"Thanks for the help you two." Amethyst whispers as Pearl takes out a measuring stick, holds it at just the proper angle and nods in satisfaction when she got the rock to get just the proper distance from it's neighbor. It actually made her feel very very satisfied to see it all organized.

"I have to say when you asked me to do this...I was less then interested. And actually thought that it would not be worth the effort. But now? After all of that effort and hard work..." Pearl clapped the dust and dirt from her hands and willed them off of her body making them float off. She had many super powers, many of which she was not even aware of.

"It still isn't worth it. At least not for her. Now if it was for say..." Pearl trilled smiling softly.

"If you mention your girlfriend one more time I will scream at the top of my lungs." Peridot snorts as she floats down on a flying trash can lid. Small dots of perspiration were across her arms and her forehead. She huffed, red in the face and exhausted. Peridot was a scientist and a mechanic. She didn't enjoy doing all of this hard work. This phyiscal labor wasn't part of her designated function. And she was honestly sort of lazy.

"I wasn't going to mention my girlfriend! But now that you bring her up..."Pearl smirked as Peridot rolled her eyes in irritation. She was too far from Little Homeschool, she missed her classes and wanted to get back to her television.

"Yes! Thanks Pearl! We get it! You hot!" Amethyst says before rolling her eyes and gazing off towards the far away mountain and nodded. "And you're sure you cleared everything living off of that thing right?" Amethyst asks Peridot who glances at Amethyst and nods with an authoratative and very smug grin.

"Affirmative. Every beetle, deer, duck and fish was removed. It took forever by the way. May I once again inquire why you are going to all of this trouble for...well...You know..."Peridot tosses up her hands helplessly.

"Yeah. Look I know that the two of you don't exactly have the best relationship out there." Peridot snorts and flexes her tiny pathetic muscles.
"I just want her to know who the top gem is around here." Peridot grins cockily. Pearl rolls her eyes. Amethyst had rubbed off on the small green triangular headed techie. And not in a good way.

"And who would that be?" A voice growls out behind Peridot. The smaller gem squeaked and rapidly sprinted around Amethyst before huddling down. Jasper stands with a hand on her hip and a large rock on her back. Steven stood beside her helpless. He grins and holds his hands open.

"Sorry Amethyst. I tried to distract her as long as possible but she is just...so...so...frustrating." He grumbles and glares up at the taller gem as if he was incredibly dissapointed in her. Jasper glowers right back with a fire in her eyes.

"Is this really because I stepped on a bug? Are you really not over that yet?"
"It happened two hours ago! Of course I'm not over it!" He complains as Jasper throws her hands up, letting her massive rock fall to the ground with a crash.

"Well! Thanks Stevie Boy! You've been a big help! And I know that I said that I wouldn't need or want your help with her! So thanks for coming out and doing me a solid. I owe you and Connie a candle lit date or something!" Ametyhst said slapping Steven on the back as he blushed a bright pink.

"I-I-Connie is very busy. I don't think it would be appropriate to call her up and just take her away-" Steven said his blush getting deeper...and seemingly traveling upwards towards his hair which was weird. It was like it was leeching upwards into his scalp and hair.

"Why does he always get so flustered around Connie?" Peridot asks Amethyst rubbing her chin before her eyes slowly began to light up. "Waaaaaaiiiiittttt a second! Is this like one of those-"

"Before you make a comparison to one of your silly soap operas. Yes. This is exactly like a 'Percy and Pierre' situation." Pearl responds with a knowing grin at a embarrassed Steven.
"GUYS!" Steven says before adjusting his hair. "You know. I'm going to head back home. I'll see you later." He said before jumping with all of his might and flying far far off. Jasper watched as he flex off and scratched her mane of hair. Peridot was holding Ametyhst's shoulder and shaking it eagerly. Amethyst smirks in response.
"He is so adorable to tease." Amethyst said as Peridot glances where he went.
"Can I ship them? I am totally shipping them!" Peridot says eagerly while Jasper just glances at the three of them.

"What is the matter with you three?"
"Don't worry about it. You'll just say something offensive." Amethyst says waving her off before pointing to a small rock beside them. "Now let's get down to more important stuff. Like how you hurt a ton of dudes just a little while ago." Amethyst said tapping her foot.

Jasper snorts and crosses her arms. "So what? You wanted me to fight. I fought. I won. What's the point in being...flamboyant or fancy?"

"You don't know how to hold yourself back. And thats the problem. You lack a...delicate touch. Which is why I called on the most delicate gem I know. Boom." Amethyst points at Pearl who bowed. "And boom."

She points at Peridot who glowers at Jasper who glares right back.

"Okay. So what's the point of being 'delicate'. Show me one good reason why I should hold back." Jasper cracks her knuckles. Amethyst sees a glint of something right behind Jasper. The small trash can lid was starting to float upwards. Amethyst nudges Peridot rudely and glances at her shaking her head quickly. Peridot glances at Jasper and slowly lets the trash can lid fall back to the ground with a small clatter. Luckily Jasper didn't notice the trash can lid that had just been about to smash her right in the back of her head.

"You want to know why you should hold back? Why you should be delicate and patient? Well we are about to show you." Amethyst said before pointing at the rocks behind Jasper.

"I want you to smash that boulder. Right there. Take as much time as you want." Jasper snorts. Stares between the boulder and Amethyst.

"Really? You're really serious right now?" She shrugs before turning around and beating the massive rock with all of her might. An explosion rocked Pearl back on her feet and she had to readjust herself. The rock had been flung hundreds of feet in the air. And Jasper was jumping after it. A large crater had been knocked into the side of it from the force of her hit.

Jasper roars as she hits it again and follows after it. The rock hits the ground hard, more slivers of rock and stone splintering off. Peridot coughs and waves her hand in front of her face with a scowl.

"This is ridiculous." She grumbles as Amethyst smiles and watches, calm as a cucumber. Jasper sprints after the boulder as it began to roll gently down a hill. She got in front of it, brought her leg up and smashes it downwards cracking another section off. Soon the boulder was reduced to rubble, chunks of it scattered everywhere. The entire thing was made up of pebbles. Jasper smirks and flips her hair over her shoulder before cracking her knuckles.

"THERE! DID YOU SEE THAT! EASY! I wasn't even pushing myself!" She howls at the top of her lungs. Amethyst nods. It was impressive. Amethyst cracks her knuckles.

"That was alright. You didn't hold anything back alright. But..." She eases off. Jasper scowls and stomps forwards leaving deep impressions of her feet in the dirt. The entire area was starting to get dusty since she had been pulling out hand fulls of grass for months. The tree that Amethyst and Steven had snuck in was the only thing with roots in Jasper's territory.

"BUT?" She growls out threateningly.

"But. I can do you one better." Amethyst said walking towards a small rock. "Allow me to demonstrate."

She kicked the small stone, it rolled three inches and hit another stone, this one slightly larger. This stone gained some speed and went clacking into another rock, and still another. The rocks began to roll faster cracking and crashing together. Jasper turned her head in amazement as she tried to track where all of the cracking was coming from.

"THIS DOESN'T COUNT!" She shouts as loud as she can, the music that the stones were making was drowning out her voice.

"What? I can't hear you." Amethyst teases putting her hand up and growing her ear abnormally huge. Jasper feels a sharp wind fly over her head and ducked just beffore getting decapitated by Peridot's ridiculous trash can lid glider thing. Peridot jumped onto it while Amethyst grips the bottom and the two fly into the air. Pearl watches after them and shakes her head.

Jasper growls at the petite pearl threateningly before jumping with all of her might. She fly's upwards, glaring at the two of them. Amethyst points out towards the surrounding forest with a grin.

"Check it out. Restraint. Working together. A bit of imagination. This is the sort of damage that the three of us can do. Much faster then you could. I bet you couldn't do this much damage if you had all day!" Amethyst shouts out. Jasper turns her scowl from Amethyst and Peridot (Who was sticking her tongue out at Jasper.) Towards the surrounding countryside.

Her jaw drops and her eyes widen in shock. The entire countryside, the forest, the woods and mountain...they were covered in rocks that were rapidly falling over each other. Amethyst smirks in delight. It wasn't easy and it had taken Pearl doing a lot of math, but the end result was fantastic. The stones were all placed in the perfect positions. They would destroy the smallest rocks and then get destroyed themselves.

The stones were falling over each other faster and faster. Jasper stares in slack jawed amazement her head turning in one direction then another as she saw all of the stones domino one into another. A massive rumble filled the air. Jasper had reached the top of her jump and as she slowly began to crash back towards the shuddering earth she saw the grand finale that the three had put together. The mountain itself was shaking as a massive crack appeared across the side. The mountain slowly slide a few feet. It was not dramatic, it was not earth shattering, it would probably go completely unnoticed by the larger population.

Jasper lands and stumbles as more rocks tumble past her for a few seconds. The entire earth seemed to be shifting. And then just like that it was over. She stood silently. Her hands clenched. Her jaw set.

Amethyst and Peridot slowly began to float downwards. Peridot was chewing on her lips nervously. Wondering just how Jasper was going to react.

"So...what did you think? Did it get into that thick head of yours? Delicacy, finesse, restraint, planning, help. Small things taking by themselves. But together. All together. It can lead to big changes." Amethyst said releasing the trash can handle and landing beside Jasper. She looked up into the taller quartz face.

"So...Does it make sense yet? Did it finally get through?" Amethyst said her arms crossed and her foot tapping.

Jasper snorts. Then she shakes her head. Her eyes are narrowed and her mind is running faster then it ever had before. Trying to think of something snappy and clever and angry to shoot back at the small irritating twerp.

Jasper opens her mouth and then closes it.

"Was this some sort of metaphor?" Pearl whispers to Peridot. The two standing by the side.

"I have no idea what that is. Just keep watching." Peridot responds.

"So? Can you do it? Tough guy?" Amethyst asks as she holds up a small rock before dropping it into Jasper's large meaty paw of a a hand.

"Can you learn just a little bit of restraint?"
