appear from within with the three of them in a pose together.

Afterward, the tower starts radiating and purifying all the Negaminion. As their stage continues, a Cure group of four looks at their performance as they pass by.

Cure Marine "No way! That's amazing! Are we going to do that? Let's do that!"

Cure Blossom "Ehh? That looks impossible."

Cure Marine "Oh, come on!"

Cure Sunshine "Hahaha, but we will have to do what we can either way."

Cure Blossom "Uuunn, true."

Cure Moonlight "Let's go, need to perform or not, we will save this kingdom."

Cure Blossom and Sunshine "Yes!"

Cure Marine answers "Ooohh!" instead.
